Hello,
I have frequently raised complaint against product automatic cut off after every use and if i want to use again i should press the button on heater. Later i have noticed that all the pipes were bend down due to overheating and the hot water is returned through inlet pipe. Twice i have done plumbing and the pipes were bend. And my maid hand got burnt because of this issue. Even though i made customer care complaint via telephone and email i didn't get proper response from team. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

    Dear sir,

    I have purchased a water heater a year back and it was a defective piece. It has been got dis-function multiple times and every time we need to followup customer care and after 1-2 weeks mechanic came and guarantee every time that it would not stop working again but only 1-2 days after it again got dis-function.And this time, no one is responding. I have complained many times but no action is taken till yet. I am totally frustrated with the product and services. I would request you to return my money I don’t want any exchage of product because the service and product both are so bad or i would surely gonna take some legal action for the same.

    I purchased 3 geysers 10 days back and called 1000 times customer care, ahmedabad office and service station but no response till date and worst attitude by havells india staff

      I bought monza slim 25 l geyser and the technician who came for installation was very rude and left without completing the installation...
      I bought your product having faith in your product and service... Now, i doubt it.. Do you really care for the consumers... With the service you provide, i really dont think so... Not sure, how to proceed now...

        Gas geyser is not working as we are complaining since 23rd december nd no action has been taken no body is responding to customer care helpline it is d worst company i had seen i had all d record of person i had talked on customer care now i am filling fir against this company that they had given the 5 year warranty nd now it is only a year nd geyser is not working nd nobody is listening to my complaint since 1 week i will give all the call recordings as well as complain no. Also. No reply of mail also. Worst worst company nd now i am going to take action

          Gas geyser is not working we are complaining since 23rd december nd nobody is responding no technician has been sent to look after the procedure this the last chance for this company tomorrow i will b filling the complaint regarding havells company to police itself.             I would like to inform you that havells service is very very bed & i suggest to all the people that no buy any items from havells brand.. Due to i am suffering last seven days.. My gizzer is not working so i complain on monday dated 17-12-18 but till date no one person is come to my house.. Service is not good really.. Only msg put up

            ‘“dear chirag kaushik sheth, your call no hl172043 is been allocated to mr. Astha services. He shall visit your place on the appointment time - havells connect.”

            I have call to havells person 6 times but no one is come.

            Request kindly solve the problem on high priority..

              I purchased havels geyser on december 19, 2018 from narsing sahai madan gopal. The havels technician came to instal. The tank of 25 litres took one hours to fill and the hot water was trickling in drops. The technician did not take my approval of installation and signed on my behalf stating installation perfect. Despite my protest he walked out rudely. On my second complaing on december 21 he bluntly refused to come stating that as the tank was placed on a lower height there can be no pressure. Ironically another geyser installed in another room connected to tank of same height was releasing proper flow of water. My complaint number was 196696 the seconer complaint number is 210137. The technician has outrightly refused to rectify the problem. The input of the water into the geysey is with perfect pressure. Kindly do the needful and oblige. Cm luther, kanapur, [protected]

                Hi,

                This is lakshmidevi from chennai. We bought two havells high speed fan in the month of august 2018. From day one we are facing issue with the fan, we are getting a continuous zoom noise from the fan when it revolves. The first complaint was raised on23rd aug and the complaint no hh232042. One executive came and he was unable to identify the issue and he said some other higher official will come and verify it. Nobody turned up till date. Each month the sound keeps on increasing and we are not getting enough air from the fan as mentioned in the product name ""high speed". Continously we are keep on raising complaint each month and the executive keep on promising that somebody will come and clear the issue. We have not seen this kind of pathetic service with any of the consumer product. I have given below the complaint details which have been raised till date.

                  I purchased a havells 25 litre puro gyser on 03- oct 2016. On 10 dec 2018, we lodged a complaint of gyser "not working". The technician from electric beam noida visited on 10 dec itself & said that due to internal leakage, the gyser needs to be replaced from kanpur ; it will take 3-4 days. Today is 18 dec but there is no news about progress of replacement of our gyser.
                  Even your customer care manager here, mr. Mukesh does not answer calls or our whatsapp messages.
                  During this severe winter, it is causing a lot of inconvenience to us all in the family. Kindly take suitable speedy measures for the said replacement.

                    Dear team,
                    Our geyser had an over voltage problem. We called up your head office in order to get the repairing. After 2-3 days two mechanic from the nearby city of tezpur
                    Had come for repairing it but due to lack of proper / new part they had taken the damage part (The heating coil) with them saying that they would repair it. But after several weeks of calling and remainders the service center in tezpur has failed to present the repaired geyser. On calling them (The main office) they would say that they are sending mechanics to bring back the product but still fail to come. So far it's been a month now of them taking the geyser part and not returning it. We have called them many times but they fail to provide a priper respond. It is being an very difficult time for us to live without it because of this cold winter. Please help

                        I have raised a complaint on 1st Dec'18 and that too for a brand new Havells steam iron. Every single day I am calling Customer care however, no one has even contacted me. No one help in Customer care then why they are sitting there. I am facing so much problem in calling Havells customer care,

                          I purchased a havells geyser which is not in its warranty period. Few times ago, i had encountered a problem in it and registered a complaint with the company on their costumer care no. [protected] on 27th november 2018. I was given a no. Hk275330 but no technician visited my site yet. Since then i am continuously following up. Every time the operator gives his/her sincere apologies and assures to resolve the issue within 24 days and next time a new operator takes over. I am fed up with this sequence. Such a lousy way of so called brand company!
                          Post sale service quality is an indication of the level of any vendor and before the issue, i had an impression that hevells attends complaints promptly. So i bought most of my household appliances from this company. But now my views are entirely opposite and i'll certainly think before buying any of havells product.

                          Better resolve the problem than to be merely apologetic. The problem still remains even after 2 days of your assurance. If you are not a robot or a computer, then please note that the problem will not be rectified by only apologies. If you really want to do something, then send your technician to sort out the thing, else shut your all those online and toll free systems for customer care and stop cheating people

                            I have been purchased havels motor water pump1hp in april2017. Now i have complaint. My complete no 081115.. My moter pump not working correctly. I complaint in service centre & they told me give extra charges. And now my motor in garnty. So why will pay extra charge. Now you are responsible for it when i switch on the motor can not respond then i push him means give it little touch then. It start running. It's vry troubled for me.

                              Dear team,
                              Again facing same issue in product delivery same as last time. I registered complaint on 11th Nov'18 for 4 trim panel lights which was not working. Three lights were given after 10 days and so many calls and 1 light is still pending & it's about a month now. Called to service engineer and their concerned office team but I am always told that light will be delivered within 2 days and again I have to call for same issue and have to tell whole story. Just fed up of the service. No action is taken from company superiors nor they seem to be cared for customer services.
                              I don't know why the complaint is closed just in a day if resolution takes more than a month.

                                This is regarding a complaint raised with havells india for a gas water heater not working. The complaint was raised on 25th november and till 29th november there is no solution provided. My comlaint no. Hk253087. I have made many number of calls to the customer care, they just say within 24 hrs someone shall visit and resolve the issue. But nothing done and leaves the issue yet there. It's really frustrating when a basic piece of electronics which is required for day to day activities does not work. And the so called company does not even provide a proper resolution to their customer issues which makes u not trust this brand anymore and very poor customer service.

                                  I raised a complaint on havells customer care number on 28 nov 2018 complaint number hk284172. Engineer visited my house on 30 nov 2018 he did service my geyser and after a day, geyser started to leak. I called havells customer care several times and they kept on saying we will have another engineer fix the issue. It's been 5 days and geyser is still leaking and no response from havells.

                                  I escalated this isue with Havells support team but no action was taken. After adding complain on this forum, I received updates from Havells engineer. Entire unit was replaced inorder to fix issue.

                                  Hello Havells,

                                  Response was quick on forum, but still no one called or visited my house. Today is day 6 and now geyser has started to leak from sides all because of your engineer not fixing the issue properly. May be your team can change the unit due to damages done or refund my money, I do not see any efforts done from form your team.

                                  After long wait, I received call from Havells today informing me, support engineer would visit my house with replacement unit. I will update forum once issue is completely resolved.

                                      2 years ago i had bought 4 havells steel blade wall fans price about 3300rps each and a 4 leaf steel ceiling fan price 6600 rps from a dealer in kerala... Now all the fans leaves are fade with rust... It was mentioned by the dealer that these fans are rust free... So sad to inform that the dealer shutted down the outlet...
                                      Dont know what to do...

                                        Sir, i was purchased one heavells led tubelight on 17.10.2018 from m/s agarwalla electricals, jharnapara, hirapur, dhanbad (Jharkhand). On 2.11.2018 this tubelight was not working and i went to his shop with this tubelight. He told me that there is no guarantee. You lodge a complain on toll free no. They will replace it. This is very headache work. After several hand fold request, he changed but he gave me warning that in future i will not change in guarantee period.

                                        I am using everything of heavels. But this type of threaten when i received from the seller how can i purchase of your product. Kindly suggest.
