Please rectify following two problems;
1) geyser earthing wire is not connected
2) three pin plug is to be installed because previously geyser was repaired and your service person has connected it with only two naked wire.
Due to these naked wire connection we are feeling electric shocks in the sanitary fittings (Water tap) of the bathroom.
Please send the service person asap.

I reported my complaint against call no. HG283518 for my mixer repairing which is allocated to Mr. Vinod before 1 month.but I m really disappointed with the services.he doesn't resolved our complaint yet.kindly resolve our complaint

    We have purchased havells geyser on saturday, 25th sept and we have been told that company person will come for geyser installation but till 29th sept no one came neither contacted for installation.
    Even we tried to call the person no from the shopkeeper where we purchased the product still no luck person either says we will send someone/ someone will contact you after these 4 days of struggle finally one person came today 30th sept for installation who has just drilled the area and hanged up the geyser that's it — was that the meaning of installation? And he was saying for other fittings pay more 500inr to make it functioning.

    I'm surprised because for me as customer installation is something to make it till functioning of the product. This cant be the acceptable from havells.
    I would have preferred other technician rather than this useless installation from company.

    Garment steamer is nt coming, calling from one month on toll free number but getting no response, plz solve my problm as soon as possible
    Sir I installed your coral model switch at my home in 2012. So there are 25 to 30 switch are damage or not working so please replace them

      Issue not being resolved even after your tech visited my place 5 times within a month. Techs do not have enough knowledge of the product and do not carry proper tools and request for screwdriver etc from customer. Ref.HH281843 and HG306223.
      There is no proper cancel to get the issue highlighted then your ticket raising mail id.
      Please look into this and if possible share your escalation matrix if any.

        I have purchased the Havells wall fan Model no Swanky 16 inches on 28 April 2018 from Kumar Electric Corporation, Tilak Nagar New Delhi-110018 Invoice no is R1302454 Dated 28 April 2017,

        It is stopped working three times and havells representative from Jagdamba service center replaced the Motor,
        Still the motor is faulty again, I request you to please replace the Fan. It has been faulty within two months span every time, even in warranty period.

          I raised the complaint on 31st July 2018 for after sales support for storage geyser which is in warranty and the call no HG306231 and later many follow up calls to support a technician came and taken the part which has the problem after that till now no one came.

          Again I have done few follow ups to support and spoke to the superior and he said that day or day after definitely technician will visit and repair it.

          One technician called and said he don't know that previously some technician visited and a part need to be replaced and he need to brought the part and he said will bring tomorrow and repair it but it is not happened.

          Strange thing is every time new person/technician will be assigned mostly but he donot know what is status or summary of the problem.

          We will get the call number when we raise a complaint but not the technician number. We should wait for his call.

              pedestal fan is not working

              5 months ago, i brought one havells pedestal fan. Now its not working fine. I have showed it to local fitter but it is working only for short period. Consistently it is showing same problem like working for five minutes then stop. It has some motor problem and it has 1 years company warranty.

              Can you please take it as high priority and resolve the issue....

              This is in continuation to my previous complaint (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/havells-india-havells-fan-wobbling-and-noise-...

              It’s been a year since i am facing continuous problems with havells fans – models are florence and troika. The worst part is the product quality and moreover the havells services. To cut the misery short below are the highly dissatisfaction points for the reference of naïve consumers who are thinking for havells products:

              1. Florence model
              Worst quality despite of high prices. Initially it has wobbling issue which was fixed after lot of struggle, then noise issues which was fixed after opening the fan machine. And finally the fan is jammed which is yet to rectify.

              2. Troika model
              It has noise issues, its plastic part over the wing looks really awesome and attracts customers, however while in operation air blows through the plastic part as a result it strikes with fan wings resulting in tik-tik noise. This is a design fault and technicians admit as well. To overcome it havells technician added a rubber washer so that plastic doesn't strike with fan wings. This somewhat (Not fully) sort out the problem but added an *risk* - the screws are loosen up very slowly - in the worst case it might cause a serious accident when fan is in operation. Now how i come to know about it. With last complaint i told technician to check the fan as tik-tik noise has started again. When he checked he told me that screws are loose that's why it is making noise and then he just tighten it. The technician himself was surprised with it since it's a huge risk.

              3. Services
              With the 3rd class quality havells will provide you pathetic services not on the technician front but also from customer support front as well.

              3.1 customer support:
              In case you want to talk to senior customer support member in order to escalate your complaint, you will have to call at least 3-5 times to havelles and every time one have to wait for 6-7 minutes. Today (24 aug 2018), at first attempt i had to call 5 times and then overall wait for 30 min before catching the senior; at 2nd attempt i called 3 times and waited for 15-20 mins.

              3.2 false promises:
              The irony is even seniors will befool you by putting false promises. They will assure you to escalate the matter and update you in an hour or so. But believe me they will hardly come back and call back you. I have been in discussion with them since 1 year and its only single time when a lady senior support member called me back otherwise the senior members are seriously irresponsible.

              3.3 technicians:
              They are seriously ridiculous. They will close your call with unbelievable reasons like customer is not having bill, he don’t want to take service, he is not picking the call etc etc. Believe me they don’t even bother to call you, instead you keep on following with them and they will not pick your call.

              For everyone information, i would like to let you all know that since last one year i have been raised tens of complaint without permanent solution and now finding really hard and struggling to cope up with havells services. I am seriously fed up now.

              Think multiple times before buying havells fans model florence and troika.

              Also, to be very honest, not all products are that faulty as explained above. I have purchased multiple products from havells like 2 heavy water motors, exhausts, basic model fans, wire, mcb, leds, concealed lights, water geysers etc. For my new house – all are working fine except florence and troika. Services for water pump is really good, in fact they close your complaint after taking your consent and also they call you for the feedback. Unfortunately such services are badly missed with fan support team and technicians.

              Just for information, sharing the complaint number (Hh166916) which is still unattended after 10 days even after multiple calls and follow ups. Now from last ten days i am forced to live without fan as florence fan is completely jam.

              The issue is resolved but i am bit apprehensive if it is a permanent solution or not. Since the quality of Florence fan is so poor, i am afraid if it is a long term solution. Lets hope so that there will be no more issues.

              Take my words - the quality of products and services to handle complaints needs serious improvements at Havells.

                    Below lines are about my worst time i have been spending with havells (More than 3 months) for which clearly is their mistake.

                    So, for my newly constructed building we used havells products for all electrical needs and also decided to go for few other appliances. One of which was ceiling fan (5 numbers).

                    After few days o[censored]sing the fans we noticed heavy noise (Tripping like sound) and we raised complaint. After few days, the service guy showed up and he tightened few screws and left. With in a day noise started. Again, i had to open new request and follow up with them multiple times. Finally, the other service guy was clear that it was a manufacturing defect and decided he would give a last chance by adjusting few extra screws. But nothing worked. And then, again multiple follow ups and one day he came back with 2 new fans (Same model) and installed. But, he told me that if we hear the noise even with new fans, he can't do anything and he would have to talk to his higher positions.
                    Again, same story with in days. Open complaint. Follow up. Nothing works.

                    The worst part here is that the last service guy who is currently handling my complaint thinks that we are bluffing about the fans and he says that he is ready to spend even 5-6 hrs at my home to hear the noise if it is true. Why in the world one would lie after 3 months of struggle?? Actually, the problem here is the fan makes noise at random times. But 90% of the time, it starts gradually over night and increases by early morning (Imagine one sleeping with such noise). Should i accommodate him for over night stay??!! Also, he says he would get us only 2 replacements for now. Later if the noise gets worse, then he would see what to do next.

                    I'm clearly not understanding his statement. What he meant by "later if the noise gets worse"? Are you guys even realizing that manufacturing defects are your fault? Why should i pay my hard earned money for your mistakes? After all i'm ready to pay for replacements even if it is costlier than the current model.

                    Expecting some sense-full action from havells.

                      Service is pathetic. I raised a complaint on 1st august 2018 about 3l geyser not working. Till now it’s not resolved and i have been callibg customer care from last 2 weeks and i get the same response that complaint will be resolved very soon.

                      Till now no assistance from havells not even a single sms about the status of my complaint. Very upset with the service provided

                      After waiting for so long for somebody to come from havells we finally gave the geyser for repair to somebody else and finally havells person came. We told him that we already left hopes and gave it for repair. He simply took our details, filled a paper and left. After sometime I receive a message stating that My problem had been resolved. Horrible.. cannot expect worst service than this. Will surely avoid havells products in future.

                      Dealer refused to exchange the product.
                      Exchange tag is done by the HAVELLS service mechanic. It has been more than a month but my problem is not resolve.

                      Finally after waiting for 2 weeks, the havells person came after we gave the geyser for repair to somebody else... and I get a message from havells stating that my complaint has been resolved.. not acceptable.

                        2. It is not working properly from the day it is purchased.

                          My cooler which i bought from havells store three month ago. This cooler has problem with start button from 20th july. I complaint about the same to havells customercare no.                           The main issue is it's noises.

                            I had purchased one chopper from m/s s. K. Electricals works, manimajra, chandigarh on 15.10.17 which is still under warranty. About a fortnight ago, it went out of order and i lodged a complaint on the same day. But the issue still remained unresolved. Kindly arrange early action.

                            Purchased Havells E- Lite LED green 9WATT Light on 21/8/2017 . Tube has started Flickering continuesly within one year only . I request the company to make necessary arrangements to change the item as early as possible .
                            Purchased two ceiling fans of havells India in May, 2018 from authorized dealer of the company, namely, M/s G.S. enterprises, kichlu Nagar Ludhiana. Bottom rim in respect of one fan has got disengaged and is hanging down. Please replace the fan.
                            Almost 15 switch is not working from few days before.. please take action to repair the switch.

                              My induction is not working... It does not even start.. The start on button is also not working.. Temperature adjustment functions are also not work if it starts anyhow.. Automatic adjustments seems to be stopped. Rest of the functions need to be checked. And moreover it is out of guarantee now. I want you to fix it thoroughly.

                                Service is pathetic. I raised a complaint on 25 july 2017 about fan is not working. Till now it’s not resolved and when ever i called customer care i got same response that complaint will be resolved very soon.

                                Till now no assistance from havells. They are looting the consumer and not provide the service which they have committed while giving selling the product.

                                The mixer Jar not working after many repairs .The problem arised not less than 3 months of the product purchase but the company did not take any care after varous complaints from us.we want our money back or a new product in return because most of the days the purchased product was never in use because of some or the other repair

                                Pathetic service raised complaints HJ221523 number. No one calling.
                                Havel support engineering says that they have send reminder but no response..
                                Please don’t sell your products with warranty if you can’t provide it.

                                My clinic’s Havells exhaust fan is not functional since 26th Oct 2021
                                My staff Shahid ( [protected]) complained to the Havells customer care and then you provided the Ref no. [protected]. Saying the problem will be solved within 48 hours.
                                The complaint is unsolved till today. In fact the Havells service people erased the complaint without solving it.
                                Then we registered it again on 01/11/21 with reference no. [protected].

                                The whole clinic is suffocating. On 26th only they told the problem will be solved in 24-48 hours... service...it’s pathetic .

                                Today it’s 3rd of Nov. 2021 ; I am calling the customer care service since morning 10:00 am and it’s 3:30 pm now ... the person ( Havell’s) is saying that they are coming in 10 min... 5:30 hours past but their 10 min. Still not over. Fed up man...

                                Please !! Have some sense of responsibility towards your customers else I have to lodge a legal action under COPRA act against the company.

                                  water purifier is indicating an error

                                  We have noticed that our water purifier is indicating an error and is continuously beeping for every 10 seconds.
                                  As per the instructions manual, we have observed that it might be an error 'se 01'.
                                  It's been more than 24 hours since we have been observing this problem.
                                  We would appreciate if we receive s service to our water purifier as soon as possible.

                                  I have complain so many time for replace the motor because this is not working and i am doing the complain for last Six month but your executive not taking any action for the complaint. 1 have 1 year guarantee fo the motors but they are giving so many excuse. My last complain no is HG265430. havells is very bad quality i will never suggest to any one purchase this things.

                                    I registered complaint HG096063 on 9th July, 2018. I have called customer care atleast 20-25 times and till date no one from Havells bothered to attend the complaint. I have sent 2 mails also on [protected]@havells.com but they also remain unanswered till date.

                                    I guess the company has no supervisors as if they were present, such nasty customer care (if at all they call it care) would not have been there.

                                    Worst experience I had and would not recommend Havells products even to strangers, leave aside my friends and relatives.
