Dear sir,
I have purchased havells air cooler from dealer hind enterprises, town hall road, udaipur (Raj.) on 29th april 2019.
On very first day i found the problems in cooler -
No. 1 - outside swing was moving automatically whereas it is manual.
No. 2- honey com pad was not getting wet properly.
No. 3 - no sticker was there on cooler of serial no., item code etc. For warranty purpose.
The same day i called to dealer he straight forward said that now there is no role of mine. I sold the piece that's it.
Then i called to toll free no. Of havells, i have been assured that any technician will come to me and resolve the issue.
Next day technician came to me, he did something and open the cooler but problem was still there.
Again another technician came to me but his answer was so silly - he said "this problem happens in every havells cooler" i said please give in written so that i can file a case in consumer court. But he ran away.
In continuing another technician came and he did something with cooler and open whole cooler, he checked with another pump but no solution was there with him.
At last he said our senior will come and resolve this. But now 5 days has gone no body has come.
Please look into the matter or replace the piece otherwise i have to go for legal action.
