I have spent at least Rs1000 in calling for complain. They are also not solving problem on time. They give different number to take follow up for solving our problem....

Our userID is pavansgroup. We've been using GTPL since more than 8 months. Earlier we used plan of 1Mbps and which was running smooth and internet worked very well for 6 months. After that we migrated plan to 2Mbps and paid for 7 months. After plan migration internet isn't working properly and we're unable to open websites. Since last 2 months in my flate all GTPL broadband user find it very difficulty in connecting internet. Everytime the router is working.. but no internet connection..
