I had purchased one havels fresco air cooler with rs. 11, 000/- from home plaza, kahilipara, guwahati-781018 on 30 july 2017.
But, the product is giving problem when switched on cooling mode since june 2018. I lodged complaint on 15/07/2018 with complaint no. Hg 150655. On 16/07/2018 your official mr. Arup ojha visited my house at bishnu rava path, odalbakra, guwahati - 781034. They informed that the problem is with motor which is to be replaced. They told that they have placed order for motor and will be replaced.
On 16 july 18, i received a call from your official (Mob. No. [protected]) who assured me to replace the motor within 2 days and he closed the complain without replacing the same with message call has been resolved.
2 days back i rang your official on [protected] who assured to send the mechanics on next day. But, did not.
I think, they are waiting for expiry of warranty period i. E 30th july 2018.
Please look in to the matter.
