This flight got cancelled about 10 days ago as full world knows about this that jet airways got grounded. I booked and cancelled my ticket through happy easy go ticketing agency about 10 days ago i still didn't get my full refund. This company is giving excuses first they told me 10 days now they are telling 20 days more for refund....

The refund was initiated on 07/04/19 and was supposed to be reflected in my bank account in 7-10days. It's already been 10 days.
