After a waiting of 2 and half month GTPL People finally installed the Broadband COnnection at my home. I have Selected a 4 MBPS Plan when I tested the speed after Installation it was around 256 kbps. even the gtpl.net does not open on the internet connection provided. speedtest.net site also takes 5 to 10 minutes to open on the same connection. I think GTPL is cheating on the Speed they are saying something and Providing something. 1 MB file showing 2 hours to download.

          Im from pune and using GTPL CABLE for more than 6 months. Service provider's name is OM Sai Cable at wadgaon sheri, pune. Cable is not working since last Monday. I have called the operators more than 20 times but no response. Please file a complaint n get it resolved.

                I am facing below problem since last one month.Please help me out I am able to connect GTPL broadband connection but i am not able to brows any data in any web-browser. Status remains Active / Connected to GTPL Broadband connection but not able to search any thing in any web-browser. I called many times at Customer Care but no one is picking up phone calls, hardly two times i could talk with cc, but both times they just told to restart the system.                 I have filed complaint on 3 may 2015 Req ID: 605268 which was closed without solving problem. Another complaint on 5 may 2015 Req ID : 608118 again closed without solving problem. Now third request is running with Req ID : 612249 on 8 may 2015. Till today problem is not solved and complaint closed by company.

                      I am a customer of gtpl since 2 years and since few days I am facing very poor service of gtpl, My Gtpl set top box is off since 10 days and gtpl surat is not taking any action. I have called them continuosly since 4 days they assured me of sending engineer but they did'nt. Now finally on wednesday i have no other option but to switch to tata sky. I am not going to pay bill of gtpl for last 15 days please note. My mobile number is [protected]. I will never refer gtpl to anyone. If these people are concerned about their company they owe a appology or explanation.

                        When I am purchase GTPL broadband when your sales person me told me we can giving 50 to 60 kbps download speed but today I am have very slow kbps download speed, I was taken 3 years subscriptions, so why are you fraud me?                                 Till now there were no plans in GTPL cable. Bur recently few channels stopped broadcasting in regular pack without any information. When i asked for some information about various plans they didn't give me any information nor they had any brochers regarding various packages.

                                  As their plan I'm supposed to get 1mbps speed but from last couple of months I'm getting half of it like 0.50mbps or max 0.81mbps
                                  I raised my problem thru gtpl support let's see
                                  Otherwise I'll go thru grahak seva.

                                      Username thakardp More than 5-7 Mails and Nearly 10-12 phone calls... simple reply from customer care "work is in progress" Nearly more than 48 hours passed but still None attending issue. Paid Rs 12, 999 for one year 2MBPS. It looks money went in water.Within one month of payment this has happened. Even all connections in appartment are not working but No GTPL official comming to attend. GTPL Broadband services the most poor for attending compllaints.

                                        I, Jignesh Mistry, residing in Vadodara, taking cable service of Pooja Cable. I am deeply disappointed with Pooja Cable Service. Cable TV is shut for one whole day in a week in an average, mostly on Sunday, when there is a holiday for many people. Yesterday also cable service from Pooja is closed, on asking, they replied that many wires are broken and work is in process, I so being a customer centric attitude, work must completed by yesterday only. Even being a regular payer, I pay different different amount on 'Pooja cable mobile app' for each month for a regular single pack.

                                        Please resolve permanently, otherwise I've to remove Pooja cable/GTPL and go for other provider like Tata sky or any other...
