I booked a flight from coimbatore to dubai on May 1 but due to error in my name had to cancel the booking.I Contacted the indigo airlines directly and cancelled it.

Total Deductions INR 4, 500.00
Refund Amount INR 8, 791.00
After deduction of 4500 they said 8791 was refunded to happy easy go.But instead of refunding the said 8791 rs amount from indigo today i got message as follows

    My flight is cancelled by airlines now they are saying i will get refund from happy easygo only. Because i booked from this site... I talked to happyeasygo customer care and he told me that jet airways has stopped refunding the amount, and after that i talked to jet airways cc and he told me they have not stopped any refund. Only you people need to raise a request for refund. Kindly refund my money as it is confirmed by jet airways that they have not stopped any refund.

      However, when i select the option "my flight was cancelled by airline"the refund amount indicated is "0"which is unacceptable and screen shot of msg by airlines submitted alongwith cancelled boarding pass and ticket details
      Also the same situation with "ease my trip" full refund credited back to account in 2 weeks time.

      I had book through happy easy go via pnr HKNECX. THE FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED BY AIRLINES. NOW 2 MONTHS OVER. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND. AIRLINES CONFIRM THAT THE REFUND WAS SENT FROM THEIR END. ON TOP OF THIS, THE SITE IS DEDUCTING CHARGES RS 1350 FROM THE REFUND. I need full refund and compensation as credit to the bank account

        I booked a flight ticket today using the happyeasygo app. However i didn't receive an e ticket confirmation. but when i inquired about it they said that there was a price hike and as a result they couldn't send me the ticket. Now either i have to pay an extra amount or get the refund withing 7-10 working days. When i checked the tickets for the same date again, there were no change in the prices. So i can definitely say that they are trying to scam me.
        If so, i can lodge an fir under ipc section 420 of crpc which will give them an imprisonment of 7 years.
        They said they will contact me after sometime, however no calls have been made.
        Definitely going to lodge an fir against a fraudulent company.

        I have attached a screenshot of the fares and it's the same as earlier price.

          I booked a jetairways flight from kolkata on dehradun via Guwahati for 11th Feb, 2019 with ticket number :[protected] and PNR : WKGARL (Attaching the ticket).
          This flight was cancelled by airlines and they assure me that complete refund has been intiated by their end. It has been more than 2 months that I am trying to get my refund amount from happyeasygo but they send me mails that refund confirmation will be send in 72 hours but nothing happens after that. I feel cheated and harrased.Kindly help me in getting my refund amount.

            I booked my ticket[protected] from mumbai to allahabad on 27th april 2019 for travel date 28th april 2019 at 05:45pm. I received payment confirmation but ticket is not issued till 08:00pm. When i called on helpline number i get the response that your ticket is not booked because of price fluctuations. You have to pay 12k more for this booking i will arrange a call back from my sides withing 50 minutes. Till 10:30pm i did not get any call from your side. I called minimum 10 times within the periods. But always i get the same response. Finally they cancelled my ticket. You have to inform me atleast what ever your concern. It was very important for me to reach allahabad on next day. Please don't do this with anyone else.

              My trip id is[protected]. As air india server has been crashed, my flight got delayed. As there was no prior information, i went home and i couldn't catch the flight and air india issued a full refund for my ticket. There was no option for such a cancellation policy in happyeasygo. So i tried to contact their customer service through phone and email. Their contact numbers don't work and they don't respond to the mails. Please help to get my refund

                This is for your kind information that i booked jet airways flight for today that's 27/04/2019. This flight got cancelled about 10 days ago as full world knows about this that jet airways got grounded. I booked and cancelled my ticket through happy easy go ticketing agency about 10 days ago i still didn't get my full refund. This company is giving excuses first they told me 10 days now they are telling 20 days more for refund. They are giving excuse this is hard earned money. Jet airways already send confirmation to them that i should get full refund. I am sending you the screen shot for the same. Kindly do the needful. The total amount is rs inr 8399/-

                  A booking with trip id :[protected] was cancelled on
                  01/mar/2019, which was booked for 03/mar/2019, sagata misra from
                  Guwahati - bangalore, i got the ticket cancelled from indigo customer
                  Service and they confirmed the same was initiated on the same date
                  Itself and after doing all deduction i should receive an amount of
                  1326 inr approx. And so i also cancelled the booking from happyeasygo
                  Website for the booking.
                  But the issue is that the website only refunded only inr 340/- on enquiring they told that they have deducted inr 500/- as website fee but such thing wasn't mentioned anywhere plus if they deducted inr 500/- where is the rest of the refund?

                    Its should be named as sad easy go or fool easy go...
                    I booked my flight with indigo n than i cancelled it before time... Indigo sent me a mail that money has been refunded to happyeasygo... When i asked this fake fortal for refund they they started giving false promise n keep me wait for a month for a refund amount which indigo all ready processed in their account way before time... They are fake n loot all our money... Guys lets get connected and launch a complain against them n teach them we are not foool to loose aour hard earned money... Onkar [protected]...                       I had purchased my ticket for mumbai to hongkong of jet airways through happy easy go. My travelling date was 2nd may and return on 9th may. We are total of 6 adults and 1 infants travelling. Now because of the jet airways issue i had cancelled my ticket on happyeasygo on 9th april 2019. They have given me in writing stating that they would give me full refund once the jet airways approve it. Now jet airways have approved my full refund as they have cancelled their flights. But now happyeasygo is saying that they will refund my amount only when jetairways will give them the refund. I mean why should i bother whether jetairways give them refund or no. I have booked tickets on happyeasygo and i have made payments to happyeasygo so it is their responsibility to give me full refund immediately.
                      To the anonymous author,

                      1. Nobody has a duty to reply to purely unidentified, anonymous and an indefinite complaints
                      The above public complaint does not show

                      - author ID (full name, address email or phone number
                      - etickets and PNR in full,
                      - amount, currency
                      - the text of own primary complaint reason of the refund,
                      - reply or the notification or the promise of the air carrier or the agent

                      Such correspondence will lead to the lost of the chance on the refund / compensation.

                      In order to get the compensation, if 7 days have passed from the 1st promise, the passenger owns the documets such as eticket / invoice / reply of the air carrier,
                      and the passenger knows the basic rules,
                      he/she can apply for the compensation / refund by him/her self to the nearest court.

                      If the passenger does not, and still he/she wants the compensation, such pasenger can hire a legal professional for the remuniration, starting from Rs12000, not less, for such types of claims related to 4 passngers in order to fill the law suit in the nearest court or overseas.

                      The legal professional can explain, what you are entitled to, based on the documents,
                      which are in the posession, and which are submitted by the pasenger,
                      and can submit the claim to the district court.

                      It is in the interest of the passenger to apply for the refund / the compensation as soon as possible, but not later than in 10 days following the last notification of the Jet aiways carrier
                      and not later than in 30 days in all adverse circumsatnmes, which present for today.

                        Hi team,

                        I had booked my flight from chandigarh to bengaluru dated 23rd feb’2019. But due to some technical issues, my flight was cancelled. So as suggested by happy easygo, i hd raised a refund request with happy easy go.

                        When i called up happy easy go, they had suggested me to check with airlines for refund status. As per air asia lines, they had refunded the amount to happy easy go and provided a refund case id 10212442 to us and to happy easy go.

                        Its been more than two months that i am following up with happy easy go, but there has been no response.

                        The customer care number which they had given on website[protected] never seem to work.

                        Its been 2 months that i am following up with happy easy go to get my refund worth rs 4952, but they neither reply nor refund my amount.

                        Request you to help here to get my refund back. I am attaching my e-ticket here to give more details.

                          I booked my ticket via happyeasygo... Flight was cancelled and now they are not initiating refund... I booked another ticket by same app... Flight was delayed so i missed my connecting flight... Then also they are not generating refund and deducting unnecessary charges
                          I called the app multiple times but they didn't resolved my issue..
                          I end up paying 26000 for a one way ticket to chennai.

                            I booked a flight online ticket with payment successful last night around 1030pm but ticket not issued until now
                            I have throughout the night speaking to various agents and they are asking to pay extra for ticket to be issued.
                            I paid what their website said and now they holding my ticket until i pay them
                            Their website showed the same price till about 4am
                            They said till supervisor will call me at 7 am today and till now no resolution
                            I have call recording and screen shot to prove that they r cheating and r unethical in their business

                              Dear sir
                              1. I booked flights for my family from dubai to delhi through skyscanner app from a travel agency named happy easy go with trip id[protected] on 24 mar 19 costing 27604 rs.
                              2. The agency didn't issue me the tickets and asked for more money claiming the price of the tickets have gone up. However i cancelled the booking and asked for my refund. When i asked for the refund, they have not provided me refund also till now.
                              3. An email was received from cashfree payments india private limited with order id[protected] saying the refund has been initiated on 29 mar 19.
                              4. Till now no refund has been received by me further there has been no reply from the happy easy go or cashfree payments india private limited
                              5. After being subjected to such fraudulent behavior by the mentioned company, i checked for the reviews of the company and find out they have cheated a lot of customers
                              6. It is requested that strict action be taken against them and the refund of rs 27604/ may be provided.

                                I booked my ticket through this app on 6th April, they charged me the amount but it was written later that the e-ticket will be generated in an hour, hours later I got a call from female executive that Due to change in price my ticket couldn't be booked and they can only refund the money or charge more. I asked them to initiate refund, A day later I got a mail from cashfree that the amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days, it's already 12 days neither the amount is refunded nor there is anyone picking up the call from their side.
                                My ticket was for 4595/-
                                They said to contact in the same number they called me, but they aren't picking up.
                                Kindly look into this matter so that nobody else gets cheated from such fraud company.
                                I want my refund back.
                                Also, I have attached all the relevant screenshots, serially.

                                My jet airways flight got cancelled due to some operational issues and they confirmed me to return whole refund but when i called in happy easy go customer number no one is responding there.
                                This is really disgusting thing because of this I suffered i never suggest any one to use this site

                                  The refund was initiated on 07/04/19 and was supposed to be reflected in my bank account in 7-10days. It's already been 10 days.
                                  I tried calling happy easy go which was supposed to refund but they aren't answering the call. I have tried calling them like some 15 times. I even mailed cashfree whose gateway has been used to refund the amount but i still haven't got any replies.

                                  which is an offence in India.

                                  If 10 days are passed since the request of the compensation / the refund, the passengre / the user can hire the lawyer or a legal professinal in requested field for an agreed fee

                                    I have booked tickets from bangalore to port blair recently on the happyeasy go website. They told me the airline has changed the prices and it didn't get through. They told they initiated the full refund of 18000 /- i didn't get the refund for the tickets. They told they have initiated the refund but it's been 2 weeks and still i didn't get it. Help me in this issue. They are just not responding to calls or emails.
                                    To the author

                                    1. Show all payment documents and e-ticket, if you demand exact amount of money,
                                    or
                                    2. Forget about money and continue in the style "the housewife told me over the phone"

                                    Nobody has a duty to reply on indeffinite compalint and on anonymos complaint.

                                    If the author does not know the rules, he or she can hire the professional in order to get the compensation via the court.

                                      My trip id is[protected] indigo journey from kolkata to imphal and the ticket cist was rs 3475.
                                      At first, i wasn't conscious of the fact that i didn't received a pnr. I want my ticket or refund my money else face the consequences.
                                      Your site and app is also mess. So please act like some professionals.
                                      And i do not understand why i don't get a ticket the moment i book my ticket.

                                        I booked a room in hotel chennai mar'19 to 19 mar'19. But the hotel management refused to give room and behaved very rudely. My booking order id:[protected] i suffered a lot because of this as i was very tired of the journey and afterwards, i have to arrange for my accommodation. I applied for the refund and they send me this mail but till date not received money mail as below

                                        my complaint is not resolved this website is fraud cheating customers take strict action against this website HAPPYEASYGO.com
                                        I tried booking ticket for my trip from Chennai to Delhi and return. I paid 9164rs to pastor technologies priva on 15 April 19 at 12:22pm with transaction id IGAFXVREM9. I got no confirmation or response from the above site.now my money is stuck some where
