I ordered for 6 (Six) numbers of the following ceiling fan at spectrum light & electricals, bhagirath palace, chandni chowk, delhi - 110006 about one month back:

Havells efficiencia (Bldc 32 watt) energy saving with anti dust ceiling fan (Set of 2) (Beige brown)

They told that the product is yet to come from factory and it would be supplied as soon as it is available. Today also, they repeated the same reply.

Please make me clear whether the above ceiling fan is really being manufactured in your factory? If yes, then how early can i get the items? If not, then i shall explore for other fans from other companies.

    Water cooler is leaking. It is new. Please fix it. It is within warranty. It leaks from below and right side back wheel. I makes noise when cooling is on. This has been happening for a while now. Room gets wet and i am sure there some issue as why a cooler will leak constantly when it is new. It has to be free because it is within warranty period.

    There is nothing more to. Write and this is sick that i am typing unnecessary stuffs because my complaint is not getting registered. Your website in service sucks. I[censored] can't fix these. Silly bugs u guys should shut down

      I am shifted my family from karnataka to maharashtra (Alibag town). Recently i am purchased my havells water geyser it is under warranty, during my house shifting time i missed my geyser holding back plate. Asked customer care peoples for installation as well as new back plate. No proper response from customer care. I made complaint registered he091001 even though no response from useless customer care peoples for almost fifteen days over.
      Later one person came from havells. He was handover me one of the old, used back plate set (Find the attached photo for used back plate condition) he said this is new one. Asked me back plate charge rs 450/- as well as delivery charge rs 250/- without having havells original bill. I am sent back the person without collect the material. See how the havells peoples are cheated the consumer after product was sold out their service is totally zero.

        Havells 4 slice toaster grill stopped working. Called havells technician. Saw it to return. But a new untrained technician was sent. He did not know how to open and repair the temperature knob, so collected it and returned after 7 days with not working toaster. Slow to attend, untrained technician and have no knowledge of working of the machine. The knob setting is not right. Goes green indicating machine is ready in one minute without much heating even at maximum setting.
        Extremely frustrating experience.

          I had bought, vide invoice # 157 dtd 14 july 18, 2 nos of havells ventil-dxwe 150 on 14 july 17 from om electric corporartion, 47 grd floor, masoodpur market, vadsant kunj, new delhi110070. One of this has stoppe3d functioning and the electrician says that it is a defective piece.

          These are installed at c-6449, vasant kunj, new delhi 110070.

          Please have these inspected and replaced soon as it is necessary for using the bathroom in which it is installed.

          Earlier also we have experience failure of havells ventil-dxwe 150, but we did not complain.

            Dear team,
            My name is madanamohanan and my place is parakkadi in taliparamba, kannur district. Last 10 days back in heavy thunder the automatic 3 phase rottary (Havels) got destroyed in thunder and when i asked my electrical shop they told me that the same should be ordered through company and the same day i ordered for "automatic 3 phase rottary-3 nos (Havels)". Now it is almost 9 days over i didn't get the product. Because of this there is no electricity in my house. So to reinstate the same the product is required urgently and as i have a function in my home on 26.05.2018, the same is needed urgently. I ordered the same through your dealer no.[protected]. So request you to get me the same by tomorrow urgently.

            I also regret to point out that in my new house which is 5 months old if such an equipment going dead in a low thunder what is the guarantee of such equipment. You are such a big company and your items are such poor how we can rely on your products. Not only that such a huge delay is taking for replacement of items ordered i will say that service is not upto the mark.

              I had purchased a accl1p+n (Singal) on 28.08.2017. It is informed by the dealer that there is warrant available for 1 year against all malfunction and manufacturing defects. Today i that is on 22.05.2018, as some power problem was there. When it is checked by the electrician it is found that the defect lies in the accl.
              Kindly, send your mechanic to address the defects as early as possible.

                I have registered a coplained with havells on 3rd of may 2018, and my complaint no is he034538, till today almost everyday i am calling their call centre to know when they are going to resolve it? Every time i get the same response within 24 hours, but till today it has not been resolved.
                I want this to be resolved with in 24 hours or else they should replace my geyser.

                Havells may be good in other places but in north eastern india they do not have after sale services, so buyers from this part be aware of it.

                  I have purchase 3 ceiling fan but service not provided by havels complaint lodged by cell no [protected] on 12.05.18 complaint no he120557 earlier two times engineers vigited but same is not available in your record i think he was a fraud engineer because which is mentiond complaint number in service sheet that not in your record please deput authentic engineer with proper id who can solve the problem or guard properly

                    I told him that i have warranty card but purchased bill lost some where.

                      I have purchased 9 watt led down lighter in year 2014 from dewas mp showroom
                      Recently it is not turning on i myself electrical engineer & working as executive engineer in electricity board. I checked the driver from other similar led it starts working. It means driver got defective.
                      I local at ujjain search driver & i could not found. Then i contact at toll free they said register complaint then service engineer will come at your location & will charge for services as well for driver. Why this driver not available at your local dealer. Why i will pay for service unnecessarily when i only require material. It is against consumer protection policy. If driver is not made available then i will put matter before the consumer forum ujjain.

                        Hi logged a complaint on 1st May related to air cooler leakage. then technician came on the same day of complaint, he investigated the leakage and told that container need to be replaced. and took some pics of the bills and went stating he will visit next day with container.

                        but we wait for few days, but no one came. SO we call the customer care on 7th may, then he told us that he is sending a reminder to concerned department and prob will be resolved in 24 hrs. but nothing happens.

                        THen we call on 8th May, then Havells representative (customer care) told us that he is raising a escalation to concern department and prob will be solved on same day ie.. on 8th May.

                        then i call again on 9th May, then havells customer care center told the same thing, escalation is raised prob will be solved today. but nothing happens till now.

                        Please suggest is there no technician available in Havells india company?? or the products they manufactured are of bad quality that they are not able to serviced them. Even they does not work for an year (work only for a season - summer season).

                        Very dissatisfied with the after sale service.

Very unfortunate &unseen system of resolving any problem sitting in house, compelling custemer to get it resolved by some other after making charge which is undesired. Must exmine by the company.                             मैंने हैवेल्स सर्विस सेंटर पर 1 मई 2018 में एक कंप्लेंट की थी जिसमें मुझे कहा गया कि आपकी कंप्लेंट को 48 आवर्स में सॉल्व कर दिया जाएगा लेकिन ऐसा कुछ नहीं हुआ मैंने 3 तारीख को दोबारा री कंप्लेंट की उन्होंने मुझसे कहा ठीक है सर हम आपकी कंप्लेंट हेड क्वार्टर में मेल कर रहे हैं आपकी कंप्लेंट को 24 वर्ष में सॉल्व कर दिया जाएगा लेकिन उसके बाद भी ऐसा कुछ नहीं है मैंने फिर भी कंप्लेंट की 4 तारीख को उन्होंने फिर मुझसे कहा कि आपकी कंप्लेंट को हम प्रोडक्ट मैनेजर को भेज रहे हैं लेकिन उससे भी कुछ नहीं हुआ ऐसे करते-करते पूरा एक हफ्ता बीत गया लेकिन मेरी प्रॉब्लम का कोई सलूशन नहीं हुआ मैं तो आप सबको यही कहूंगा कि आप लोग कोई भी हैवेल्स का प्रोडक्ट मत खरीदो क्योंकि इनकी सर्विस बहुत ही घटिया है

                              I have constructed house during 2013 and havells switches used completely. Most of the switches are burnt, wearout and incompatible for two pin switches.
                              Lodged several complaints via online customer care center. They have noted all my complaints and responded very qucikly but no service center has addressed the issues instead service center(Shimoga, Karnataka) is playing with our time.

                              more than 20 switches are in problem. Service center person visit and solve 1-2 switches and he himself closing the complain online with completing the task and without our knowledge by which service center is forcing me to lodge several complaint repeatedll and causing lot of inconvinience.

                              M/s Gayatrhri Electricaql is the Havells autorized service center is spoiling the reputation of Havells and even after serveral complaints Havells company is least bothered in addressing the issues.

                              Design of some switches especially ATHENS are very poor most incompatible for most of the switches. Havells are stopped this particular swithces but failed to give service after sales. Hence I urge that Havlles should be taken for task for cheating the customers.

                              One should not believe HAVELLS brand due to its poor design and utilization.

                                We bought an 8 blade havells fan last year. It has been attended to atleast 3 times and we have just lodged a fourth complaint. The product quality is bad. Whenever we complaint the mechanic comes and rectified it but how long can we keep complaining. It is within warranty so we are not charged. What will happen after warranty.
                                We appeal to the havell company to either change the fan or to find a permanent solution. You can’t be selling defective products in the market especially when it is an expensive product.

                                  When i purchased this product from shop and use in home to make orange, carrot awla juice they have problem disalingmet of rotar.

                                  This same problem are came 4 times, everytime i registered complain,
                                  One man is came and tighten a nut aresolve the problem.
                                  This thing repeat all time.

                                  I kindly request you change this juicer mixture with new one.

                                    I purchased 4 havell fans last year. The moment i had purchased those, they are making noise.

                                    5-6 times your technicians visited and it did not resolve yet.

                                    This summer again the issue has started. I raised a complaint for replacing the fans as it is design issue and technician came without fans.

                                    I raised issue through facebook and i got a call from a guy and he told senior technician would visit but it was a big lie. I asked him on the phone to send me a mail that this would be the last time you were trying and then would replace. He lied that he would but he did not. Now your facebook team has also stopped responding.

                                    I want these fans replaced or my money back asap. You are harassing me for an year now.

                                      The cooler is waste the dealer had given me the duplicate cooler the parts of cooler was different compare to other. The technician came and told that all are right i don't know with out touching the cooler he told that cooler is in good condition. It's shame on havells group because the cooler which i bought was having so many problems the water tank was very thin. I surely say that all u r product is waste i had taken the product on 28/4/18. Irequest u to pass this message to higher authority otherwise i definately put case in consumer court. I bought the cooler with 16000 cash but waste of money the product which had given is fraud...

Why am telling is that its paining for me that with putting huge amount I can't get satisfaction.the body of the cooler means water tank was duplicate totally its waste product of havells.give me proper idea so that I can replace the cooler otherwise I will choose consumer court for this issue.I am government teacher why I always tell u lies about cooler. It's not working that's why am telling and giving complaints...

                                        Hi,
                                        This is regarding my complaint of the havells ceiling fan xp390 plus. I bought this fan dated 5th july, 2017 from one of the retailers india electronics, d - 57, main road, dilshad colony, delhi - 110095.

                                        I have 2 complaints regd this fan:
                                        1) the fan is not running at a full speed
                                        2) and when it is spinning, it is not generating any air flow to cool down the room.
                                        I registered a complaint with the customer care dated 26th april, 2018, the sr. Technician came (Mr. Pawan), but did not even check the fan and went back and closed the request. Again, on 27th april, 2018 i called the call centre people and asked them to reopen the same request as no resolution was being done. The agent reopened that request, but yet there is no resolution, no technician visited us after reopening the request. I am calling them daily, every day i get a false satisfaction that the action will be taken, but they are not taking any kind of action. My complaint number is hd271462, dated 27th april, 2018.

                                        Pls i want an action immediately as it is not even a single year being completed and the fan is giving trouble and your customer care staff is very irresponsible.
