speed not proper very very slow speed
internet of gtpl not working since 05 days i have also complaint to customer care however they have not responded, worst service of GTPL, i want to terminate connection.

    Hi Sir I am frustrated from GTPL connection . I have taken 60 gb plan for 6 month in Rs2500. I am not getting net connection more than 10 days in month. I have spent at least Rs1000 in calling for complain. They are also not solving problem on time. They give different number to take follow up for solving our problem.

      Hello sir/madam.. I am using GTPL broadband connection in Vallabh vidhyanagar, Anand. but here we are suffering from the very bad connection problem.. In a month we are barely able to use the internet for minimum 15 days.. rest of the days mostly it wont work.. Even if we complaint about it, they don't response. So now, its my humble request to give us the benifit over the connection that we havent used. User id: snprajapati31 .

        I am Avinash Shivapurkar, aged 63 years. My client ID is BB77743. I had taken BB connection at my earlier residence at 303, Anand Plaza, R.V.Desai Road, Baroda. in February 2014. Thereafter I shifted to 10, Sukhashray Duplex, near Surbhi Park Society, Samata, Subhanpura, Baroda. I paid Rs.560/- towards shifting charges. Now the Company says it is not possible them to shift my connection to the new address. If such were the facts, the Company should not have collected shifting charges from me. Now the Company should refund me Rs.4060/- after deducting proportionate data usage charges. So far I have not received any refund amount.

          Hi, My user id is-rahultm. I am using gtplbroadband connection since the starting we are having problem using it smoothly.the network cable got unplugged after every 3 days and it took 2 days for them to fix that.There engineers fix that temporarily.each time i have to register compaint and then they visit and resolve it .In this way in a whole month i am able to use internet only for half month even after paying the bill on time. Either the company engineers are not qualified enough to resolve this or they dont know there product and the second reason can be the company strategory to give service only for half days and getting paid for full time. Sent many emails to nodal officer but havent got any reply from them also.the company is worst broadband service provider.we are only using it just because we dont have connectivity in our area with other service providers.otherwise if they will say use it for free no one will use that. Please help.

            Our userID is pavansgroup. We've been using GTPL since more than 8 months. Earlier we used plan of 1Mbps and which was running smooth and internet worked very well for 6 months. After that we migrated plan to 2Mbps and paid for 7 months. After plan migration internet isn't working properly and we're unable to open websites. Page keeps loading and speed is totally disappointing. Even my 2G mobile internet works better than their proclaimed 2Mbps internet! We've called to customer care executive several times and received predefined 24 hours notification messages everytime. Screenshot of complaints: http://screencast.com/t/mYFJIqGJS1o Apart from all the requests, technician came to our office ONLY ONCE and even he saw that internet speed varies a lot. Sometimes it goes to 2Mbps and next second it goes down to 1Mbps. I'm not sure what kind of benefit they are actually offering to the customers on name of higher plan(In fact speed is always down as compared to what we used earlier on LAN)? Hathway internet works very well and we're using it as our primary internet connection. We're using GTPL as a secondary internet connection when Hathway goes down but unfortunately we couldn't take any advantage of GTPL connection nowadays and it affects a lot on our daily business. If this issue will continue, we'll have to seek for refund, cut relation with GTPL permanently and look for other reliable services.

              I took a new connection plan of smart 512-2 MBPs. but at night time, instead of 2mbps i get only 1.7 mbps. so i did about 25-30 complaints regarding this. but no one gave the proper reply. then i visited the office in jawahar chowk, sabarmati, ahmedabad. and they just said that, you wont get the complete speed of 2mbps. bcz its a smart plan and the speed will vary.and there is star (*) over the smart plan, and in that they have clearly written all this, what they said about speed. But i didnt see any thing written like this, about speed. So this a very bad way to make people fool about the plan. I am very disappoint by there way.Very BAD.

                Every month GTPL channels not visible for a week at least. The gentleman Mukeshbhai [protected], once we call him, cuts the phone during these times.                   Dear sir, I want to raise a complain against GTPL channels service. The channels is getting off 5-6 days in every month. during off channels, they are not replying professionally, they are keeping their phone switched off. The person is handling this area is Mr.Rajubhai ([protected]).it is from new ranip area, ahmedabad. Rightnow, The channel are off, since last three days.                     i request you to send a technician at my home - At amriwadi to login for internet they put cable wire at second day but do not come for start internet facility in my computer please send them in 24 hours if you will not send them in 24 hours then i will buy a new connection of airtel broadband so i request you to a technician at my home.                       I am having GTPL broadband connection in Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat with user ID (ddpatel13). My broadband is totally dead since last 6 days. I have registered my complaint with customer care (id: 395472), and I was told that your request will be served within 24 hours. After that daily I have called the customer care so many times, but getting same response that there is some technical problem and it will be solved very soon.I am not getting any firm response nor I am seeing any action being taken. My work has been affected since one week and I am very much frustrated with the service.Please help me by solving my issue, or let me know whether I shall change my internet service provider.

                          Dear Sir, We are having so much trouble with your local operator Mr. Rajubhai, New Ranip. He never send his service man on time to resolve problems. This service level is reflecting to the brand image of GTPL as a whole as Why GTPL appoint such local operators?                               I am Chirag Patel from Vallabh vidhyanagar... I am finding hugh difficulty in using GTPL broad band. Since last 2 months in my flate all GTPL broadband user find it very difficulty in connecting internet. Everytime the router is working.. but no internet connection.. While talking to customer care they say check with LAN... even it is not working... Complained four times in last one month... the service persone never visit the site and just report in their system as they have visited and checked... this is really rediculous and fraud and ultimately un-professional behaviour... They claim that it is 512 kbps speed as per my plan... at the time of installation they say that our connection is powerfull and no problem... 512 kbps is the speed which I have never experienced from the time of installation till date... even the service engineer once tested speed on his own but found to be only 70 kbps uploading and 100 kbps downloading speed... he only talk with his senior... but never visited or acted upon to rectify problem... A USELESS AND HOPE LESS SERVICE IN ANAND AND VIDHYANAGAR...WITH FALSE PUBLICITY...

                                  I am a GTPL user since 7 months...I shifted my house after 4 months o[censored]sage of the Gtpl Broadband service...So in the name of tranferring they had taken 3 month and still no connection has been developed to my shifted address...i am fed up of calling customer cares and all distributors in my area...they have wasted my 3 months net and still no feedback is given by them...They are just giving dates and extending the dates given by them and nothing else.I have some important work to so in the internet for my academic work..so i have spend extra money over the internet recharge in my sim card and also i have to spend money in the cyber cafe which i can do at my home if GTPL connection would have been established.My data plan is of 15 months at Rs. 8000 which is not small amount for a middle class person to afford...I have given this much amount so that i can do some of my important work on the internet which i can hardly afford (Rs.8000).So i kindly request you to refund my 11 months data money from GTPL or establish a new connection to my shifted address.PLEASE help me on this problem or help me to file a complaint against GTPL HATHWAY PVT. LTD

                                      RESPECTED SIR, I HAD TAKEN A DATA CONNECTION ON 30/7/14. SINCE THEN I HAVE CONSTANTLY FACED A PROBLEM OF ERROR 651. 1.[protected]/8/14 2.[protected]/8/14 3.[protected]/8/14 4.[protected]/8/14 5.[protected]/9/14 6.[protected]/9/14 7.[protected]/9/14 8.[protected]/9/14 9.[protected]/9/14 IN A SPAN OF 57 DAYS I HAVE LOST MORE THAN 12 DAYS OF MY 365 DAYS. WHENEVER I RING UP THE HELPLINE I AM ASSURED THAT THE LINEMAN WILL VISIT ME TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM, BUT IT IS SINCE THE LAST TWO COMPLAINTS ONLY THAT I HAVE SEEN THE LINEMAN, BUT HAVE NOT MET WITH ANY SATISFACTORY REPLY. I HAD HEARD ALL GOOD THINGS ABOUT GTPL BROADBAND, BUT TODAY I FEEL THAT I HAD BEEN MISLEAD. SADLY I WOULD NOT RECOMMENED GTPL TO ANYBODY. WILL I GET THE DAYS I HAVE LOST IN MY 365 DAYS EXTENDED? BECAUSE I DONT KNOW HOW MANY DAYS I AM STILL TO LOSE IN 365 DAYS PERIOD. PLEASE TRY TO SORT OUT MY PROBLEM PERMENANTLY SO THAT I DO NOT FEEL HARASSED KEEP REGRETING THAT WHY DID I OPT FOR GTPL. SADLY YOURS, HOSANG COOPER NAVSARI.
                                      Firstly there is too much problem in your Internet service.. Error 651 comes from the morning time today.

                                      And Secondly your customer helpline is too much busy so we are not able to connect you..

                                      Please try to resolve problem in 24 hours.
                                      In past 15 days connection lost in 4 to 5 times daily, and I complain many times but no response from you..I don't want to this type of net connection .Every time I call in customer-car but they only note complaint but they not take any action.my user id is darshak20
                                      I have facing Connection problem past many days, i lost connection at any time in a day, at a Daily basis i suffer error 651 with internet connection i call your customer care service but they just note a complain but not to proceed them. i am not satisfy with your service
                                      So In future we are not stay with your Internet Service if you do not gave particular solution of it.

                                      Im using gtpl since 2 years i faced problems many time the net problem faced by me in my dp area they said the problem in my router if problem in my router then the net should be start while i used it in pc but in pc its shows error 651 i hope gtpl can solve my problem other wise i have to choose other brodband service for better experiance

                                        I am kushal pandit recentely shifted to new-naroda.I contaced your lco for the area new-naroda, but from last 10 days he is not responding properly.I have set top box from your last lco but this fellow is now coming for the connection.I have a very good previous experience from gtpl but this operater is very much arrogant.Please do the needful.
