This complaint has been registered on 28 jan 2019. No one attend the call. Havells service engineer telling us to bring the faulty part to "ballia (Up)" wich is 40 km from my town.

Such a bad service by havells. I have done a big mistake to trust brand of havells.

If my issue is not resolve asap. I will file a complaint in consumer court.

"dear naipal verma! Your"breakdown"with reference no."[protected]"has been assigned to service engineer/asp -"sample returnable (Service)"-"[protected]"
Please show purchase bill to our engineer to avail warranty services.

    Its 7 days and installation not done. Called 15 times to CUSTOMER CARE and everytime they give fake promises and free ### with it.

    Shame on Havells and its employees. I thought its a good brand company. Neither its good nor brand. Its 3rd class.. cheap

      We had purchased Havells Moderna Emergency Table Lamp LED and within 3 months it stopped working. Havells engineer came and said that the battery has gone and asked us to purchase it instead of him getting it for us.

      We have been trying to contact almost all the HAvells dealers in Chennai and none of them have an idea of where this battery can be bought.

      If the spare is not going to be there why release such a product... VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

        I have purchased water heater from lots wholesale akshardam on 21.01.2019 and i was told it will be installed within 24 to 48 hrs. Today is 26.01.2019 and i am still waiting for the person from havells for installation. I am really upset with the kind of service from havells and really want to return it back but due to whether compulsion i have to bear it.

          Hi Sir/mam,

          I have purchased a havells geyser on Thursday, 17th of Jan and I have call to customer care on 18th of Jan for Installation of geyser in toll free no.([protected]). he was registered my request with reference No:[protected] and he was told me that company person will contact you in 24-48 hrs but It almost 1 week complete and no one can contact me. and my installation still pending. I was called so many times to customer care but my problem is not resolve. This is very bad experience for me because its just a installation request if i have face any other problem for havells product so i think no one can fix my problem on that time. This type of services you can provide to a customer! Its really bad. If you have shame about this, So you can fix my problem.

              I have complained about my 6 month old in warranty electric water heater. My complaint id is[protected]. Nobody came for repair even after 7 days even after reminder complaints seven times every day. Can I goin consumer court for this?

                  I purchased a water motor on 10/10/2018 and its not working from 13/01/2019, i raised complaint regarding it to your company on 13/01/2019 at approx 10:30 am vide complaint number[protected]. They said our executive will be there within 24 to 48 hours but now its more than 72 hours already passed, i called to your toll free number ([protected]) for more than 15 times and every time they are saying "we are sorry for the inconvenience our executive will be there soon". I talked to senior person there mr. Hitesh verma he is also replying the same and not taking any action against my complaint. Even i did not get any call from your company side. We are facing the water problem from last three days.

                  Sir, sorry to say you, but is it my mistake that i purchased your company's water motor and i never expect this much poor service from a brand.

                    I made a compliant about my exhaust fan in havells customare care on 5 january 2019 but no one visit on my home address. I raised a issue three times but they did not take any action to resolved my query. You can only harassed the customare. Ms. Sangeeta, ms. Tanu whom i spoke on customare care and mr. Kapil choudhary is the person of ms prachi service center to whom my call assigned his number is [protected]. Please make sure his licensed will be cancelled also take the strict action to whom i talk in this regard. I literally fade up and mentaly harassed.                       I had purchased havells 15ltr horizontal water heater and the same was installed during decenber end 2018.in the packing safety valve was missing and i had raised complaint for the same on jan 2nd 2019, inspire of multiple follow ups till date no technician came back to resolve the issue. Geyser is installed without safety volve. Whenever i contact customer care they say complaintb8s raised and assigned to pawan electricals but till date no action has been taken. Requesting to take necessary action on this. Thanks!

                          20/12/2018 new havells gas geyser was not working it was minor problem say to installation technician.then we call havells technician but he don't come we call for him so many times.so pls provide technician soon.other wise we will return the product to Amazon.

                            Complaint number - ia075510 & ia103080 (Recent complain numbers)

                            Had a extremely bad experience with havells service, never faced such a pathetic service even from local companies.

                            I purchased the geyser last year.

                            First incident:
                            It started leaking within 4 weeks of installation. The technician visited after multiple follow-up and informed that it is defective piece & needs to replace but needs to be replaced from the place i purchased it. Since i had purchased it from metro, they refused as they only sell but after lot of arguments they replace after 6 hours of being in the shop.

                            Second incident:
                            This happened in dec and the issue was same - leakage. This time the same technician promptly repaired it but tightening the screws

                            Third incident (Ia075510):
                            The issue recurred within 2-3 weeks. Lodged complain on 7th jan but no one turned up till 10th jan. When i called the service center was informed that the technician has cancelled the ticket as i was not available. This was blatant lie as no one contacted me. Since the same technician had come in past i had called him and he mentioned that he will visit. After multiple calls he offered to send a product replacement slip on whatsapp which i can use to get it replaced!!! I did not agree as this is unethical and told him to survey it physically and only then i can accept such letter

                            Fourth incident (Ia103080)
                            The service center agent opened a new ticket on 10th jan as previous one was cancelled and mentioned that someone will visit within 24 hours but no one has still come. After multiple calls to service center, i am told that someone will visit in next 24 hours. Hope someone does visit.

                            My other question is if the product needs to be replaced as i guess this is part of the same manufacturing batch. Do i have to again fight with havells sales executive at metro to give replacement?

                            Is it possible to get the refund as i have never come across a defective product.

                            The above Gyser haas again failed on 3rd Jun 2019 but still no replacement is provided
                            a. First complaint[protected] logged on 3rd Jun : No one visited despite multiple follow-up

                            b. Second complaint[protected] logged on 7th Jun, still no one visited to look at the problem

                            c. The technician finally visited on 13th Jun and informed that Gyser needs to be replaced. Instead of giving replacement report he informed that he will send via Whatsapp next day and only after multiple follow-up he send after 3 days

                            When I took this report to Metro from where I had purchased they mentioned that replacement can be provided only on original report. Please note I had purchased the gyser from Metro, Borivali in Mumbai and had installed in Pune house.

                            This shows that Havells unethical practice as their technician deliberately gave report on Whatsapp

                            d. Lodged another complaint[protected] on 19th Jun and technician visited on 20th Jun and informed that replacement Gyser will be delivered to home within 2 days

                            To-date no replacement is provided despite calling their Toll Free number multiple time.

                            e. Lodged another complaint on 26th Jun[protected] as according to the Hepdesk your ticket is closed thus nothing can be done

                            First of all the the Gyser given was defective and and despite so many reminder no replacement is provided. How do I take this issue with Consumer court as they have mentally tourched me since the day I purchased this equipment. Extremely pathetic quality of produc and equally pathetic post sales service.

                            All the technician who visited had only one aim i.e. close the ticket despite the problem persisting.

                            I will never every purchase Havells prodoct in my life and recommend anyone to purhase the same going forward. The Gyser cost me only Rs4000 but I will never let Havells get away with such a pathetic service and will take it up in Consumer court if the product is not replaced as promised

                              regarding oil filled radiator

                              I purchased havells oil filled radiator on 27 december 2017. On 1st jan. 2019 it has stopped working. I complain (Complain no. : ia020575) to havells customer care about the same issue. A technician came & told me that there is some issue in auto cut i believe so i will have to replace it.                               I had my havells water heater for faulty heater repaired through havels authorized repair center at palakkad,

                              A - one services
                              Palakkad, kerala

                              Ref: call number: hf 051392 dated 08/06/2018

                              I was told the the heater had to be replaced and accordingly i paid for the same and had it repaired.

                              Within four months the heater started leaking. This was informed to a1 services and technician visited my house and the leak was through a sealing joint where severe corrosion was noticed. The item was taken back to the service center at my cost again and was assured that no more leaking would take place after they stated that it was been repaired.

                              When installed back at home immediately it was leaking and while informed the service center (A one services - palakkad, kerala) their attitude is indifferent and to date no body has attended.

                              Being an engineer well versed in corrosion, i have noticed that it is due to the sealant that they have put while installing the heater. The boiler shell has been corroded due to non compatibility with the boiler shell body. I can send the photos if you require them.

                              I believe they have used unapproved adhesive to seal the joint and damaged my water heater.

                              I will be taking up this further with the consumer forum as the havels authorised service center personnel are not competitive or the product is of inferior quality.

                              I am frustrated with their attitude and can scientifically prove that they have used adhesive which had caused the leakage.

                              I would request you to take up this issue with them and sort it out. Please consider this as a complaint and register as same.

                                We have been facing extremely pathetic customer service from havels. Since two weeks one our geysers is not working. I have raised the ticket : ia051784. Have called up more than 5 times.

                                The technician harish from kodilingeshwara sales and service (Bangalore) is an highly unprofessional. Around 10:30 am in the morning he had called and insisted to give only 30 mints time that he is coming without taking an appointment. We had to rush back from office to meet him as the geyser is inconveniencing us for more than 2 weeks in this cold weather.

                                After visiting he started asking money for visiting charges and service charges without even doing any work. He was asking us (Customer) to dismount it from the wall and then only he would look into it and not his problem. Is this expected from the customer? In few minutes he left without even checking anything.

                                We waited whole day without going to office as the customer care suggested to send another technician by evening but no one came..

                                Please look into this and send a suitable technician to dismount and fix, else refund the purchase amount asap and also bear the monetary amount due to us taking leave and causing health issues.

                                A consumer complaint and social message would also be also initiated on pathetic customer service from havells that how customers. Are treated after purchase. This the second time this is happening, last time we had to follow more than 3 months and lost warranty period.

                                  Dear concern,

                                  I am writing to bring your attention on a serious notice, my complaint no hl251635 12 days back on 25th dec regarding non working of my water geyser... Technical attended the complaint & told it would take 2 days to resolve as there is some part has been damaged automatically i am not able to repair it now, so i will take it to company where we can repair easily and can install again in two days as its under warranty.
                                  I called the customer of havells to know about the water purifier. But they said, they will contact me soon by a technician in 24 hours. I have called to your customer care many times but did not get any proper response. They always put my call on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnect the call, its more than 2 weeks now, no one contacted me yet. So pathetic service you all are giving. I am really surprised to get this poor response / service company like havells.

                                    With reference to the subject matter, I would like to explain you my problem with the recently purchased room heater of your company. purchased date 23rd December 2018. it has gone into fault on 28th December 2018. just after using it for 5 days. I have placed a complaint thru dealer complaint number (HL286097). One Technician named Jitendra ( visited my home on 29th December 2018 and told us that the element is faulty. I will change it tomorrow. no one turn up on 30th December 2018. though its Sunday. then I called him on Monday 31st December 2018. He said the store team had confirmed him that the element is not in stock since it is a new model afterwards. he also asked me that you can talk to my supervisor name Madhu .She committed me on Monday (31st Dec 2018) that your heater will be fixed by Friday that is 4th Jan 2019. I called her on Wednesday again she again committed the same thing. but when I called her today, she asked me no billing can be done hence you have to wait for another 5 days. this is not fair sir as I have purchased a product from a highly reputed brand and they are giving me reasons for not replacing the element within reasonable time.

                                    Hence, I would like to request you to kindly help me and this product replaced with new one as early as possible.

                                      I have purchased a 6l instant water heater from flipkart in october 2018. Till date the geyser is not working. I have been calling the customer care since october, they assign the same technician to me and the technician doesnt address the heating issue. He asked us to take a different connection, we called the plumber and got it done. Still the geyser doesnt heat. It just works for a day and stops working altogether. Now when i raise a complaint, the technician doesnt come and the customer care only re-registers my complaint, not giving me any assurance till when it will be fixed. Very poor customer care service of havells india and worse technicians sent which do not work.
