Vide my letter dated 23rd Jan, 2021 [acknowledged on 23rd Jan, 2021 - W?O No. 2043], I have surrendered my landline no. 28778405 after payment of outstanding dues of Rs. 231/- in CASH, vide receipt no. / Transaction ID -AP01A058770, DATED 23RD JAN, 2021 AT 14.14.47 hrs., at MTNL, Goregaon Telephone Exchange. I have also submitted cancelled cheque. But, for unknown reason, I have not received refund of the amount of Deposit of Rs. 3, 000/- till to-day.
