I bought a havells geyser power turbo and called the havells number for the installation. I was told that a technician will be sent over within 24-48 hrs. First of the technician shows up after the 48hrs. Also he technician sent by havells was very unprofessional. I called back the customer service number to give the feedback, first they tried disconnecting my call and after a couple of tries i get thru to an agent who refuses to connect me to a manager for escalation.

Purchased 750watt Gracia Mixer Grinder on 3rd April 19 from Bhootnath based shop-Bansal Home Appliances via bill no. S. No.16

Jar is leaking badly. Not able to use it all.
Kindly replace it with fresh jar.

I gave a service complaint on 15'th March 2019.But it is not resolved till mow.And the technician closed the complaint by himself.It is in warranty period.Kindly help.Kindly see that the customer signature must be there afyer completing the work.

    In 2015 we purchased an old 2bhk flat and the wiring of the flat was in poor condition. So we decided to repair the whole wiring. As such, we gave contract to an electrician for the repairing purpose. He used the switches of havells company as it is giving good performance. But now some switches are not working properly and the spring is being damaged. Since then we are using the havells fan but till date there is no complain with it. But the switches are giving problem. We don't have any documents as the repairing and installation work was done by the contractor. But the materials purchased and the details of switches and power point purchased are mentioned in a estimated price list voucher. We need held in replacing the entire switches being installed by the contractor. If necessary we can contact the contractor for details etc. Hope you will look into the matter and necessary steps regarding replacement will be made as soon as possible. Thanking u

      This is with reference of complaint no[protected] which i have raised on 28th feb regarding non functioning of griller toaster.

      Initially when i raised the complaint very next day on 1st march technician visited from prashant vihar branch and he told that one part was not working so it will take approx 10 days to get that part. So i waited for almost 20 days but never got any update.

      Then i called havells customer care and they assured me that they are raising the complaint and said that issue will be resolve soon.

      Again i waited for 5 days but there is no response.

      I called again on 25th march and again executive said that they forward the request again and while transferring the call to senior they disconnected the call. It was happended 4 to 5 times on that day but no one damn care about to even call back

      Again i called on 26th march and again while transferring the call to senior my call was disconnected by them and it was so annoying that after 5th call my call was connected to senior akshay rajput and he said he raised issue on priority basis and said that i will receive a call from service station on same day and he promised me that he will call me on 27th march between 11 am to 12 to check but i didnt receive any call from from akshay and service station.

      As i didnt receive any call from akshay on 27th march so i called again on 27th after 1 pm asked customer care executive to transfer the call to akshay but they dont transfer and disconnect my call and it was happened 5 to 6 times. On that day i remeber only few executive name and they are

      After so much call, technician came home on 27th evening and bought wrong part.
      They only wanted to show the visit as they know the model no and which part need to change so why they bought wrong part.

      Is this the sevice you are providing.
      Your customer care experience is very pathetic and dont even bother to call back if call got disconnected.

      Never expected such poor services from big brand like havells.

        This is with reference to the complaint no.[protected] which i have registered @ your customer care on 19th march 2019 regarding non functioning of my water heater (Geyser model no. Bello digital 25)

        When i registered the complaint very next day on 20th march 2019 i received a call from mr. Jagjeet singh from your service center located at kashipur stating that he is coming for the service but after knowing my address which is around 15kms away from his service center he said that he is not coming but is sending other havells technician for the service.

        The main blunder happened when this other guy named jassi visited my place.

        Mr jassi (Who is not an havells technician but a local arrogant electrician & does not have any knowledge about anything)

        When mr jassi inspected my geyser firstly he was totally blank after looking at the geyser he didn't knew how to open it or what to do with it, then he started clicking pictures of the geyser and sent them through whats app to some other person and asked for the help from the guy over the phone.

        Now after many attempts finally he opened the geyser and then after opening the geyser he was more puzzled and again started clicking the pictures and calling that other guy over the phone and said to him (I have opened this kind of geyser for the very first time.

        After a lot of discussion from with the between mr jassi and the other guy over the phone, mr jassi said to me that he is assuming that your pcb is out of order.

        Now he said i will carry your pcb, will rapair it and will fix it in week or two and give me rs 250 for service and rs 1000 for pcb repair. Also he said don"t buy havells products in future as the company is very bad in providing the parts and advised me to buy v-guard as the support system of v-guard is very better than that of havells.

        How can a person who has came to my house through havells service center can praise the other company

        I asked him kindly show me the price list of the company which shows how much charges are fixed by the company for all kinds of repairs and asked him to replace my pcb with a new one. Then again he was blank and he called mr jagjeet @ service center and both started to harass me by saying that when you have called us from the service center you have to pay the charges.

        I asked them i am not denying to pay the charges but at least you should fix my geyser. I also asked mr. Jassi to show his id card of the company again he was blank as he is not a company's employee

        And how can i handle pcb, charges and other parts of my geyser to the guy who is not an employee of the havells

        Now some questions arises :

        1. How can a brand like havells send a normal layman to its customers house??
        2. Who would be responsible if this guy does some theft or any other criminal act at my house.??
        3. How can a brand like havells does not have transparency in its after sales service and their charges??
        4. How much more time it will take by the company to fiix my geyser.??
        5. What sort of action will company take on such service center owners and staff?

        Hope that i will find a proper resolution to my problem

          Hi,

          We have bought 4 havells fans on 8th apr 2018 (3 ceilings fans and one exhaust fan). At the time of buying we have identified that there was one slight shatter on one of the blades of the exhaust fan. But retailer told that it was due to molding done on machine and it would not impact on the functionality of the fans. Since we have great trust on havells brand, we have bought the fans.

          Within six month we have identified that all the fans are working fine except exhaust fan, the exhaust fan we bought was defective piece. Within six months only we have found three defects in the fan. We immediately tried to contact customer service centre, but the original bills were not found by us.

          Last week i. E. On 10th mar 2019 we found the original bill and immediately contact the customer service centre. During follow up with various executives we have experienced very poor customer service. Day one itself one of the technician has visited but he was not sure what to do. He has given assurance that he would speak with senior technicians and provide the solutions. But he never come again with the solutions. Thereafter we called various other executives and i ask to provide complete replacement of the defective fans.

          On friday one of the technician has visited but he bring only one part whereas 3 parts are defective. Also he was demanding the cash for the replacing the part, i have informed him that we required full replacement of the fans as it was mis-sold to us.

          Every time i call to your executives, they are providing just assurance but no technician is providing the solution for the problem. Currently 3 parts are defective but your technician is not know how to fix the issue.

          Defaults parts of the fans

          1. One of the blade is completely broken (The same was slightly shattered at the time of we bought the fans).

          2. Front cover is not working (Your technician has already told that he will replace the same without cost).

          3. Back flap has broken.

          This fan is within the warranty and i need complete replacement for same. Also your technicians are not providing complete solutions to the problem. They don’t have the knowledge to deal with the problem.

          Kindly assign this call to some senior technicians and ask him to speak with me. Since the defective piece was sold to me, it is your responsibility to take the corrective action against the retailer and immediate provide the replacement.

          HI, i have bought air cooler by name Havells Alitura I 30 ltr capacity from aadhiswar retail out let at bangalore dasarahalli branch for more features and product pricing am searching in web site it is not available any where. please let us know either company launched or by brand name locally developed.

            I am complaining about havells instant geyser, which i bought from reliance digital, angul, odisha.

            I purchased from reliance digital appx 100, 000 rupees products which includes ac, fridge, washing machine, kent ro & this geyser.

            Since the first day of installation of both equipment (Havells geyser & kent ro) its not working at all infront of the service engineer and these engineers they dont know anything because during installation the talk somebody on video call that how to install it!!!

            Once the same thing i complaint to reliance digital to mr. Subhendu, he said about geyser it will take maximun 2 days to initiate my issue.

            I just want to know where is my problem if your supplied product is not working since from the day of installation why should i wait for 2 days,

            Shoudl i take a bath with warm water after 2 days its really not fair... I just want to know why reliance digital want to spoil with such people who spoil their service quality... Please i need your immediate help in this regard.

            Havells switches were installed by the contractor who was renovating the entire electric circuit work done during 2015, but now some of the switches are not working.
            Had ordered for a small jar for Havells mixer Grinder 750 premio since my original jar had an issue...its been 4-5 weeks and noone has called back nor given any assurance as to when i will get the smalll jar or where to get it from?

            is this what HAvells customer care is all about that you cant even get a jar, even if you are willing to pay?

              Good morning..

              My name is madhusudhana rao. I have bought one mixer grinder from goti sons vizag. We have observed that some smoke came from the mixer and we called to your service technician. He told me that some of the part was burned in the mixer have to replace the same. Since 4 months we are waiting for your technician and nobody has come.

                I’m not purchase anything but i’m get msg from harvells for purchasing some product and someone get project by using my number & my name is vaibhav kushwaha..& i’m live in mathura. And pincode is 281001. Someone missuse my number with ur company and this is kind of cheating... I’m not purchasing any project of harvells... Do something for this...

                  I have ordered ventilair ds exhaust fan (Order id:[protected] from havells india official e-store. But they have send me ventilier dsp which is a lower version with a price difference. I have received he product on 4th march 2019 and immediately i requested customer care for replacement with complain number[protected]. First of all it is the negligence of the havells authority that they send me a wrong product and secondly till today i. E 9th march no response from any authorized person. I emailed customer care, e-store and also branch office in bangalore. But i am surprised that not received a single response. Never expects such services from a brand like havells.

                    Dear team,

                    I had raised a complaint vide complaint id[protected] dated 28/02/2019 for my non block pump.

                    The engineer despite fixing time never turned up. I escalate this on 2/03/2019 to the customer care.

                    I got a call from m/s triveni engineer (Mobile - [protected]) and he too after fixing a time did not turn up.

                    This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable from an organisation, like yours.

                    I donot want a service engineer from m/s triveni to visit for the complaint, basis their un-professionalism

                    Dear sir i bought a havells mixture grinder in month of jan 2019 and suddenly motor working stopped in month of march 2019 on date 08 march 2019. Please take a proper solution in this matter.

System stop working from first week of February 2019 contact with retailer shop he advice to call company customer care .                       When we switch on the fan, it make noise continuously.in this regard we file a complaint with complaint no. 02fe05802209.
                      The person who come on behalf of havells he told us that there is a need to change some internal part of the fan, then he click the pic of bill and told us that he come back to us within a day or two.
                      After that we got a call that the bill is refused by the havells that the bill is not proper or invalid and we are not able to rectify the issue.
                      I need some resolution from havells.

                        We had installed your companys automatic changeover switch in our flat at pnampalli nagar, ernakulam, kerala.in the last two years we have changed two units of the said item due to malfunction and complete breakdown. Now we will be replacing it with a new one as the replaced old one is out of warranty. If this continues to happen it will prove very expensive for us not to mention the problems involved. I am surprised that such a company as yours should produce such sub standard products.

                          I bought 2 water heaters from Havells in Jan-19. There is a outlet valve in both water heaters from where continuously water drips.I have logged complaint 2 times for same issue but the visiting service engineer is not able to rectify the same. Because of this all wardrobes in my bathroom have got damaged and complete bathroom walls are getting damaged too. This seems to be a manufacturing defect in the products and because of the same and I would like either rectification or replacement to avoid further damage at my place.

                            Dear team,
                            I bought a pocket shaver from havells, order no nyk[protected] on 28/12/2018 and this product delivered me in dead condition its not even gets start single time since i bought it and i have lodge a complaint about it to havells but they are not giving me any solution even their local technician mr rajnish is not responding on calls..

                            Their engineer has visited and checked that product and according to him its a dead product and it will get replaced so i am regularly calling to him and their customer care but they are not replacing the same.
                            Plz look on to the same and help for resolution.

                            My product 16 amp. Oro model 3 pin socket is in warranty period, but they are not replacing my product, I had many times to contact customer care but they doesnt respond properly

                              I have pearls model switches in my house. Around 20 switches are not working. I have repeatedly registered my complaint at havells customer care number. My complaint id (So many) :

                                I have lodged a complaint 8 months back regarding by cooler which stopped working immediately after 2 months from the date of purchase, i have been calling them repeatedly every time they raised a new complaint and sent an engineer to check for it they called me once in a while but never solved the problem, please friends don't purchase havells product they are as poor as their service

                                  I have raised a complaint in last year for a cooler which gave problem with in 2 months of purchase, it's been 8 months now but no one has come to solve the problem, they will call once in a while come check and go saying they need to get the mother board but it has not been solved till not. Worest service which i have ever seen, please don't purchase havells products

                                    I had lodged complain for breakdown of my fixed electric led mercury breakdown. After lodging complaint, complain no received[protected] on 15.02.2019 and engineer also assigned but till day no visit happens. This is the services you provide to your customer???
                                    Please arrange to visit of engineer for replacement of my led. Please note in today's business era, lots of competitor are standing in the market. So try to improve your service and product too.

                                      I have purchased geyser of havells make 25 ltrs on 17/08/2018 and got it installed on 21.09.2018 at flat no. H403 samridhi grand avenue techzne iv greater noida west 201306. Since 21.09.2018 it was working all right. Suddenly from 16/02/2019 it started leaking from multi function valve. Once power is switched off, water leakage stops. Engineer attended and told this will leak as it is leaking. Its ok and closes the case. I am not satisfied wit the reply given by engineer attended from havells side. Needs issue to be resolved.

                                        This is to bring to your kind attention that i had bought a havells ghrfhagw 200 / 2000 watt comforter through amazon on 06 dec 2018 for an amt of rs 3215 (Order#[protected]
                                        The reciept of which is attached here with : (Invoice no: del3 316)

                                        The order was delivered at meerut.

                                        *within the first week, even though the machine was working, the body began to heatup and melt. The body has become deformed (Attaching the image for your kind perusal). This obviously means that the product material is unable to match the heat generated by the heater.

                                        * since it was dangerous to use the product, i have been unable to do so, thus badly inconvinienced.

                                        *since then i have made numerous calls to the service engineer @+91 [protected] as this was the number given to me to contact at meerut.

                                        *the service engineer came and acknowledged the issue.. He said he has complained and the product will be replaced. This issue has been going on now for nearly a month and a half and all i hear is that the product is out of stock.

                                        *i even called havells customer care two three times.
                                        Service request no:[protected], but nothing has been done except for calling and telling me that they are sorry for the inconvenience.

                                        *should i wait till my warranty has expired?

                                        * i bought havells because you have a reputation but i am so unhappy with your service and product.

                                        Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. Either get my product replaced or issue a refund.
                                        If you cant do either then issue me a service denial letter as i intend to escalate the matter thereafter.

                                        I have used my hard earned money to buy some comfort, but all got was problems.
