Bought havells monoblock water pump on 28-march-2016 with 2 years guarantee.in feb-2018 water pump stopped functioning. Lodge a complaint on havells customer care on complaint no hb210048 dated 21-feb-2018 at 7:55 am. Till date water pump is not repaired. Contacted havells officials also but nothing has happened.
Sahu-[protected] and sharma-[protected] of havells didn't responded.

    Hello team,

    I bought havells electric geyser last year and this year it suddenly develops issue, i called up the customer care and after a preliminary troubleshooting, they have registered complained, the very next day your service engineer came without tools, open the geyser and took away with a part and informed my mother that he will come tomorrow with a new one and replace, after that day, it is being more than two weeks, he did not return to my house, i have filed three more complaints after that and it got escalated also, however, there is no response from him or the service center, please take the matter on priority before i escalate and look for legal help

      I purchased a geyser from reliance retail store on 19th feb 2018 and geyser was supplied by them. For installation none turned up though i got a message on the 21st feb. On 22nd another sms was sent that some one would be coming. I contacted customer care who non phone told me that "complaint has been registered only today. I had to explain that it was installation for the new geyser and we have got sms. On 23rd again i reminded customer care and sent several e mails to customer care and sri sanjay kumar the compliance officer. Two persons came and installed the geyser but soon after they left i found that there was substantial leakage from the pipe which was not properly fixed. I again requested customer care and contacted the mechanic to come and address the defect. No one came till 24th and i had to get it fixed up by a local mechanic. I gain sent this report to customer care and sri sanjay kumar. However no one has so far even acknowledge the complaint. I don't know if there is any meaning of warranty by havell's with this kind of lackadaisical attitude.

      Thanks for responding.
      I am sharing the information. All such information have been sent through e mails as well which have so far not been responded except one which was marked to Sri Sanjay Kumar Gupta the Company Secy. The email has only stated that I was not satisfied with product and some one will contact me. I responded with the details and pointed out that the complaint was not against the product but against the mechanic who did a clumsy job leaving the pipe leaking and did not turn up when within five minutes of his leaving I contacted him on phone and asked him to come and address the problem.
      1. I purchased the geyser Puro Plus from the Reliance retail Ltd. Ambience Mall Vasant Kunj, New Delhi on 19th Feb 2018.
      2. It was supplied on 29th Feb. 2018 (Delivery Challan No. [protected], dated v19th Feb 2018; Code No.[protected]; Sr No. 83GLGA400747)
      3. On 21st one SMS was sent by Havells that a mechanic would be coming to install the geyser. However none turned up.
      4. On 22nd at 12.00 hrs a SMS came from Havells that someone would be coming (a different name) to install the geyser.
      5. As none turned up a call was made to customer care on the 22nd at 16.00 hrs. Shockingly, the representative said the compliant was registered only on that day and it would take 48 hrs to mechanic to come. I explained that it was not a complaint but a new geyser is to be installed. I was told that someone would come but no compliant number was given.
      6. On 23rd when none turned up I contacted customer care twice -one at 11.03 hrs. The mechanic came at 13.30 hrs and left at 14.17 hrs.
      7. I contacted the mechanic at 14.21 hrs and informed him that there was a substantial leakage from the pipe and he should come and look at the problem. He informed that he was in Khanpur about two kms from my residence. I requested him to come a little latter but he did not turn up.
      8. I contacted the customer care at 14.24 hrs and informed about the leakage and requested that the mechanic may be asked to come as there was substantial leakage. No complaint number was give but he assured that he would inform him.
      9. Since then I had been sending emails to customer care and to the Company Secy Sri Sanjay Kumar Gupta at their website but no response was obtained till 24th Feb.
      10. I had to call a local mechanic to address the issue. I informed this to Sri Sanjay Kumar Gupta with copies to marketing and investors ie customer care.
      11. Them I re[ported the matter at your site and I have got the response.

        Within 1 year florence fan has faulty rotation, makes sound and sometimes stopped rotating and the canopy attached to it has dismantled and fallen off. We want to replace it with a different model before any firther accidents occur. Multiple times we have complaint to havells but evrytime the technician just doessome temporary fix and close it. Since the model design it self is defective, no amount of fixing wont help.. Cant even tirn on the fan at highest speed

        I lodge a complaint on 5th Jan 2018 which is yet to be solved. Every time I spoke to the employees who has been given false commitmnt towards my solution.

        I spoke to Mr Subhasish in kolkata who is least bothered to solve my complaint. May I know the official TAT ? Eoild appriciate a promt response from you.

          I submitted a complain (No. Hb172361) about my geyser on 17 feb 2018 and got the message that mr. Roshan will be visiting you to repair, but till date which is 23 feb no response has been received. One more and most important thing that during my last experience of your customer care the engineer charged me 1800, but then for his own benefit he took the rod (An equipment from my geyser) and cut my bill by 200 so i paid him 1600, but after few days a message came on my mobile that the total bill is 1200 from havells, so what did you make of this, this id clear fraud by your engineer and the company, and now you are not responding to my complaint for so many days, how can you people do this, why you call yourself customer care when all you do is just care for yourself, please i want immediate action taken on this as soon as possible, otherwise i am going to higher authority to complain this matter.

            We had raised our concern on 2nd feb 2018 but this is still open. Call no is hb020266. When we call on toll free number they said within 2 working days senior engineer will visit your home but nobody came. Could you please look into this. Initially one junior engineer was come and he said this should be looked by an expert. Please resolve my issue asap.

                Dear sir/mam,

                This is bring to your kind notice that i have purchased a digital water geyser model adonia 25l in nov-17. We observed that it is giving problem of heat the water has been taken time approx. 55-60 minutes & came water pressure in tap is very low & we have immediately lodged this complaint list is as follows :-
                1. Gk272078 on 27.11.17
                2. Gk290008 on 29.11.17
                3. Ha123852 on 12.01.18
                Your service engineer attended this problem no. Of times but could not solve till now. When i last time complaint at customer care against complaint no. Ha123852 dt. 12.01.18 so your technician person visit at home & informed me that they will forward this complaint to his senior supervisor & they will visit for inspection after 4-5 days i got a message my complaint has been resolved. After that i have re-open my complaint number ha123852 dt. 12.01.18.
                This re-open complaint has been attended by mr. Diwakar & his contact number is [protected] when i tried to understand my problem to mr. Diwakar then he is quarrelled & argue with me. When i said that this geyser has taken 55-60 minute for heat the water then he use the language with me as below :-
                “ 1 ghante me kitne minute hote hai kya ap jante ho, aur bta rahe ho ki 1 ghanta lgta hai pani garam hone mein, phle mujhe minute btao ki 1 ghante me kitne minute hote hai aur tumhare pani ka pressure shi hai aur garam hone mein 1 ghanta hi lgega”.
                I have mentioned my comment in job sheet instead of this after 2 hrs. I got a message your complaint has been resolved. Kindly find attached job sheet with my already mentioned comments for your reference.
                We have already wasted ample amount of time in following up these problems. We even called your senior service engineer but he deceived us after giving assurance for coming. So, you are requested to kindly take appropriate action by replacing this geyser with new one as it seems to be difficult to set it right.
                We are not really satisfied with this piece hence we don't want to keep with us any further & needs to be replaced immediately without any delay considering our suffering for the past 1.5 months.
                We shall be highly thankful to you if you replaced immediately to keep your customer satisfied.

                    सर् हमने 22/7/2017 को havalls कंपनी की endura-ii, 500w, juicer mixer grinder shri ram electeonics से 2800 रुपए में purchase की थी, अभी तक हमने इसका ज्यादा use भी नही किया, sir जूस निकलते टाइम जूसर की बिल्ड की पिलास्टिक नीचे से घिस रही हैं, ye मशीन हमने दिल्ली से ली थी, delhi से लेकर हम इसको अहमदाबाद लेकर आ गए, दिल्ली मे मेरी सुसराल हैं

                          I purchased this product from amazon in june'16 and a 2year product + 5 year motor warranty have been promised in the warranty card. As of now, the juicer cover, food pusher and the rotor ss seive (Thing which rotates inside juicer) are damaged due to some slippage between the machine rotor and juicer. After repeated complaints of the same, only 1 part was replaced and due to that the problem have increased. Now they are charging in our warranty period for replacement of the juicer cover. Kindly take action.

                            After two service engineer visits, my service complaint has been resolved. Post resolution, i had received "job sheet" pdf which strangely construes wrong information.

                            1. 'cause' and 'action taken' mentioned is incorrect. No parts were replaced.
                            Action cause was wire burn which was the only thing rectified.
                            2. Customer signature has been forged since engineer never asked for any signature.
                            3. Behavior and conduct of service engineer was pathetic since in my absence my mother had to get the work done and engineer was not at all cordial.

                            I have attached the pdf also. I expect havells to take corrective measure for misrepresentation of facts and signature forgery done. I demand a clear call back from havells of the corrective action taken within 15 days. If not, i would be forced to file the query in consumer court.

                              Sir/madam, i have water gyser (Model-bello 25), presently it is not heating water, regarding this i was complained at toll free number (Complaint no-ha083682) at 8th of january and also got a call from service centre on 9th january. According to service rule visit fee is rs.250 but engineer want more money except this and i was again call on toll free number for this issue then he told to me i will escalate this issue to senior and wait after that i did not receive any call from your end and service end.
                              Regarding this i'm calling daily for service and daily receive answer wait 24 hrs.
                              From 8th jan to still today many 24 hrs laps but your engineer not calling me.
                              I accept my mistake is i bought havells product but i promise after happened like it i never bought any product of havells and never suggest to any one. If havells product service is customer risk or customer problem.

                                I've a hevells belle geyser 25l. There was a water leakage from behind the body. I registered a complaint for this issue and my call no. Is ha040813. Technician came to my place and said that the unit will be changed and there will be a brand new unit installed at the price of 4500 inr. Then technician went to pick up the new unit but till now no update is there regarding my complaint. Now the leakage is at its worst level. I've to call for the customer support but only to listen that a reminder is sent for the complaint.

                                Choosing havells over any other brand was its customer service, but seems like i made a wrong decision.

                                  Dear havells team
                                  I had purchased a havell's room heater in sonepat, haryana on 23.10.2017 as winters were approaching but didn't open the packing till jan, 2018.

                                  Description:
                                  I opened the pack and found that there is a manufacturing defect infront panel locking screw. Refer attached photos. Locking screw is cross threaded and have damaged the threads on both sides. Upon registering a complaint ha062487, your untrained and sub-par service person came to witness the issue at my residence in himachal pradesh. He understood the issue as a manufacturing default but upon talking to his service manager, who guided him to prove it as a transportation issue and didn't close the issue. Refer attached photos of box which is fully intact. Although we have given our remarks in the log book as complaint not addressed. Later we got a message that this call number has been resolved.

                                  Desirable solution:
                                  1. Room heater to be replaced.
                                  2. Recruit trained and qualified service engineer who can communicate sensibly.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    This is to bring to your kind notice that i had complained regarding malfunctioning of my storage water heater/geyser (Model - havells bello digital - 15l) purchased on 23.11.2013 by calling your customer care no [protected] on 12.05.2017 call no. Gl052115. After two days an illiterate, unskilled person was sent for servicing who had no knowledge of how to dismantle the geyser. He started poking the geyser with his screw driver and finally ended up with damage to the outer insulating layer (See photograph attached) without rectifying the primary problem. This matter has been brought to the notice of your customer care executives several times via call no gl221440 dated 25.12.2017 and again via call no gl294129 dated 30.12.2017.
                                    Now every time i call your customer care executives they allot me a new complain id and allocate the complaint to the same service centre “smart wave technologies” without any resolution.
                                    It is to be noted that damage to the outer insulating layer done by your service engineer is beyond repair and hence needs replacement with a new geyser.
                                    I have reported the above matter to you several times (By talking to your customer care representatives) and also talked to the service centre several times but despite all my pleadings you have failed to resolve the complaint till date i. E. 10.01.2018 which is indeed regrettable and highly unbusiness like. On account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same i have not been able to use my geyser during peak winter season for which you are liable to compensate to me.
                                    You are hereby finally called upon to:
                                    I. Provide me a new geyser of same model and specifications or new geyser with equivalent specifications (In lieu of damaging my geyser) and
                                    Ii. Pay compensation for loss suffered due to your negligence (Harassment, false commitments, adopting unfair trade practices by sending unskilled workmen for repair of product and failure to use my product when it was needed the most) in the sum of rs 1000/- within 10 days of the receipt of this notice failing which i shall be constrained to initiate against you for redressal of my aforesaid grievances and recovery of the aforesaid geyser (Damaged by you beyond repair) such proceedings, both civil and criminal as are warranted by law, besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of the consumer protection act, 1986 exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequences which please note.

                                      I had purchased havells mixer grinder, marathon (Series) with 5 years motor warranty. (Purchased in may 2015)
                                      Recently have created complaint for too much sound/noise from motor.
                                      Complaint number - gl272889
                                      This was first closed by technician without even notifying me, on escalation they re-opened ticket. Technician charged me 200 rupee for servicing, even through motor was under warranty (Asked as home service charges).

                                      When is asked receipt he mentioned to forward in whatsapp which never happened! This was also supported by on call service support team (Who mentioned of receipt unavailability & will send latter in email/whatsapp).

                                      I need response on below:
                                      1) if motor is under warranty - service charges need not be paid by customer?
                                      2) if service charge is payable in warranty - share the invoice receipt with customer.

                                      Not following either of above is cheating and encourages corrupt practices.

                                      I registered a complain that LED light is not working. Technician came and he told he has corrected it. the next day it stopped working again. Again i called customer care and told the issue. They sent the same technician and he told they dont have proper LED and went back.
                                      After a week i called him again and he came and replaced the green LED light with red light. Next day heater stopped working completely. No hot water and no light glowing. Registered new complaint again, he came after 1 day and fixed the issue. Got very hot water in the evening even with low temperature setting. And it took 45 minutes to get hot water from the tap. Next day again no hot water and no bulb glowing. Called customer care and technician multiple times. Only answer is we will send/i'll come in 15 minutes. The technician without visiting the place has resolved the issue 3 times whenever i reopen the ticket. Very bad experience with Havells customer care and technician

                                      Yea I have got a call from service representative...but seems they themself cheat customers.
                                      To your comment ...
                                      1) warranty card was available with me during visit of technician. But technician refused that...asked for bill.
                                      Since product was purchased from more megastore (aditya birla grp.) Print doesn't stay for long time.
                                      I asked technician to give time ...so that I can request a copy bill from store.

                                      As agreed with technician I sent him duplicate bill in 2 hours time. He ealrier told to refund amount but never did that.

                                      2) My direct question to Havells- don't you accept warranty card? And if bill is required you should have sent that in ticket confirmation message. So that customer is ready with pre-requisites.

                                      I felt cheated...as customer service agent were also not helpful!
                                      Never going for a Havells product again (fake claim for long warranty products).
