I sandeep kumar was traveling through your haryana roadways from churu to Birmee on 21 nov 2013 at morning time 4.30 I get bus from churu at 4.30 morning.I was setting back to driver seat By mistake I put my leg on bonate. Then suddenly your driver behave was very rudaly towards me. I don't know why he react in this way. He was so anger to me. He was ready to beat me. He called me bad name. I strickly complaint against his behaviour for passenger is very rude. Conductor name. Is vijenadr Driver name I don't know & BUS no is HR 61B 7131 it is Bhiwani - dilli - bhiwani

Dear Sir, I was traveling form Haryana Roadways Bus No:HR 66 7524 on 14 Nov 2013 from Ludhiana to Delhi. the bus started at 06:20 P.M from Ludhiana and reached and stopped at 08:30 P.M on government Dhaba in Rajpura. the Dhaba walla told 40 Rs/- food per plate, but after taking food he charged 140 Rs/-. conductor was also siting near by, when I complained about this incident, then conductor along with Dhaba walla start shouting at me and threaten to beat me. so its my humble request that this types of things should be stopped, because sir if they charge more money what they have told, then if some one is short of money then how, he will reach to his destination. I board the bus from Delhi Kashmiri gate isbt around 6:10 on 2nd-nov-2013 which is today.That conductor charged me 600rs/- for one way fare.i am going to chandigarh.The fare has to be 520rs/- but he refused me to give me my moneyback.he said it will cost me the same.i will not give you balance. Haryana volvo bus number 9962. It's route started from Delhi around 6:20 and it will end it at chandigarh.

Dear Sir, As a proud and responsible citizen of India, I want to bring to your notice the nuisance created by all Bus Conductors in a public transport bus taking round trips between DLF Cyber city to Sikanderpur Metro Station.It is terrible and shocking to see that all bus conductors are not providing tickets to any passengers (Fare of Rs 5/-) even if the bus is full of passengers. A bus which carries around 30 passengers and no ticket is given to any passengers daily. Even if the conductor and driver takes 20 such trips daily, they both are accumulating 90, 000/- rupees per month. (5/- x 30 passengers x 20 trips x 30 days ). I believe, this is a serious problem of governance. When asked why they are not giving tickets, they are showing rude behaviour and give dozens of excuses.They are simply using using government buses and filling up there own personal pockets... IT IS A LOOT OF GOVERNMENT RESOURCES...Moreover the bus is full or dust and dirt on seats and one cannot sit on it...This is happening on a daily basis... The bus conductors are not having any fear of the system and boldly saying to complain against them as if nothing is going to happen to them. Sir, I believe in the system and hope that strict action will be taken against these corrupt practices so that misuse of government resources dont take place. JAI HIND, JAI BHARAT. NISHANT.

I am an M.B.B.S student at SHKM Govt. Medical College, Nalhar (Mewat). I usually used Haryana Roadways bus of 4 A.M. which runs b/w CHARKHI DADRI to DELHI nd I travel every Monday from Charkhi Dadri to Jhajjar in this bus. I always got the seat but today on date 21 oct 2013, it is the frst tym that I dont get any seat. The reson is not that there is no vacant seat. The reson is that the conductor shows his stubbornness and makes his own rule that there is no seat for jhajjar passengers. I also told them that I am an M.B.B.S student of a govt college and always get the seat but they don't care all this and only said that what can I do if you are an M.B.B.S student. Means there is no any respect in their mind for a doctor. They insult my profession and u may also know that the profession of a doctor is most respectable among the all other professions.
I wake up early in the morning keeping one thing in my mind that I will got the seat and join the queue 15 mins before the bus timing but beyond it I don't get any seat nd the person who are after me in the queue got the seat no.
On this case, I made a call to our area GM but he also did not pay any attention to this situation and starts shouting on me.
Sir/Madam plz tell me for how much long tym the students like me would have to chase these kind of problems?
So, this is my hearitly request to you to take strict actions against the conductor so that the students lyk me gets the seat and go for their colleges on time. Today, due the conductor's stubbornness only, I missed my first 2 Lectures. And I think you may also know the importance of an M.B.B.S class.

The name of the faulty Conductor is Mr. RAKESH KUNMAR who usually sits on the booth at CHARKHI DADRI depot and give us seat no.
Sir/Madam, I again request you to take some strict actions against the conductor and GM of our area Charkhi Dadri[protected] as soon as possible so that the passengers like me would not have to chase these kinds of problems in the future and get rid off from these problems.
I shall be thankful to you for this act of kindness.

Dear Concern, i want to bring into your kind notics that your shimla to Ynr roadways bus HR58 A 8220 is not taking any stopage between Ambala to Jagadhari, we as a passenger we face lot of problems because of this. if we are taking tha bus from Chandigarh and asking to take a stopage for Thana Chapar or Dosarka then what is the harm in it. if some from Police or Roadways employees they take a stop any time anywhere. Being a citizen of INDIA & belonging to Haryana, I request to haryana Roadways to resolve the issue. Lot of passengers are ther who are doing daily up & down from chandigarh to any place between Jagadhary to Ambala, all are facing tha same problem. with due respects i complaint about haryana roadways bus route plan timing........sir i live in ballabgarh and i m doing job in gurgaon..& i regular passenger in haryana roadways....then sir my complaints topic for the employes of H.R(Haryana Roadways)..because sir in according to h.r roadways bus route plan is continius bus at difference of 15 min between one roadways to other roadways......but at that time and a fully mnths we can not manage a time and manage a bus to customers in the difference of 1 or 1.15 mintutes...but a.c bus services will take very speedly .....at that date[protected] first roadways goes on 5.40 a.m and 2nd roadways goes on 6.45 but in the difference of 1st and 2nd roadways total 5 a.c bus will be passes.......and i talk to h.r roadways staff then we reply me answer is very ruddly...and says (eshe hi chalegi jha complaints karni hai kar lo)...and then after i goes to yard master of h.r roadways then we reply me(roadways khrab hai or vha jakar khade ho jao yha sir m dard nahi kro ...etc) & some says ( a.c buss chalayi huui hai unme jao) but sir all people r not sufficients or manage a a.c ticket money charges because in a.c and local city route charge difference is most in a local city buss ticket amount(35rs) but in a.c busses ticket amount charges is (72rs).....sir i request to that plz manage the busses at that time and take a strik action for roadways employes ...thanks

I have travelled in Haryana Roadways Vovlo bus on 15 May 13 starting at 0900 hrs from Chandigarh to IGI Airport. Bus No. was 1502 and conductor name was Mr. Pardeep. This bus got a flat tyre before Sonepat. Driver said that his spare tyre is also unserviceable. Therefore, puncture was fixed. After moving few metres, puncture again leaked which was again fixed but to leak again. Finally after two hours of agony in the heat of 41 degrees, passangers were put on another ordinary bus. No refund was made by the conductor.Ticket cost was Rs.600/-.

Today (29/04/2013) i am trevelling in a bus of haryana roadways of rohtak depot, bus number was HR-46c-8517, i purachase a ticket from hansi to hissar and give rs30 to conducter, he gives me a ticket of rs22 and remaining balance write on the back of ticket.
i have my stopage near gju university, so neasr that i ask to return the money, he says come along with bus stand, because i have some urgent work so i waas not able that i go woth him, i request him again to return money at my stopage, after it he distroy the ticket and abuse me n throw out me from bus n says whi says i have to return you the money.

so please take action on my complaint.

On 7/4/13 at 1200 hrs in day time i was travelling from AMBALA to CHANDIGARH in HARYANA ROADWAYS BUS no. HR 68 ,7265.On the instruction of conductor i kept my luggage at back seat and told me to seat at two seat ahead.but on the way a gang of 6-8 people sitting around my luggage and conductor were stollen my gold items and cash of total around 2 lacs rs.But now conductor is telling totally my fault why i believed on conductor also.Now what i should do.i was having faith on haryana people.

A Driver of Haryana Roadways Kaithal while driving a bus from Kaithal to Yamunanagar on 04/04/2013 at 8.30 AM at indri chowk Ladwa has driven bus very roughly. My wife was not completely stepped down and the driver immediately started the bus and my wife fell down got injuries in her head and arms.
I would like to draw the attention to General Manager Haryana Roadways Kaithal to Instruct their driver to start their buses when the passenger steps down completely and doors in closed condition.
The authority should take necessary action against such rough drivers and cancel their driving licences.

Sir/Madam,

there is a schedule of one bus starting from bhiwani at 04.20 am for chandigarh via Meham,gohana,Karnal.

It is generally seen that this bus is genarally skipped. The people are waiting at the bus stop right well before time and waiting for the bus.
The people have to get up early at 3 am to catch this bus and have to wait for the next bus scheduled at 5.20 am. It is really painful standing at bus stop and waiting for the bus in shivering cold in month if winters and finally delay in their daily routine like offices and tradings.

Please help to improve the services and implement the schedule with certainity so that people have some faith in state govt.

My self Ashish raj i am regular passenger of haryana
Roadways from Shahbad to pehowa.

Timing of pehowa route is 8:20am then 8:40am
But sir I hard to say that there is no bus on these timings
Every time I talk to the Shahbad bustand incharge
For this but his behaviour is not good.
Instead of look into this matter. He advice me to
Complaint to KURUKSHETRA HEAD OFFICE.
Sir what I think they have govt job that's why there
Behaviour and punctuality is not up to the mark.
Because there is two private buses on this route also.
And i hats off for there concern to public and there timings.
Sir those people think there is no one to take necessary action
On irregularity and this kind of behaviour

Sir I expect you will definately take necessary
Action on this so general public will not suffer more
With there attitude.

I travelled in Haryana Roadways Volvo Bus no HR 68 A 7258, this morning (8/12/12). I regret to say that in the bus neither the Blower works and nor was a water bottle provided. The conductor and driver were way too rude and refused to give the complaint register despite being asked repeatedly to give it. They refused to cooperate come what may. A patient of Asthma was there in the bus whose condition grew bad but it did not attract the sympathy of the two. The conductor and driver also fought with many passengers in the bus when they complained about the poor services in the bus. The journey was very uncomfortable as it was early winter morning and the experience was extremely unpleasant.

Dear Sir,

I am Arun Kumar working at Dear Bassi near Chandigarh.
I make up & down most probably daily from my home town Taraori (Karnal) to Dera Bassi (near Chandigarh).
In the morning, I and other passengers are waiting for bus to stop and main thing is that even the buses who are going from Karnal to Chandigarh do not take break at Taraori.
This is really untolerable that we are waiting for the bus from the morning and have hope to reach office in time only due to Karnal Roadways Bus.
But due to the lazziness of driver, he don't take break at Taraori.

I request you to take the matter seriously as most of the haryana roadways bus going from Chandigarh to Delhi have their stopage at Taraori.
Even at least you can direct the Karnal Roadways Drivers to take break at Taraori.

Looking forward a positive response from your side.

i am a student from village-kot kalsia which is in chhachhrauli city .. on my route there is only two private buses of same operator one is from jagadhri to darpur and other is from jagadhri to taharpur... i face problem always have to wait on bustand due to bus puncture thn bus doesnt came to busstand so we have to wait from next one hour from next bus ....both buses at morning are overloaded one goes at 7.15am and other go at 7.45am thn the next bus timing is 10am and thn 11am .....MY SUGGESTION IS TO ADD A NEW BUS ON MY ROUTE TO REDUCE THE OVERLOAD ON OTHER BUSES AND TO RDUCE THE WAITING TIME ....

Today,i.e.,on 1st October,2012 my niece had boarded the bus from Chandigarh,Labour Chowk at around 6:40 pm in evening. She was alone at that time. And she had came to Chandigarh for an interview. The bus was for Bhiwani with a board of bhiwani in front of the mirror. And when she had sit in the bus the driver and both conductor were using abusive language. and they asked her to immediately leave the bus. She requested them to leave her at the Ambala Polytechnic chowk.But since they were badly drunk at that moment,they pushed her outside the bus. She was injured.Her luggage was spilled over the road and her mobile was crushed at the moment. As per indian norms provided to the Womens this was illegal, since in our constitution also it has been mentioned in the article, that women should be given special seat as well as respect. But in this case it was upto the brink of any thing....since she was disrespected as well as abused by the drivers and conductor also. I hope you will take some legal action soon. This complaint has been forwarded to both the Transport Minister of Haryana Roadways,GM of Ambala, And Central Transport minister of Indian government.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are passengers travelling daily from Kosli to Gurgaon for our jobs. Earlier there was a Haryana Roadways bus available at 5AM in the morning, which has been stopped by Gurgaon depot. We are facing problems in reaching our job locations on time.

Also, the depot people not responding to the request done with them.

Kindly look into the same..
