Dear SirMam, I am lodging a complaint against a conductor and driver of Haryana Roadways Volvo, the number of the bus is :- HR 55S 4605, Me and my Uncle who is a patient of heart we started from Chandigarh to Delhi Yesterday, and took the Volvo bus because its more comfortable to travel with it. It started 8pm and as their regulations they told us to buy a ticket tu Delhi and we will drop you at your desired location. And we started. When our desired station came they denied to stop the buy and took us forcefully to ISBT Delhi in the middle of the night, and misbehaved with my Uncle and me. The conductor and driver were using bad sentences. And ready to hit. Thanks to one of another ladies who help us in this situation, ... So I want to take a proper action against these peoples to harrase and misbehave in the midnight. [protected]@gmail.com isy email id for further contacts.

Dear Sir. I want to say that today I was going to jhajjar from Gurgaon in a bus no HR 63 B 0717 . My mother's health wasn't good yet driver talk to her very baldly. I wish an action against driver and conductor of the bus.

Respected sir,

This is to inform you that i am nishu brar from ambala city, haryana.I would like to state that i daily updown from ambala city baldev nagar to chandigarh in haryana roadways by general bus pass ( no. - abl / 19149 / gbp / 1275727)

On 13june 2015, i took bus from isbt - 17 for ambala city (Baldev nagar) at around 2 pm.

Yesterday, 13 - 14 passengers were inside but when conductor come to me for ticket, he refused to take the passenger for baldev nagar, ambala city, so i requested him a lot saying that sir its not even fair, but conductor said the bus will go above the flyover on baldev nagar.

Then on requesting him again he said"bus upar (Flyover) se he jati hai or upar se he jayegi, jyada dimag naa khao ab" in a very rude way.Sir, not only this he give me open challenge of remain sitting here, "i[censored] wanna see k hum jate h k nahi stop pe, flyover se he leke jayenge or sidha ambala cantt he rokenge." after hearing the same from the driver, the driver stopped the bus and let me down in midway from bus stand chandigarh, near red lights gurudwara chok.

After that i have to wait for the next bus, and go home in a fully loaded bus.

I have no idea why that person was so much rude to the passengers.
The haryana roadways service seems to be working not on the basis of any rules and regulations, but on the mercy of these rude conductors and drivers.

The stoppages of the bus are not decided by the administration, but only by the mood of the conductor and driver.We the people of ambala city who use to do daily updown from chandigarh to ambala city have to suffer a lot just because of such irresponsible staff members.I just wanted to know what wrong i demanded from him.

I request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.Its the humble request to you from all the students like me who paid hry roadways in advance and peoples of ambala city.

Am not a regular travelr bt today i was travng frm chandigarh to rhtk in betwn bus stooed at pipli bus stop for refreahmnt n normal bevrages...bt i shocked whn i pickd up chips it was hvng 25 mrp n that shopkpr asking me to pay 30 rupees why shld i..??? i askd him same qustn he said these shopes are undr contact v didnt reach ovr target...its not d matter of 5 rupes its why shld i pay exceed amount...i didnt pay n came back wid empty hands... i hope u will solve such silli bt big problms...its not only pipli bus stand history its all over..theae such things spoils d imaze of roadways ...plz take necessry action... thankyou and regards sandeep-[protected]

I have booked e ticket reference no -B0209477, PNR-MAR158483, Trip ID[protected] Journey date-08.03.2015 Departure time-2.10 pm from Delhi to Chandigarh. It is to complain you that I have reached at ISBT, Delhi On Dot 02.10 pm Due to trafic Jam on the way. I rushed to exit gate of ISBT, Delhi where I Found that one Volvo bus is about to exit from the gate I asked to conductor of bus about bus route that is this bus belongs to Chandigarh but he simply refused then I rushed to platform there I found that bus just left on that time I received a call from bus conductor Mr. Vinod about my boarding and I told him that I am standing on the exit gate of ISBT, Delhi but he simply told me that they left the ISBT. I asked him that bus just left the ISBT and I asked you about bus rout but you simply refuse. Still no problem I am just behind The bus and following you by auto riksha. I ask him to stop the bus and I can catch the bus easily before Delhi bypass but conductor refused my request. Then my wife called him and he misbehaved with her. I am very much sure that he had boarded another passengers from Delhi bypass that's why he didn't cooperate with us and I had to face lot of inconvenience and harassment. I had to take taxi from Delhi bypass to Chandigarh due to that I had to spent heavy amount of my hard earned money. I request to the officials of Haryana Roadways to take action against such heartless person and refund me the amount with proper compensation. I have bee traveling by haryana roadways, and recently the bus fair from zirakup to ambala has dropped to Rs-35, but even after this news of fair reduction in news before 3 weeks, so bus conductors are charging Rs-40 from zirakpur to ambala & similarly from ambala to zirakpur. Why is this communication gap in department, are the conductors free to make their own fair, or they don't have the sense to read news paper, as even when asked to revise their charge list they say "tanne jada bera h ke " this is the behaviour of a govt. employee like illetrates...

I wa travelling from ambala cantt to chandigar on 5th january 2015 i had 60 rs in change i asked conductor for ticket tha ticket was of 53 rs he gave me a ticket but not change when i asked for change of 7 rs he told me khulle ni hai age lio and after derabassi i again asked for change he said 7 rs piche teri ku fatti ja rahi hai after chandigarh i again asked for 7 rs he told me hai nahi bhenchod ne dimag kha liya chutiya etc etc this complaint is not about 7 rs it is for all of our traveller yeh log hamesha aise hi karte h even after these guys have change they used to ask for change just because these guys wants to save money yeh baat 9 bje ki h raat ko bus number was Hr68a9943 5 January at 9 pm My mob number is [protected]

I was Coming with my 4 family members in your Haryana Roadways Karnal Depot Bus, Bus No is HR 45B 7021 from Delhi ISBT to Karnal, on 21th Dec 2014 Morning around 12:20 AM. My ticket no is (787223 to 787226 & 171502 to 171509) Total Amount is 420/- rs which i paid to Conductor. After crossing Delhi when we entered in Haryana the Bus Driver was Start Using Face book & What app on Mobile Phone Continuously 10 to 15 minutes, I told him that, "Sir its Heavy Fog outside, so please don't use face book & what app in Mobile" but he didn't put his mobile & he was Contentiously driving with using face book & what app on mobile. After 15-20 minutes around when we were Near Murthal on the National Highway i Capture his picture while Driving using face book in Mobile & also Capture a pic of outside fog. Bus Driver shout on me & he was Abuse me in his haryanvi language, & also told me " Do what ever you want". after that he started Smoke while driving, i again told him that "sir please don't Smoke while driving, if you want to smoke you can stop the bus, go outside & smoke". this time he told me that "you know i was driving since 4:00 AM Morning of 20th Dec 2014 & what you know hows Risky our job is!" I was Surprised & go back to my seat. Furthermore, After crossing Gharounda he didn't pay Toll Tax Near Kutail Toll plaza while Bus Conductor was giving money to him for Toll Tax. Moreover, i told to Conductor that please drop us in Karnal Nirmal Kutia Bus Stop, he Refuse us & told me that Bus will go Bus Stand from Namesty Chowk. At that time we were 9 Passengers in Bus in which 3 Passenger wants their drop at Sec6 Chowk karnal & 4 we were wants Our Drop at Nirmal kutia Chowk, Only rest of two people wants their drop at Karnal bus Stand. I Asked Conductor "when bus is Karnal Depot & we want our Drop On Karnal Bus Stops On the route Only, Why you Guys are Not Drop us at Our Droping Point ". He Reply me that if you wants your drop on Highway Bus Stop then In case you have to Sit in Chandigarh Depot Bus Only. Furthermore, I Asked him Please give me Complaint Book. Both of them refuse me that they Don"t have any complaint Book & Drop us on Bus Stand. Now if i tell about his Driving, it was really a unsafe driving for others vehicles. Now, i want a Stick Action Against Bus Driver, it was really a Bad Experience in Karnal depot Bus at Night time. I have Prof against him in My Mobile which i can Give You.

On 22 november 2014 at about 1545 hours i was travelling in my jeep from panchkula to kalka. Just short of the himalayan express highway toll plaza at chandimandir a haryana roadways bus no. Hr 3 s 3108 going from delhi to shimla, which was being driven rashly at high speed, overtook my vehicle from the wrong side and hit my jeep on the co - driver side. My vehicle was jolted by the sudden impact but i somehow managed to control it. The driver of the bus did not bother to stop or pay any attention. He sped away towards the toll plaza. Since i am a tag user i cleared the toll plaza before him and waited for him on the other side. I managed to stop him and confronted him on the accident he had caused. He showed ignorance. But when i showed him my damaged jeep, he said it was minor and offered me rs 100 ( one hundred only) as damages. When i told him that the damage was much more he called the bus passengers to pressurise me that since they were getting late i should let the matter rest. Since i was alone and did not want the passengers to be harassed i let him go scot free, but with a promise that i would complain against him. I wish to bring the following to your kind notice - (1) the concerned rash, negligent and misbehaved driver should not be driving a vehicle where he can risk the lives of so many passengers and commuters on the road. (2) he should be taught some basic courtesy and manners. (3) he should pay for the damage he has caused to my vehicle ( incidently i spent rs 3000 ( three thousand only) to get my vehicle repaired. I have approached this forum to get justice and to highlight the attitude of this particular driver as also the risk he poses to others on the road. I am sure your kind self would like to correct the wrong. Otherwise god save this country and its people.

On 13/Nov/2014 i was travelling from Rohtak to Panipat. Conductor offered me his seat because of rush hour. In front of his sitting place a burn hookah(Shisha) was there but i couldn't notice because it was small in size. Bus conductor used to smoke hookah as per conversation between me and him. I was going for a wedding from Rohtak to Panipat and my coat pent burn because of conductor mistake. I have all the videos with me and in those conductor said all these things happen because of his smoking habbit. My coat pent cost is Rs. 28000. Send me your email id so i can send all the videos and in videos situation is clear.

Today morning I had taken a Bus ticket from PANIPAT to ROHTAK at Panipat Bus Stand Ticket Counter around 10:30 am and boarded the Bus number HR 46 8515 (this all happened in presence of Bus Conductor since I asked him before purchasing ticket from Counter). Bus started around 10:55 am from Panipat and headed towards Rohtak. After Crossing Gohana Bus stand and moving towards Rohtak, around 1:10 PM Bus Ticket Checking representative came and started asking for Ticket. I gave them the ticket to my Utter Dismay and surprise they told me that this ticket is from Chandigarh to Panipat and started threatening me that I will be fined. Then I told them that I had taken the ticket from counter and it`s not possible since the bus start from Panipat Bus stand only. Then I told them give the ticket back to me and I will file a written complaint. They tore the ticket in Front of me and throw it out of window. Then they started miss behaving with me and told you will teach us rules and regulations, say thanks to us since we are leaving u, i had not purchased ticket knowingly etc etc. I told them to ask the conductor but the conductor showed no courage to speak in front of them. Being an alone female passenger I felt like crying because of their Miss behavior, then they forced me to again Purchase ticket from Panipat to Rohtak. I purchased the ticket and started travelling again then asked the conductor “Haven`t you seen me purchasing the ticket, He nodded in YES”. Then I asked the conductor about his name but he didn`t told me. I felt like cheated since I have to Pay Twice for the Journey & this whole incidence has given a mental shock to me. Is this the way How a Govt. employee behaves with a Passenger that too with a Female Passenger.

I am a working women daily needs to travel in haryana roadways from bahalgarh to samalkha.
But haryana roadways drivers not stop the bus on bahalgarh stop.
On saturday at 5. 30 due to heavy jam 3 buses stop on that place 2 buses were yamunanagar depo and 1 bus is kaithal depo (Hr 64 7640) but not even a single bus open the door suddenly a passenger open the door in kaithal depo (Hr 64 7640)i saw that the bus passes over the high way from bahalgarh to murthal highway to ganaur highway when i request to take the bus from samalkha both the driver and condactor argue with me. I request you to kindly look into this matter because most of the passenger suffer with this issue.

Today i.e 27th Oct 2014 morning at about 4:30 AM I boardedin a Haryana Roadways Bus reg. No. HR-45B, 9777. (Chandigarh-Delhi Route) atChandigarh Bus stand. The bus was fully packed so there was no vacant seat.However I saw a young girl sitting at about bonnet (next to driver seat), Idecided to sit with her. After about 15 minutes, I realized some offensive touch nearmy stomach; I was shocked and immediately went through fear and anger to realizethat this was drivers hand there. At first, I ignored thinking that this couldbe by mistake; however after experiencing it repeatedly I decided to give itback to him. I suddenly shouted in anger at yet another shameful attempt ofdriver. Driver responded like a animal when confronted. No sign ofany kind of regret or something instead he asked me to go to backside, whenagain I shouted at him, that there is no seat behind and you do your duty justto drive and not to do such cheap activities. Somehow when driver realized theanger in my voice, he stopped. When I shouted, the young girl sitting with me told me thathe was doing this thing with her also. And then she also told driver to keephis hand away. Now can you imagine what journey I was going through? Icould not even sit properly for next 4 hours in bus. Decided to Call a friendto pick me up in Delhi. A bus driver that too govt bus- who’s duty is to take passengerssafe to their destination is involved in such third class - cheaper than thecheap activities. Do you feel that the girls travelling in Govt roadways busesare safe? Is this the punishment to be a girl in this country? If thisis the treatment given to girl by a govt bus employee, what more you canexpect. Please take this matter seriously and request some disciplinaryaction against the driver. Funniest part is that conductor also realized thishappening but did not say even a word. Public too was silent either. I have no words to add more. Hope there would be justice.

My self hemant Gupta.I m coming from delhi ISBT to son pat in harrying roadways bus no HR 69A6139.in time of morning 1.30 dated 05oct 2014. I m paid 40rs to conduits for ticket sonepat. condetor recived me 40rs. but cant' issued me ticket. he say abhi ticket kath hu. but condetor cant't issued me ticket a long time.sonepat aana k par usna muja bus stand par utar kar depo k ander chala gay.usana delhi say sonepat tak koi ticket nahi bani.eak passanger k sath bhe asha he kiy.meri recording ISBT par bus k ander siting karan k ha. sir please do something.my phone no is [protected]

I had purchased a ticket from karnal bus stand ticket counter, gave 500 rupees and the person asked for change then i gave 120 rupees more as i had to travel from karnal to chandigarh, he didn't return Rs 500 and suddenly bus started and i boarded the bus, when i started towards my destination, a thought came in my mind that i forgot to take rupees 500 so i sent my relative to ticket counter staff but he refused to return my money.i want my money back.The official name sitting there was pritam Singh. sir i am a student, and my college is in karnal 14 sector. i want to tell you that bus driver does not stop buses there for pickup students. student catch bus by running behind them. and in this they get injure very badly. and some die(some time ago in nilokhedi) i also catch bus behind running them. there is only those buses stop who is from kkr depo. but another bus is not stop. i observe two buses no. who does not stop there. these are- 1.
