Hi,
I am Sandeep Dhiman and im travling in Haryana Roadways bus from Delhi to Chandigarh. The behaviour of the conductor is very poor. Being a long route bus he should not stop it at non bus stop place. Bus seats are already full but still he is stoping the bus after covering every small distance which is very time wasting.

This is really very poor service provided to peoples.

Also once I hv told him nt to stop the bus like that, than he starts abusing me n trying to do fighting with me.

Should this b the behaviour f a conductor ???

Pls tk sm strict action against it n save the good image of transport in front of outsiders.

Hello Sir, my name is Rakesh. i m from village Chandawas, district Bhiwani. meri compaint Haryana Roadways Bhiwani G.M. aur Dipo Incharge Tosham ko hai.. Ek bus Tosham dipo se 6:30am ko Badhra-Satnali via Jui nikalti hai jo Chandawas village me 7am ko pahunchti hai aur usme Jai Kishan naam ka conductor hai. Meri Complaint ye hai ki Jai Kishan naam ka jo conductor hai wo har passenger ke sath missbehave karta hai aur aadhi se jyada passengers ko ticket bhi nahi deta, sare ke sare paise khud hajm kar jata hai. ek aam naagrik hone ke naate mujhe aur mere jaise kai logo ko bahut bura feeel hota hai lekin jab bhi humne usko iske bare me bola, hume uska yahi jawab mila ki mai to aise hi karunga tum logo ko jo karna hai wo kar lena.. Sir meri request ye hai ki us conductor ko ya to aap samjhao ya phir usko is root se kisi dusre root pe bhejo kyun ki is bus me uske kai khud ke bhi log baithe hote hai jo kabhi ticket nahi lete.. is kaaran Government ko Bahut loss hota hai.. hume to sharm aaati jab ye sochte hain ki itni salllary Government deti hai phir bhi ye log uper ki itni kaamai karte hai.. Sir main is desh ka ek Responsible person hu aur is liye agar mujhe is ke liye Chandigarh bhi complaint karni padi to karunga.. but i hope aap is compaint pe jaldi se jaldi koi kathor action logo..

I am writing this mail on my behalf. On 12th Ot 2011, I was traveling with my wife from Karnal to Saharanpur. I booked my seat no 42-43 for BUS no “HR45A-5020” (Morning time 7o clock) from counter.
Near about 2 KM from Radaur (Yamuna nagar) our bus got stopped due to some of technical Issue. As per bus driver and conductor, they were blaming/abusing Government for bus problem as govt. applied the ‘Speed Governor’
I had to go to Saharanpur so I asked to conductor to refund the ticket amount after deduction fare till Radaur then he denied me to repaid amount. As per his word “I have not given these ticket to you, get amount from you took/purchased ticket.
He replied me to adjust me on another bus, I agree with him and got ready to adjust on another bus but even after 10-12 buses crossing and we waited around 1 hour they were unable to adjust us. Buses were coming with full of passengers and not stopping there. Many passengers adjusted their self on personal things
My destination was 2 hours ahead from Saharanpur and we were getting late so after around 1 hour waiting I asked to conductor to have the signature on my Tickets so that I can go to Radaur Bus Stop and can catch another bus but he said me NO to sign the Tickets. When I asked him again then they (driver and conductor) started abused with me. They behaved me very badly and they both started me pushing.
I said them to put their complaint against the behaviour and asked to give me complaint book but they have not given me book. He replied me this is not his responsibility to take care of passengers in case bus got any technical problem.
As per their word” we will not provide you any complaint book to you and driver replied me “tum jitna marji jor laga lo, mera koi bhi kuch nahi bigar sakta”.
I started recording of our conversation but when they realised about on recording they tried to pull off My phone from my pocket and started quarrel with me
i took G.M. no from inside the bus and spoke with G.M. Steno, I put my complaint there, that person asked me to put the complaint in written
I have little recording of our conversation and I can provide you as a proof on their behave

After all above things, again I request them to sign my Tickets so that I can arrange my travel on my personal behalf and after lots of quarrel, he signed my tickets then I arranged my travel myself.

Sir, they behaved very badly that’s why I am putting this complaint against their behaviour. Refund of tickets is not a matter but Bus staff should behave gently, after all they are public servant and they cannot be permitted to behave like Hitler. These kind of staff only reduce the quality and image of Roadways Department
I am sure, you will investigate the issue and will take appropriate action against the complaint. You can also check with karnal office for my telephonic complaint.
I am working in Gurgaon as a software engineer and can be present in Karnal only on Sundays but I am always available on Phone and Emails. Also I have recording clips and I can available to you if you required.
As per my knowledge conductor name was “Nirmal Singh”, I don’t know the name of Driver.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that the road connecting to sohna from faridabad is in bad shape because of endless number of speed breakers. These breakers are around 55 on 20 km way. This hindering our health and moreover the commuters car is also in danger as the breakers are endless and also very high.
I think these breakers are not made by government. Please see to this problem.

Today (on 23.09.2011), I'm travelling in bus having no. HR47 3806 (i.e. from Katra-Rewari) . I have got the bus from Shahabad Markanda for Panipat. When I pay charges for the bus he charged the ticket from Ambala to Panipat instead of Shahabad to Panipat i.e. charged extra for 20km. When I query him, he speak in agitating manner and said I haven't call you to travel in this bus, you must pay for extra charges otherwise, you can descend from this bus in the midway, when I have crossed 1 or 2 km. At present I'm in this you must take strict action against this types of conductors.

I am daily passenger route from sohna to ballabgarh but buses not come as per time table Every morning we have to reach office on time but buses not come as per the time 8am, 8.15am 8.30am there is not fixed service of roadways between 7am to 9am when i ask him to incharge of sohna ballabgarh route Mr rajpal singh he was saying bus is coming in 10 minutes but not come and i will always late in office regulary due to irrugular bus service of haryana roadways. Mr rajpal( ticket and route incharge of this route) not taking any action against the bus driver and is not gave any satiosfactory answer

This is complaint against a bus conductor of bus no HR38H 7463 (name of conductor Mr dhanni singh) for the route from ballabgarh to sohna i am the daily passenger from the same way when i was travelling on 12-09-11 on the bus time 7.45pm but bus was late and went on 8.15pm and when i ask him why you not run the bus on time and he shouting me and using vulgar language to me, he was drunk on duty time and daily to the same he was saying me that i will pull out to you from the bus is it right behaviour talk to the passenger please take the appropriate action against him

I like to complain about the incident took place in the morning near the Sonipat. i was travelling by the bus in the morning From Ambala to Jaipur, bus no was HR37C 5105.

When it was crossing the Sonipat it hit hard to the Autoriksha in which school going Children are sitting.

The hit was soo hard that particular riksha flew in the air. and hurt everyone in thaT rikshaw.

The driver didnot stop and run away the bus. non stop to delhi.......

The bus conductor in bus HR55H9856 that left Gurgaon Bus Stand on 30-Aug-2011 at 1:30PM towards Dhaula Kuan was taking the fare from the passengers without giving them the ticket. Even when passengers demanded the ticket he refused to give the tickets, particularly to passengers who had to get down only a few stops away. I myself paid him Rs 5 as the due fare but he refused to give me a ticket. If by chance any vigilance officer had stopped the bus and asked for tickets, i would not have had any ticket or evidence that I had bought the ticket although i had already paid the fare (that must have now gone to the conductor's pocket!). Unnecessarily I would be asked to pay a heavy penalty!! I demand clarification what is being done to check such incidents and also demand an action against the conductor. Otherwise travelers will have to opt for other means of traveling rather than pay undue penalty because of corrupt Haryana Roadways workers.

Another small point, the driver of the same bus expected me to jump off the moving bus on a busy road. I had to request him to stop the bus completely so that I can get down safely. Another friend of mine had met an accident in the past while getting down a moving roadways bus and he nearly lost one eye!

I am a regular trevellar of haryana rodways. i used to travel from CHD to ISBT Kashmiri gate(New Dehli). I have taken ticket from Chandigarh to New dehli AC bus of Rs 350/- . I gived Rs 500 to bus conductor and due to non avilibility of change he write Rs. 150/- on the back of tickets and guided me to take the change at dehli. the bus was route was chandigarh-Delhi-Gurgaun.The date was 14 th August 2011 in the morning around 6 am.
Conductor denied to pay the money and ran away with the bus.I also complained this on thr counter at new dehli. They told me to go gurgaun. The Driver and conductor misbehaved, I can produce the tickets on demand.Bus tsart from chandgarh night 13.08.2011 12.45om & delhi isbt reached at 6am morning

Dear Sir,

I want to complain about a driver who was driving bus no HR-68-A-9926.

On Sunday, I was travelling from Chandigarh to Karnal. After Sahabad the above bus driver was coming from behind. Firstly, he just hit me from backside.

After that he tried to overtake from left side, then i was between that bus and a truck. Then, the above driver make a strong cut in front of me due to construction work of NH-1.
If there is any authority, he should teach a lesson to that driver because he will create a problem.

I am Sandeep Kumar Purohit (House no.-131, Gali no. – 10, Bhikam Colony, Ballabgarh , Faridabad Haryana, Pin code – 121004). On July 08, 2011, I took a bus of Haryana roadways from Ballabgarh to Jaipur at 6:00 am.
It was stopped on the way. The driver and conductor of the bus told every passengers that there were some problem in bus. They told the passengers that the passenger who wanted to go Jaipur took the other bus. Neither they (Conductor and Driver) would return the money to the passengers or nor they stopped any bus of Haryana roadways. The also stopped the bus at the remote area where there was no Bus stop. When the passengers asked for returning money then they (Driver and conductor) told that who told you to sit in this bus. They (Driver and conductor) abused me and other passengers too. They (Driver and Conductor) told the passenger that you (passengers ) could not do any thing against us. We also return to Ballabgarh by walking and reached after 48 hour . All passenger were telling that thay were doing the same with the passengers every day in this route.
Sir, if you have such type of driver and conductor then how can a person travel in the bus of Haryana roadways. Is it safe to travel in Haryana roadways?. Please take strict action against The Driver and conductor and return our money with compensation.

Is there no punishment for them? Can any passenger is safe who is travelling in Haryana Roadways? What type of service you are providing? Is such type of Driver and Conductor represent the Haryana Roadways.

The paper of bus conductor has been given by any other person by a payment of 60000/-.
plz investigate this as this a fraud done by this person.

I am a resident of Ambala Cantt and working in Chandigarh,i so daily up and down via bus .Some time we finish our office late at night,so there is a huge lack of bus service in night.After 7 pm the haryana roadways conductors refuses to take ambala passengers they only prefer Delhi passengers.So can you tell me why this difference is created by the roadways people.On 17 Sector Chandigarh bus stand there is a inquiry counter ,so when we ask bus for ambala they said you can take any bus which ever is going to Delhi,but the conductor of that particular bus abruptly refuses us.
We finish our work and after a full day fatigue when we came to bus stand we see no bus for ambala cantt and then we have to do humble request in front of conductors and wait for the buses for hours.So please take some action against this problem because after a long wait and when i fed up with all this then only i am registering this complaint.If you can provide me any complaint phone number where i can call then i should be very thankful to you
Hope you will understand the problem of many common people.Its not a minor problem it's a huge problem which we are facing.The conductor's are very rude to the passengers and they do not have any right to do such things.

please take a serious action against this.

Dear Sir,

This is to complaint against the misbehavior of Conductor of Bus No.(HR38Q- 2318). I was standing at Zirakpur on dated:15.6.2011 at 6:30 pm for waiting of bus that bus has come i want to enter in this bus but the conductor misbehave me and pull me out. That bus was from Vallabhgarh depot. Please take the legal action against that conductor and do the needful so we will never face the problem again

I am a regular traveller between Gurgaon and Najafgarh. I have complaint against the Bus which start at 6:20 PM from Gurgaon to Rohtak. The conductor of the bus refuse to book ticket for Najafgarh from Gurgoan. And he conveyed you can travel without seat in a very nuisance way at that time ladies seats were vacant in the bus. All this scene happened at 6:00 PM and bus finally moved at 6:20 PM on that time 8 seats were vacant in the bus.
Do they don't have etiquette how to talk with a female passenger?
Kindly take appropriate step against the above said conductor (Govt. employee-- C-222 not sure.)

I boarded a bus No. Hr 60 9926, from Old Faridabad of Sonipat depo .for Delhi ISBT at around 2:15 pm . Along with me some other passengers also boarded the same bus for Badarpur border . They paid Rs.10 each to the conductor, when they asked for ticket the conductor said '' dus rupay ki koi ticket ne hondi , chup chap baith jao'' i was looking after his garulous behaviour . Incidentally i got no change for my fair to isbt of rs. 25 i presented a Rs. 500 note to the conductor , he kept the note with him and sat next to my seat. Later i asked him to issue a ticket of Rs. 25 . he refused bluntly saying '' jab peesae khule honge jad issue karunga ticket'' i protested he bluntly refused to oblige the ticket and dropped me at the next coming red light near NHPC Chowk. His intentions was clear even he refused to give his name so that i can specifically inform you about his activities. I have no grudge that i suffered a lot due to his misbehavior and kept roaming on road for about 2 hrs to board another bus. To protest corruption a common passenger has to suffer like this . But i want to see that what your authorities can do in this case. hope a suitable action will be taken soon and i will be informed accordingly.

Sir,
I am a daily Traveler from Ambala City to Narain Garh .I am going daily from ambal city to Kala Amb for job. That Why I have to travel by bus upto Naraingarh. As there is no bus service from ambla city to Kala Amb.
But From Ambala there is no regular service in the morning since last two months.In the morning at 7.10 Am A driver (Pandit Ji)drives a bus .But he is so old I dont know why he is in the Transport dept .He took Approx 02 hrs for a 42 KM stretch.In the morning time almost every body in the bus is a daily co muter and works in the kala amb region.Since there is no bus service about 01 hr after 7.10 am timing . From ambala to Naraingarh bus got overloaded due to no bus after this within in a period of 01 hr. No choice has left for the daily passengers to board that bus.
Kindly change the driver from the morning time so that daily passenger should not get late from the duty.

I am a regular traveler between Kurukshetra & Karnal. The Buses of HR CHD playing between Delhi & Chandigarh ment to carry passengers are allergic to passengers, especially the passengers of Haryana. The HR is a loss making concern and the saleries of the staff being paid out of taxes paid by the people of Haryana and the passengers of Haryana are being denied of the services. Now tell me a passenger who has to go to Changigarh from Karnal, how is he supposed to go to Chnadigarh or Ambala, hen the driver / conductor of the buses is not willing to take him / her in his bus. Even if some passenger has to offloaded, the driver will stop the Bus at a distance from the stop, so that any of the passengers do not board the bus and if anyone dares to do so, after running and risking his life, he is welcomed with all the abuses. I request your goodself that the buses be instructed to behave accordingly.

I want to lodge complaint against the negligient driving and rude behaviour of the bus driver of Haryana Roadways HR-39A
8535.

Today in the morning at 11:50a.m , when the bus was at Zirakpur traffic lights, our car was hit from the back.The back door and the bumper are in a bad condition now.The driver was trying to overtake my car but their was no passage for doing so.Just in his hurry the incident took place.

After a brief discussion on the road driver rushed back and was not at all sorry for what he has done.Rather he was trying to blame us.
I want you to take a strict action against such careless and negligent driving and also request to the concerned authorities for the payment of the damages.
