I had also purchased celia cooler of havells. But with in warranty period motor stop working. I do complain more than 5 time but no reply from service center. Havells do cheating. I strongly recommended not to buy havells product.

At the time of buying we have identified that there was one slight shatter on one of the blades of the exhaust fan. I had raised a complaint vide complaint id[protected] dated 28/02/2019 for my non block pump.

The engineer despite fixing time never turned up. I escalate this on 2/03/2019 to the customer care.

I got a call from m/s triveni engineer (Mobile - [protected]) and he too after fixing a time did not turn up.
