My Parents had purchased a Havells water heater on 26th Nov, 2016 with 1 year warranty.
2 weeks back some issued started happening with the heater and they raised the complaint with Havells on Nov 1, 2017.
[ complaint no: GK 010174].
They were told that a person would visit within 2 days. No one came.
They again called Havells on Nov 4, 2017. They acknowledged the earlier complaint and again made hollow promises of sending someone within 48 hours. Again, no one came.
They again called Havells on Nov 7, 2017. Same story again and they apologized and guaranteed that they will send someone the very next day(ie: 8th Nov, 2017). As expected, no one came from their side.
They are based out of Patna and its chilling cold there(especially in the mornings). Despite three complaints, Havells has only showed apathy in their operations. Is this the after sell service provided by them for a product within warranty period? Or are they just postponing it so that the 1 year warranty period expires on 26th Nov, 2017.
Get this resolved asap and drop a mail to dba.[protected]@gmail.com in case of any genuine problem faced. I'll pursue this further, much further, if not resolved soon.
