Hi,

I have booked ticket by "happyeasygo" to travel from goa to delhi on 20 feb 2019 by "vistara airlines". I could not travel and requested for refund.

The airline confirmed that refund is transferred to "happyeasygo" on 20 march 2019. When i contacted "happyeasygo" about the refund, i got the following reply.

Wait for 72 hours will get back to you till date i am waiting for refund.

Can someone help to get my money back from this fraud company
They are not giving there phone number
We cannot contact them

    My booking id is RNRGNR by the name of aakriti upadhyay

    I had to cancel one of the tickets and I did it on the indigo website and they said I will get back the money from the website i booked my ticket from.

    I am still waiting to talk to the customer care at happy easy go. No response.

    Should be getting 1593 back.

    The customer care does not exist and I have received no word from them even after multiple messages.

    Even though the money is less but being cheated by a company you trusted isn't a nice feeling. I hope to get the money back and be able to let others know that the website is built by frauds who intend to trouble people who are looking to save some money.

    1. Nobody has a duty to respond to anonymous or to indefinite complaint.

    2. Nobody, exept the passenger and staff of the air carrier, can see the reservation - PNR RNRGNR

    3. So, in order to conclude, are you eligible for getting the refund and / or for the compensation,
    until the processing the case further, kindly attach in visible form for the public:-

    3.1.
    - primary full reservation : PNR RNRGNR
    and
    - each e-ticket,

    which had been issued following your reservation and your payment.

    3.2. Very first notification of the cancellation or your explanation with date and source of such notification .

    3.3. Your each complaint and, which had to state

    - date (server or email program),

    - your name, address, email,

    - name, address (IDs) of the air carrier, if known,

    - your explanation regarding the reason of the refund / compensation

    - your exact request,

    if you wanted to process with the claim at this site.

    4. The attached reply of the agent of the air carrier, if you have got such reply,
    in .txt or .html format in the form of the extract from email program.

    The duty of the air carrier to process with the request on refund or the compensation within 7 days, maximum 15 days, following the correct notification of the cancellation or of the complaint of the passenger (of the payer).

    Failure to do so in time is a reason to initiate a case before the department general of civil aviation (DGCA) of ministry of civil aviation in your state of India or to fill the civil suit before the district court in the state of the residence of the passenger.

    The legal assistance can cost from ~6000 rupees, plus government fees of 100 or 2000 rupees,
    before the customers court or before the district court in the state of the residence of the passenger.

    The procedure before DGCA is free, upon you chose the legal professional for presentation.

    Again, it is still, unclear are you eligible to claim.

    You can send the above ALL requested documents to email < aryan(at)vivaldi.net > for the preliminary evaluation. Failure to do so or failure to submit them not later than in 15 days,
    can make your claim invalid.

      I had cancelled my flight tickets from trivandrum to mumbai for travel on 25th april2019. The site people are not responding through phone or chat e mail. Customer service phone nos are not responding. They mention that the refunding action is on but no way to get details. This is a plain case of misleafing pathetic. How come no action can be taken?

      1. Where is PNR / e-ticket, which produce name of passenger, flight ID, amount?

      2. Have you canceled the reservation (PNR) on your own initiative?

      3. What was a reason of calls to unknown number?

      4. What do you want exactly in figures from anyone, based on your text?

      If you do not know, how to complaint, there are 2 options:-

      - avoid wasting the time
      or
      - hire the professional for agreed fee.
      I booked ticket yesterday. I want to change the date, but after several mail and phone calls no one picking or replying the calls. Looks like a big fraud company. Be ware of this company for the airline ticket booking.

        I have booked a ticket through happyeasygo and the flight got cancelled from airlines side on 18 feb 2019. Till now happy easy go did not refund my amount. I sent 10 to 12 emails to their customer support and called many times. Always i get the answer that it will be resolved in 48 to 72 hrs and never got the resolution. Please let me know when i get the refund.

          Sir i booked my ticket on 6 april 2019 at 9:50 pm. I've not get information about confirmation.
          Everytime i checked the details, it is saying that payment is received and we have to wait for one hour and it's more than 12 hour still no response. My ticket i'd is[protected].
          Sir my flight is scheduled tomorrow and now i want to cancel my ticket. And want refund
          If you happy easy go, it will never goes easy... I booked tickets to fly from Chennai to Varanasi. They deducted money but tickets not issued yet. This is the first travel company in India, not even keeping one phone number. Sent many mails and messages but no single reply from them. This is not professional way to show our trust on you.

          I have contacted them and money got refunded within 2days
          My flight got cancelled and jetairways send mail for full refund from company. but this happy easy go people not transfering my refund.. tried calling them but no number is working and i am not getting on mail also. kindly help me get my refund back as this fraudsters trying to fool customers.

            I had tried to book a ticket through happy easy go fom chennai to delhi on jue 6 2019 the payment got failed at 1.09 pm on 2nd april 2019 but the amount got deducted from my bank. After an hour at 2.30pm i get a call from happyeasygo that your ticket is confirm and we had issued the ticket. Forgery 1: the transaction got then why did u deduct money. Forgery 2: you should refund the wrongly deducted amount nor issue a ticket. Forgery 3: you cannot approve the ticket for failed transaction without asking the customer forgery 4: your call center and escalation team is of no use [protected]@happyeasygo.com. Overall my hard earned money is stuck for no reason. And i regret to face this kind of experience from a cheap company like happyeasygo.

              I booked tickets on 26th march'19 for 2 adults and 1 infant.
              I thought these guys are genuine but they have charged the amount of infant more than adult. Also they have not given a proper breakup of the charges in invoice. Its been more than 15 days i have not got resolution.
              Airline charges rs. 1260 for infant but happyeasygo has charged the amount equivalent to an adult.
              Called there customer care multiple times but they are telling that they cant help on this
              No information about infant charges are mentioned in there website either.
              1. Other websites clearly mention the infant charges. Happyeasygo does not have the details in invoice.
              I want the refund of extra amount they have charged.

              I received a call today from happyeasygo and they told that they will refund the extra money. I asked to transfer back to my credit card but the caller told its not possible and was asking for my account number. I asked him to send an email but he refused. This was a fake call from happyeasygo.

                I had earlier registered a complain on this website for the same to which the HappyEasyGo responded and mailed to send me the details of trip booking. Now that i have send the details they have not responded to it. Its 2 days now they havent even acknowledged the mail nor have the initiated the refind process. I and my friend had booked tickets worth 2756 that means a total of 5512. This is shear negligence of the company and we need our refund. as we are students and concerned for the same we would like Consumer complaint forum to help us out with this.

                  Hi team,

                  Yesterday i had booked my tickets from patna - pune with amount: 4800 rs which got deducted from the bank but i hadn't received any confirmation mail yet. I had sent 2-3 mails back to back to happyeasygo customer care but they are not at all replying. This is really unprofessional from this site where i had booked many flight tickets earlier from this site itself but haven't faced with such issues. I cannot contact them on phone because they haven't provided any toll-free number/ customer care number. 24*7 support system web page of this company is just a normal page with no proper contact info.

                  I request the happyeasygo team to either refund my deducted amount or sent me confirmation mail.

                  Make a call to the travel agent and tell :

                  3. DATE OF FLIGHT
                  4. MY LAST NAME

                  After the adjustemnt of e-mail or of phone number,
                  usually the agent can issue the e-ticket within minutes.

                      I got a delay message, when i tried cancelling using option to get full refund by uploading the screenshot of message,, the app is not allowing to do that.. That ended up selecting the first option of a partial refund.
                      There is no customer support provided by this company as im trying to call chat and email,, nothing went successful.

                        On 3rd april '19 i tried to book domestic flight ticket (Del-bhubaneswer, air india) for travel on 28th may, through www.happyeasygo.com for family members of 4, but they debited the amount of rs: 15, 875 from my bank account but not yet received the ticket. Further unable to contact them, able to know later this is a fraud website, doing cheating.

                        After some followup, I got feedback happyeasygo team that my ticket unable to book, i can get my refund in 7 days . Finally I have received my booking amount . Thanks to team . I will request to others never do any online transaction from un-trusted site .
                        To the author

                        1. There is no evidence of the issued e-ticket or refernce to the air carrier reservation attached.

                        2. Nobody has a duty to examine anonymous complaints or the purely unidentified complaint.

                        3. "Needfull" is not the exact action, which you address to the reponder.
                        You need to define the exact action, which you expect due to wrong doing to (operator of) the HappyEasyGo site (travel agent), by submitting your exact request.

                        The duty of travel agent is to issue the e-ticket within 24 hours, and not later in 72 hours at all and only in specific reservations, upon the receipt of the payment from the passenger,
                        to the email address or to the phone of passenger (SMS).
                        Failure to execute the corect act by travel agent, is a reason for the refund within 7 days.

                        If the answer is "no", email request with full name, city, state, the above images to

                          Iam kunal kushwaha ive booked ticket from indigo airlines... Transaction is already done and amount of 1800 rs is debited from my sbi bank account
                          But no confirmation male has been send in email id or number.
                          Customer care number is also not responding.

                          This is the most fraud website ever. I cancelled my tickets from the airlines directly and received a refund of 1600, and the website claims that I will receive just 300 out of it.

                          What kind of sorcery is this.

                            I had booked a flight from happyeasygo. Two days later the airline cancelled the flight and I was assured by the airlines customer support that the agent through whom I have booked the ticket has to give me full amount in refund and that they (jet airways) cannot process the refund from their end as I had booked from happyeasygo. Now the problem is happyeasygo company as such doesn't have a customer support contact number, this sounds highly fishy to me, the app asks us to contact them through email, so with no option left I sent them an email that I need full refund for the ticket and as per their faq section I had cancelled the ticket and selected the option "airline cancelled the flight" and sent them a screenshot received from Jet airways, then I sent them an email about confirmation and status of refund. Till now email received from the company and I am waiting. I'm worried that after the supposedly scheduled date of the flight i.e. 7th April they might say that I did not cancel the flight and hence they won't refund any money (8k in total).
                            Now which company wanting to do good business doesn't have a customer support contact number. Why should a customer have to email them every now and then. Waht if customer requires some help immediately? I would advice people to stay away from this app "happyeasygo" and also I would like this company's app to be removed from app store and play store.

                              I've booked a ticket from ajl to ccu on 30/03/19 with pnr no: zembf, bearing an amount of ₹4853/-, the amount has been deducted twice from my debit card, i've tried calling the customer care many times but no response, and neither did i get any response for the e-mails. After repeated making of calls and e-mails, i didn't get any response. Their customer support service number seems to be busy every time, you cannot contact anyone from the company. It's a fraudulent website with zero customer support service.

                                I had a booked for an air india flight. The flight was cancelled well before i book. Inspite of this the company showed the flight to be available and booked my ticket for the same. I cakled customer care and asked for cancellation to which they reponded postively and asuured a refund within 7 to 8 working days. Now its over 2 weeks and i havnt received any refund nor are they responding to any call or mail. The flight tiket costed me inr 2756

                                  The passenger can be in touch with the travel agent over the phone, where he or she tried to make booking and had received any notification regarding deduction / flight,
                                  as follows:-

                                  1. Remind the site

                                  2. Find phone number at this site

                                  3. Remind

                                  - flight number

                                  - date / time

                                  - 1st and last name of passenger

                                  - your e-mail address

                                  in front of the eyes.

                                  4. Dial the number, tell the operator

                                  I DID NOT RECEIVE MY TICKET AFTER PAYMENT

                                  DATE AND NUMBER OF FLIGHT IS ...

                                  LAST NAME OF PASSENGER IS ...

                                  Following submission of these data, the operator shall adjust phone / e-mail and issue the ticket within minutes.

                                  If the e-ticket is not receved within 24 hours followng the reservation, the passenger is entitled to get the refund or the other compensation from via his / her bank in in the other process.

                                    I, would like to bring into your attention my recent ordeal with happyeasygo.com - an online travel portal. The company is owned through the directors - mr rajesh kumar dathik and mr zhou lei.

                                    After checking the prices with skyscanner.com - i bought my ticket online on 1st april 2019 through happyeasygo.com with a full payment for a flight delhi - bangkok, journey on 15th april 2019. I got a confirmation mail with a promise to get the flight ticket in 20m. Since then its been a nightmare and continuous harassment for me. The customer care number is very difficult to reach with a waiting time of not less than 15m. I have made numerous calls in last two days, 8 atleast.in the first few calls made the customer care promised to send the tickets in 30m to 1 hr (Can be checked with the call recordings), then in the 4th or 5th call they started asking for rs 1000 more which i confirmed to pay as i didn't had any option (Even then no action) and now in the 6th call they say until i pay atleast rs3000/- they wont issue the ticket. All this while the customer care also promised a call back (5 times) from the reservation team which never happened. Now i feel blackmailed and cheated and am also compelled to pay more for a service which i have already paid for.

                                    I am sure if i was in uk or us the situation would had been different. I have called upon and written numerous mails to the company but not a single reply. I have recorded the calls made to the company and can be sent to you if required.

                                    Being in india can we think of fast justice? Can we bring such companies to act more responsibly and stop them for taking their customers for granted? Can we make them to have clear conscious for once and stop playing with the sentiments of people trusting them! Its so easy for such companies to harass and blackmail their customers now and then and then go scot free as they are aware that justice is either very slow in india or is unapproachable for such matters.

                                    Meanwhile my ordeal continues as i am not sure if i will get justice in time.

                                      I have booked a ticket on 2nd of april 2019 with happyeasygo from delhi to pune. My money was deducted but i didn't receive any pnr. I have booked 2 tickets and 10342 has been deducted. I called to travel agent happyeasygo but didnt reveive any response. I sent a mail to them with all the details of my booking. They have not given any reply for tha past 15 houra of my booking. Iam so worried. I called jet airlines customer care number and asked about my ticket details. They told me to contact happyeasygo. They have also told me that there was no flight for the past one month for the timings i booked. Now as i saw reviews of happyeasygo i realized that it was doing fraud with some and many have complained against it. The same thing which happened to me happened through many others. Some have neither got ticket nor any refund. Kindly i request you to take action against them and help me in recovering my money.

                                      You need to define the exact action, which you expect due to wrong doing to operator of the HappyEasyGo site (travel agent), by submitting the text above plus your exact request .

                                      The duty of the travel agent is to issue the compensation / or the refund within 7 or 15 days, depending upon the circumstacies, which are not seen in full here (no notification of the cancellation), if the correct complaint is lodged. Failure to do so in time grants a right to submit the comlint to DGCA or to the court.

                                      You can expect fees for the legal asistance from rupees 6000 for such kind of cases before the distrct cout or the customers court in India. The procedure of the complaining before department general of civil aviatiuon (DGCA) is fre eof charge for the custome, if the cutomers knows his rights and is able to submit the legally binding complaint by herself or by himself.

                                        With reference to the trip id.[protected] booked on 30th March 2019 at 9:14 p.m for a flight from AJL to CCU (AI714), the amount being rs. 4853, was deducted twice from our SBI account (debit card ending with 2540) by the website happyeasygo.com.. The ticket no. are[protected] and[protected].. PNR- ZEMBF... The website is unable to reply or take calls..

                                        The transaction id are Txn#[protected] and Txn#[protected]...

                                        It might be a technical error.. I would be highly obliged if the website could be contacted and the amount that was deducted twice for the same ticket could be refunded.. Happyeasygo id- [protected]@gmail.com

                                        I have paid 16000 for my airline tickets and also I paid 9000 for changing the ticket date to Indigo. Now Indigo has given a refund of 13000 to Happyeasygo for my tickets. however happyeasygo is not giving me this money and telling that they can give refund of only the tickets cancelled from their site.
