I raised a complaint on havells customer care number on 28 nov 2018 complaint number hk284172. Engineer visited my house on 30 nov 2018 he did service my geyser and after a day, geyser started to leak. I called havells customer care several times and they kept on saying we will have another engineer fix the issue. It's been 5 days and geyser is still leaking and no response from havells.

Complaint marked as Resolved I escalated this isue with Havells support team but no action was taken. After adding complain on this forum, I received updates from Havells engineer. Entire unit was replaced inorder to fix issue.
Havells India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Response was quick on forum, but still no one called or visited my house. Today is day 6 and now geyser has started to leak from sides all because of your engineer not fixing the issue properly. May be your team can change the unit due to damages done or refund my money, I do not see any efforts done from form your team.

After long wait, I received call from Havells today informing me, support engineer would visit my house with replacement unit. I will update forum once issue is completely resolved.
