With this complaint i would like your attention the current inconvenience being caused by the ticket conductors of punjab roadways.

I am working in Chandigarh and a resident of Hoshiarpur. So at weekends i use to travel from Chandigarh to Hoshiarpur.

Now the problem is at 7:00 pm there is bus timing for Jammu via Hoshiarpur from Sector 43 isbt, Chandigarh. But even after standing in queue...

I was coming back to Chandigarh from Rajasthan in HRTC bus# HR68A 9952 on 01/12/2012 with my grand mother. The conductor was behaving very impolitely with all the passengers and was using abusive language. On Thursday(05.01.2012), I was travelling in this bus in morning and i was cought this bus from Rohtak aprox. at 9AM for Bahadurgarh.
when i requested to driver with very humble way to stop the bus just before the stand then he shouted on me and said why u entered in this bus.

The bus conductor of HR-67A-0384 misbehaved on the route from New-Delhi to Jallandhar. he was not respecting any of the passenger and was not clearing the dues. he was just sitting on his seat (next to the driver) and was calling people to his seat for getting tickets.

Rude behaviour with passengers

Mentioned vehicle no. HR-58-8986 from yamunanagar to ambala around 8 am 07/11/2011 that bus conductor do not have the manners to talk with the passengers and always shout on the passengers which i analyzed in 1hrs , this is public transport and he thinks that his own bus.
Please take serious action against him sothat he must have manners to talk with pasengers because this is public transport and it reflects our state image in front...

Rude Behaviour of conductor

I am Sandeep Dhiman and im travling in Haryana Roadways bus from Delhi to Chandigarh. The behaviour of the conductor is very poor. Being a long route bus he should not stop it at non bus stop place. Bus seats are already full but still he is stoping the bus after covering every small distance which is very time wasting.

Faridabad to sohna road in bad shape

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that the road connecting to sohna from faridabad is in bad shape because of endless number of speed breakers. These breakers are around 55 on 20 km way. This hindering our health and moreover the commuters car is also in danger as the breakers are endless and also very high.
I think these breakers are not made by government. Please see to this problem.

Today (on 23.09.2011), I'm travelling in bus having no. HR47 3806 (i.e. from Katra-Rewari) . I have got the bus from Shahabad Markanda for Panipat. When I pay charges for the bus he charged the ticket from Ambala to Panipat instead of Shahabad to Panipat i.e. charged extra for 20km.
