I have used havells switches, fans and other havells products to my house. The switches are not working properly and getting repaired frequently and i am forced to replace it. Almost 25% of switches are replaced. The replaced switches are also same position. To whom i have to complain to get rid of this problem and i need a suitable solution to this problem.

I have used Havells switches, fans and other havells products to my house. The switches are not working properly and getting repaired frequently and I am forced to replace it. Almost 25% of switches are replaced. The replaced switches are also same position. To whom I have to complain to get rid of this problem and I need a suitable solution to this problem.

I have purchased a Havelles (nicola) ceiling fan on[protected]
Suddenly it has become out of order and not moving.and repaired by the engineers from havells . now from[protected] onwards the fan died and register the complaint vide no GI 184326. but no body attend to repair the complaint pleas replaice the fan

    Dear sir,


    I had purchased and installed a electric water heater (Monza slk hr) invoice no-ill-454 dtd[protected].
    I had earlier registered a complaint for with customer care (Complaint no-gh200636) and the same was resolved after 15 days. The technician who had came to resolve have given
    A bill of rs 1000 as their service charge. The problem was not solved so i had to again register the complaint and the issue was again pending for a week. Later i had to outsource a plumber a get the same sorted out.
    After all this episode the thermostat is not working and i had several calls made to the technician who had come earlier but still it is not sorted out.

    Hope some action will be taken towards the issue..

      I would like to aware you that i have purchased 4 fans from agra mary electricals delhi by pass road agra on last week, i have complained several times on toll free no no body is interested to deal with the problem, i have already done complaint many times but no body is caring, all the times i got reference number but no action done on actual ground i am also attaching sound video noise of installed fan pfa, i will thrash you on consumer court and file case against you and will charge you on many grounds.

        I raised a complaint to havells dated 21st august 2017 but till today there is no person contacted me yet. My complaint no is gh211844. Everytime i call to there customer care they assured me that my complaint will be resolved in next 24 to 48 hours but no response yet. It seems that they are not able to provide services.in this case they should tell customer that they can only sale product but cannot provide any services after that.

          Few days days back i registered one complain regarding my steam iron.
          The call no. For the same is:- gi94588.
          The very same day i got a call that someone will come.
          From that day till now i wasted lot of my time in just waiting for that person.
          His contact number ([protected]) is off for two days and other number which i have are not giving me proper response.

          Everybody have some commitment to fulfill apart from waiting for mechanic. Hope you guys can understand.

          I am not sure if havells higher management knows how you guys handle customer complain but this time i will make sure that i will file a complain regarding you guys in consumer court. So that everybody get to know what is going on internally.

            I have bought 2 geysers of havells and no one is coming to install the geyser after so many calls also... Once a person came to install he had broken the geyser n no is listening also... Because it is the company which has to replace it.. If after this complaint also my query is not solved then i have register the complaint regarding the company...

              We have bought pedestal fan on[protected] and it stopped working in next month only. I. E april. After raising complaint one technician came and repaired it. But again after three month it stopped working. We have continuously made complaint but there is not response. For example we have raise complaint on 25-aug and it was simply closed without my conformation. Till today there is no update. I. E[protected] and they are not able to answer also. Actually i am thinking this havells is a fraud company and i did mistake buying havells product. Instead of that i would have bought local fan and i will get proper service.

I am totally Frustrated with this havells Company product.

Company technician visit and pick the iron from my home and don't return my iron today 15 september 2017. I complend more then 10 time on toll free no.                 The jars couplers are not yet working. The executive took 400/rs and problem being remain the same. Sorry to say such less quality of jars couplers. I have lodged a complaint regarding above mentioned no executive turned up as yet.

                  Hi,
                  I purchased havells electric switches (Normal) from garg traders, trilok puri, delhi. They are breaking and are under warranty period. Most of switches are not being working properly. Need replacement for them. Please do the needful asap.

                    I have registered a complaint for murano series switch on 31st aug. No one came to visit at my place and next day i recieved a msg that your complaint has been resolved. Everyday i make a complaint regarding my problem & i recieved same msg of resolving the problem. Since today no one called me and visited my place. I suggest not to buy havells switches because of poor services as we'll as poor quality products.

                      I purchased a havellls india press but the same is not working. I once got repaired from the dealer who came to my residence and charged rs.250/- with a promise that the press would work properly. Thereafter it did not work. Thereafter they are not attending to phone calls and putting mew to unnecessary inconvenience. I had heard that havells products are very good but my experience proved it otherwise. Kindly instruct your dealer to do the needful.

Gh271739 till now i am waiting for technicion its almost 10 days gone, i am getting the false promises..

                        It takes 1 hour to connect to the executive of Customer Care.. and when reported complaint they cannot send executive.

                        The stupid technician called me to tell that he is coming in evening hours and never comes.

                          Submersible water pump has been purchased in april 2017 from a shop in ranchi. The pump has been installed by a mechanic of local dealer (Home delite, booty more, ranchi). The submersible pump has not been functional after a week of installation. The local dealer and havells india (Complain no. Gg230141 dated[protected], gh0770011 dated[protected], gh174483 dated[protected] have been approached for remedy of problems in pump. But, till the date the problem (Being non functional of the submersible pump) has not been entertained and so not sort out.

                            From havell's dealer named annpurna electronics, sector 31, faridabad on 10 nov 2015 i purchased mixer grinder model: supermix-ii having 2 years warranty (Scanned copy of bill attached).

                            In the month of july 2017, this mixer had breakdown for which on logging a complaint at havells customer care number allotted me customer id [protected] vide call no. Gh051295 on 5/8/2017 and 18/8/2017 informing that it will be attended by mr. Jitendra but no one turned up.
                            On 22/8/2017 when i sent a reminder, i was informed that mr. Guru kirpa service will attend my complaint.

                            I checked from the sub dealer annpurna electronics, he informed me that the mr. Guru kirpa service has told him that my complaint has already been attended by it and closed. To my surprise, even i did not get any call from mr. Guru kirpa service.

                            All the time havell is allotting complaint redressal to new person and they are making excuses just ignoring the same and company is not following up redressal status of the complaints received from the customers.

                            Kindly look into matter and arrange to get it attended immediately.

                            I purchased 3 nos. Of exhaust fan of size 10" before 1 weak ago from the shop Raja electricals Lbsm college road Harharguttu Jamshedpur, but its not a proper size due to all window hole size of my house is slightly small about 8"
                            So i requested to u please provide a provision to replace the fan by 10" against 8"

                              I bought this from havell's e-store. Order #[protected]. I was told i will get a free installation by the sales team. After i bought it, there is complaints team one would need to call to get the installation done. They told me that i need to pay rs.300 for installation. Later i got it installed by a local engineer. The geyser was not powering on. I lodged a complaint with complaints department. They arrived after 2 days. They checked for the connectivity issues and got it powered on. It started to bring up yellow flame and lots of gas smell. Added to that since it was burning in yellow, there a dark soot that started collect at the roof. I lodged a complaint again. The technician arrived after 2 days. He saw the situation and said he will he need to take the unit for repair. I objected for the same as it is a new unit. I asked for a refund. They are stating that they have the right to change spares for a brand new product and customer should allow it.

                              I bought a CFL and it got damaged within the warranty period and when I took it to the retailer for exchanging it, he refused to give a new one as an exchange.

                              It shows a very poor customer service and it just makes the Customer fool by providing such useless facilities of exchange.

                                Hi i have registered the complaint to your customer the number gh201282, a technician came and go back with out doing any thing committed he will back with all the part tomorrow, from then till now i kept calling to customer care your technician, technician's boss, the number given, but no body is bothering to pick the call, if they picked the call then say will get the fan fix tomorrow, its almost 5 days gone, i am getting the false promises..

                                Just want to know, to whom i can contact, i have tweeted to havells india.

                                      Hi,
                                      I purchased havells electric switches. They are breaking and are under warranty period. Need replacement for them. I tried calling customer care number but it is always busy. Also tried noida paid number but no one is responding there. Please do the needful asap.

                                      I would also like to know about : almost all the switches are breaking and replacement is also made of the same switches. Is there a way by which i can get it replaced to another better quality of switch from havelles itself?
