A pump of 1hp power was bought by me on dt. 24.04.2017. It is containing 2 years warranty. Few days back, i felt some problem in this pumb (Circuiting and producing high frequency sound), so i complaint to havells customer care regarding this problem by call on their toll free no. A servicing person from havells visited to my place for solving the problem. Servicing person checked and found that there was some water inside the pump which was creating the problem. But he denied to repair the pump. According to that service man, the pump is out of warranty now because of water inside the pump. But as per havells specification, pump is ip 65 certified. So no water should be inside as per specification. I am facing this problem because of poor quality of product of havells india. Also cimfr certification is to be questioned to certify this product for ip 65. I am also attaching my bill copy for reference.

    Motor is running but water is not getting filled in over head tank tried for air lock
    Problem also but still not getting filled in overhead tank facing problem since 4 days was busy with some other work resolve it immediately sr. No.[protected]

      Dear sir,
      I constructed a house on 300 meters plot at greater noida and purchased havell product for switches, mcb, tubelights etc
      I feel disgusted having decided to use this product. During a span of two/three years o[censored]se about five switches, three tube lights have gone faulty. Most disgusting part is regarding mcb which i have used for my air conditioners.
      I had installed 8 numbers of these and for ninety percent of times only two were being used. Both have gone faulty and i have to replace these. Most unfortunate part is as due to other fittings that is plate and base etc it is very difficult to use any other product.
      I strongly recommend all not repeat not to use this company product.
      If complany desires to collect samples of there product they can collect it as i have not thrown these and retaining these for any action company may feel deem fit.

        Dear team,
        I have purchased a water geyser in feb 2015 and now water geyser tank has been giving leakage problem. I have registered a complaint with no - gf214053 on 21st june, 2017. But till date nothing has been done. Service center people are making fool to us and not replacing the geyser as per engineer.

        I hope you will solve this problem as soon as possible to replace water geyser, if you will not do then i will registered a compliant in consumer court as no body is listening my voice.

          I bought a havels fan in chennai 18 months back and it was first repaired on last feb and your representative came and fixed again it got repaired after 4 months and it was resolved now it is again repaired and by this time it was such a worst service from your service network.

          I had 5 visits from the same service network for a single complaint and none of them is able to rectify it. Finally they agreed to replace the fan but that too not works am waiting for their replacement for the last 15 days. Such a worst experience with havels. I have attched the photo of the service done by your representative, is this a professional service expected.

            My havels fan is making noise whdn we switch on the fan its wings vibrate and make a big noise. Its the third time am making this complain earliar two times your company executive came and saw the fan and made it fine but again now the third time in the last 3 months its again making noise this time the wings making noise of thak thak like the wings are loose from screws but i checked it but the screws are tight plz see to it or i request you to change the fsn model as its s fancy havel fan and its decorative plastic is slso making noise plz change my fan to plain white non fancy fan just simple plsin fan as am fedup of getting it repaired again and again and disturbing my sleep due to noise made by the fan.

              I own a Havells water heater which is less than 3 months old. It is not working now and i registered a complaint through customer care on 1 July 2017 (Complaint Number : GG010350). They promised that it would be repaired within 48 hours. But till now not even a single technician came to attend the fault. I have called back the customer care more than a couple of times and every time they are telling they will sent the technician as soon as possible. Even now (8 July) they haven't contacted me for fixing the issue. Kindly look into the matter and fix the issue immediatly.

                Bought exhaust fan vento jet auto inox 150 mm (6"): inv no r-11742 dt 17 jun 17 from kalra electricals, lajpat nagar iv, new delhi.
                Found gasket missing for installation & lodged complaint.
                Sunil:[protected] came/saw broken pins inside fan. Reported to sr ravinder yadav:[protected]
                Exhaust fan replaced on 23 jun while i was away. Later found replacement is lower model: vento jet auto std
                Complaint no: gf 270498
                Innumerable calls made to complain. Every time 24-48 hrs time req by your people.
                On 6th july: sanjeev:[protected] sent by senior azhar:[protected] /[protected]. Surprised to find that he came with an even lower model for replacement, i. E. Vento jet inox. We surely turned him back.
                Either the persons at havells are totally incompetent about their products, or they are out to hoodwink us.

                Pl replace immediately as 3 weeks have passed and no resolution, inspite of numerous complaints

                I bought a mixer juicer on the date of 10Th march 2017 found it is not working properly .

To meet my requirement, I procured Havells 5 Ceiling Fans (Yorker), 4 ceiling fans (24” / 36”), 4 Geysers, 2 Wall Fan etc. etc. having kept in mind, Havells is a very reputed company and one of the largest electrical equipment companies in India.

                  I have purchased Havels LED Pedestial fan in May 2017. (Spending huge amount of money on false advertising) . The fan started making lot of noise while running right after one month o[censored]sage I had logged the call with their service centre, but the call center agents after wait of 10 min, picks up the phone and without attending the complaint, he disconnects the phone by saying sorry, this etiquette of call center agent is disgusting. I could not able to register the complaint over phone, inspite of trying several time.
                  However, I have registered complaint online Enquiry No is SVC4756108 and Your CustomerID is [protected], but still yet to get response.

                  The fusion fan is making the loudest noise and i cannot sleep at night, and the call center agents behaviour is disgusting. On going through the previous complaints given by other customers it seems, the company is not providing necessary customer assistance.

Then his phone was not reachable for the next few days. I again placed a complaint. Another service guy (Vignesh) called me and said that he will come the next day, but also didn't show up. He is not picking up the phone whenever i call him. When i call him through another number, the phone gets picked up. However, when i ask about service, the voice in the other side says that vignesh is in a meeting and will call back. I never got the call back. These guys lie blatently and have scant regard for customer service. I have placed several complaints and the complaint numbers are gf290474, gf 212399, gf 212453, gf 212400. Four complaints were placed for the same issue, but no one has come. Horrible service.

                      The service person Moideen visited my residence and fixed the water heaters. He did a good job. My only contention now is that they should have kept their words and adhered to committed schedule. On the positive side, the guys came and fixed the problems and did a good job.

                        I filed complaint on 25th may 2017. Complaint no. Ge250309. No technician came and suddenly closed the complaint. I called again the customer care on 14th june 2017. They gave me an number gf140261. Technician came next day and he said the pcb inside the fan needs to be replaced. I said ok. Somehow he close the complaint without actually fixing the issue. I have been calling that person and he always says that the part is not available with havells. I called customer care on 1st july 2017 and i told the history and instead of reopening the case they gave a new complaint number gg010667 and assigned a new person to this. Issue is not resolved yet
                        This fan costs around rs.33, 000 and if this kind of poor service by havells people should resist buying such expensive fans. Havells is simply not able to fix the issue even after 1 month.

                                The service engineer visit a product then he say that motor of this product were damage & he will say the motor will be replace with in 4 days but till now he can"t replace.                                     Inspite of repeated complaints about my havells wall fan it is very unpleasant to note that the company has still not sent their technician to the work.
                                    There are unnecessary calls from the company employees asking about all details regarding the complaint, but no execution of the work.
                                    Today around 3.00 p m there were two calls enquiring about the complaint made. One mr. Arjun also confirmed that a technician would call buy 4. Oo p. M and come to do my work. It is past 8.00 p. M and no one has turned up.
                                    It is a pitythat havells company has let us down as a customer
                                    . I hope the higher authorities will intervene and see that my work is done at the earliest

                                      I have replaced all my switches/sockets/mcv etc. Of anchor make after 15 years (All working conditions) in 2014-15 with havells oro make. From last few months one by one cover of the switches are coming out and being replaced by you regularly after a complaint lodge in your customer care within 24 hours without any difficulty. That is fine. My only worry is after 10 years i have to bear the cost of replacement.
                                      Is there any manufacturing / design aspect in my lot needs to be examined. So i request you to kindly look into the matter and take some appropriate action.

                                      I had purchased Havells Oro switches in year 2013 from Bagirath place Delhi.(wholesale market).
                                      I am facing issues like few switches have become free to use. and got burned as well.
