Yesterday when i was booking a flight ticket from their application happy easy go for bom-patna in spicejet after filling all the details and proceeding to payment my money was deducted and ticket was not generated and it was giving me transaction failure message. Although my money was deducted i waited for 10mins since i was not getting any ticket from their side and i have to travel because already i have missed my train travel and i have to take a ticket for the same day since i can't wait for so long i have booked another ticket from other agent since their application was not able to provide a ticket for me
And i have booked a ticket for me in the same flight in the same date and same time. After i completed my booking happy easy go also sends me the ticket in the same flight and same timing again although earlier they have provided me the transaction failure message. And now when i am cancelling or resheduling my ticket for future journey they are not providing any help. Since this is clearly their application failure not my fault

    Hi,

    I tried to book my ticket on June 10th via the company happy easy go from Hyderabad to Bangalore. The transaction was successful but the ticket was not generated. I spoke to my bank representative on the transaction status. The concerned person told the transaction was successful.

    I called up the happy easy go customer care no and told them the same. The respresentative asked me to write an email to the backend end with the proof. I did the same and followed them up on this request for three weeks. But my effort was in vain because the team came up with the same answer that the money was not deducted.

    Can you please help me to get back my money.

      I booked my flight from mumbai to singapore for 2nd august for 20:40 pm flight and return from singapore to mumbai on 8th august for 15:10 flight. After making the payment the flight timings were different
      Flight showed as booked from mumbai to singapore at 3:10am and return 7:25am and i spoke the customer care and are not ready to help instead asking to pay and get the flight changed which i am not very happy about.
      Why should i bear the charges for the mistake not done by me and the manager - refuses to help me on this and instead saying that they have checked from their end and i have made a mistake
      How will the customer make this huge payment without checking the flight timings

        I have booked flight on 17th august bangalore to abudhabi via mumbai by air india trip id[protected]
        And paid the amount through net banking and status shows ticket will be issued within one hour and later the status shows booking cancelled and they did not refunded my money.
        I called and email several times to support but no response.
        I kindly request the concern authorities to help me and refund my money

          Happyeasygo.com is a fraud company cheating to the customer by offering lesser price of the ticket once the amount paid the status shows ticket will be issued within one hour and later the status shows booking cancelled and finally they eat money.
          No response from the help desk you send mail and call

          I book the ticket and my money has not been refunded if it will happen like this trust from online booking site will loose
          I kindly request the concern authorities to take strict action on happy easy go

            For the below mentioned 29 trips ids, we provided our company GSTIN details which shows in your invoice, but you are not added in airline side, hence our GSTIN details are updated in airline invoice, hence we could not able to accounting as GST amount.

              I purchased flight ticket from then but I trust used my card for 42000 but these guys sent the OTO for 49000 and charged my card. When I check at the time of ITR return I found this big glitch from company end And I called then to refund my amount they said we have different team who take care of this please e-mail us but still no response

                As I booked ticket from Delhi to Mumbai dated 20/06/2019 at 17:00, two time my amount has been deducted from my SBI account and third time I booked again the same ticket and it has been booked, but previous one has not been booked even amount has been deducted from account, So I want my Amount back from Happy Easy Go through Payment gateway Pasfar Technologies Priva.

                  I have cancelled ticket with airlines since my dad got hospitalized and full refund provided.. Since I booked tickets with happyeasygo, refund process will be done from happyeasygo.. Tickets cancelled on 24th May.. Earlier said 10 to 15 days then 10 to 15 business day.. Anyhow I was following up with them for long till now I haven't received any reply or updates.. More than 20 days passed.. it will be now close to 1 month.. Please take an action against www.happyeasygo.com

                    I had booked a domestic flight ticket through Happy easy go (HEG), which i cancelled on the same day. My order id is[protected]. The airline has given me 100% refund.But HEG has not refunded my money yet.Its been almost a month now that i had cancelled the ticket.I have been constantly following up with the customer service via call and email but not receiving any concrete response.They are asking me to wait for additional 15days for the refund. I even asked them to take it on high priority and i wanted to talk to their manager.But they didnt connect me with the manager.Additionally, they provided me the wrong email id for escalations.I dont know what to do.CHEATERS!!Fraud website.

                      Flight booked for Nipaorn Madye with PNR number OCIGJI (20th May 2019), however due to some emergency it got no show. Airline confirms that they had refund amount to Happy Easy go on 28th May 2019. There is no single word from Happy easy go for refund, when i contacted team on 18th June 2019 they have said they received the refund from airline but they will be deducting more than half money as it is their charges and after 15 days you will received about INR 500. when requested to communicate by mail, operator informed that you send mail as Happy easy go never send mail to customer.This is really pathetic and will never use this site for any booking from now.

                        I booked the Air India tickets from Pune to Chandigarh of 2 senior citizens but the flight got cancelled.

                        Happyeasygo never refunded my money. Initially, they kept saying they need PNR Stamp copy from the airline to process the full refund which I managed to get from Air India and gave them on 11 FEB 19.

                        Then, they said I have to wait for 90 days now as the airline takes this much time to process the request.

                        Today, when I asked for them for the update, they replied to mail that I have not given them the PNR stamp copy.

                        They never shared any reference number for the refund that they initiated with the Airline but they shared their reference number.

                          Very bad experience with happy easy go cheater's company..at the time of refund they are disconnecting my call ..

                            I booked a flight of 5th May 2019 Form Mumbai to Bangalore of Jet Airways.
                            But As we all know Jet Airways stopped its operation.

                            I booked the ticket through Happy Easy go platform but while checking with Happy Easy Go Customer care they are saying to
                            provide message from Jet Airways about flight cancellation or message for refund to user.

                            As I didnt receive any message from jet even after date of Travel I am not able to apply for Refund & Happy Easy Go is also not supporting in this matter.
                            Can you please send me the confirmation about Flight operation stopped as Even I know this is already in media but Happy Easy Go wants it user wise message.

                            I dont know whose fault is this but want my amount back as it is already 30+Days but still not resolution.
                            Fed up with all these as this is not my fault.

                            Expecting fast resolution on the same.

                              Ticket from their website and was surprised when I check with the airline that there should the ticket without baggage and charged me e for with baggage fare. They are not ready to refund the extra money also which I had to pay to airline also there cancellation charges are 1500 plus airline cancellation. Don't get into that trap. Customer er service is the worst

                                I had booked a ticket on 10th May 2019 for travel from 12 th May 2019 from Pune to Lucknow and next day it was cancelled from Happyeasygo.com.
                                I got a call from Happyeasygo.com that I will get refund within a week even lesser than that.

                                I have been making calls to customer care for my refund since then and everytime I get some different reason and asked to wait for 72 working hours.

                                Its been 1 month I have not got my refund of 17239 Rs.

                                The customer care really doesn't care about the refund, they are only good in saying that we cannot provide any details and you will have to wait for 72 working hours.

                                Happyeasygo.com is cheating people by taking money from people and then not returning the money after cancelling the ticket.

                                  The flight UK-923 scheduled on 09th June was canceled by operator and there is no confirmation SMS or Email sent to registered mobile/email.
                                  when I called to customer care of Vistara they said they cannot send the confirmation.
                                  the ticket was booked through happy easy go and to cancel and get the refund i need to cancel the ticket on happy easy go as well as on Vistara, so I cancel the ticket on Vistara and they said they sent the refund amount to Happy Easy go, now Happy Easy go person are asking the confirmation email or sms from airline which airline doesn't provide.
                                  I already made conference with Airline & Happy Easy Go but there was no solution provided.
                                  now my amount for which I don't get service is on toss and everything is dependent on them, this is really frustrating.

                                    I have a confirmation from indigo that they have already processed and paid the refund for the cancelled flight from delhi to srinagar (Half journey).

                                    They have processed the refund of inr 4759 on feb 14th against my pnr vm2vjh.

                                    I have been following up for payments back from happyeasygo and it is more than 4 months and every time they respond on their customer service email that it will get refunded in 48-72 hours and nothing has happened as yet.

                                    Very upset with their service quality levels. They charge a 250 convenience fee per person and yet dont give refunds on time.

                                      I booked eight tickets through happyeasygo from indore to kochi via bangalore. Our flight from indore
                                      To bangalore was booked by this tour agency through airasia airline that was ok, but our banglore to kochi journey was booked by spicejet airline inspite knowing that now a days there is so much issues and cancellation problems with this airline. Now as we expected spicejet cancelled my ticket and no information is given agency as well as airline after that i completed this journey by train. Which was so disturbing for me and my family. Now when i requested for refund then only 16394 rs was returned for eight tickets by this tour agency. Is this amount is enough for banglore to kochi? Please take some action against this agency.

                                        Jet airways customer support team has confirmed that the notification to process the refund is still not received from happy go easy (Status : okay)
                                        Whereas, happy go easy claim jet airways is not processing the request.
