Dear mrs chitra srivastava,

I hope you are doing well, after the long time i have required your help.

You are already aware my case, i have purchased the lloyd tv 32 inches on 08-feb-2016? With 5years warranty, but some function not running as committed by dealer accordingly offer by you and in same month replace the new tv from your side. But sometimes he running ok after some time new type of problem comes in the same set. I. E casting screen not working, sound quality low, hanging, automatic screen flashing/ auto restart, and now last week new problem comes, like when tv power on, then the welcome screen comes but further processing stop. (Already pannel change, 2-3 times motherboard charges. Already this sets collected by your engine in your workshop in okhla office, but not proper resolution received. Today again after 5-6 times visit you engineer and he all failer for sot-out the problem and collected the tv from my home for checking in okhla workshop.

Request you please change this tv to another model with the same functionality. I am not happy with your services because you have offered the product in smart functionality but hardware quality low, due to this some function not running in a proper way.

Please confirm and don't deliver this tv in my home of the same module. (I have financed this tv from capital first, i am not capable of new tv purchasing, my moto only purchase the smart tv for pan drive access and cast screen function uses, because some assignment is given by school end than i play through pan drive and some topic download on my mobile and play through cast screen for help the resolution with easy way to my son)

Can you confirm if the function does not function properly in my hone than confirming next step? because already last time you have to say the same but problem not resolve. but I have ignored for one function and accept the tv.

you send engineer 7:30 Pm and if any function not working then I not accept the same and send back your company.

    Dear Havells Team,

    Although I am big fan of your company and your products and your ads in TV, I had a bad experience with one of your service executive. I have a complain regarding a service executive who came to see My Havells mixture grinder today date 23/04/2018. My complain no. is HD222649 which was allocated to Mr. Arvind Maurya. Now the case is He to my place and seen the Mixture grinder and the jar for which service was asked for. And then he asked for the bill and the warranty card of for the same. I showed him both the warranty card and the bill. Now the bill and warranty card was dated 9/4/2017 which is written at three places in warranty card and at one place in the dealer bill. Now at one place in Warranty card there is a correction in the year of product bought which was also corrected by the shop person at the time of buying the product. And all the other three places it is properly written as 9/4/2017. So now there is one overwriting at one place in Warranty card your service executive Mr. Arvind Maurya talked so rudely with us and blaming us again and again that we have done the overwriting to get free service from the company. Now I want you to please take my complain against him (Mr. Arvind Maurya) and I need a proper action against him as soon as possible because this type of bad and rude behaviour of your employee is not good for your company's reputation.

      I bought three Havells geysers and 6 fans from Kanwar Electricals in Jagatpuri Delhi, with a bill and warranty card.
      When I opened the geyser carton, for installation, one of the geysers Gero- 25 ltrs, did not have the plate/hook on which it’s to be mounted on the wall. I requested the dealer Kanwar electricals to help me get one, he clearly denied saying that I need to register a complaint with Havells and they will help me. I did that. The complaint was registered by their call center. Once the technician called me, he said that he can not help me and asked me to talk to his boss Amit, #[protected]. He denied help as well. He then called again after checking with his “marketing dept” who again denied help. So basically for no fault of mine, I am being made to run pillar to post for a measely hook. I wish i could just pay someone and buy it. But Havells can not help me with that as well.
      Is this the service we should expect from a reputed brand? Or do they not actually care a dime for their customers?
      Do I need to now run to a consumer court to get this hook?
      I would be grateful if someone could address this complaint.

        I bought the electric gyser on 23rd december 2017 and its tank leaking in the month of march 2018. On complaint it was replaced by the company. Now once again its tank is leaking and i complained and the service person visited saying he will come after three days and will repair it.
        I am at ahmedabad. I dont understand the company giving coil and tank warranty of two and five years making such a worst quality of products...

          I had fitted all switches in my newly constructed house of havells.
          I always believe in brands. Beleiving the brand value of havells i choose. But the quality of switches are worst. With a minimal use, got damaged and by which i faced problem of getting a shock of direct exposure to current circulation.
          Now in my house my mother is staying alone and i'm always in a condition of fearness in my mind for my mother.

            I bought two fans on 22/3 /2018 from best price mall, agra .One of them when installed, began to shake badly .I am given guarantee for 2 years for the product..I registered my complaint on 27/3/2018 on tollfree free no. [protected] on which I was given call no.HC271645 and customers ID [protected].But only once an engineer came and assured me replacement of product.but since then I telephoned many times at customer care tollfree number, every time I am assured of doing the best, nothing is done and no one came . Please take my complaint into your notice and replace the fan .

              My fan was doing a noisy sound for that i have given the fan for servicing after that i have again installed the fan, after few day of moving the fan automatically stopped, after that again i have given the fan to havells authorised service center, now after again moving for 4-5 days after making a peculiar sound the fan has been automatically stopped, i want to make in notice of havells for taking a major step regarding providing authorised service center to the following personal, weather they are able to work properly /not. We are paying for it.

                Please register my grievances as the complaint number mentioned above remained unresolved till this date despite my emails on 4-4-and reminder on 6-4-2018. This is more unfortunate that a massage was passed to my mob no. That the complained was resolved. I purchased a rice cooker on[protected] and next day noticed that its trivet plate was damaged. I registered the complain with the dealer, akshat traders, waidhan and then online complain was done. The damaged trivet plate was returned to the dealer as he assured me that within a week it would be replaced. I personally reminded the dealer and he said, consignment was booked from indore and it is reaching to the destination but till this date it failed to come to me.
                So in continuation of online complain and two emails, you are requested to do needful action and the new trivet plate is given.

                With reference to the above mentioned subject, please register my grievances as the complaint no remained unresolved till this date.                   I had purchased havells adonia geyser capacity 15 litre in october 17. But, from the date of purchase, it never worked for 10 days.                   Sir, my problem not yet resolved. A new problem started coming after the visit of your service engineer. A Havells engineer is not able to find the cause of the short circuit/ smoke. Current is flowing in the body of geyser which gives shock when touching. Sir, this time of maintenance, I had never expected from Havells. I am using the product of Havells from many years, but I had never expected this type of of arrogance from the havells. No one has the time to take feedback from the customers. I am very disappointed, that I will never use or advice any to purchase.

                    No action on complain no. Hc273483 which is allocted to mr. Rajeev & mr. Cee el traders from the last 10 days back.
                    My 8 downlighter lights is not working from the last 10 days but no once cares. This type of behavior is not expected from a reputed company like havells.
                    I have been calling havells three-four times a day. And everytime i call i am told that my complaint will be resolved in next 24 hours. Buy it has been approximately 10 days and nobody is listening to it neither i am receiving any response.

                      I had purchased a 15ltrs havells geyser on 20.10.2014 from kolkata.
                      On february i lodged a complain since there was a water leakage.
                      -technician visited from t. N. Enterprise new town (Kolkata) and said the screw has become lose and fixed it. But the next day it was the same.
                      -technician visited again and did the same.
                      -technician visited for the 3rd time and said there is problem in the tank and since its under warranty it shall be replaced within 2-3 weeks.

                      I was quite frustrated with havells team since every time i called they said it will take another few days for it to get replaced. We have ordered for the part.
                      Its been 6 weeks and no reponse from your end and when i call the answer is still the same-"madam time lagega"

                      I use all 3 geysers at my home from havells, all mcb from havells. If such a trusted brand will provide this kind of response, it will certainly force me to think discontinue using this brand and aware others for this kind of response from havells so that others will break relations with havells.

                        I bought all electric materials from havells thinking that havells is good brand and service. But never expected that their service is so worst. I have registered my first complaint on 12th feb and till date i dont see any update on that. I registered multiple complaints - hc123025 and hb120163 hb123281 hc264912 i don't see any resolution whenever i called customer care receiving only update we have escalated this issue and will get call from our technician within 24hrs. This happening from more than a month without any action/progress. I don't think havells has any escalation matrix even i don't have any track on my complaint numbers. To check my status only way to call customer care and they will give false commitments. Even i don't see a single response to my emails.

                        I'm not sure how long will havell's take to fix this issue. Never expected this from such a reputed brand. Please resolve my issue before i take any legal action on havells.

                          Purchsed multiple lights in november 2017 and 1 of them wasnt working. Filed a complaint with havells on march 17th 2018 and 4 days later they paid a visit checked the light and confirmed it was faulty and noted down the bill number and all other details they required and said that in the next 24-48 hours someone will come with a new set of lights and replace it.
                          I have since then called havells customer service twice and each time i'm assured of someone coming to fix the issue in 24-48 hours. They do not want to share details of who needs to be contacted if issue is not fixed as promised.
                          Today is the 28th and i am still waiting for the issue to be resolved.

                            Hi team,

                            As per the mentioned subject line, you can see how many times i have put complain on a product lumeno 5w 1ft light. This is how you people provide the service to the customers. Despite of contacting again and agzin your service centre never shows interset to resolve the issue. Moreover they dont pick up the phones. As i am staying in out skirts of city balasore, i told them no need to come to my home, i will collect it from your service centre just let me know when your part arrive. They told, they are waiting for the parts and once arrived they will contact me. I used to keep on asking the same since 19 days. Someytimes they are not picking, if they pick also they will tell some bla bla story. Just now i called them, one new guy picked up phone and told no one is there in office you call after 2 hours, when i asked his name he said why you wanted my name, then dropped the call. Now see this is how you are really caring for the customers.

                            At least you must do the justice to the customers who have paid their money for your stuffs.

                              This is dheeraj. I purchased a havell changeover and it was not working i registered the complaint on 14 march and i was committed 24-48 hrs for issue to be resolved its 72 hours now and no one has contacted me yet. I have registered multiple complaints but with no result. My registered no is [protected]. Who can help me with resolution as i am sitting here without electricity and it’s causing me mental agony. Consumer court is my only option now.

                                I made a complaint on 05-02-18 with complaint no. Hb053647 for repair of water geyser. Its 17th march today, its a case of highly careless attitude from the system the company has made for its customers. They have not bothered to call be or visit since 7-02-18 in spite of my making so many calls. Even after following up so many times, nobody bothered to call back. This is the worst experience with any customer care ever.

                                Details of my complaint are provided below
                                The complaint was allocated to crystal services on 06-02-18 which was informed to me through sms.
                                Mr monish mansoori visited the site on 06-02-18 and told that the lead from the water geyser to main plug is faulty and need to be replaced. He further told that you will be informed about the charges in a day or two.
                                Again on 07-02-18 a sms was received that my complaint has been allocated to mr hariom. Mr. Hariom visited the site for inspection. When it was told that the site has been already been inspected by mr monish mansoori on 6th feb, it was told that now onwards he will inspect. After inspection he told that two parts i. E. One told by mr monish mansoori and another part are faulty and are to be replaced. Before going he told that an estimate will be intimated to me the next day and if agreed the parts will be replaced.
                                No one visited the site or called me regarding the same.
                                I called mr hariom on 17-02-18 and he told that he is yet to receive the details from the company. I made a call to the call centre on 17-02-18 and was told that my request has been put on urgent basis and some engineer will be contacting me. I requested to talk to senior executive and was told that he is busy and will call me after some time. Since no call came for four hours i called again and could contact the same call centre employee who assured me that senior will be calling me. He connected me to the senior and i was assured that my problem will be solved and engineer will be visiting the site on monday the 19th feb 18.
                                No one called me or came for repair the water geyser. Again i called the call centre on 23-02-18 and was again told that my request has been made on urgent basis and will be taken care off in a day or two. When i requested to talk to some senior executive it was told that he is busy and will be calling me shortly. No call from senior executive came till 26th feb 2018 and no one visited to repair my water gyser.
                                I again called on 26-02-18 and the same reply that it has been put up on urgent basis. I again requested for connecting me to senior executive. Here i may like to explain that i made 7 to 8 calls in a span of one hour to get me connected to the senior executive. Every time the person citing at the call centre would ask me to hold far one minute and he will be connecting me to the senior. Every time after few minutes the call would get disconnected. At last i could talked to one senior executive mr rohit goel. Who assured me that tomorrow your issue will be resolved and somebody will be contacting me. Again till date nothing has come out from the efforts i made sine 05-02-18.

                                Hi Team,

                                I would like to confirm that my complaint is yet not resolved.

                                It is very unprofessional and negligent of havells, that after confirming that my complaint will be addressed shortly on 19th March, , I got a call from Havells on 25th March (My request was allocated to some Mr Click) and then on 26th March ot was allocated to Mr Asif and then on 27th March to Mr Varun. Mr Varun came to check the geyser and confirmed that a part needs to be replaced and it will be done shortly. He also took a service fee of Rs 250 (as if he did any service ??) - Receipt attached. Ever since that day, I have not got anything from havells as when is it going to be repaired and if it will ever be.

                                I lodged my first complaint on 5th Feb, today is 19th April. 2.5 months have gone by and Havells have not been able to resolve my issue. I am not sure how the processes work in Havells but this is pathetic.

                                  I purchased more 7 fans from havells along with various other household product, while installing fan at my home i found one fan broken, i immediately logged complain to havells customer care on 4th march & logged complaint for broken phone via request number hc041171, one representative[protected] called me on 5th & told me to send broken fan picture & bill copy on whatapp so that he can raise request for replacement fan. Since 5th march i haven't got any response from anyone, i called more than 20 times to havells helpdesk in past 10 days but everytime they state that they're escalating this case but never got called till date. I also got number of one more person who raised my replacement request (Ajay singh[protected], one week back he told me that i will get my fan in 1 day but since then he also stopped picking my phone. I'm completely helpless & frustrated that why i trusted havells, i purchased various products by trusting on name but onground after sales situation is worst, i learned biggest lesion of my life. Please see if you can help to resolve my concern.

                                    This is to inform that we want to lodge a complaint regarding the delay in delivery of havells product from factory to the required destination (Imphal). The concern havells staff responsible for the delay is biswajit dutta, m-[protected], we have an email from biswajit stating that the product is on the way to imphal but later after 17 days when we followed up with biswajit it was still not yet dispatched from the factory. The concern dealer was also giving wrong information to us. As a dealer it is such a shame that such incorpative and false information was given to us. Since our constaruction is on hold due to delayed our projection to complete the construction has kept our completion delayed further.

                                    Kindly request you to take immediate action and request to provide us with cooperative business dealing.
