This is to bring to your kind attention that i had bought a havells ghrfhagw 200 / 2000 watt comforter through amazon on 06 dec 2018 for an amt of rs 3215 (Order#[protected]
The reciept of which is attached here with : (Invoice no: del3 316)

The order was delivered at meerut.

*within the first week, even though the machine was working, the body began to heatup and melt. The body has become deformed (Attaching the image for your kind perusal). This obviously means that the product material is unable to match the heat generated by the heater.

* since it was dangerous to use the product, i have been unable to do so, thus badly inconvinienced.

*since then i have made numerous calls to the service engineer @+91 [protected] as this was the number given to me to contact at meerut.

*the service engineer came and acknowledged the issue.. He said he has complained and the product will be replaced. This issue has been going on now for nearly a month and a half and all i hear is that the product is out of stock.

*i even called havells customer care two three times.
Service request no:[protected], but nothing has been done except for calling and telling me that they are sorry for the inconvenience.

*should i wait till my warranty has expired?

* i bought havells because you have a reputation but i am so unhappy with your service and product.

Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. Either get my product replaced or issue a refund.
If you cant do either then issue me a service denial letter as i intend to escalate the matter thereafter.

I have used my hard earned money to buy some comfort, but all got was problems.

    I have purchased pearl model electrical switches, fan regulators, plug points, 20a dp swiches etc from bengaluru karnataka state, on12/2012 with 10 year warranty. Most of the switches not working properly and worn out. Electrical experts suggested that the pearl model switches got frequently repaired and this to be avoided by changing all the swirches and other and then only the problem will be solved. Hence it is requested that make necessary things to change all my switches and other accessories within the warranty period...

    Yesterday our two switches damaged the same way(first contact broken from inside platform )images also attach. Please try redesign and avoid the issues in future.

        I would like to share the third class quality of havells products and moreover the pathetic services which they are providing to their customer. My 1st complaint filed on 24th jan was canceled by havells stating that i am out of station which is not the fact. Actually technician visited my house took the video and stated that there is some electrical fault in the motor which he needs to discuss with his senior. After that my complaint for canceled. Then i written an detailed email to the senior management of havells on 31st jan 19 about the pathetic services. They called me on the same day and promised me to get the problem resolved at earliest. After that their is no follow up from them and its been a more than a week now since my problem is not solved and my family is forced to bear all the problems w/o water pump.

        Hi havells,

        By this time you and me both were expecting the closure of the problem and hence conclusion of this mail chain on a good note - unfortunately this is not the case.

        My problem is at it is and the irony is it didn't move a bit especially when it's been a more than a week since i have written my last email to you. Actually i opened the case 24th jan and its more than 2 weeks now w/o solution.

        Below are the course o[censored]nfruitful actions carried by havells in last 1 week.

        - 31st jan : after i escalated the case on 31st jan, i got the call from noida by some senior authority around 5 pm and i was promised that technician (Mohit) will visit after 3 hours. I kept on waiting but as usual he didn't come - belief me i am not surprised with it as i am use to of it.

        - 1st feb: i received a call from technician (Mohit) in the morning around 10 am when i was in office, he was asking can i come now - which obviously not possible since i am at office. When i asked him why he didn't inform me that he is not coming last night - he said sir my phone was not functioning, again i have no choice but to go by with his lie.

        I requested him to ask senior technician (Sukhdev) to call me so that i can check the status of his last visit where he suppose to discuss with his senior about the video that he shoot of my motor.
        In the afternoon i received a call from senior technician - he told me that sir i am trying to replace your motor since it is malfunctioned and checking with dealers if they have spare motor. He called e again that he could not make it up with dealers and initiating a bill.

        - 8th feb : for 1 week i didn't get any updates and when i called senior technician (Sukhdev), he said i discussed today itself and initiating the bill (The same statement which he told me 1 week before). When i asked how come it took week to initiate a bill and yet its not submitted - he was keeping completely mum. This shows how much concern havells is for his customer. He told me to wait for 10 min and promised me to call back in 10-15 min. Unfortunately, i didn't get a call back from him. When i called him twice he disconnected my phone twice and after that his phone was unreachable and kept on trying relentlessly.

        Does havells belief that after taking payments from customer, it can treat customers at their will and we are on the mercy of havells? With my experience with havells - it is true. Believe me i am going to sit dumb - now after writing this email i am spreading my whole experience over the web and at the same time raising consumer grievance.

        Can you guys imagine what problem my family members are going through and managing w/o water motor? Ohh.. God - its a shame on you havells.

        The complaint is resolved, however the way it is handled is drastically unsatisfactory. Now only i realized that why there are hundreds of complaints about Havells over the internet. Unfortunately i did not check reviews about the havells products before buying them - i am simply lured by the fancy advertisement of Havells in media. Had i gone through the reviews, i would not face such horrible experience of Havells.

        I am HIGHLY UNSATISFIED and I MEAN IT.

        Unfortunately Your sorry doesn't solve the issues that me and family is facing. My complaint number is[protected]. I have written emails to [protected]@havells.com, [protected]@havells.com, [protected]@havells.com and [protected]@havlles.com but even with such escalations Havelles service center has done nothing. I have escalated the case on 31 Jan 19 and till date 11 Feb 2019 i am yet to get an resolution. The service center is failed to raise a bill yet - i am not able digest how could it take 9 days and yet the bill is not raised for the replacement of faulty matter. Can you imagine, w/o water motor, what pain my family is going through since 24th Jan 19 sine i opened the complaint.

        I actually want to do something and want to take it seriously - give me resolution and please please don't say sorry - i am fed of it listening all the time from Havlles and actually doing nothing.

        Actually its my fault that i trust Havells. The way Havells advertise themselves over the media is completely fake - this is really true to me having such a worst experience of my life with your third class products and moreover the seriously pathetic services.

          My name is atif khan. I purchased an havells juicer mixer grinder of model:- qubo 500w, 230v, 50hz, 1phase ac in 2016. Now it is not working in. So, i registered many complaint for this on customer care number with the reference no.[protected] and also write on [protected]@havells.com.
          Which are worthless, because some service engineers comes and said its parts are not available. Therefore will back in 2 or 3 days. And now half or above month passed this like of tasks but my juicer mixer grinder remains in same condition some parts are also broken in service.

          Era Dry iron box is worst in quality and company does not support the after sale service. Very poor in customer service. I lodged complaint via customer care number and they did not respond till now.
          Very much frustrated and I made several complaints, but they did not respond.

          We have complaint twice in the havells but they do not gave us a reply. We bought a havells juicer mixer grinder on 9/1/19 and some problem is occuring with the juicer. Please take an action as soon as possible as we havent got a reply from havells company after complaining twice also.

            I how registered company on 18jan for my juicer however still not resolved.. Agent come twice with the duplicate product to change the damaged part... I have not seen such pathetic service and i regret to purchase havells product. Am still looking for the resolution of my complain registered under my mobile number [protected]. Also i will recommend all my friends and family member not to by havells product ever.

            This is really unprofessional... No one from team responding in my complaint... Regret to purchase your produ F###
            I have purchased Havells water heater on 31st July 2018. Now unfortunately, it stops working. Customer care people simply disconnect the calls multiple times. So zero support and ask me to wait for 12 days..

              We have purchased electric geyser from ganpati refrigeration, rally panchkula, in june 2016, we made a complaint of tanker leakage, 2 times to company customer care, but they are not helping me, in winter season we are suffering very badly we ask for many time from company but there is not any action taken against our complaint.                 I buy a geyser of heavells on 12 jan 2019. Firstly i chase for installation. Then after installation geyser is not working. When i on the geyser my house light is gone.
                After raised an issue with customers care team i got i response after two weeks and again same issue is coming and the boy who visit for the complain they suggest that geyser is fine you change your mcv's

                But now i want to replace that product. Don't want to continue with havells product.
                So please suggest as well as request you to replace that geyser with an other one.

                    This complaint has been registered on 28 jan 2019. No one attend the call. Havells service engineer telling us to bring the faulty part to "ballia (Up)" wich is 40 km from my town.

                    Such a bad service by havells. I have done a big mistake to trust brand of havells.

                    If my issue is not resolve asap. I will file a complaint in consumer court.

                      Shame on Havells and its employees. I thought its a good brand company. Neither its good nor brand. Its 3rd class.. cheap

                        We had purchased Havells Moderna Emergency Table Lamp LED and within 3 months it stopped working. Havells engineer came and said that the battery has gone and asked us to purchase it instead of him getting it for us.

                        We have been trying to contact almost all the HAvells dealers in Chennai and none of them have an idea of where this battery can be bought.

                        If the spare is not going to be there why release such a product... VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                          I have purchased water heater from lots wholesale akshardam on 21.01.2019 and i was told it will be installed within 24 to 48 hrs. Today is 26.01.2019 and i am still waiting for the person from havells for installation.                             I have purchased a havells geyser on Thursday, 17th of Jan and I have call to customer care on 18th of Jan for Installation of geyser in toll free no.([protected]). he was registered my request with reference No:[protected] and he was told me that company person will contact you in 24-48 hrs but It almost 1 week complete and no one can contact me. and my installation still pending. I was called so many times to customer care but my problem is not resolve. This is very bad experience for me because its just a installation request if i have face any other problem for havells product so i think no one can fix my problem on that time. This type of services you can provide to a customer! Its really bad. If you have shame about this, So you can fix my problem.

                              I purchased a geyser on 26/11/2017 and it's not working from 04/01/2019, i raised a complaint regarding it to your company on 07/01/2019.                               Again i have raised another complaint then the engineer who is assigned to the complain told me that the part is not available. After one week the same thing they are saying that wait for 48 hours and we solve the problem. Still, i m facing the geyser problem from last 15 days

                                I have complained about my 6 month old in warranty electric water heater. My complaint id is[protected]. Nobody came for repair even after 7 days even after reminder complaints seven times every day. Can I goin consumer court for this?

                                    I purchased a water motor on 10/10/2018 and its not working from 13/01/2019, i raised complaint regarding it to your company on 13/01/2019 at approx 10:30 am vide complaint number[protected]. They said our executive will be there within 24 to 48 hours but now its more than 72 hours already passed, i called to your toll free number ([protected]) for more than 15 times and every time they are saying "we are sorry for the inconvenience our executive will be there soon". I talked to senior person there mr. Hitesh verma he is also replying the same and not taking any action against my complaint. Even i did not get any call from your company side. We are facing the water problem from last three days.

                                      I made a compliant about my exhaust fan in havells customare care on 5 january 2019 but no one visit on my home address. I raised a issue three times but they did not take any action to resolved my query. You can only harassed the customare. Ms. Sangeeta, ms. Tanu whom i spoke on customare care and mr.                                         I had purchased havells 15ltr horizontal water heater and the same was installed during decenber end 2018.in the packing safety valve was missing and i had raised complaint for the same on jan 2nd 2019, inspire of multiple follow ups till date no technician came back to resolve the issue. Geyser is installed without safety volve. Whenever i contact customer care they say complaintb8s raised and assigned to pawan electricals but till date no action has been taken. Requesting to take necessary action on this. Thanks!
