I have purchased a Water heater on 23/11/2016, My Call No FK233799, Customer Id-[protected], I got a Sms that Your Call No has been resolved, on 24/11/2016.
I got a call from Havells Kolkata office ([protected]) on 24/11/2016 They told me please ignore that SMS, Technician will be come to your house on 26/11/2016, But No One Technician came to My House to Install.
Then I called to Havells Kolkata Office on 26/11/2016, Then They told me Technician will be come on 28/11/2016 100% sure.
But Till Now No One Technician came to my house to Install & also No One inform me that they did not came for any reason.
I leave my Office 2days for this Installation, But No One from Havells inform me that they did not come.
At this moment What Should I do ?
I never think when I purchased, that the reputed company Havells service is so bad,
Sorry to say but is true that Havells service is very poor and also irresponsible.

Updated by milan2016 I received a Call from Havells Kolkata Office[protected] yesterday, He told me that Techncian will be come to your house on 30/11/2016 at 11am and it is 100% confirm.
But No one Technician come to my home till now, and No one call / SMS me to inform that Technician will be not come .
Same things repeat again and again daily.
If you cannot install the water heater, So inform me in written,
if you do not take necessary step immediately, I will complain at Consumer Forum to start case against your Company.
