Hi. I have bought havells geyser from Sood Electricals, khanna Punjab dist. Ludhiana. GEYSER serial no. H16MZ25W25W0806574.. disappointed with the service of your distributor.. Geyser not got installed even after 4 days of purchase also not got a purchase bill.. and even haven't received a call from Hevells for customer survey..

PACKED box has accessories (pipe) missing

Will not buy Hevells product and will not go for such bad Distributor who are letting down customer

    Please don't purchase Havells product.

    i have start to complaint the customer care dated 1 Oct and people visited to see the complaint so many time at my home. but every times a new excuse without any resolution.

    we had discussion with customer care so many times and every times receiving a message with complaint id and visiter details.

    My issue has been assign to Mr Cee EL Traders and contact person was Mr Nandu Singh. who has to change the part of my celling fan. But without doing anything they have been resolved the issue (FK130949) in system.
    just i received the SMS ...your issue has been resolved.

    Havells is very bad into service and product!!! i hope they have to improve.

      Hi,

      My HAvell's special fan not working for three weeks now. No responses from Havels yet. 5 complaints have been filed online.

      First day Tarun called up and asked for the time of visit. he confirmed he will come in the evening for sure. Did not turn up.

      Second day, call center calls up and says the service engineer is waiting in front of my house. She agreed to reschedule the call to the evening. No one comes.

      Day 3 another assitant of tarun arrives. On phone this guy is told what to be checked. the clone informs the motor has gone bad. So i will bring it on saturday.

      No one came back after that. Not sure if the motor is not working why should the lights not work ???

      This fan is not even a year old !

      I need an replacement of this defective piece.

        Your SFU compact plus (200A) has been unboxed with inbuilt damages. But your representative is not able to understand and not ready to accept his mistake, that the box is already damaged. Two poles are internally damaged. Your representative is confirming that the it is been damaged by tightening the cables with nut bolts. But nothing was done like this. just before tightening, it was damaged. Suppose...by tightening a cable, your product can be damaged, then what will happen, if the current pass through it. Very disgusting service and frustating repply from your service centre. Below are the names of two persons we contacted.
        Name of your representative visited here - Mr.Raju Tiwari.
        Service centre person - Mr.Sunil Jadav, worst language. Kindly please teach him to how to speak with your customers. No respect. Its just like, we are begging in front of him.
        Kindly please replace the whole unit. We cannot use this damaged unit for our whole plant.

          Ntpc ltd has bulk procured havells air fryer, model :prolife plus for
          Distribution among employees.

          The airfryer of serial number-t16apb05008276, i got, had broken body.
          The complain for the same was registered at customer center and even
          Mailed on 6th of september. as resolution of it, another airfryer
          With full of scratches having serial number-t16apb05008941 alongwith
          Warranty card of different airfryer of different serial number-t15afp08005816 was handed over.
          For this approach to attend the complain, complain was lodged again at customer care and emailed twice on 24th and 27th of september.

          But still no further action taken by havells.
          The complain numbers registered so far are-fi051373, fi073961, fi240497,
          Fj013281, fj162134 but no action taken by havell.

            I bought the water heater on 29 oct 2016, and told by the retailer to call the costumer care for free installation of the device. After i filled a installation request on costumer care page i got a phone call next day and told that i have to pay for the installation done by the service man.
            While retailer told that there is no such need of payment for installation,
            Is the service man wants the money for him self or it is mandatory?

              Dear sir

              I have purchased a geyser of 25 litres from value plus, vaishali store on 23.10.2016. The installation of the same was allocated to mr. Rahat mobile no. [protected] against call number fj232746.

              The guy visited my residence at 27.10.2016 and installed the same. I want to put to your notice that he misbehaved with my wife and talked improperly.
              He even charged rs. 100 for removal of some fasteners already embedded in the wall.

              I have always rated your company very highly but the behavior by your service engineer has severely dented the image of your company in my eyes.

              Request you to please take strongest of action against the guy so that he will change his behavior against the customers in future.

                I had placed a complaint on 22/10/2016 about ceiling fan which i had purchased on 18/06/2016 from r k tradelectricals and on 24/10/2016 the service man came to our house. We had been told by customer care person that the person will come with the required parts but he came without parts. He told us that he will come yesterday but till now he had not came. I tried to contact on [protected] no. Which is of jai electricals and again we were told that the person will come in the evening. Nothing is done by your company. Worst service experienced till now. I had purchased two fans of havells. Since then my life is miserable. These fans makes so much noise. As some tabla is being played on my head.

                One can never sleep under this fan. I have complaint so many time. Every time my complaint is address. But no solution. After two three days i am again there with same complaint. I am fed up of complaining. It will be better you take your faulty product back. I am tired of complaining. You keep your third class product with you. It is simply rubbish for us.

                Yesterday i had visited to my friends house. There was also havells fan. And that fan was also making noise just like my fan. Your products are third class and should be thrown in dustbin. Even i had asked him to throw them.

                First complaint i had made registered was on 18/09/2016 and today 26/10/16 aprx. 1.5 month is completed but no action is taken yet by your company.

                What are you people doing there, only making fraud on people.

                  I have purchased a Havells Friddo Cooler on 8th May 2016. But within a week the problems started. Firstly it was leaking. I called customer care and leakage was resolved. but second problem was started water level indicator was not working. I called customer care and engineer came and he partially resolved. after some time water pump stopped working. Then humidity control button was broken. then moter was not working. And now This cooler started leaking, i called customer care around 15 days back.One person came, but he did't resolve my problem. I again complian and i am still waiting to resolve my problem. wheels are also got broken. In last 5 months this cooler has open 10-15 times by your engineers. And now it is looking like 2-3 years old. I guess i have purchased a defective piece. And now i have to suffer with this cooler each and every day. But question is why???. Why should i suffer??
                  You don't have required items in your stock then how can i be sure that my problem will get resolve. Please don't give this type of products in which you guys dont have the required parts.
                  I have been using Havells fans for very long, so i thought i should buy a havells Cooler. I have spend Rs 15, 000 in buying Havells cooler, but that was all waste of money. I am fade up with this.
                  So I request you to look into the issue seriously and replace my Cooler. because i don't this piece can be corrected.

                    I raised a service request no. Fj080773 regarding problem with my havells geyser on 8th october. The service engineer came on the same day, told me that the heating element & magnesium rod needs replacement, collected 150 rupees & promised to come back & resolve the issue in next 2 days. After 3-4 days, when he did not return, i called customer care & from then, i am calling on daily basis, getting fake assurance & promises from your senior customer representatives that the problem will be resolved the next day at any cost. The irony is that the problem still lies unresolved & today is 23 october. Today also they have promised the same thing & one more time i have to wait for one of the same regular tomorrows. I request havells to take back their geyser after refunding me my cost price & 150 rupees i have paid for this service request. I have already spent a lot of time & cannot take this anymore. I have also written similar email to [protected]@havells.com & also to [protected]@havells.com but people not even seems to be interested in reading & responding.

                    I purchased from Canara Electricals in Bangalore above fan on 15.10.2016. The item code No FHSSWSTOWH16
                    There are no proper instructions given in the manual for assembling.
                    Fan is making so much noise from 2nd day and it is increasing day by day. Unable to install swing switch at the back as there are no instructions in the manual how to fit .

                      Your call no fi154300, your call no fi182766, these are my 2 complaint number actually i have purchased 2 ceiling fans on 27/08/2016 nd from 15 september onwards i am regularly complaining about my 1 fan out of 2 is creating noise so i have written down the complaint mentioning that it is creating noise than one o[censored]r executive arrives and said that it is defected we will proceed ur request for replacement but no one arrived i have waited for 2 days than on 3rd day i again complain and also mention the pervious complain no. So another executive arrives and changed some parts of it but it doesn't work than he took it to his service center on 19th september and promised to give it back next day but no one has arrived till yet and today is 27th september and meanwhile in between i have complain that i want it as we are facing inconvenience in our house but they always says that it will be there today but i dnt know when will there "today" arrived... Seriously very bad service i have ever seen... Take some action and i want replacement of my ceiling fan now... Do it as early as possible.

                        Hi. Two of my 3 geysers have not been functioning. Complaint numbers are fh 172569 and fh273721. After many calls, mr Rizwan finally came and checked the geysers almost 3 weeks back and told the problem with two geysers. I have tried connecting multiple times but no response. He said once that parts have not come but that also has been long ago. Can you look into this urgently? I don't want to go to consumer court for this.

However, when it was opened for its installation, it is stunned to note that one of the celling fan blades are found damaged beyond our repair. This purchase if made to install at our new built house that is due for its house warming on 15th Sept.2016. Trust that the executives of this reputed brand company will take immediate steps to replace these three blades packet with a new damage free ones and help us.                             The automatic transfer switch is not working properly, giving lots of problems during load shading & hence hampering our official work very much.

                              I have purchased a Havells Friddo Cooler on 8th May 2016. But within a week the problems started. Firstly it was leaking. I called customer care and leakage was resolved. but second problem was started water level indicator was not working. I called customer care and engineer came and he partially resolved. after some time water pump stopped working. Then humidity control button was broken. And now moter is also not working. So i called cusomer care around 15 days back. But last 15 days was really disaster for me, almost every days, i am calling customer care, your service person. And problem is still not resolved, every time a new person come and noted down all the problems and goes back and say we don't have this type of moter in stock, we don't have humidity control button in stock. wheels are also got broken. In last 5 months this cooler has open 10-15 times by your engineers. And now it is looking like 2-3 years old. I guess i have purchased a defective piece. And now i have to suffer with this cooler each and every day. But question is why???. Why should i suffer??
                              You don't have required items in your stock then how can i be sure that my problem will get resolve. Please don't give this type of products in which you guys dont have the required parts.
                              I have been using Havells fans for very long, so i thought i should buy a havells Cooler. I have spend Rs 15, 000 in buying Havells cooler, but that was all waste of money. I am fade up with this.
                              So I request you to look into the issue seriously and replace my Cooler. because i don't this piece can be corrected.

                                I have registered one complaint FI013616 on 1st of Sep for not working of new ceiling fan. I was told that the Engineer would visit my place in 24 - 48 hours but that never happened and after my 2 more reminders one Engineer land up on 5th Sep but he did not had the required tools.

                                I was told that he would arrange the tools and come back next day. Today it is 4th Day and I have not heard anything!

                                On calling your customer care, I do not get any feedback and when asked to transfer the call to senior executive my call was disconnected twice. I suppose Seniors are too busy...

                                I am highly dis appointed to see such a bad services from a company like Havells!

                                I hope some senior from company read this mail and address the problem quickly.

                                  With reference to ticket no. FF272076, the call was logged on 27th June. Engineer had already visited and inspected and found one part needs to be replaced. But no one has turned up to replace the parts so far. We have been continuously chasing with call center team but they are helpless to address the issue as there is no response and no one is listening at backend. This is ridiculous support and would appreciate if someone could look into this on priority.

                                    Complaint: Abnormal noise form fan
                                    on 08-07-16 Havells Service Engineer attained and found bearing is defective so, removed, repaired/lubricated and temporarily fitted the fan. After one week again Service Engineer came and replace with a new Fan. The new fan again after running for few days started producing sound which was complained on 31-08-16. Today i.e. on 02-09-16 again Havells Service Engineer came for repairing the newly replaced fan.

                                    Now I am absolutely doubt the fan quality and durability of particularly Havells DEW LED remote controlled Fan.

                                    My humble request to replace this model with another model as I have lost faith in particularly this model/product. If no response from Havels will be felt will force me to go to consumer forum as the only legal option is left.

                                    Hope the model/product will be replaced with a different trouble free model.
