I have purchased new ro digi touch on 11/09/2018 after installation it has problem that its wastage water as compare with pure water is 6 or 7 time i have register a complaint on your toll free no after installation as i seen the problem, your representative 13/09/2019 i raced a complaint no is hi 132588 complaint recived by deepak kumar sharma he is unable to solve the complaint he told my senior technicain will come than on 18/09/2018 mehboob alam came he check and find that one ro membrance has some manufacturing defect he replaced the ro membrane candle i told do not replace candle replace whole ro because its manufacturing defect in product he told sir you will not face same problem again if there is such problem he said i will replace the ro now gain again after 7or 8 day same problem and this time tab is also leakage than i register the complaint on 28/09/18 same problem is showing again waste water than he told we will take ro mr ankur has taken ro technicisn utkarsh came on 23rd dec he has taken ro till now waiying for roration
Kindly replace the product as its manufacturing defect or else i will go for consumer court since 1st day its showing problem again and again. So please replace this product
