I hope you are doing well, after the long time i have required your help.
You are already aware my case, i have purchased the lloyd tv 32 inches on 08-feb-2016? With 5years warranty, but some function not running as committed by dealer accordingly offer by you and in same month replace the new tv from your side. But sometimes he running ok after some time new type of problem comes in the same set. I. E casting screen not working, sound quality low, hanging, automatic screen flashing/ auto restart, and now last week new problem comes, like when tv power on, then the welcome screen comes but further processing stop. (Already pannel change, 2-3 times motherboard charges. Already this sets collected by your engine in your workshop in okhla office, but not proper resolution received. Today again after 5-6 times visit you engineer and he all failer for sot-out the problem and collected the tv from my home for checking in okhla workshop.
Request you please change this tv to another model with the same functionality. I am not happy with your services because you have offered the product in smart functionality but hardware quality low, due to this some function not running in a proper way.
Please confirm and don't deliver this tv in my home of the same module. (I have financed this tv from capital first, i am not capable of new tv purchasing, my moto only purchase the smart tv for pan drive access and cast screen function uses, because some assignment is given by school end than i play through pan drive and some topic download on my mobile and play through cast screen for help the resolution with easy way to my son)
Current complaint no. Hil[protected] raised on 22-apr-2018.
Havells India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Can you confirm if the function does not function properly in my hone than confirming next step? because already last time you have to say the same but problem not resolve. but I have ignored for one function and accept the tv.
you send engineer 7:30 Pm and if any function not working then I not accept the same and send back your company.
send the confirmation before sending the engineer in the same mail.
