I have purchase Havells Moto Race Kids Ceiling fan in 15th June for my new home other than normal 5 havells fan. When I shifted in my house I observed that there is very poor air from the Kids fan and we are not feeling comfortable under this fan.

I have registered complain with Amazon as well as with Havells customer care with complain number: HG215342 but really disappointed with the service which I got till now. Mr Amjad came to check and he feel there is technical problem but he is not able to resolve the issue and after that there is no visit of any technician even I am calling every day to havells customer care.

Now if issue is not able to get it resolved, I want replacement of this Moto Race Fan.

    I had purchased one havels fresco air cooler with rs. 11, 000/- from home plaza, kahilipara, guwahati-781018 on 30 july 2017.
    But, the product is giving problem when switched on cooling mode since june 2018. I lodged complaint on 15/07/2018 with complaint no. Hg 150655. On 16/07/2018 your official mr. Arup ojha visited my house at bishnu rava path, odalbakra, guwahati - 781034. They informed that the problem is with motor which is to be replaced. They told that they have placed order for motor and will be replaced.
    On 16 july 18, i received a call from your official (Mob. No. [protected]) who assured me to replace the motor within 2 days and he closed the complain without replacing the same with message call has been resolved.
    2 days back i rang your official on [protected] who assured to send the mechanics on next day. But, did not.
    I think, they are waiting for expiry of warranty period i. E 30th july 2018.
    Please look in to the matter.

      havells fan wobbling and noise issues

      The ceiling fans have been making a noise and wobbling from day one. It’s almost a year to over and even after multiple complaints havells failed to give permanent solution. Majorly 2 factors that have baffled me and lost my trust in havells.

      1. Havells quality

      The quality of ceiling fans is 3rd class and even after knowing the faults in the fans havells is keep on selling it to customers.

      18/06/18 ko table fan cpc canteen se kharida jo kharab ho gaya hai. Complain kiya mechanic aur replace ke liye likh kar diya. But canteen in-change replece nahi kar raha hai. Please Jaldi se samadhan kare

        I would like to inform you I bought a STANDARD MCB C25 before 2 month Full AC board but his performance is very bad.its fired with in a month. Shop owner not return or replace it.

          I purchased havells wall fan last year and it comes with 2 years guarantee, but the guarantee is not usable because havells gives worst service. I contact with havells so many time but there was no any service, every executive just giving time for a day. I talked with customer care senior executive (Ms. Aasha, Mr. Hitesh, Mr. Ishu) but they give time for a day but not any appropriate solution.

            Dear Sir,

            I had purchased Havells air cooler freddo -i on 01/05/2018.I had registered a complain on 26/06/2018 and my complain no is HF260398 till date my cooler complain not resolved.I had to call normally everyday to check status why nobody is coming
            and customer center employee ask to wait me next 24 hours and said they assign to complain to senior technician or sent remainder or sent urgent basis remainder but nobody come and resolve my problem.

            My complain was my cooler is not working

            Note - I am using havells seling Fan, adjust fan, room tube light, and electronics items.

              HD054058 on 5 April 2018 Mr Rahul came he twisted all three blades here and there and said now no voice will come but after technician leave few hours too much voice comingin fan, HE181764 on 18th may 2018 Mr Rahul did same he did before, HF272452 on 27th june 2018 Mr Rahul came this time he put some plastic washer in the blade but no improvement, HF272452 reopen on 29th june 2018 this time Mr jitender came he resolved one fan out of three and Mr jitender told me in one fan blade will be change, HF303619 on 30th june 2018, HG031358 3rd july 2018 and now today 6th july another complaint no given by custome care HG031358 reopen these above are my complaint number.
              I have been trying to get solution to my problem last from last 4 months but there is no solution given by the technician
              I am totally disappointed by the services.

                He202135 is my complaint number.
                I have been trying to get solution to my problem last from 2-3 months but there is no action taken to the complaint also no satisfactory response given from your customer executives.
                Saying the query has been kept in fake list due to number of time fup's made by the customer and the seniors are looking at it.
                Please confirm what is the process of action you people take on receipt of complaint?

                Our mixer is not working form last 2month ago, i well complaint before last 2month, no any action, jalgaon service center person visiting 2 times but problem not solved due to un availability of material, in year 2 times our mixer is not working properly . i request you pl change our mixer i have paid rs. 4263/- is not small amout.
                I purchased a new stand fan Havells make from Shyam enterprise, Durgapur, West Bengal on 17/03/2018. But the motor of the said fan was burnt on 14/03/2018. It is within the warranty period of two years. Inspite of repeated phone calls since then, nobody is coming to replace the fan. Please interfere.

                  Im having octect ceiling fan purchased on 27 april 2017. The sensor part of the fan sparked out. Havells technicians told me that the product is in warranty and they will install a new sensor part and its been so many days, nobody came. I even raised a complaint regarding thia but still no answer.
                  I spent so much money just because its a sensor remote fan and thats too from havells.

                      I have purchased havells cables & other items for a home something of rupees one lakh above in godhra kishor electronics now my led penal lights is off that item is warranty of 2 years i have bought items 1 year ago now i have missing my bills but i have proof we did my payment by cheque.
                      Mr. Rohan solanki was said i can't repair with out bill. I told that you have inquiry from kishor electronics he was said i am not come.
                      Sir if you not repair my led lights than i have told you i am lawyer i take legal action against company. Sir we belive in your company that's why we have purcahsed your product. I hope you solve my problem.

                        Had raised a complaint on your customer care: HF231106. Please refer attached photos: I had purchased the Ventilair exhaust fan in February 2018. After 4 months the internal fan dropped off the outer rectangular frame. Technician Nitin Dubey came to check the issue. He said the fault is with some plastic part inside. The fan got obstructed by this part and eventually came off. But since the faulty part is plastic it does not come under guarantee, so I'll have to pay 400/- extra and he'll replace the whole set. I complained to customer care about the extra cost and the 2 years guarantee which was promised. But he says that breakage of the fan is not covered, only technical issues are covered. I tried to reason with him that my issue is technical as well because it seems to be a manufacturing defect or bad quality part issue but he is implying I am to be blamed since it worked for 4 months without issue.
                        It's been only 4 months and I've paid around 2, 500/- for an exhaust fan instead of average 1000/- only because I believed Havells is a quality brand. I want to know why I should pay extra money in just 4 months (given 2 years guarantee) for no fault of mine, having already paid a pricey amount for an exhaust fan from Havells.

                        Resolution: To replace the whole set free of cost.

                            Dear concern i had raised a complaint hf054193 of havells koolaire cooler on 5 june 2018 which is still unresolved. I have called to customer care number multiple times and also technician has visited multiple times but still there is no resolution. Technician has made cooler more defective now.
                            Product was purchased on 15 may 2018 and within 15 days problem of leakage started.
                            Request to get it resolved or let me details of higher escalation.
                            Even i have written this mail to customer care earlier but they are not responding.

                              I had gone to purchase a sagital fan white colour from panjim daud electrical shop. They told me the mrp is 3335 and they will give 25% discount on same and charge 18% so the total was something to 2950 and they called me after 2 days.

                              After 2 days when i went they charged me 3400 even after the mrp is 3335 saying that the fan price is that.

                              Kindly raise the complaint to higher authorities as they have charged me above the mrp and it is and legal offence, but later i had no option to buy this fan as it was first only delayed and i was in urgent to fix a fan.

                              Kindly escalate it to the higher authorities and please take strict action against it.

                                I purchased new juicer on 3 jun 2018. When i puchased shopkeeper said it will work for all type fruits but its not working properly. I complained on customer care they told me today our executive will visit at your place. He came and said its not for all types of fruits. Now you have to buy new juicer. I said what should i do for this juicer he said this is not our responsibily. Many time i complained on customer care but they are not repondin. Please help me i dont have money to buy new juicer.                                 Again you are not understanding my problem daily your executive are calling me and daily i am sharing with them whole story and they said we can not do anything. you are not resolving my problem. you are making a fool. you are not able to resolve my problem daily your executive are calling my and harassing to me nothing else. i had purchased juicer for my mom, because doctor said daily you need to take juice because my was hospitalized. and your juicer not working properly so what should i do that juicer. sorry to say i am going to purchase new juicer whatever cost will come you have to pay. if you required my mom hospitalized docs i can send

                                  Had bought a havells air cooler from relience retail limited
                                  Aundh pune -411007 on the 24 march 2018. From day one the cooler has not been working properly, a number of complains have been give, the company technicians have come and checked the cooler but the problems was not rectified.in apr 2018 the cooler has stopped working completely and the the display panel is also not working. The technician who visited last has said that the cooler has to be replaced. But still no response from the company nor the dealer

                                    Had bought a air cooler fresco from reliance retail limited iti road aundh pune 411007 on 24 march 2018. The cooler stopped working in apirl 2018 and has been constantly giving problems
                                    We have give a number complains but the company has not been able to repair it nor replace it
                                    Now (May 2018) the cooler has completely stopped working and even the display panel is not working.

                                      The 16a power switch is not working. i purchased it just 2 months before and raised an complaint for the replacement as it's under warranty. when i raised the complaint the engineer said the product is currently not available and it will take some days to replace it. after 15 days i received a call from the engineer and he said now the product is available and wants to visit my home for replacement. he came and after opening the power modular box he said the switch is burnt and he is not able to replace it as it's not covered under warranty. just tell me one thing if you are not providing a good quality product then only it's burning and doesn't work. if you are not replacing it just tell customers that there is no warranty so he will not purchase it rather doing fraud by selling it and not able to provide the after sales service.
