i took a broadband connetion 1st month it was good but then it started getting worse, now i have much slower speed compared to my plan and in a week i have to call in customer care 4 to 5 times for restoring my connection and even to connect to custuomer care i have to 50 time and then it may connect. Its better to not have a net connection if this is the sevice. worst servicce on the earth. it shold get a world record to irritat and harres people by giving the worst service.

    I took GTPL Internet service of 4mbps plan for 300 Gb on 5th of august, 2014. But from the first day i am having problems with the connection. The net disconnects every other day and remains disconnected for few days. I have talked to the local service provider for this but still the problem has not been solved. He gives excuses and fault about the router i have, but i used the Internet cable directly with laptop but still there is problem with the Internet. I am fed up of this thing, I want immediate solution for this problem .I hope you will take the necessary steps as fast as possible and I don't have to take further actions.       Very sad and soory to say...but its very true ..that...as a customer o[censored]r GTPL broadband service, i`ve been suffered a lot thro` out the year.
      Very frequent and repeted problems ofdis-connectivity and needed regular complaining is very bad for GTPL`s credential image and painful to customers too.
      Due to such kind of errors some tmes i have really bared very huge losses in my business.
      I hereby express my feelings and urge to compensate the loss occurred due to GTPL technical/service faults - which I have bared for last offer subscription period in any way or any form.
      Else it will be necessarily needed to take up my issue with Consumer protection forum.
      Anticipating ur best cooperation and justifiable support.

      Earlier also i`ve communicated 2/3 times..but not responded till date Kindly go thr` the matter sincerely.

        Dear sir, I am regularly paying my cable rent. But cable operator not solve my problem regarding some of the channels not coming even after paying full rent. Also please note that in our society another cable operator also serves connection of gtpl. And its service is also good. Our existing cable operator not providing noc for change of service provider. Request to do the needful for the same.

              Dear Sir, I have put an application on 4th july, 2014 that because of shifting to mumbai we need to close your broad band service So kindly refund my balance money. Actually, we take broadband service from GTPL on 17/12/2013 and pay 3 years connection money Rs. 12, 700 in advance. After 6 months I need to shift to mumbai so I contacted GTPL to close this connection and refund my balance money. they suggest me to put an application by mail and wait for 45 days for the processing time to refund. I do the same as i advised like that. To day after 50 days still they are not giving any answer. Kindly provide me my money back. My User ID : msghoghai I attached the slip for the same.                   Hello I m from gurukul road last five days and channels not coming and subscibers are not recieve call also my main complain is that if channels not coming it is ok but atleast u should answer the customer call and this is your bogas service . I knw I complaint it is waste of my time.u can close the channels abt 10 days bt atleast u answer one time ...our subscribers office near asia school drive-in road .

                            last one month my net speed didn't work according to my net plan, although i have 10mbps speed, but what is the benefit of that speed, if i have no connectivity and net speed drops and moves like snale...

                            I already complain about this many times and call unlimited times, which gone in dust bin of GTPL...

                            So, kindly do the needful on urgent basis for the speed up of my current net plan... hope you all will help in this case ASAP...

                              internet connection not available most of the time

                              After 1 month of connection problems started and none of tue complain numbers are working of gtpl contact numbers mentioned on website are also not reachable every time. Is this company fraud?

                                I am using GTPL Internet Connection since last 2 months but after every 15 days there is some kind of connection problem and my internet didin't work for 1 or 2 days and i have to do compalin again again.i have to call customer care very frequently and have top waste my money and time both.I have 1 year subscriptiopn and already paid all money inspite of that connection lost very frequantly.i told it before it also and i want peramnant solution as soon as possible.My internet is not working since last 3 days from date 10/08/2014.

                                    Hi team, I am facing issue with Internet since last 7 days, also i have logged call with GTPS support team but no luck they are closing tickets without checking or confirmation with client. This is very ridicules service provided by GTPL and also while asking for escalation contact they are providing nodle officer number, which is not exist also same is still reflection in their website.                                       I m a user of gtpl hd set top box. And i am not receiving good survice from it. For that i had try to call our areal service man. But he never even responce to my calls. 3 to 4 hrs there is no signal on tv. I am so disappoint with this service. I am kindly request you to help me with solving this problem of mine. And every day 11PM to 7 AM no signal show. my provider name 'Khodiyar world vision' near Ratnpura, vastral, Ahmedabad....
