Dear sir
I have replaced all my switches/sockets/mcv etc. Of anchor make after 15 years (All working conditions) in 2014-15 with havells oro make. From last few months one by one cover of the switches are coming out and being replaced by you regularly after a complaint lodge in your customer care within 24 hours without any difficulty. That is fine. My only worry is after 10 years i have to bear the cost of replacement.
Is there any manufacturing / design aspect in my lot needs to be examined. So i request you to kindly look into the matter and take some appropriate action.

Hi Team,

I had purchased Havells Oro switches in year 2013 from Bagirath place Delhi.(wholesale market).
I am facing issues like few switches have become free to use. and got burned as well.
After being paid a huge amount within 3 years i have issue of black burned and damages more over when I use Havells Life Line with this.
But still facing the issues with product.

      I have a ceiling fan from havells. For the past few days the fan is not functioning properly. So i lodged a complaint but no one showed up. And they just closed my complaint as resolved.in the last one week i have called havells 4 times. Every time i had to hear the same nonsense that the engineer would come over and i would receive a call but nothing actually happened. This is extremely poor customer service and i actually regret buying a product from your company. That too when my product is in warranty. No wonder your customer satisfaction rate is so low. I'm sorry to say your customer service sucks.

      I have been complaining about the problem with pump purchased in march 2016, the products has 2 years warranty.

        मेरा इंडक्शन पिछले दो माह से काम नहीं कर रहा है जिसकी complain मैंने की जिसका रिकॉर्ड आपके पास नहीं है लेकिन मेरे पास उसकी रिकॉर्डिंग और मैसेज है। इसके बाद पुनः मैंने 23 मई को [protected] से कंप्लाइं किया उसके 2 बार और काल् किया लेकिन अभी तक कोई रिस्पांस नहीं मिला। यदि अब शीघ्र मेरा काम नहीं हुआ तो मैं consumer forum में जाऊंगा। इतनी घटिया सर्विस मैंने आज तक नहीं देखी। मैं बार बार फोन करता हूँ हर बार कहा जाता है कि अब शिकायत का मौका नहीं मिलेगा ये कहते हुए 2 माह निकल गए। डिस्ट्रीब्यूट... ने भी आपके इंजीनियर्स को काल् किया लेकिन उनका भी जवाब आज आऊंगा कल आऊंगा लेकिन आज तक नहीं अए।

          I had register a complain for an exhaust which was purchased around 1 month back & stopped working after several follow up with customer complain headline no one turned up. Atlast i registered a complain under consumer forum & drafted an email to havells... Then 2 person visited my home in a car with a new exhaust motor... When i checked the serial no in warranty card it was different on the new motor... They insisted to take new exhaust with warranty card having mismatched number.

          I refused, this is really cheap & on professional tactics played by such a company, they are trying to be over-smart.

          Please beware of such an act by company employees.

            Sir,
            I had purchased your mixer grinder a month ago. The machine worked properly in the starting but then it doesn't works properly. The mixer grinder stops working sometimes and it also has sparking at the time of working

            Sir, as per my complain no GE240399 my water heater is in Warranty it is fully damage and plastic is fully blur with heater coil so, heater can not working, There is some Mr. Techno Hub System engineer comes my home and check it but he can't give proper answer and don't response So, please try to solve this issue Imminently.

              I have a complete electrical circuit of havells with havells standard model modular switches. In the recent time two of my switches have been broke up into pieces and because of this it becomes dangerous and risky to use as the points on which the switches are fitted and used regularly. I would like to ask that if any incident will happen who will be responsible for this. What kind of quality the company is providing to the customers as the cost of these switches is quite high as compared to other products and the quality of the product is very low. I am very disappointed with the quality of the products as it below the local products.

              I would like to know that whether the company is going to replace the items, as the company claim of giving the service free if product gets damaged.

                Dear havells india team,
                I am nand kishor tiwari from mysore – 570023, karnataka. I had purchased a havells mixer grider model: momenta 750w. Letter i found one of jar (Medium size) is not working properly due to some manufacturing defect for that i lodged a complaints on 01/05/2017 with no: ge 010301 that was taken by you and soon i got a message that it is being allotted to mr. Chamundi enterprises and your service engineer (Mr. Madu sudhan) visit my place and he took that defective jar as per your service engineer havells is not replacing any defective component. I am facing problem kindly send a jar (Medium size) through currier to my adders. Kindly do the needful and resolve the complain.

                I had filed cooler complaint on 27.04.17 (GD271103) with 3 times reminder to Havells till 16.05.17. NO Buddy called or visited my place.

                Again fresh complaint was filed on 22.05.17 (GE223285). Today is 26.05.17 and again no calls or visit from Havells.

                Worst service.

                  They send a technician-ravikant. He misbehaves with my 60year mother and even not resolve the problem. I have again call the customer care regarding this.                     When I constructed my sweet home before 3 years ago installed all electrical equipment of branded Co. Havels along with all good things.
                    But as steadily time move day by day all electrical switches got unusable. They removed from its cavity.
                    A lot of time I complained on your customers care no. When I make a call they come and replace demage switches. Now its routine exercise I call and they come to do replace it.
                    Now I thought why I premise them unknown person allow to my bedroom, kitchen and many more private place. Its your fault why I suffer for that.

                    Now their is lot of switches not work, I thought what to do. Either same process as before OR go for legal.

                    Can you please Havels advice me what will best??

                      I have bought a havells fusion ceiling fan in september, 2016.

                      All 3 fans that i have bought are making noise to varying degrees. I have bought 3 havells fans:
                      Fusion - 1
                      Festiva - 1
                      Leganza - 1

                      Out of these 3 fans, the fusion fan is making the loudest noise and i cannot sleep at night, thus making me late for office every day and affecting my work efficiency.

                      Since multiple complaints have failed to resolve the issue, it appears to be a design defect. I would like the fusion fan to be taken back and the amount immediately refunded.

                      I am not prepared to go through any more mental and physical trauma and time wastage pursuing havells for its total incompetency in fixing something as common as a ceiling fan.

                        We had installed a havells ss 390 metallic white-1400mm ceiling fan among other models in our house in march'17. One particular fan was making a funny noise when switched on. We contacted the local dealer who in turn raised a complaint with havells & we got the following complaint no-gd271701 on a thursday in april. Subsequently on the same day we got another message from havells saying one raju will call to take an appointment &come to resolve the problem.
                        On friday i got a message saying the issue has been resolved!!!
                        When i called the customer care no[protected] some gentleman apologised for the negligence & said i have reopened your complaint & promised that someone would come within 24hrs.
                        On saturday some black stuff leaked from the fan & splattered on the floor & my bedsheets!!!
                        Today is tuesday... I am still waiting... Is this how havells work??

                          I purchased first time havells air cooler (Freddo-i) on 20th april 2017. From jagdamba electricals upon installation
                          We found some manufacturing or physical damaged complaints lodged on 23/04/2016
                          With customer care was routed to service centre mr. Jagdamba servece centre in delhi
                          Ref. No gd253440 service engineer asgn mr. Sabir ali found front panel physically miner damaged one locks is brocken.
                          Engineer some repair through favi kwik but problem not solved but my new product turned nasty.
                          They told me your complaint received after 24 hours company not responsible.
                          They are not cooperating and giving flimsy reasons. Please change defective product asap.

                            I have purchased 3 havells fan and 1 out DOA dead on arrival from day of purchase. I contacted dealer for replacement but failed to get replacement and he has asked to contact service center. complaint was registered with service tag no. GD 223528
                            I am only getting auto msg from havells but no one has reached till now for repair or replacement its been more than a month now.
                            I strongly recommend not to purchase Havells electronics due to its poor after sales service. This is for sure that I will not get any product of this company in my entire life even if b I get free of cost.

                              We have registered the complaint on 23/04/17 at 5:10 pm and service engineer assigned to plm associates and service engineer name has been sent to us mr. Krishna will visit us. He called us on tuesday (25th) morning and told us to visit us in the evening and then plan changed to visit at 3:00pm on 26th. But till now there is no response and not picking up the phone too.

                              My question is to havells service center, what is the sla time period to resolve the issue and how monitor and follow up process is happening for this kind of service. If there is no process then no meaning of having this service. Please let us know when can we have this resolved or should be look for local service centers?

                                  Purchased the geyser which was delivered at home without bill. Dealer promised to send the same via courier or whats app it but nothing happens,.. Now the dealer is not picking the phone.. Moreover, the customer care says that they can not do anything in this regards...

                                  Its weird as the the dealer is the registered dealer of the company and still company can not ask the dealer to provide the bill of the purchased item.

I launched a complain with No: GD141058 that was taken by you and soon I got a message that it is being allotted to Mr. Prakas Ojha and he shall visit your place to settle the 400MM TRENDY PEDESTAL GRW FAN, issue.

                                    However, It is really pathetic to say that Mr. Prakas Ojha called me from his mobile bearing [protected] and [protected], but he did not visit my place. Right now, I still face the same issue and the problem is not been resolved. How come Havells India Team sent across an email to me saying that the issue raised against the complain No: GD141058 is resolved?

                                    I have attached the Job Sheet sent from your end that the problem is resolved. How come such a big brand can harras customers in such an unethical manner? And how can you assign such an irresponsible service engineer like Mr. Prakash Ojha- who is not concerned about customer satisfaction.

                                    I need this issue to be resolved ASAP. I will tweet this email to all the managerial and top management team of Havells India Team. As per such customer harassment, I required I will visit the consumer forum. I still hope to hear from you...

                                      I needed honeycomb paid for the above cooler and registered with havells. Havells service engineer came and changed the pad on[protected] and charged rs.2500/- for the paid. While changing he said the capacitor also needs replacement. We agreed to that and the capacitor was also changed. He fitted everything and saw the water falling on the pads was slow and so he opened again and cleaned the tube where the water was coming. He again put on the cooler and observed something is fault. He asked us not to start the cooler immediately as water has gone into the motor. He asked us to blow some air using air dryer. We asked him to do so but he said he is already late and asked us to do or keep the cooler in the sun. As instructed by him we put on the cooler after 4 hours but after 10 minutes of running there was burning smell and we switched off.

                                      We complained again and next day the service engineer came and said the motor has got burnt and has to be changed. The charge for the same was rs.3200/-.

                                      I would like to make a complaint that there was no problem in the cooler since its purchase 5 years ago and because of fault of the service engineer / negligence the water went into the motor and was damaged.

                                      We request havells to do the motor replacement free of cost as that was caused due to negligence of the service engineer and make our cooler operational immediately.

                                        One person came and checked the issue and reported thar coil is faulty and needs replacing. Till now he has not come back for installation. Further, i was told that labour/service charges will be 150 however this person took 250 from us

                                        The person said he will come back to me with exact pricing of the coil however has not called back

                                        Complained at the call centre about the excessive charges however the agent was not helpful and did not answer the query
