Had raised a complaint on your customer care: HF231106. Please refer attached photos: I had purchased the Ventilair exhaust fan in February 2018. After 4 months the internal fan dropped off the outer rectangular frame. Technician Nitin Dubey came to check the issue. He said the fault is with some plastic part inside. The fan got obstructed by this part and eventually came off. But since the faulty part is plastic it does not come under guarantee, so I'll have to pay 400/- extra and he'll replace the whole set. I complained to customer care about the extra cost and the 2 years guarantee which was promised. But he says that breakage of the fan is not covered, only technical issues are covered. I tried to reason with him that my issue is technical as well because it seems to be a manufacturing defect or bad quality part issue but he is implying I am to be blamed since it worked for 4 months without issue.
It's been only 4 months and I've paid around 2, 500/- for an exhaust fan instead of average 1000/- only because I believed Havells is a quality brand. I want to know why I should pay extra money in just 4 months (given 2 years guarantee) for no fault of mine, having already paid a pricey amount for an exhaust fan from Havells.

Resolution: To replace the whole set free of cost.

      Dear concern i had raised a complaint hf054193 of havells koolaire cooler on 5 june 2018 which is still unresolved. I have called to customer care number multiple times and also technician has visited multiple times but still there is no resolution. Technician has made cooler more defective now.
      Product was purchased on 15 may 2018 and within 15 days problem of leakage started.
      Request to get it resolved or let me details of higher escalation.
      Even i have written this mail to customer care earlier but they are not responding.

        I had gone to purchase a sagital fan white colour from panjim daud electrical shop. They told me the mrp is 3335 and they will give 25% discount on same and charge 18% so the total was something to 2950 and they called me after 2 days.

        After 2 days when i went they charged me 3400 even after the mrp is 3335 saying that the fan price is that.

        Kindly raise the complaint to higher authorities as they have charged me above the mrp and it is and legal offence, but later i had no option to buy this fan as it was first only delayed and i was in urgent to fix a fan.

        Kindly escalate it to the higher authorities and please take strict action against it.

          I purchased new juicer on 3 jun 2018. When i puchased shopkeeper said it will work for all type fruits but its not working properly. I complained on customer care they told me today our executive will visit at your place. He came and said its not for all types of fruits. Now you have to buy new juicer. I said what should i do for this juicer he said this is not our responsibily. Many time i complained on customer care but they are not repondin. Please help me i dont have money to buy new juicer. They lied with me to sell product. I will never believe on havells product my request return my money i have not used your juicer for 1 day even they sent me fake massage your problem resolve

          Again you are not understanding my problem daily your executive are calling me and daily i am sharing with them whole story and they said we can not do anything. you are not resolving my problem. you are making a fool. you are not able to resolve my problem daily your executive are calling my and harassing to me nothing else. i had purchased juicer for my mom, because doctor said daily you need to take juice because my was hospitalized. and your juicer not working properly so what should i do that juicer. sorry to say i am going to purchase new juicer whatever cost will come you have to pay. if you required my mom hospitalized docs i can send

            Had bought a havells air cooler from relience retail limited
            Aundh pune -411007 on the 24 march 2018. From day one the cooler has not been working properly, a number of complains have been give, the company technicians have come and checked the cooler but the problems was not rectified.in apr 2018 the cooler has stopped working completely and the the display panel is also not working. The technician who visited last has said that the cooler has to be replaced. But still no response from the company nor the dealer

              Had bought a air cooler fresco from reliance retail limited iti road aundh pune 411007 on 24 march 2018. The cooler stopped working in apirl 2018 and has been constantly giving problems
              We have give a number complains but the company has not been able to repair it nor replace it
              Now (May 2018) the cooler has completely stopped working and even the display panel is not working.

                The 16a power switch is not working. i purchased it just 2 months before and raised an complaint for the replacement as it's under warranty. when i raised the complaint the engineer said the product is currently not available and it will take some days to replace it. after 15 days i received a call from the engineer and he said now the product is available and wants to visit my home for replacement. he came and after opening the power modular box he said the switch is burnt and he is not able to replace it as it's not covered under warranty. just tell me one thing if you are not providing a good quality product then only it's burning and doesn't work. if you are not replacing it just tell customers that there is no warranty so he will not purchase it rather doing fraud by selling it and not able to provide the after sales service.

                  I purchased a steam iron from a reputed dealer in meerut "mahesh ji & son's". Product belongs to havells india limited. It's still under warranty. Around one and a half month back steam iron suddenly got a burst sound and smoke comes out of it from all the sides. We immediately cut down the power supply of product and reported the issue to customer care. They gave us the assurance on first time but did not provide us with complaint number. We again filed a complaint against it and a number was allocated to us "hd241379" but nothing happens. After calling to dealer he told me that you have not provided the original bill to attendee but it was not the case. Then i took the iron to dealer place and ask him to help out on this issue. He also did the same and again filed a complaint. But till date i have not received any update from havells customer care point. This burst might have give us the physical harm or may have hurt my 9 year old son who was playing near by. At this point of time i am really feeling harrassed by the company and suffering the pain even after putting so much money in this item. Kindly do the needful so that other people do not get fraudulent/mentally tortured or got physically harmed by the company products. I do not want to be compensated monitarily but this company people ust get a lesson from fooling the innocent persons. Please note this company fools people by promising that their complaint would be attended in two days but its more then a month now and i am being harrassed by these people

                    I ordered for 6 (Six) numbers of the following ceiling fan at spectrum light & electricals, bhagirath palace, chandni chowk, delhi - 110006 about one month back:

                    Havells efficiencia (Bldc 32 watt) energy saving with anti dust ceiling fan (Set of 2) (Beige brown)

                    They told that the product is yet to come from factory and it would be supplied as soon as it is available. Today also, they repeated the same reply.

                    Please make me clear whether the above ceiling fan is really being manufactured in your factory? If yes, then how early can i get the items? If not, then i shall explore for other fans from other companies.

                      Water cooler is leaking. It is new. Please fix it. It is within warranty. It leaks from below and right side back wheel. I makes noise when cooling is on. This has been happening for a while now. Room gets wet and i am sure there some issue as why a cooler will leak constantly when it is new. It has to be free because it is within warranty period.

                      There is nothing more to. Write and this is sick that i am typing unnecessary stuffs because my complaint is not getting registered. Your website in service sucks. I[censored] can't fix these. Silly bugs u guys should shut down

                        I am shifted my family from karnataka to maharashtra (Alibag town). Recently i am purchased my havells water geyser it is under warranty, during my house shifting time i missed my geyser holding back plate. Asked customer care peoples for installation as well as new back plate. No proper response from customer care. I made complaint registered he091001 even though no response from useless customer care peoples for almost fifteen days over.
                        Later one person came from havells. He was handover me one of the old, used back plate set (Find the attached photo for used back plate condition) he said this is new one. Asked me back plate charge rs 450/- as well as delivery charge rs 250/- without having havells original bill. I am sent back the person without collect the material. See how the havells peoples are cheated the consumer after product was sold out their service is totally zero.

                          Havells 4 slice toaster grill stopped working. Called havells technician. Saw it to return. But a new untrained technician was sent. He did not know how to open and repair the temperature knob, so collected it and returned after 7 days with not working toaster. Slow to attend, untrained technician and have no knowledge of working of the machine. The knob setting is not right. Goes green indicating machine is ready in one minute without much heating even at maximum setting.
                          Extremely frustrating experience.

                            I had bought, vide invoice # 157 dtd 14 july 18, 2 nos of havells ventil-dxwe 150 on 14 july 17 from om electric corporartion, 47 grd floor, masoodpur market, vadsant kunj, new delhi110070. One of this has stoppe3d functioning and the electrician says that it is a defective piece.

                            These are installed at c-6449, vasant kunj, new delhi 110070.

                            Please have these inspected and replaced soon as it is necessary for using the bathroom in which it is installed.

                            Earlier also we have experience failure of havells ventil-dxwe 150, but we did not complain.

                              Dear team,
                              My name is madanamohanan and my place is parakkadi in taliparamba, kannur district. Last 10 days back in heavy thunder the automatic 3 phase rottary (Havels) got destroyed in thunder and when i asked my electrical shop they told me that the same should be ordered through company and the same day i ordered for "automatic 3 phase rottary-3 nos (Havels)". Now it is almost 9 days over i didn't get the product. Because of this there is no electricity in my house. So to reinstate the same the product is required urgently and as i have a function in my home on 26.05.2018, the same is needed urgently. I ordered the same through your dealer no.[protected]. So request you to get me the same by tomorrow urgently.

                              I also regret to point out that in my new house which is 5 months old if such an equipment going dead in a low thunder what is the guarantee of such equipment. You are such a big company and your items are such poor how we can rely on your products. Not only that such a huge delay is taking for replacement of items ordered i will say that service is not upto the mark.

                                I had purchased a accl1p+n (Singal) on 28.08.2017. It is informed by the dealer that there is warrant available for 1 year against all malfunction and manufacturing defects. Today i that is on 22.05.2018, as some power problem was there. When it is checked by the electrician it is found that the defect lies in the accl.
                                Kindly, send your mechanic to address the defects as early as possible.

                                  I have registered a coplained with havells on 3rd of may 2018, and my complaint no is he034538, till today almost everyday i am calling their call centre to know when they are going to resolve it? Every time i get the same response within 24 hours, but till today it has not been resolved.
                                  I want this to be resolved with in 24 hours or else they should replace my geyser.

                                  Havells may be good in other places but in north eastern india they do not have after sale services, so buyers from this part be aware of it.

                                    I have purchase 3 ceiling fan but service not provided by havels complaint lodged by cell no [protected] on 12.05.18 complaint no he120557 earlier two times engineers vigited but same is not available in your record i think he was a fraud engineer because which is mentiond complaint number in service sheet that not in your record please deput authentic engineer with proper id who can solve the problem or guard properly

                                      Myself varun goswami. I just file a service request regarding my ceiling fan. I just received a call from nearest service center and he told 'we would not serve you without your purchase bill'.
                                      I told him that i have warranty card but purchased bill lost some where.
                                      Kindly tell me if some one is lost their bill then your company product will count out of warranty.

                                        I have purchased 9 watt led down lighter in year 2014 from dewas mp showroom
                                        Recently it is not turning on i myself electrical engineer & working as executive engineer in electricity board. I checked the driver from other similar led it starts working. It means driver got defective.
                                        I local at ujjain search driver & i could not found. Then i contact at toll free they said register complaint then service engineer will come at your location & will charge for services as well for driver. Why this driver not available at your local dealer. Why i will pay for service unnecessarily when i only require material. It is against consumer protection policy. If driver is not made available then i will put matter before the consumer forum ujjain.
