Induction Cooker under warranty not working

Hello I purchased a induction cooker year ago and it has stopped working. I have raised two Service request with your Customer care with no luck, the recent one is GA304066. Your technician came for a visit, opened the induction cooker, did nothing to restore it and informed that it has been fixed. Earlier the induction cooker had heating problem though it was working however after the technician left, it doesn't work at all. It's button...

    I have purchased 35 Ltr white Monza EC Storage Wtare Heater in Jan 2017 thru Online Moglix which is delivered. Ur service centre at Gwalior MP refuse to install as per the policy o[censored]r co giving lame excuses . it seems they are making excuses to extract some money from me. Several complaints are made to ur co thru GA103063, GA172253, GA220931 and i get standard reply that the matter is referred to service centre. But the service centre is not providing the service. am disturbed to see the response of the service centre and the co as well, where tall claims of best service after sales are promised.i am old customer of Havells but in future shall think twice before purchasing ur products.

    I have complaint for the last 10 days but no one respond for my complaint number GA130732. My geyser catches very high current if any mishappening occurs in my family company will be responsible. If any action not taken by the company I will go to the consumer court.

      Complaint ( call no: GA043474)
      This is with regards to the complaint raised by me on 4th Jan 2017 with your customer helpline number[protected] wherein I had requested for an engineer visit to check on my Havells Geyser which had stopped working.

      On 5th Jan, 2017, I got a message from Havells stating that my complaint has been assigned to Mr. Pradeep Mishra who not only failed to turn up but also cared less to even give a call.

      After continuous follow up for next few days on my part, an engineer named Mr. Pratap (Jmx Techtronix) finally visited me on 10th evening @ 8.00 PM. The reason why I am highlighting the date and time is to showcase the utter lack of ownership on part M/s JMX Techtronix and your company.

      After the engineer duly checked the equipment, he came to the conclusion that the electricity cable is faulty and needs to be changed and also cautioned us to not use the cable as he has removed the safety instrument attached to the cable. In case same is used, there is a possibility that the element will get damaged.

      He also assured us that within a day or so, he will come back with an new cable and get the geyser working. We also highlighted the fact that element of the geyser is not functioning properly due to which the water is not getting heated at the desired temperature but nothing was done.

      Then again I started the rigmarole of contacting the engineer again and again but all I got in return is assurances and a statement that-“they are waiting for the cable to come”

      Hence, since 4th Jan 2017, we are left high and dry and at the mercy of this so called professionals. Till date, nobody either from Havells nor from Jmx Techtronix has cared to check or give us a status update.

        Dear Havells,

        I am writing this mail to inform you that, I have called the customer care on 19th Dec 2016 for my product (havells smart blender) for servicing (Call no - FL192297). after that your engineer come on 21st Dec16 and he took the service charge from me and then never came back. I have called the customer care more than 13 time but still the engineer didn't came. And after a month customer care create new FL No - GA 130658. but again your engineer didn't come.

        Hope you will take serious action against your service provider and engineer.

          Dear sir,

          After few months of purchasing the induction cooker (Model- insta cook ET-X), i am having problem with it due to its not working. and for that i also filed complaint, and each and every time an engineer paid visit and tried to resolve the problem. for that instance the problem being resolved, but after few days like 2 0r 3 again it started giving the same problem.

          As my previous complaint is still unresolved, inspite of that i received message that your problem is resolved but its not. my previous complaint call no is FL261263.

          So for that issue today i again filed a complaint with call no GA042072.

          Therefore Sir i request you to kindly look into the matter and help me out as soon as possible.

              Hi Team

              We had purchased 2 water heaters from havells through a dealer.it was purchased in JULY 2016.From the month of purchase we have been raising complaints to fix the problem in both heaters.But the problem is not getting solved.Nor the company is replacing the product.This is really pathetic to raise 2 complaints everyday.
              Every technician who comes tells a different for failure.

                This has reference to the complaint no FL233601 raised on your website. I have purchased one Accor Steam Iron on 10.01.2016. There was two years warranty on the product. However, on 02.12.2016, the sole plate got broken while ironing.

                I raised a complaint on your web portal regarding the same. I got an SMS regarding the complaint and got few SMSes regarding complaint alloted to few technicians(Kool Care Services, Sunny).

                One of the technicians came to our home for repair on 24.Dec.2016. He told that the company have stopped making the model and they will not be able to repair the iron. They asked to replace the 2000W with 1250W iron for which I refused. The earlier model (Accor) is still available on the company website. Later I got a phone call from Some "Sher Singh" informing that the Accor model is discontinued and he can replace the same with 1650W if I wish to. On refusing the same, I again got a call from the same number stating that the iron is intentionally damaged physically and will not be replaced or repaired.

                On calling your Customer Care no at 7:00PM on 24.Dec.2016, one of your representative informed that they cant help me and anything relating to the complaint will be handled by the technician only. He didnt let me talk to his senior/ supervisor.

                Kindly repair the iron as the same is in warranty at the earliest

                  "We buy branded products for it's service. Havells have very poor customer service, waste of money. Product longevity is less than 2 years, so do non branded heaters which is 60% less cost. Shame on you Havells. Whenever you call, service center will tell you they will resolve issue in 24 hours, but they won't, may be they can't." After I register above complaint service engineer contacted me and asking Rs.950 even though my product is under warranty. I think, Havells is fraud.

                  Hey - The issue got resolved after the big fight with your service engineer, who was quite rude. But eventually, issue got resolved. Thanks to you. I think customer service is good in Havells, but your service engineers have to be trained technically & ethically.

                      Iam Gagan Bains from v Bhiura PO Rajgarh Teh Balh Distt Mandi HP 175027 I buyed Havells bellow type 25 ltr water heater QTY 2. As one of the unit start leaking last month. One of your technician came and he changed the gasket, but after that it getting cutoff again and again. I complainted again but still there is no response from your side. But no result or any technician attend my complaint. I called him but he told me he dont have spares. Its already 16 days since he told me this. Please do something as soon as possible.

                        I have purchased a Water heater on 23/11/2016, My Call No FK233799, Customer Id-[protected], I got a Sms that Your Call No has been resolved, on 24/11/2016.
                        I got a call from Havells Kolkata office ([protected]) on 24/11/2016 They told me please ignore that SMS, Technician will be come to your house on 26/11/2016, But No One Technician came to My House to Install.

                        Then I called to Havells Kolkata Office on 26/11/2016, Then They told me Technician will be come on 28/11/2016 100% sure.

                        But Till Now No One Technician came to my house to Install & also No One inform me that they did not came for any reason.
                        I leave my Office 2days for this Installation, But No One from Havells inform me that they did not come.

                        At this moment What Should I do ?

                        I never think when I purchased, that the reputed company Havells service is so bad,
                        Sorry to say but is true that Havells service is very poor and also irresponsible.

                        I received a Call from Havells Kolkata Office[protected] yesterday, He told me that Techncian will be come to your house on 30/11/2016 at 11am and it is 100% confirm.
                        But No one Technician come to my home till now, and No one call / SMS me to inform that Technician will be not come .
                        Same things repeat again and again daily.
                        If you cannot install the water heater, So inform me in written,
                        if you do not take necessary step immediately, I will complain at Consumer Forum to start case against your Company.

                          I have purchased 01 No. water heater on 12.11.2016. Booked for installation vide call No. FK131239. Till date not yet installed. We have contacted Chennai office service centre they told that my residence is out of city and no service available. We understand that No one can purchase Havels product in other than city limit. I have purchased Sony, Samsung, Haier, LG are under city limit, they are doing proper response and installation and commissioning. But I don't know why havel is not covered the nearby outskirts. If not commissioned within a day or two I will return the product to your Havells office. Your immediate response is immediately required.

                          I bought 4 Havells fans and 2 fans are making noise since day 1. Raised 5 complaints still no response. Customer service says someone will come next day to fix but no one comes. I will never buy a havells fan. They have cheated me with defective fans firstly and then not honoring their warranty.                           We buy branded products for it's service. Havells have very poor customer service, waste of money. Product longevity is less than 2 years, so do non branded heaters which is 60% less cost. Shame on you Havells. Whenever you call, service center will tell you they will resolve issue in 24 hours, but they won't, may be they can't.

                              I bought a havells iron (Press) approximately 1 year back.
                              It had to be repaired 4-5 times in the past but recently when i was using it, it suddenly catched fire. We should thank god that i was saved and only little damage was caused.

                              Does this show the level of quality of havells that it will catch fire. If this will happen then we should use it as a lighter instead

                                I complained about the aspire steam press not working on the toll free number. Within one day a service engineer came and he repaired it but unfortunately while opening the press he broke the two buttons through which steam releases. I asked him to correct it he soldered it, but just after he left it again broke up. I called him several times he continued saying that he has ordered new button from company once it reaches he will come and repair it. But he never came, i kept on calling but there was no response. Then finally i decided to file a new complaint on toll free number they said someone will come but same no one came. Then again i called toll free number registered my complain they always say they will send someone. Its more than one month i have called toll free number several times but till date no one came to resolve it. Kindly look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible

                                  20 days gone, no knew has come for demo and system equipments are not working properly. Complaint lodged 2 times and no response.

                                  Such a irregular followup is killing the image of company.

                                    MR. HARPREET SINGH called me at 12:58 from mobile no [protected] and asked me for installation of my water geyser, I told him go to my home and install the geyser my son and my wife was at home. He came to my home and asked for money for removal of old geyser rupee 100 and when we agreed for same then he asked us to get new plumbing done for installation. He was not eager to do work. My wife told him that the plumbing was fine but he simply walked off. I called our in house plumber and he said everything is fine. My wife called up your customer care where we were assured of swift action and we told them ton send a different installation person. I got a call from[protected] at 15:07 where I re informed them about the situation. Then I received another message saying our installation request had been forwarded to Mr Pant Service { FK072825 } which was forwarded again to Mr Harpreet. But no one turned up. I called customer care again. they told me visit would be arranged tomorrow. I am still waiting for my installation.

                                      My self sandeep sharma,

                                      I have bought havels 1200 mm 5 star fan. model es 40. total 7 no's of fan wee purchased by me. i was in the impression that havels is an reputed name and must be giving the best product at a given price.

                                      On asking the dealer they said this is the best fan with low power consumption and will be giving good airflow.

                                      They never ever told me that rpm of these fans are very low such that it don not throw air as the other low priced fans do.

                                      To our surprise we observe that these fans are trowing too low air as compared to years old crompton fan.

                                      We were not happy with the airflow of these new havels fan. i then asked the dealer to check if there is any problem with these fans.

                                      They lodge the complain and the service person from the company came and then he changed capacitor of some of the fans. but he too felt the same that air thrown is less as compared to other fan.

                                      He sad that rpm are low of this fan.

                                      Whatever the reason we have not been informed that these fans are not good to throw air as per our requirement. we were not properly guided and informed.

                                      My only complain is that i want the fans to be replaced and should be given the fans which gives good air throw then this bought out fans.

                                      I hope the havels team will certainly look into the matter and provide me the amicable solutuon and take my complain on a serious note and get my fans changed.

                                      I would appreciate if havels are keen on resolving the customr complain as a matter of service.
