My havells jio iron not work from 22 dec. 2018, its power not come and i am continue registers complaint on havells customer care (Complaint no. Is hl225713, hl266192, ia104742) but still problem not solve and now i still talk to havells customer care but same repeated answer that newt 24 to 48 hours your problem will be solved but no result. So please take a resultant action and solve this problem

20/12/2018 new havells gas geyser was not working it was minor problem say to installation technician.then we call havells technician but he don't come we call for him so many times.so pls provide technician soon.other wise we will return the product to Amazon.

    Complaint number - ia075510 & ia103080 (Recent complain numbers)

    Had a extremely bad experience with havells service, never faced such a pathetic service even from local companies.

    I purchased the geyser last year.

    First incident:
    It started leaking within 4 weeks of installation. The technician visited after multiple follow-up and informed that it is defective piece & needs to replace but needs to be replaced from the place i purchased it. Since i had purchased it from metro, they refused as they only sell but after lot of arguments they replace after 6 hours of being in the shop.

    Second incident:
    This happened in dec and the issue was same - leakage. This time the same technician promptly repaired it but tightening the screws

    Third incident (Ia075510):
    The issue recurred within 2-3 weeks. Lodged complain on 7th jan but no one turned up till 10th jan. When i called the service center was informed that the technician has cancelled the ticket as i was not available. This was blatant lie as no one contacted me. Since the same technician had come in past i had called him and he mentioned that he will visit. After multiple calls he offered to send a product replacement slip on whatsapp which i can use to get it replaced!!! I did not agree as this is unethical and told him to survey it physically and only then i can accept such letter

    Fourth incident (Ia103080)
    The service center agent opened a new ticket on 10th jan as previous one was cancelled and mentioned that someone will visit within 24 hours but no one has still come. After multiple calls to service center, i am told that someone will visit in next 24 hours. Hope someone does visit.

    My other question is if the product needs to be replaced as i guess this is part of the same manufacturing batch. Do i have to again fight with havells sales executive at metro to give replacement?

    Is it possible to get the refund as i have never come across a defective product.

    The above Gyser haas again failed on 3rd Jun 2019 but still no replacement is provided
    a. First complaint[protected] logged on 3rd Jun : No one visited despite multiple follow-up

    b. Second complaint[protected] logged on 7th Jun, still no one visited to look at the problem

    c. The technician finally visited on 13th Jun and informed that Gyser needs to be replaced. Instead of giving replacement report he informed that he will send via Whatsapp next day and only after multiple follow-up he send after 3 days

    When I took this report to Metro from where I had purchased they mentioned that replacement can be provided only on original report. Please note I had purchased the gyser from Metro, Borivali in Mumbai and had installed in Pune house.

    This shows that Havells unethical practice as their technician deliberately gave report on Whatsapp

    d. Lodged another complaint[protected] on 19th Jun and technician visited on 20th Jun and informed that replacement Gyser will be delivered to home within 2 days

    To-date no replacement is provided despite calling their Toll Free number multiple time.

    e. Lodged another complaint on 26th Jun[protected] as according to the Hepdesk your ticket is closed thus nothing can be done

    First of all the the Gyser given was defective and and despite so many reminder no replacement is provided. How do I take this issue with Consumer court as they have mentally tourched me since the day I purchased this equipment. Extremely pathetic quality of produc and equally pathetic post sales service.

    All the technician who visited had only one aim i.e. close the ticket despite the problem persisting.

    I will never every purchase Havells prodoct in my life and recommend anyone to purhase the same going forward. The Gyser cost me only Rs4000 but I will never let Havells get away with such a pathetic service and will take it up in Consumer court if the product is not replaced as promised

      regarding oil filled radiator

      I purchased havells oil filled radiator on 27 december 2017. On 1st jan. 2019 it has stopped working. I complain (Complain no. : ia020575) to havells customer care about the same issue. A technician came & told me that there is some issue in auto cut i believe so i will have to replace it. I will come with parts in 2 days & if the problem is not rectified then we will replace it with new one as the product is in warranty. Today is 10th jan...

      I had my havells water heater for faulty heater repaired through havels authorized repair center at palakkad,

      A - one services
      Palakkad, kerala

      Ref: call number: hf 051392 dated 08/06/2018

      I was told the the heater had to be replaced and accordingly i paid for the same and had it repaired.

      Within four months the heater started leaking. This was informed to a1 services and technician visited my house and the leak was through a sealing joint where severe corrosion was noticed. The item was taken back to the service center at my cost again and was assured that no more leaking would take place after they stated that it was been repaired.

      When installed back at home immediately it was leaking and while informed the service center (A one services - palakkad, kerala) their attitude is indifferent and to date no body has attended.

      Being an engineer well versed in corrosion, i have noticed that it is due to the sealant that they have put while installing the heater. The boiler shell has been corroded due to non compatibility with the boiler shell body. I can send the photos if you require them.

      I believe they have used unapproved adhesive to seal the joint and damaged my water heater.

      I will be taking up this further with the consumer forum as the havels authorised service center personnel are not competitive or the product is of inferior quality.

      I am frustrated with their attitude and can scientifically prove that they have used adhesive which had caused the leakage.

      I would request you to take up this issue with them and sort it out. Please consider this as a complaint and register as same.

        We have been facing extremely pathetic customer service from havels. Since two weeks one our geysers is not working. I have raised the ticket : ia051784. Have called up more than 5 times.

        The technician harish from kodilingeshwara sales and service (Bangalore) is an highly unprofessional. Around 10:30 am in the morning he had called and insisted to give only 30 mints time that he is coming without taking an appointment. We had to rush back from office to meet him as the geyser is inconveniencing us for more than 2 weeks in this cold weather.

        After visiting he started asking money for visiting charges and service charges without even doing any work. He was asking us (Customer) to dismount it from the wall and then only he would look into it and not his problem. Is this expected from the customer? In few minutes he left without even checking anything.

        We waited whole day without going to office as the customer care suggested to send another technician by evening but no one came..

        Please look into this and send a suitable technician to dismount and fix, else refund the purchase amount asap and also bear the monetary amount due to us taking leave and causing health issues.

        A consumer complaint and social message would also be also initiated on pathetic customer service from havells that how customers. Are treated after purchase. This the second time this is happening, last time we had to follow more than 3 months and lost warranty period.

          Dear concern,

          I am writing to bring your attention on a serious notice, my complaint no hl251635 12 days back on 25th dec regarding non working of my water geyser... Technical attended the complaint & told it would take 2 days to resolve as there is some part has been damaged automatically i am not able to repair it now, so i will take it to company where we can repair easily and can install again in two days as its under warranty.
          I called the customer of havells to know about the water purifier. But they said, they will contact me soon by a technician in 24 hours. I have called to your customer care many times but did not get any proper response. They always put my call on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnect the call, its more than 2 weeks now, no one contacted me yet. So pathetic service you all are giving. I am really surprised to get this poor response / service company like havells.

            With reference to the subject matter, I would like to explain you my problem with the recently purchased room heater of your company. purchased date 23rd December 2018. it has gone into fault on 28th December 2018. just after using it for 5 days. I have placed a complaint thru dealer complaint number (HL286097). One Technician named Jitendra ( visited my home on 29th December 2018 and told us that the element is faulty. I will change it tomorrow. no one turn up on 30th December 2018. though its Sunday. then I called him on Monday 31st December 2018. He said the store team had confirmed him that the element is not in stock since it is a new model afterwards. he also asked me that you can talk to my supervisor name Madhu .She committed me on Monday (31st Dec 2018) that your heater will be fixed by Friday that is 4th Jan 2019. I called her on Wednesday again she again committed the same thing. but when I called her today, she asked me no billing can be done hence you have to wait for another 5 days. this is not fair sir as I have purchased a product from a highly reputed brand and they are giving me reasons for not replacing the element within reasonable time.

            Hence, I would like to request you to kindly help me and this product replaced with new one as early as possible.

              I have purchased a 6l instant water heater from flipkart in october 2018. Till date the geyser is not working. I have been calling the customer care since october, they assign the same technician to me and the technician doesnt address the heating issue. He asked us to take a different connection, we called the plumber and got it done. Still the geyser doesnt heat. It just works for a day and stops working altogether. Now when i raise a complaint, the technician doesnt come and the customer care only re-registers my complaint, not giving me any assurance till when it will be fixed. Very poor customer care service of havells india and worse technicians sent which do not work.

                I am writing regarding the unresponsive of your support staff regarding a complaint filed by nishakant kalia for water heater with call no hd130686 which has been assigned to mr vikas kumar and he didn't turn up for the complaint and whenever we call him he says i haven't received part which has to be replaced from the company. As this is the only season when the water heater is needed and our complaint is already with you for more than one month and still there is no action. Therefore i hereby request you to arrange the necessary action or else i am going to file a complaint in consumer court regarding this as your company is misleading the customer.

                During installation and commissioning the reset switch had failed. Your representative said that the same will be replaced soon. However he did not revert and the replacement is still pending. Moreover my complain to customer care is not answered. pls. look into.

                  Hello,
                  I have frequently raised complaint against product automatic cut off after every use and if i want to use again i should press the button on heater. Later i have noticed that all the pipes were bend down due to overheating and the hot water is returned through inlet pipe. Twice i have done plumbing and the pipes were bend. And my maid hand got burnt because of this issue. Even though i made customer care complaint via telephone and email i didn't get proper response from team. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                    Dear sir,

                    I have purchased a water heater a year back and it was a defective piece. It has been got dis-function multiple times and every time we need to followup customer care and after 1-2 weeks mechanic came and guarantee every time that it would not stop working again but only 1-2 days after it again got dis-function.And this time, no one is responding. I have complained many times but no action is taken till yet. I am totally frustrated with the product and services. I would request you to return my money I don’t want any exchage of product because the service and product both are so bad or i would surely gonna take some legal action for the same.

                      I bought monza slim 25 l geyser and the technician who came for installation was very rude and left without completing the installation...
                      I bought your product having faith in your product and service... Now, i doubt it.. Do you really care for the consumers... With the service you provide, i really dont think so... Not sure, how to proceed now...

                            I would like to inform you that havells service is very very bed & i suggest to all the people that no buy any items from havells brand.. Due to i am suffering last seven days.. My gizzer is not working so i complain on monday dated 17-12-18 but till date no one person is come to my house.. Service is not good really.. Only msg put up

                            ‘“dear chirag kaushik sheth, your call no hl172043 is been allocated to mr. Astha services. He shall visit your place on the appointment time - havells connect.”

                            I have call to havells person 6 times but no one is come.

                            Request kindly solve the problem on high priority..

                              I purchased havels geyser on december 19, 2018 from narsing sahai madan gopal. The havels technician came to instal. The tank of 25 litres took one hours to fill and the hot water was trickling in drops. The technician did not take my approval of installation and signed on my behalf stating installation perfect. Despite my protest he walked out rudely. On my second complaing on december 21 he bluntly refused to come stating that as the tank was placed on a lower height there can be no pressure. Ironically another geyser installed in another room connected to tank of same height was releasing proper flow of water. My complaint number was 196696 the seconer complaint number is 210137. The technician has outrightly refused to rectify the problem. The input of the water into the geysey is with perfect pressure. Kindly do the needful and oblige. Cm luther, kanapur, [protected]

                                Hi,

                                This is lakshmidevi from chennai. We bought two havells high speed fan in the month of august 2018. From day one we are facing issue with the fan, we are getting a continuous zoom noise from the fan when it revolves. The first complaint was raised on23rd aug and the complaint no hh232042. One executive came and he was unable to identify the issue and he said some other higher official will come and verify it. Nobody turned up till date. Each month the sound keeps on increasing and we are not getting enough air from the fan as mentioned in the product name ""high speed". Continously we are keep on raising complaint each month and the executive keep on promising that somebody will come and clear the issue. We have not seen this kind of pathetic service with any of the consumer product. I have given below the complaint details which have been raised till date.

                                  I purchased a havells 25 litre puro gyser on 03- oct 2016. On 10 dec 2018, we lodged a complaint of gyser "not working". The technician from electric beam noida visited on 10 dec itself & said that due to internal leakage, the gyser needs to be replaced from kanpur ; it will take 3-4 days. Today is 18 dec but there is no news about progress of replacement of our gyser.
                                  Even your customer care manager here, mr. Mukesh does not answer calls or our whatsapp messages.
                                  During this severe winter, it is causing a lot of inconvenience to us all in the family. Kindly take suitable speedy measures for the said replacement.

                                    Our geyser had an over voltage problem. We called up your head office in order to get the repairing. After 2-3 days two mechanic from the nearby city of tezpur
                                    Had come for repairing it but due to lack of proper / new part they had taken the damage part (The heating coil) with them saying that they would repair it. But after several weeks of calling and remainders the service center in tezpur has failed to present the repaired geyser. On calling them (The main office) they would say that they are sending mechanics to bring back the product but still fail to come. So far it's been a month now of them taking the geyser part and not returning it. We have called them many times but they fail to provide a priper respond. It is being an very difficult time for us to live without it because of this cold winter. Please help

                                    My geyser of 25 ltr is not working.My geyser still in guarantee period i have made a complaint on 07.12.2018 with havell vide complaint no. Hl081897 and make many times phone call with havells toll free no. [protected]. Still no response has been got from havells and no any technician visit at my home for the same.
