I have purchased Havels LED Pedestial fan in May 2017. (Spending huge amount of money on false advertising) . The fan started making lot of noise while running right after one month o[censored]sage I had logged the call with their service centre, but the call center agents after wait of 10 min, picks up the phone and without attending the complaint, he disconnects the phone by saying sorry, this etiquette of call center agent is disgusting. I could not able to register the complaint over phone, inspite of trying several time.
However, I have registered complaint online Enquiry No is SVC4756108 and Your CustomerID is [protected], but still yet to get response.

The fusion fan is making the loudest noise and i cannot sleep at night, and the call center agents behaviour is disgusting. On going through the previous complaints given by other customers it seems, the company is not providing necessary customer assistance.

    I have purchased one 10 lt geyser on 30.6.2017 as per I'd no [protected].your technician came to my house and installed the same on that very day at about 9 p.m.on 01.07.2017 when I switched on the geyser found that power light I.e green color is not working.if it is not functioning for one day then why we are purchasing your home appliances.i am constantly trying to lodge a complain at [protected] but failed as all time your representative is busy.pl exchange this product as early as possible.

      I placed a complaint about water heater issues two weeks ago. Havells service guy (Moideen, chennai) called me and said he will be coming the next day. Then his phone was not reachable for the next few days. I again placed a complaint. Another service guy (Vignesh) called me and said that he will come the next day, but also didn't show up. He is not picking up the phone whenever i call him. When i call him through another number, the phone gets picked up. However, when i ask about service, the voice in the other side says that vignesh is in a meeting and will call back. I never got the call back. These guys lie blatently and have scant regard for customer service. I have placed several complaints and the complaint numbers are gf290474, gf 212399, gf 212453, gf 212400. Four complaints were placed for the same issue, but no one has come. Horrible service.

      The service person Moideen visited my residence and fixed the water heaters. He did a good job. My only contention now is that they should have kept their words and adhered to committed schedule. On the positive side, the guys came and fixed the problems and did a good job.

        I filed complaint on 25th may 2017. Complaint no. Ge250309. No technician came and suddenly closed the complaint. I called again the customer care on 14th june 2017. They gave me an number gf140261. Technician came next day and he said the pcb inside the fan needs to be replaced. I said ok. Somehow he close the complaint without actually fixing the issue. I have been calling that person and he always says that the part is not available with havells. I called customer care on 1st july 2017 and i told the history and instead of reopening the case they gave a new complaint number gg010667 and assigned a new person to this. Issue is not resolved yet
        This fan costs around rs.33, 000 and if this kind of poor service by havells people should resist buying such expensive fans. Havells is simply not able to fix the issue even after 1 month.

          Today I got call from [protected] and he said that money is not a matter I don't need your money this is a company which is giving you job and he asked me 2500 rupees for interview I will pay only 800 rupees after that I took money from my friend account and pay remaining amount after that he will send a mail there is need for money for certificates verification you have to pay 4000/- only and is refundable after joining in company at that movement I think about that and visit this site

            I am facing water throwing issue from front during running air cooler brina from starting from [may 2017] when i purchased this.

            I have complained several times but problem not resolved.

            Complained no: gf150362 status closed but problem not resolved [request created on 15 june 2017]
            Complained no: gf20716 still issue is pending [request created on 20 june 2017] coordinated several times with havells customer care but problem not resolved.

            Now i am frustrated with this air cooler brina so that request you please replace this cooler with another cooler so that my problem resolve.

                Hello sir,
                I am brought a havells exhaust fan with in three months, the fan will not work then we register a complain, the complaint number is-ge230456.in 23-may-2016
                The service engineer visit a product then he say that motor of this product were damage & he will say the motor will be replace with in 4 days but till now he can"t replace. If i call back to the costumer care he will say i update your reminder but till now he cannot take any action.
                Sir what can i do to repair our product other wise i will go to the consumer court please take necessary action against my complaint as soon as possible thank you.

                    Dear sirs,
                    Inspite of repeated complaints about my havells wall fan it is very unpleasant to note that the company has still not sent their technician to the work.
                    There are unnecessary calls from the company employees asking about all details regarding the complaint, but no execution of the work.
                    Today around 3.00 p m there were two calls enquiring about the complaint made. One mr. Arjun also confirmed that a technician would call buy 4. Oo p. M and come to do my work. It is past 8.00 p. M and no one has turned up.
                    It is a pitythat havells company has let us down as a customer
                    . I hope the higher authorities will intervene and see that my work is done at the earliest

                      Dear sir
                      I have replaced all my switches/sockets/mcv etc. Of anchor make after 15 years (All working conditions) in 2014-15 with havells oro make. From last few months one by one cover of the switches are coming out and being replaced by you regularly after a complaint lodge in your customer care within 24 hours without any difficulty. That is fine. My only worry is after 10 years i have to bear the cost of replacement.
                      Is there any manufacturing / design aspect in my lot needs to be examined. So i request you to kindly look into the matter and take some appropriate action.

                      I had purchased Havells Oro switches in year 2013 from Bagirath place Delhi.(wholesale market).
                      I am facing issues like few switches have become free to use. and got burned as well.
                      After being paid a huge amount within 3 years i have issue of black burned and damages more over when I use Havells Life Line with this.
                      But still facing the issues with product.

                          I have a ceiling fan from havells. For the past few days the fan is not functioning properly. So i lodged a complaint but no one showed up. And they just closed my complaint as resolved.in the last one week i have called havells 4 times. Every time i had to hear the same nonsense that the engineer would come over and i would receive a call but nothing actually happened. This is extremely poor customer service and i actually regret buying a product from your company. That too when my product is in warranty. No wonder your customer satisfaction rate is so low. I'm sorry to say your customer service sucks.

                              I had register a complain for an exhaust which was purchased around 1 month back & stopped working after several follow up with customer complain headline no one turned up. Atlast i registered a complain under consumer forum & drafted an email to havells... Then 2 person visited my home in a car with a new exhaust motor... When i checked the serial no in warranty card it was different on the new motor... They insisted to take new exhaust with warranty card having mismatched number.

                              I refused, this is really cheap & on professional tactics played by such a company, they are trying to be over-smart.

                              Please beware of such an act by company employees.

                                  I have a complete electrical circuit of havells with havells standard model modular switches. In the recent time two of my switches have been broke up into pieces and because of this it becomes dangerous and risky to use as the points on which the switches are fitted and used regularly. I would like to ask that if any incident will happen who will be responsible for this. What kind of quality the company is providing to the customers as the cost of these switches is quite high as compared to other products and the quality of the product is very low. I am very disappointed with the quality of the products as it below the local products.

Letter i found one of jar (Medium size) is not working properly due to some manufacturing defect for that i lodged a complaints on 01/05/2017 with no: ge 010301 that was taken by you and soon i got a message that it is being allotted to mr. Chamundi enterprises and your service engineer (Mr. Madu sudhan) visit my place and he took that defective jar as per your service engineer havells is not replacing any defective component. I am facing problem kindly send a jar (Medium size) through currier to my adders. Kindly do the needful and resolve the complain.

                                        When I constructed my sweet home before 3 years ago installed all electrical equipment of branded Co. Havels along with all good things.
                                        But as steadily time move day by day all electrical switches got unusable. They removed from its cavity.
                                        A lot of time I complained on your customers care no. When I make a call they come and replace demage switches. Now its routine exercise I call and they come to do replace it.
                                        Now I thought why I premise them unknown person allow to my bedroom, kitchen and many more private place. Its your fault why I suffer for that.

                                        Now their is lot of switches not work, I thought what to do. Either same process as before OR go for legal.

                                        Can you please Havels advice me what will best??
