as today on Monday 3rd of Sep was going to Gorgon by haryana roadways bus no. hr47 6929 where i was allotted as seat no 43 by bus authority but when i went in to bus there was no 43 no seat and when i asked to the authority about this they denied to resolve the problem . i have all the necessary docs with me that required to prove this ...

Dear Sir

I'm a resident of Kendriya Vihar, Sector-56, Gurgaon daily commuting to and fro my office at M.G. Road, Gurgaon using your Haryana Roadways City bus service.

On 03-Aug-12 in the evening at 6:20PM I boarded the A.C. bus no. HR 38R 2652 from Central Mall M.G. road, Gurgaon and paid Rs.20 to the conductor for the ticket to Kendriya Vihar, Sector-56, Gurgaon however the conductor gave me the ticket of Rs.10 after reaching Sikenderpur Metro Station and when I reminded him that I had boarded from Central Mall and had paid Rs.20 to him for the ticket he just smiled and told me that I just only keep the ticket for Rs.10 and I'll not have any problem. After a few distance was covered I noticed the conductor was collecting the tickets from the passengers who were deboardig the bus on completion of their journey and selling those tickets to the new passengers. On deboarding the bus at Kendriya Vihar (7:00PM) I approached the route coordinator and asked him for the complaint book to which he advised me that the same is available at the Gurgaon city bus depot only and not the the coordinating point.

I'm writing you the mail expecting that an investigation for the above mentioned bus conductor will be done and a corrective action will be taken to prevent such kind of corruption in your department.

I m a regular traveler from indri, karnal ( haryana) to delhi from yamunanagar roadways today (1/8/2012) . I take my bus frm indri bus stand and i ask the condutor will u stop panipat busstand for 10 min because ever bus frm yamuna nagar to delhi always stay panipat for 10 to 20 mintues . He asked me yes we will stop there for 10 min for tea break . One of my brother waiting me inside bustand for give me my laptop and the condutor did not stop bus he just take it from out and i also asked him i[censored] will stop bus inside panipat bussatand than give me ticket for delhi i[censored] not than give me ticket for panipat. He give me ticket for delhi and take the bus frm out . When i ask him he said abused me and said u can complaint. Even he did not sign on my ticket and did not returne my fair as well . The number of the bus HR 9036 . Please short out my problem its not for the money its for the truth and honesty .

Hi Sir,

I travel daily between Mokhuta and Narnaul from Haryana Roadways Narnaul bus service. There are some daily commuters known to conductor from whom conductor do not take regular fare of Rs. 17 and those commuters are also happy to pay just half fare i.e. Rs. 10/-. The commuters have full support from conductor who informs them about ticket checkers in advance so that they can get down at a pre-destined loaction before checkers get into bus. Govt. and roadways buses haging losses. Busses are full and so are pockets of drivers and conductors

this side i am nitin khurana hear i am complaining against the bus conductor of haryarna roadways what hepped exectlly yesterday night i was there at ISBT KASMIRI GATE it was arond late night 11.20 to 11.50 i was coming to my home back from delhi . i bus was there haryana roadways (delhi to katra) standing there me and my friend just buy ticects from ticet counter and just sit in the bus after confirming our seets bus i waqs shoked with the bus condocor behavioure he was so parshal when the bus strated to move condoctor will come and abuseing use and using very velgure language he tried to hit me even and just thorw me out of bus .its really heart my sentimants plz do it some think quicly

Sir I bought ticket for chandigarh from ISBT Delhi yesterday 11:30 (Bus# 0271), Ticket (868104,653942,037610,223370). Then i changed mind to take another bus and asked conductor & Ticket Booker to cancel the ticket and return money back. But they refused and i had to pay without travelling in the bus. I am disappointed. Please suggest what to do.

On 18-May-2012,I took Bus from Zirakpur for Ambala City(Baldev Nagar) at around 9:45 pm .

HR-69 7134 (Chandigarh-Delhi,Haryana Roadways gaurav,Sonipat Depo)

We were 2 peoples in the bus for Baldev nagar.

Conductor Said the bus will go above the flyover on baldev nagar.

We requested conductor to take the bus down the flyover,but he said "Bus upar se jayegi ,jyada dimag naa khaa ab" in a very rude way.

Then on requesting him again he Said i will not even stop the bus over the flyover now,and he took us to the Next station Ambala Cantt

and Said "Jo ukhad sakta hai ukhad lena ".

After that we have to wait for 30 mins at Ambala Cantt for AutoRickshaw to go back to Ambala City.

I have no idea why that person was so much rude to the passengers.
The haryana Roadways service seems to be working not on the basis of any rules and regulations ,but on the mercy of these rude Conductors and Drivers.

The stoppages of the Bus are not decided by the Administration ,but only by the mood of the Conductor and driver.

We the people of Ambala City who use to do Daily updown from chandigarh to ambala city have to suffer a lot just because of such irresponsible staff members.

I just wanted to know What wrong I demanded from him.

I request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible .

I seating from Badli Sector 18 Rohini in the HARYANA ROADWAYS route Farmana village to ISBT Kashmere Gate via Bawana BUS NO. HR-69-9916. The conductor give me a ticket no.AG[protected] VAL NO. 64839947 for Rs. 20- / (Twenty only) . I asked the conductor why are you give me Twenty rupees from BADLI TO ISBT KASHMERE GATE but he says why you are coming in my bus this is your penality.

I live at Village Rai PO & Block - Rai District - Sonipat Haryana. I am currentlly working as Sr Software Developer at Sumona Consulting Pvt Ltd situated at Noida Sec - 62 UP for that I daily get updown from Rai to Noida and reback. Sir, but Roadways buses does not take stop at Rai that's why at morning many employees getting late daily. Today two buses with No HR 55-H 2507 and HR -69 A6142 are passing but not stop at bus stop .
Roadways service is good at that root but they does not stop at Rai bus stand. Sir you are requested taht pl take some action against him.

I want to bring kind notice an incident on 22th april 2011 at bus stop ISBT delhi at 1:30 a.m.We are SEVEN member . I was to travel from DELHI to PANIPAT by bus. I tried to get in toThe bus (HR68A-9946) of your depot, but the conductor & driver didn’t allow me to get in.he asked me this bus is going on the fly over & not stopige before the pipli . I requested him many times but he bluntly refused and exchange Very hot words With me and physically man handled and thrashed me out of the bus. In this process I got my shirt torned . You are, therefore, requested to look into the matter personally so that innocent passengers may not suffer in future by the rude behavior of your staff and may not bring bad name to your department and defaulting person may be punished accordingly, here I mention that I am available for witness in this enquiry if necessary.

im daily passenger of haryana roadways(from last 1year) panchkula to ambala city( baldev nagar). i want to inform you about the misbehaving of haryana roadyways bus conductor.i was travelling from panchkula to ambala (baldev nagar) in bus number HR[protected]:30pm daily) panchkula to delhi on date 3 april 23012, when i was purchasing the ticket for my destination . the conductor ask me for 35rs . when i informed him that im daily passenger of this bus and daily i paid 32 rs . then why should i pay 35 . after listening me he started shouting on me. and when i agree to pay 35rs , he said he wont allow me to sit in bus.. please have a look on this matter.

FARIDABAD STOPPED MY PENSION BALANCE 10,000.00 FOR ANY RECOVERY. BUT IT IS CLEAR NOW THAT I HAVE NO ANY
BALANCE OF HARYANA ROADWAYS.

I CONTRACT TO MR. BHIM (WHICH IS A CLERK IN PENSION DEPTT. FARIDABAD). HE TAKE 2000 RUPEES FROM ME FOR
CLEAR OF PENSION BALANCE. BUT HE DEMAND FOR EXTRA MONEY.

SO I REQUESTED THAT PLEASE HELP ME. BECAUSE MR. BHIM
IS A VERY ANTI SOCIAL CORRUPTION MAN AND DEMAND MONEY.

Hi,

With this complaint i would like your attention the current inconvenience being caused by the ticket conductors of punjab roadways.

I am working in Chandigarh and a resident of Hoshiarpur. So at weekends i use to travel from Chandigarh to Hoshiarpur.

Now the problem is at 7:00 pm there is bus timing for Jammu via Hoshiarpur from Sector 43 isbt, Chandigarh. But even after standing in queue and reaching the counter, when we ask for a ticket to Hoshiarpur, then the conductor denies as they prefer to cut tickets for Jammu first and at the last minutes if any seat is left vacant, they issue ticket for Hoshiarpur.

This is totally wrong, everyone has the right to buy ticket and have seat in the bus for the station it is passing. But this with every bus conductor either belonging to Punjab roadways or Haryana roadways.

i would request please look into this and ask the respective roadways heads to have check on this.
This totally violation of human rights and there is no such policy written, that even after standing for minutes in queue and reaching the counter you will not get ticket.

If someone ask them or tell them this is wrong, they start abusing and misbehaving.
There should be proper police guidance at such areas so that general public can take there help in such cases.

Hi Sir,
I was coming back to Chandigarh from Rajasthan in HRTC bus# HR68A 9952 on 01/12/2012 with my grand mother. The conductor was behaving very impolitely with all the passengers and was using abusive language. I ask him to give me 2 tickets for Chandigarh, firstly he gave me used tickets (Taken from other passengers) when i refuse he said "ticket yehi milegi nahi to utar jao" he gave me new tickets after only to Delhi ISBT. Later on driver was driving the bus very harshly. A person on next seat got injured when driver was driving the bus off the road. 3 times he hit the different trucks. Driver was using Portable DVD player and was watching the A grade moving while driving. When we reached the ISBT few passengers talk to driver and i was shocked driver was heavily drunk that time.

It is my humble request to you sir please do the needful as because that kind of people risk the other people live.

today as i got a bus with the bus no HR 68-0904 Pehowa To Shahbad at 7.15 from makilpur.When i give him the mony for tickt .the condouctor take the money and cant give the tickt and not give the balance.I ask for tickt and balance but he abused and ask (tikt ka kya karoge or 1-2 rupess main kya hota hai).but i ask stricktly for balance or tickt but he trreanted me foroutside the bus.and said (kar lo jo karoge .

Dear Sir,

I want to complain about a driver who was driving bus no HR-46-9773

On Thursday(05.01.2012), I was travelling in this bus in morning and i was cought this bus from Rohtak aprox. at 9AM for Bahadurgarh.
when i requested to driver with very humble way to stop the bus just before the stand then he shouted on me and said why u entered in this bus.

This behave was really very discausting and please warn him or take any action to avoid this thing in future. After all buses are for our Convenient not to make us suffer.

The bus conductor of HR-67A-0384 misbehaved on the route from New-Delhi to Jallandhar. he was not respecting any of the passenger and was not clearing the dues. he was just sitting on his seat (next to the driver) and was calling people to his seat for getting tickets.

i took a ticket from Rajpura to Ludhiana (samrala chowk) faring Rs. 62. i gave him Rs. 112, and he was not having Rs. 50 change. so, he asked me to get it when i reach Ludhiana. but when i reached there, he gave me Rs.100 and told me instead, to ask for a change money from other passengers.

i could not find any definite means for filing the complaint on the Haryana government's website.

I am kawarpreet singh. I Daily move up and down from chandigarh to pinjore in haryana roadways buses as i belong to haryana, So I always Prefer to travel in haryana roadways buses. But the complaint is that conductor and driver of bus no HR37C1970 on 25th nov,2011 of ambala depot which daily goes to route, from chandigarh to Shimla . As they dont pick the passengers for pinjore even if bus is having 10 - 15 passengers sitting inside .This Bus Daily goes half empty daily from bus stand. today when I Was sitting inside only 13 -14 passengers were inside but when conductor come to me for ticket he refused to take the passenger for pinjore , so i requested him a lot saying that I will get Late for my Office , even i told him that i dont need a seat also , was ready to give him change money i.e 22 rs but the driver stopped the bus and let me down in midway from bus stand chandigarh. and used very abusive language and threatened me to never get in this bus for future . , After that i had to go back to bus stand and baord another bus with this i got late to my office and was marked absent, which means a lot . around 1500 rs daily is my salary so who will bear it. Request you to ask that driver conductor to make us sit in the bus for pinjore or even we are ready to go standing also if seats not available in bus for short route or local passengers.
Even i am planning to write transport minister for this issue and MLA & GM Ambala.

I am reach at kurukshetra new bus stand 8.15 AM for going Karnal that date that time one bus no HR 65-7117 come out from workshop I ask the conductor where the bus going on he say bus not going anywhere then I sam 2nd bus for Babain and take that bus for PIPLI and then I saw same bus is empty and come in back of Babain bus then leave the bus in Pipli and take the bus HR65-7117. then I ask conductor why u told me bus not going Delhi bus not going anywhere he answer me this is our wish I have all ticket for that bus and again bus is empty many of people stand on the road in Nilokheri for going Delhi side he not stop the bus now I want ask some clarification for this
Conductor decides where the bus stop or not stop Depot not decide or make any rules for where the bus stop or not
Kurukshetra depot bus stand make a counter for DELHI and Jaipur why the bus not stand the front of same counter
Roadways dress not mandatory of Haryana Roadways employee
In the many of busses written No smoking if any one smoke in bus like driver or conductor what is procedures for them.
many of conductor not gave rs 1 change he gave rs 0.25 paisa toffe if change is 2 then 2 toffe why roadways checker take a action for this.
Conductor seat is in last of bus seat why they not follow for this rules and ticket checker also know all of above mistakes.

Mentioned vehicle no. HR-58-8986 from yamunanagar to ambala around 8 am 07/11/2011 that bus conductor do not have the manners to talk with the passengers and always shout on the passengers which i analyzed in 1hrs , this is public transport and he thinks that his own bus.
Please take serious action against him sothat he must have manners to talk with pasengers because this is public transport and it reflects our state image in front of others people
due to these bad elements our state image going bad or worse
