With reference to ticket no. FF272076, the call was logged on 27th June. Engineer had already visited and inspected and found one part needs to be replaced. But no one has turned up to replace the parts so far. We have been continuously chasing with call center team but they are helpless to address the issue as there is no response and no one is listening at backend. Hi,
I've 3 Havells ceiling fans in my home with 5 step regulator. It works at lower speed when Regulator is at 1 speed as expected but when moved to 2, it runs very fast as close to speed at 5.
It is causing very inconvenience to all family members.

Installed on 11 august 2016. First day of installation fan remote and led light is not working. I was reported complain of same day and given reminder of 7 times in havells customer care but technicians was not visited and not solved my problem. We have installed Havells Modular switched for a entire house but every now and then these switches stop working and requires a replacement, within last one year we have replaced almost most of the switches and still new are also causing the issue . I didn't expected this type of quality issue from a brand like Havells .
