havells ceiling fan complaint

Dear sir/mam,

I bought seven (7) havells ceiling fan here in new delhi from kotla mubarakpur electricity market. We installed all the seven fans however two (2) fans have issues in their functioning. They are vigorously shaking where the fan leafs attach the round base. I had them checked independently by two different installation people and both have suggested that the fan is defective.

rod of my water heater isn't changed.

Dear sir,
I have lodged complaint regarding my water heater on 13th october, 18. Your executive came and charged 200 service charge and promised to come on next day with new rod. He neither provided any bill for that. His name is mr. Sanjeev.
After that i'm continuously complaining on customer care no. But no one is responding positively. Your senior executives are nor available on phone.

shameful after sales service

bad service, brand new ceiling fans are faulty and company has no replacement policy

Brand new 3 havells ceiling fans bought on 4th oct 2018, were found to be faulty while installation on 6th oct. Logged complaint 3 times in past 10 days, technician sent to repair the fans but still the problem is same. As per customer care, company has no policy of replacement and will repair the fans always.
I want my money back and havells has the worst customer support ever experienced. No reply received from their website...

Because my motor stops working before 10 days and i submitted many complaints before the company. They assured me that within 24 hours your problem will b solved but till this time i had not seen any technician or engineer from the company. I am facing problems

geyser installation done an unprofessional way and wrong

A geyser installation has been done today on 7-oct-2018 very much unprofessionally and in wrong place as extension pipes get shorter. Also leakage has been started from joints.
Now to get it in right position it need two more holes in another place.
So who will repair damaged earlier holes in this wall now?
Why havells send these unprofessional installation guys who even does not know how to install it at right place.br...

We purchased two fancy fans o[censored]r brand in april, 2017 but after completing one year its speed got slower as well started making notice. I replaced condencer through electrician but after three months it again got slower and started making noice. I am no satisfied with ur product fan.

Without contacting and resolving the problems, i got massage with invoice that problem has been resolved.

Being a reputed brand Havells, service dealer is manupulating to customer.

We reside in kharghar and have bought 2 fans from nakshatra hardware in kharghar. We were sold the 'silent fan' saying it will throw more air and will be very silent! The price of it being 6k each fan. However, there is hardly any air that the fan throws and the other lower priced fans are way better. When complained to the shop and to havells, what we are told is 'this is the way it is and we should have known!!!' this just seems...

I bought water heater from havells last year (27 dec 2017) and it broke down on september 15.
I contacted the havells customer care to register the complaint.
Their engineer came and detected the flaw and the solution was to replace the product. Engineer also placed a sticker on the water heater which states the fault.

Today (28 sep 2018). I got a mail stating that my issue is resolved and product is replaced....
