We have purchased 35 wall mount fans of your company havells out of 35 fans 10 fans are not in working condition, we have already lodged a complaint and the service person of havel's company have visited but still the problems of the fans have not been solved so i kindly request you to take necessary action immediately and do the needful.

      I am talking on behalf of khandelwal electric house - ckh0124, rajgarh. We have a dealer-ship (Capacitors, condenser) with you.

      There are 2 complaints with you:

      1. We have give you payment in advance for goods but we are not getting goods on time, even we are not getting bill details on time. As this is a festive season, we requires all goods on immediate bases then why there is so delay. "more products you will give us on time than only we will able to sell more products of yours. It will create more business with you."

      2. Goods also coming through old gst number "08dmgpk067e1zu" while our gst number has been changed and give it to you. New gst number is "08dmgpk7067e2zt". This gst number is for composition.

      We ask several times our query to your jaipur office but it is being ignored several times.

      Please take care our problem asap. Thanks in advance.

        On june 04 2017 my two led quantam square 10 wt lights were picked up by havells distributer or dealer in u. P west at amroha, j. P. Nagar, pin 244221 and was assured to get them replaced within ten days max but even after 5 months no one is there to give my products back. I registered my complaint no. Gi282044 on sep 26th & since then i daily call customer care but all waste. More 300 panel lights are to be installed at my home but now feel sorry for havells after such irresponsible and inconvenient service.

          Sir, i purchased a havells c/fan dew for an amount of rs.6800/- from zoom electricals, pettah, thiruvananthapuram, kerala on 03/02/2017 with bill no. 0013268. It is a remote controlled one and on 23/09/2017 stopped functioning abruptly. I registered a complaint through your toll free contact on 25/09/2017 04.11pm. On 27/09/2017 mr. Subhash, an electrician contacted me and told he will come the next day. For the next 5 days i waited for him, but there was no result. I forgot to save his number that i couldnt contact him either.
          On 03/10/2017 06.36pm i once again registered my complaint in the same toll free number. The very next day mr. Subhash again contacted me and told he will be coming the next day. I saved his number this time. Next two days he didn't come. So i tried to contact him on 07/10/2017. I dialled him at 5.07, 5.08, 5.16 and 5.17pm, but he didn't respond. Again on 08/10/2017 i tried to contact him at 1.03pm, but no result.
          Now there are three options before me
          1. Wait until mr. Subhash come
          2. Re register the complaint to the toll free contact again and again
          3. Register my complaint to consumer protection forum

          Kindly advice what to do...

            2 months back i bought electric kettle, within 1 month it stopped working, from last 1+ month iam running post to pillar to get the issue fixed or refund my money.

            But customer care and havells head office staff is so irresponsible that first they dont response/acknowldge to mail, some one form havells office called and keep giving false commitments.

            Now i dont know where to go and whom to complain as i have tried toll free number and customer care mail id but its just waste of time and energy.

              I have purchased switches from pandey pur varanasi and make brand havells from a year ago.
              When i purchase then shopkeeper said to me the havells company give 10 years warranty thats why i purchase these type of switches but i am not satisfy from them
              I have filed a complaint for switches. Most of switches and some power switches are not being working properly.

              Move over dealer had covered 10 years warranty.

                Dear sir/madam,

                Greetings of the day!!!

                I am writing this mail to you with deep grievances that i have purchased some items on 19/01/2017 through your vendor techmech electricals bhagirath place.

                One of the item 63 amp 4 pole mccb having a defect that it’s switch is not moving upward and downward position. It is in warranty of one year.

                Many a time i have made a complaint with the company, all the time complaints have been transferred to someone who is even not taking this matter seriously. I am attaching you all the complaints which i have made earlier.

                The goodwill of the company is at stake now. We are very much disappointed with such kind of non responsiveness from company side.

                At least company should perform after sales services as early as possible so that someone’s work could not be hampered.

                Please provide specific resoluution asap, otherwise we have to take other action.

                  I have submitted the complaint # GI092664 with customer care on 9TH sept, and since then I didnt get any response from ANGLE'S Enterprise to whom my complaint was assigned. I need to escalate this matter a its been more than two weeks and no one has attended my complaint and fixed the issue.

                    I have used havells switches, fans and other havells products to my house. The switches are not working properly and getting repaired frequently and i am forced to replace it. Almost 25% of switches are replaced. The replaced switches are also same position. To whom i have to complain to get rid of this problem and i need a suitable solution to this problem.

                      Dear sir,


                      I had purchased and installed a electric water heater (Monza slk hr) invoice no-ill-454 dtd[protected].
                      I had earlier registered a complaint for with customer care (Complaint no-gh200636) and the same was resolved after 15 days. The technician who had came to resolve have given
                      A bill of rs 1000 as their service charge. The problem was not solved so i had to again register the complaint and the issue was again pending for a week. Later i had to outsource a plumber a get the same sorted out.
                      After all this episode the thermostat is not working and i had several calls made to the technician who had come earlier but still it is not sorted out.

                      Hope some action will be taken towards the issue..

                          I raised a complaint to havells dated 21st august 2017 but till today there is no person contacted me yet. My complaint no is gh211844. Everytime i call to there customer care they assured me that my complaint will be resolved in next 24 to 48 hours but no response yet. It seems that they are not able to provide services.in this case they should tell customer that they can only sale product but cannot provide any services after that.

                            Few days days back i registered one complain regarding my steam iron.
                            The call no. For the same is:- gi94588.
                            The very same day i got a call that someone will come.
                            From that day till now i wasted lot of my time in just waiting for that person.
                            His contact number ([protected]) is off for two days and other number which i have are not giving me proper response.

                            Everybody have some commitment to fulfill apart from waiting for mechanic. Hope you guys can understand.

                            I am not sure if havells higher management knows how you guys handle customer complain but this time i will make sure that i will file a complain regarding you guys in consumer court. So that everybody get to know what is going on internally.

                              I have bought 2 geysers of havells and no one is coming to install the geyser after so many calls also... Once a person came to install he had broken the geyser n no is listening also... Because it is the company which has to replace it.. If after this complaint also my query is not solved then i have register the complaint regarding the company...

                                We have bought pedestal fan on[protected] and it stopped working in next month only. I. E april. After raising complaint one technician came and repaired it. But again after three month it stopped working. We have continuously made complaint but there is not response. For example we have raise complaint on 25-aug and it was simply closed without my conformation. Till today there is no update. I. E[protected] and they are not able to answer also. Actually i am thinking this havells is a fraud company and i did mistake buying havells product. Instead of that i would have bought local fan and i will get proper service.

                                  The jars couplers are not yet working. The executive took 400/rs and problem being remain the same. Sorry to say such less quality of jars couplers. I have lodged a complaint regarding above mentioned no executive turned up as yet.

                                    I purchased havells electric switches (Normal) from garg traders, trilok puri, delhi. They are breaking and are under warranty period. Most of switches are not being working properly. Need replacement for them. Please do the needful asap.

                                      I have registered a complaint for murano series switch on 31st aug. No one came to visit at my place and next day i recieved a msg that your complaint has been resolved. Everyday i make a complaint regarding my problem & i recieved same msg of resolving the problem. Since today no one called me and visited my place. I suggest not to buy havells switches because of poor services as we'll as poor quality products.

                                        I purchased a havellls india press but the same is not working. I once got repaired from the dealer who came to my residence and charged rs.250/- with a promise that the press would work properly. Thereafter it did not work. Thereafter they are not attending to phone calls and putting mew to unnecessary inconvenience. I had heard that havells products are very good but my experience proved it otherwise. Kindly instruct your dealer to do the needful.
