After a waiting of 2 and half month GTPL People finally installed the Broadband COnnection at my home. I have Selected a 4 MBPS Plan when I tested the speed after Installation it was around 256 kbps. even the gtpl.net does not open on the internet connection provided. speedtest.net site also takes 5 to 10 minutes to open on the same connection. I think GTPL is cheating on the Speed they are saying something and Providing something. 1 MB...

LAST ONE WEEK CHANNEL IS NOT WORKING, CONTACT OUR CABLE OPERATOR . HE SAYS AFTER TWO DAYS IS WORKING. I CALL HIM 7 TIMES . ON 24TH DECEMBER 8.30 P M CALL TO MR RAJUBHAI GTPL JASODANAGAR, AHMEDABAD. I am a customer of gtpl since 2 years and since few days I am facing very poor service of gtpl, My Gtpl set top box is off since 10 days and gtpl surat is not taking any action. my gtpl cable tv service is very poor.inspite of regular payment of bills, the customer service is very poor.i have activated the monthly cable pack of FAMILY GRANDS SPORTS PACK which promised me to provide 229 channels but i am neither getting any of the sports channel nor any other english entertainment channels.i am deeply troubled by this poor service of gtpl.i urge you to kindly get my problem resolved or i will have to get my gtpl cable...
