I have purchased an iron on 07.06.2016. Suddenly it has become out of order and not working. I do not know what has happened. This product is under 2 years warranty period. I have enclosed a copy of the receipt in support of my complaint. Please send technician to repair it as early as possible.

    Hi,
    I purchased this product from amazon in june'16 and a 2year product + 5 year motor warranty have been promised in the warranty card. As of now, the juicer cover, food pusher and the rotor ss seive (Thing which rotates inside juicer) are damaged due to some slippage between the machine rotor and juicer. After repeated complaints of the same, only 1 part was replaced and due to that the problem have increased. Now they are charging in our warranty period for replacement of the juicer cover. Kindly take action.

      After two service engineer visits, my service complaint has been resolved. Post resolution, i had received "job sheet" pdf which strangely construes wrong information.

      1. 'cause' and 'action taken' mentioned is incorrect. No parts were replaced.
      Action cause was wire burn which was the only thing rectified.
      2. Customer signature has been forged since engineer never asked for any signature.
      3. Behavior and conduct of service engineer was pathetic since in my absence my mother had to get the work done and engineer was not at all cordial.

      I have attached the pdf also. I expect havells to take corrective measure for misrepresentation of facts and signature forgery done. I demand a clear call back from havells of the corrective action taken within 15 days. If not, i would be forced to file the query in consumer court.

        Sir/madam, i have water gyser (Model-bello 25), presently it is not heating water, regarding this i was complained at toll free number (Complaint no-ha083682) at 8th of january and also got a call from service centre on 9th january. According to service rule visit fee is rs.250 but engineer want more money except this and i was again call on toll free number for this issue then he told to me i will escalate this issue to senior and wait after that i did not receive any call from your end and service end.
        Regarding this i'm calling daily for service and daily receive answer wait 24 hrs.
        From 8th jan to still today many 24 hrs laps but your engineer not calling me.
        I accept my mistake is i bought havells product but i promise after happened like it i never bought any product of havells and never suggest to any one. If havells product service is customer risk or customer problem.

          I've a hevells belle geyser 25l. There was a water leakage from behind the body. I registered a complaint for this issue and my call no. Is ha040813. Technician came to my place and said that the unit will be changed and there will be a brand new unit installed at the price of 4500 inr. Then technician went to pick up the new unit but till now no update is there regarding my complaint. Now the leakage is at its worst level. I've to call for the customer support but only to listen that a reminder is sent for the complaint.

          Choosing havells over any other brand was its customer service, but seems like i made a wrong decision.

            Dear havells team
            I had purchased a havell's room heater in sonepat, haryana on 23.10.2017 as winters were approaching but didn't open the packing till jan, 2018.

            Description:
            I opened the pack and found that there is a manufacturing defect infront panel locking screw. Refer attached photos. Locking screw is cross threaded and have damaged the threads on both sides. Upon registering a complaint ha062487, your untrained and sub-par service person came to witness the issue at my residence in himachal pradesh. He understood the issue as a manufacturing default but upon talking to his service manager, who guided him to prove it as a transportation issue and didn't close the issue. Refer attached photos of box which is fully intact. Although we have given our remarks in the log book as complaint not addressed. Later we got a message that this call number has been resolved.

            Desirable solution:
            1. Room heater to be replaced.
            2. Recruit trained and qualified service engineer who can communicate sensibly.

              Dear sir,
              This is to bring to your kind notice that i had complained regarding malfunctioning of my storage water heater/geyser (Model - havells bello digital - 15l) purchased on 23.11.2013 by calling your customer care no [protected] on 12.05.2017 call no. Gl052115. After two days an illiterate, unskilled person was sent for servicing who had no knowledge of how to dismantle the geyser. He started poking the geyser with his screw driver and finally ended up with damage to the outer insulating layer (See photograph attached) without rectifying the primary problem. This matter has been brought to the notice of your customer care executives several times via call no gl221440 dated 25.12.2017 and again via call no gl294129 dated 30.12.2017.
              Now every time i call your customer care executives they allot me a new complain id and allocate the complaint to the same service centre “smart wave technologies” without any resolution.
              It is to be noted that damage to the outer insulating layer done by your service engineer is beyond repair and hence needs replacement with a new geyser.
              I have reported the above matter to you several times (By talking to your customer care representatives) and also talked to the service centre several times but despite all my pleadings you have failed to resolve the complaint till date i. E. 10.01.2018 which is indeed regrettable and highly unbusiness like. On account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same i have not been able to use my geyser during peak winter season for which you are liable to compensate to me.
              You are hereby finally called upon to:
              I. Provide me a new geyser of same model and specifications or new geyser with equivalent specifications (In lieu of damaging my geyser) and
              Ii. Pay compensation for loss suffered due to your negligence (Harassment, false commitments, adopting unfair trade practices by sending unskilled workmen for repair of product and failure to use my product when it was needed the most) in the sum of rs 1000/- within 10 days of the receipt of this notice failing which i shall be constrained to initiate against you for redressal of my aforesaid grievances and recovery of the aforesaid geyser (Damaged by you beyond repair) such proceedings, both civil and criminal as are warranted by law, besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of the consumer protection act, 1986 exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequences which please note.

                I had purchased havells mixer grinder, marathon (Series) with 5 years motor warranty. (Purchased in may 2015)
                Recently have created complaint for too much sound/noise from motor.
                Complaint number - gl272889
                This was first closed by technician without even notifying me, on escalation they re-opened ticket. Technician charged me 200 rupee for servicing, even through motor was under warranty (Asked as home service charges).

                When is asked receipt he mentioned to forward in whatsapp which never happened! This was also supported by on call service support team (Who mentioned of receipt unavailability & will send latter in email/whatsapp).

                I need response on below:
                1) if motor is under warranty - service charges need not be paid by customer?
                2) if service charge is payable in warranty - share the invoice receipt with customer.

                Not following either of above is cheating and encourages corrupt practices.

                I registered a complain that LED light is not working. Technician came and he told he has corrected it. the next day it stopped working again. Again i called customer care and told the issue. They sent the same technician and he told they dont have proper LED and went back.
                After a week i called him again and he came and replaced the green LED light with red light. Next day heater stopped working completely. No hot water and no light glowing. Registered new complaint again, he came after 1 day and fixed the issue. Got very hot water in the evening even with low temperature setting. And it took 45 minutes to get hot water from the tap. Next day again no hot water and no bulb glowing. Called customer care and technician multiple times. Only answer is we will send/i'll come in 15 minutes. The technician without visiting the place has resolved the issue 3 times whenever i reopen the ticket. Very bad experience with Havells customer care and technician

                Yea I have got a call from service representative...but seems they themself cheat customers.
                To your comment ...
                1) warranty card was available with me during visit of technician. But technician refused that...asked for bill.
                Since product was purchased from more megastore (aditya birla grp.) Print doesn't stay for long time.
                I asked technician to give time ...so that I can request a copy bill from store.

                As agreed with technician I sent him duplicate bill in 2 hours time. He ealrier told to refund amount but never did that.

                2) My direct question to Havells- don't you accept warranty card? And if bill is required you should have sent that in ticket confirmation message. So that customer is ready with pre-requisites.

                I felt cheated...as customer service agent were also not helpful!
                Never going for a Havells product again (fake claim for long warranty products).

                      I purchased havells sparkling iron box on 04.01.2017 from central police canteen, adoor (Pathanamthitta). The iron box has not working from 13.12.2017. I registered a complaint on 15.12.2017 via gl150919. Mr nikhil from mr. Powertech visited me in my office and checked my iron box on 21.12.2017. After some time he told me it is now working, some dust is found in its thermostat, we cleaned that. He told me to check the heat and sign on his mobile phone. I checked the heat and made sign. But while reaching home i understood that he cheated me. The switches on the top are not pressed correctly. The door used for filling water is fully opened and not properly working. So i register another complaint on 27.12.2017 and i received a message that my iron box is already repaired. So i request you to take necessary steps to repair my iron box at the earliest, other wise i will go to the consumer court, pathanamthitta with all relevant details

Nobody came but at 17:34 firoz machenic informed me that he visit nex day. On 22nd dec 2017 i called firoz but nobody visit till to 24th dec 2017. Sir i purchased this kettle to winter for to drink hot water. Next you understand all.

                          I bought a havells monza ec 25-litre geyser, but seems i bought a pain. Company has a third party installation agency and my installation is allocated to new solution electricals, jaipur call no. 120827. This agency seems not getting enough money from havells or not paying enough money to technicians or hire untrained technicians. Upon my request to installation to customer care, technician came and install it on different point where geyser should be in hurry. I again called to customer care but no result, third time i called to customer care then other one came and put it tilted position, while complaining to his manager mr. Ashok, he advised me to get it installed from private technician.

                          I request to customer care to check such ridiculous agency which company outsourced the installation work and get my geyser properly installed.

                          I can share picture of tilted installed geyser if required, let me know what other information you required.

                            I have provided the complaint no (S). I am facing leakage problem for more than 10 months. Already 4to5 times the geyser has been replaced. Stop frustrating and harassing me.

                            Based on the instruction i visited the dealer store two times but still no resolutions. You will bear the cost for the time and efforts wasted. The solution they are offering is not practicable.

                            I want my money back now.

                              My complaint no. Is gl061010 and i made a complaint regarding my havells 25 litre geyser that i had purchased it about 11 months ago. L made the complaint on[protected] at 11 am and today is[protected] and still it's not resolved. The engineer visited my home in the evening on[protected] and told me that there is some problem with the geyaer indicator and he asked me for a local electric shop in my area. I told him that you can see that i have invested almost 7-8 lakhs buying havells electric wires and other electric items for my this new house which has 5 floors and i had also purchased this havells 25 litre geyser worth 9 thousands and you want to install a local electric replacement in my new monza havells geyser which is just 11 months old. L then contacted the havells customer service and made a formal complaint. The engineer then said that he doesn't have a havells indicator with him nor he has it at the shop. I was assured by him and the coustomer service that it will be replace in next 24-48 hours. It been 6 days and i have. Contacted customer service 4-5 times and still it's not replaced.

                              I was planning to buy havells appliances for the new house that i will be building next month but with this pathetic experience i am thinking to change my mind and also stop recommending havells products to my family and friends.

                              I hope to get a quick response from your end to resolve my problem. Thank you

                                    I had purchased this fan from m havells galaxy, capital fancy lights, bhubaneswar. It was installed on[protected] and within 1 month it got defective. Then they tried to repair but failed then they replaced the fan. Similarly they have replaced the fan 3 times because of some or other defects are noticed. Now since sep 2017 the fan is defective and now the technician has made direct and the fan is working without any remote and led light. I am fearing of this kind of service and product and because of no sign of replacement of the defective product your technician is asking to replace only panel. I am feeling being cheated and have no other option to go consumer forum. This is my last complaint to havells.

                                      I have purchased this mixer grinder on 2013 and now it is under repair. You don't have service centre in chennai to do the repair, when you sell product you should have service certre where we can take the product and do service (All products sells in the market for other brands having service centres except your product) instead to make complaint to customer care then pay unnecessary service charges which is utter waste and it is wrong method of working. Even your accessories are not available in your show rooms like small jar for mixer grinder for which we have to contact your service centre and pay unnecessary charges of rs.200 apart from the product value as service charges, i feel in this case we should not recommend your product to others. Today i made complaint and informed all these difficulties to your customer care, he said he will take my complaint as feed back.
                                      Please do confirm what action you will take in this regard for future.

                                        Hello i have raised complaint on 17 november. (Complaint request is gk222914)
                                        Today is 29 th november still my complaint is open. Technician from you team has informed there is a tank leakege since my tank is in warranty so it should be replaced but 13days has already gone, nobody has come back to me to tell me when is done.

                                        You customer representative are so isrresponsible that instead of esclating the issue that why complaint is not closed yet. They have again opened new request it means again whole process will be done and so much time will be wasted.

                                        One more thing you never take any feedback from customer about service provided by customer care representative that'swhy they don't bother that if they are giving correct solution or not. Today i talked you r representative and asked my issue and suggested her not open new complaint. She assured me she will escalate the issue but she ended up my opening new complain.

                                        Is this the correct way of working and should we expect such a irresponsible attitude from such a big company.

                                        Let me know when my complain gk222914 will take time to be resolved.
