I am a working women daily needs to travel in haryana roadways from bahalgarh to samalkha.
But haryana roadways drivers not stop the bus on bahalgarh stop.
On saturday at 5. 30 due to heavy jam 3 buses stop on that place 2 buses were yamunanagar depo and 1 bus is kaithal depo (Hr 64 7640) but not even a single bus open the door suddenly a passenger open the door in kaithal depo (Hr 64 7640)i saw that the bus passes over the high way from bahalgarh to murthal highway to ganaur highway when i request to take the bus from samalkha both the driver and condactor argue with me. I request you to kindly look into this matter because most of the passenger suffer with this issue.

Today i.e 27th Oct 2014 morning at about 4:30 AM I boardedin a Haryana Roadways Bus reg. No. HR-45B, 9777. (Chandigarh-Delhi Route) atChandigarh Bus stand. The bus was fully packed so there was no vacant seat.However I saw a young girl sitting at about bonnet (next to driver seat), Idecided to sit with her. After about 15 minutes, I realized some offensive touch nearmy stomach; I was shocked and immediately went through fear and anger to realizethat this was drivers hand there. At first, I ignored thinking that this couldbe by mistake; however after experiencing it repeatedly I decided to give itback to him. I suddenly shouted in anger at yet another shameful attempt ofdriver. Driver responded like a animal when confronted. No sign ofany kind of regret or something instead he asked me to go to backside, whenagain I shouted at him, that there is no seat behind and you do your duty justto drive and not to do such cheap activities. Somehow when driver realized theanger in my voice, he stopped. When I shouted, the young girl sitting with me told me thathe was doing this thing with her also. And then she also told driver to keephis hand away. Now can you imagine what journey I was going through? Icould not even sit properly for next 4 hours in bus. Decided to Call a friendto pick me up in Delhi. A bus driver that too govt bus- who’s duty is to take passengerssafe to their destination is involved in such third class - cheaper than thecheap activities. Do you feel that the girls travelling in Govt roadways busesare safe? Is this the punishment to be a girl in this country? If thisis the treatment given to girl by a govt bus employee, what more you canexpect. Please take this matter seriously and request some disciplinaryaction against the driver. Funniest part is that conductor also realized thishappening but did not say even a word. Public too was silent either. I have no words to add more. Hope there would be justice.

I m paid 40rs to conduits for ticket sonepat. condetor recived me 40rs. but cant' issued me ticket. he say abhi ticket kath hu. but condetor cant't issued me ticket a long time.sonepat aana k par usna muja bus stand par utar kar depo k ander chala gay.usana delhi say sonepat tak koi ticket nahi bani.eak passanger k sath bhe asha he kiy.meri recording ISBT par bus k ander siting karan k ha. sir please do something.my phone no is [protected]

I had purchased a ticket from karnal bus stand ticket counter, gave 500 rupees and the person asked for change then i gave 120 rupees more as i had to travel from karnal to chandigarh, he didn't return Rs 500 and suddenly bus started and i boarded the bus, when i started towards my destination, a thought came in my mind that i forgot to take rupees 500 so i sent my relative to ticket counter staff but he refused to return my money.i want my money back.The official name sitting there was pritam Singh. sir i am a student, and my college is in karnal 14 sector. i want to tell you that bus driver does not stop buses there for pickup students. student catch bus by running behind them. and in this they get injure very badly. and some die(some time ago in nilokhedi) i also catch bus behind running them. there is only those buses stop who is from kkr depo. but another bus is not stop. i observe two buses no. who does not stop there. these are- 1. Being the citizen of Haryana it is our core responsibility to develop certain ethics as well as systems to give the best services to our customers. But sorry to say you that we are lagging in this because of certains corrupt employee. Therefore, I would like to share one incident, which was happened to me. Today i.e. 16-09-14 I have travelled from the above said Bus from Kaithal to Karnal Time 6.10 P.M with ticket nos.C-14/537244 for Rs. 47.00, for Rs.3.00 . The above said Bus belongs to KARNAL Depot Bus No HR45 A 5047. I gave Rs. 50.00 to booth conductor along with Bus conductor for tickets and the tickets cost me Rs. 47.00. The booth conductor has returned me 3 toffees. Immediately, but i refuse and gave him 2 rupees change but he refuse nd said take this or nothing u got. All my efforts goes wasted. i said that if we cooperate then why u not cooperating us. I behaved him rudely; he has told me that he doesn't give to me. Further, And he says me “ JAHAN COMPLAINT KARNA HAI KAR LE GM ROADWAYS KAITHAL TO MERA SAALA HAI JO UKHADANA HA UKHAD LENA “ And he Abusing me and Fighting with me with support of Bus Drivers . this has not happened only to me, he kept money of Rs. 1.00, Rs.2.00, Rs. 3.00 maximum passanger. also.By seeing this I felt very ashamed being a citizen of Haryana.Hence, I am requesting you to kindly do the justice to all citizens of Haryana for not spoiling the image of our Transport system. Me &my family waiting for a bus at isbt bus stop kashmiri gate for kumarhatti on 27/08/2014. Meanwhile i saw a bus of h.R. Roadways of panipat depo leaving shimla counter. I asked the driver whether the go to shimla? He said yes. Then i step inside the bus for k-hatti. But the conducytor refused togive the ticket for k-hatti. Then i asked him for three tickets for dharampur. The ticket no. Is[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[prote...⇄ . Total fare :rs560. Seat no. Are 10, 11. The next ticket is[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], . Total fare: 280. Seat no. Is 14.
Now around 1 km from dharampur he asked us to leave the bus. We request him that its midnight 1a.M. Please leave us at k-hatti which ius just 4 km from dharampur. But he refused to do so & shouted on us & demands me for rs 50 without ticket. We oppose it &say make solan's ticket for us. He makes 3 tickets for solan. Ticket no. Is:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. Total:rs90.
Thereafter he continue misbhaving with us & said the driver to stop the bus only at solan.
Sir, his demand of rs.50 clearly depicts his greedy nature. His tone also implies that he is such a foolish & illitrate person in your department. He makes me toatlly helpless & exhausted that night. We couldn't trace the bus due to darkness. But this is the bus of panipat depo & it leaves delhi for rampur at 5:40 pm onv 27/08/14& reaches k-hatti. At 12:50 a.M.
Sir, i want you to take necessory actions against the bus conductor so that any person in the future mayt not to be suffer like us.

I am a daily passenger from Faridabad to Badarpur Border . The Bus Conductor of HR 38R 0970 is not performing his duty well and ask for every person to come to their seat to take tickets and both driver and conductor misbehave with everyone.You are requested to kindly take action against both of them.

I want to bring to your notice the aspect o[censored]tmost harassment to public by Haryana Roadways Staff Bus No
HR45B 8581 from Dharamsala to New Delhi on 18 Aug 2014.
(a) Conductor not allowing passengers to sit and is not ready to give tickets from Jawalaji to Chandigarh, argues irresistibly and misbehaves.
(b) Smokes BIDI on Co-driver seat, when checked argues with public.
(c) Takes money from public and does not return the balance.
(d) Driver has offered seat to a Lady on the bonnet, when co passengers offer their seat to the lady(seeing lady looking uncomfortable due to ogling staff). Driver argues and resists, stops changing seats and snubs "KOI CHANGE NAHI HOGA MADAM BAITHI RAHEGI YAHAN PE".
(e) Driver and Co driver continue chatting while bus is being driven at a speed more than 80 Kmph.
(f) Do not stop the bus at bus stops and cause inconvenience to public.
(g) Both driver and conductor are very rude and are driving their bus at will without regard to law & order.

cs 1b bus service
was stopped two a week ago and till now it is not been started . thousands of people including students and teachers and other working people are facing a lot of problem because of this and it is done with no reason. it must be started immediately.

Incident on 16th june 2014 at 7:40 am at Fatehabad Bus no.- HR39C 9440 Driver wrong behaviour------- We are standing on Fatehabad-Mini secretariat. the bus no. HR39C 9440 came and only one lady standing there and giving hand to the bus, but the driver stopped the bus before some distance and dropped two persons and suddenly speed fast the bus and didn't stop it... After that we follow the bus and go to the main bus stand and talk to the driver that when he saw the lady standing and giving hand for bus, why he stopped intentionally the bus some distance before and dropped even two persons. If there is no bus stand there, then why he dropped two persons, or if he dropped two persons, and the lady is standing there, then why he fasts the speed of bus and didn't stop. --the driver said do anything, i can do my own choice, also he uses abusive and nonsense language to the lady. He is such a nonsense driver in Haryana roadways. He doesn't have any sense how to talk with a woman. Secondly everyone says respect women, but this type of driver cant do anything and its a shame for Haryana roadways that he has such type of drivers. So, please take corrective action against him, so that in future this type of incident will never happen. --And also one thing the driver has no guilty himself, he has proud himself that what a shameless thing he has done.

Dear Sir/Mam I have a concern about the Haryana Roadways, Now I start, Yesterday on Monday Jun-2014, I took a bus from Ballabhgarh to Sarita vihar, Bus route is Ballabhgarh to Panipat, Bus departure time is 12:30, I have taken ticket till sarita vihar now before the sarita vihar bus driver refused me to take stop on sarita vihar, I asked him to why ? while I have taken ticket, I suggested him to ask with conductor after that bus driver and two other guys were ready to fight with me, Conductor is nice guy he vissiled two or more time but driver never stopped, Sir I need to take your help I can identify of driver and I have ticket of that bus so driver can be identify, Sir, Please help me. We tried calling the Volvo office no one will picked the phone. After that I had purchased two more tickets at 6 Am and reached Chandigarh. Upon asking that since we have done the online payment for the service, they said that you write a mail and your amount will be refunded back. Very very bad experience. We request you to please refund back our amount i.e. Rs. 1290/- as we have not availed the said service. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this mail at your end. I am an employee of state bank of india and my elder brother is a sub-inspector in ITBP and currently he is posted in Chandigarh high court. I went to chandigarh on 5th May to pick his some luggage as his transfer is due after few days. Today 6th May 2014 I have boarded haryana roadways bus from chandigarh to hisar at 1:00 PM, my seat was near to the bonnet, the journey was ok till Kalayat bus stand after few minutes nearby Danoda bus stop one lady (around 25 years of age) with 4 other girls boarded the bus. Four of them got seat but one of them didn't get the seat. that girl was known to the bus driver and he didn't allow conductor to even charge those girls for the travel and eventually loss in haryana roadways treasure. Bus driver has forced me to vacate seat for his known girl when I denied to do so he offended me and started abusing me I told him that it’s a long journey for me and I can’t vacate seat for her, still he forced me to do so but I refused it all the time as she was known to him and instead of serving his duties he was in argument with me. He said either I vacate seat for her else he will throughout my luggage on that note I said I have paid for the seat and I will not leave it, then he said the bus belongs to him as Haryana roadways appointed him as a driver for the bus. He said I will give you a slap and will throughout you from the bus. After that I called one of my uncle who was known to the Depot Incharge, Depot Incharge called him and warned him not to do so and he was suppose to report him, after that he became angry and frustrated he called many people who are local gundas of hisar, he called his son to bring some boys from padav area of hisar and he said bring all the boys ( local badmash) at hisar byepass and keep some boys on Hisar Bus stand. I thought it’s just a joke and nothing is relevant so I didn’t mind it. But it’s very unfortunate for me, for Haryana Roadways, for Haryana government as well as for Indian government that near Guru Jambeshwar university 6 armed boys boarded the bus including bus driver’s son and they tried to get me outside the bus as their intension was to kidnap me (their nara was ‘utha lo re isne aur le chalo padav mein’ ) when I tried to stop them they gave me 4-5 slaps and then tussled my left hand’s thumb. Somehow we reached bus stand as soon as passengers vacate the bus, bus driver and other badmash started abusing me and gave me some blows. In the mean time Haryana roadways other staff intervene and they saved me from them and all the boys ran away from their. After that I left that place and called my father he met with Haryana roadways staff but nothing result was came out as every one was saying please roshan lal ji chood-dijiye iski naukri ka saval hai and as elder person he accepted bus driver’s sorry and left the matter there only. But I am not satisfied withthis as they tried to kidnap me, they assaulted me, they threated me with knife. Even Busdriver tried to naked me on hissar busstand and your officials still wants to leave that fellow I’m not sure that he will not repeat it with someone else. My father didn’t allow me to lodge a FIR but I want to do so, so please help me to do so. I request you to please take necessary action against that fellow.

Driver of Haryana roadways is allocating seats fist of all he had allocated the tickets and after buying the tickets he had refused to give the selective seats and mis behaved with Sr citizen and saying like this " main nahi duga mera kya paaroge tum and had use abusive language and said like complaint kar do mera koi kuch ni paar sakta. at ISBT kashmirigateDelhi for DELHI to Baijnath on 19th April 2014 bus time 06:00pm . So please take some action against him that he is very arrogant to the public and also hitting that old man. Ordinary Bus haryana roadways. Date 19.04.2014 time left from isbt 06:00pm

Hello sir i am residence of Ballabgarh and took bus from Ballabgarh for my office the route no is CS-1B . i complaining about the bus driver he never stop bus even in the bus stand area . Hi Concern Depts., This is to reference that the Bus (from Bahadurgarh to Faridabad) is not arriving from last 20 days and passengers are facing allots of problem (e.g. convence issue, reach late in office, rush at in private bus etc.). As you are aware that there is only 1 roadways bus service from B.garh to FBD. i am from B.garh and working at IGI airport. All Passengers are demoralize from Haryana Roadways because they are not provide us a single bus service which can come at daily routine. Requested you to kindly do some needful. Regards /Govind

Hi My brother was coming from Hodal with his wife and daughter in Citi bus. Bus Conductor did not provide ticket even after taking money. They tried to ask him for ticket 5-6 times during our journey, but he did not provide ticket. Which means, entire money went into his pocket. They were not the only one, there were few more passengers whom he did not provide the ticket. If my brother might have been caught without ticket, who would be responsible. Secondly, it governments money which he is putting in his pocket. Please do something about that. We do not know the name of the conductor, but bus no. was HR 38R 7930. It was faridabad citi bus.

I gave Rs. 50.00 to conductor for tickets and the tickets cost me Rs. 47.00. The conductor has returned me 3 toffies. immediately, but i refuse and gave him 2 rupees change but he refuse nd said take this or nothing u got. All my efforts goes wasted. i said that if we coperate then why u not coperating us. I behaved him rudely, he has told me that he doesn't give to me.Further, this has not happened only to me, he kept money of Rs. 1.00, Rs.2.00, Rs. 3.00 maximum passanger. The conductor and driver are also not in their uniforms also.By seeing this I felt very ashamed being a citizen of Haryana.Hence, I am requesting you to kindly do the justice to all citizens of Haryana for not spoiling the image of our Transport system.I hope you will find this is in order.
