Dear Sir,

My self sandeep sharma, residing at 20 vrindavan park . Opp Novino Battries . Makarpura Road .Vadodara.390010

I have bought HAVELS 1200 mm 5 star fan .Model ES 40 . Total 7 No's of fan wee purchased by me. I was in the impression that Havels is an reputed name and must be giving the best product at a given price.

On asking the dealer they said this is the best fan with low power consumption and will be giving good airflow.

They never ever told me that RPM of these fans are very low such that it don not throw air as the other low priced fans do.

To our surprise we observe that these fans are trowing too low air as compared to years old Crompton Fan.

We were not happy with the airflow of these new havels fan. I then asked the dealer to check if there is any problem with these fans.

They lodge the complain and the service person from the company came and then he changed capacitor of some of the fans . but he too felt the same that AIR THROWN IS LESS AS COMPARED TO OTHER FAN .

He sad that RPM are low of this fan.

Whatever the reason we have not been informed that these fans are not good to throw air as per our requirement. We were not properly guided and informed.

My only complain is that i want the FANS TO BE REPLACED AND SHOULD BE GIVEN THE FANS WHICH GIVES GOOD AIR THROW THEN THIS BOUGHT OUT FANS.

I HOPE THE HAVELS TEAM WILL CERTAINLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND PROVIDE ME THE AMICABLE SOLUTUON AND TAKE MY COMPLAIN ON A SERIOUS NOTE AND GET MY FANS CHANGED.

I WOULD APPRECIATE IF HAVELS ARE KEEN ON RESOLVING THE CUSTOMR COMPLAIN AS A MATTER OF SERVICE.

    This is regarding a ceiling fan, pentaforce, purchased on 25 April 2013 . Yesterday one blade of the fan detached (connection piece broken)while running and hit the wall. We nearly missed a fatal accident.Though guarantee is for two years only but how a fan blade of a reputed company like yours can be detached. Do you think this a natural and common case of failure. Now me and my family are afraid of starting your fan installed in other rooms.I complained on your call center no. But the person talking was not at all interested in technical details and was saying that our service engineer will visit your place. My concern is more on to avoid this further rather than repair.       Case:
      The mentioned product is specified by the company as "electro-phoretic lacquered surface for anti-rusting". You may please check the link of the product mentioned above. This being anti-rusting product, we bought it for our new house in ankleshwar (District-bharuch). Just after 6 months of installation, there was seen some beginning of rust on the fan blades. After we made a complain to the dealer of bharuch area, the fan blades were replaced with new ones satisfactorily. Now, again after 6 months of the new blades installation, there is beginning of rust on the fan blades.

      On complaining to the dealer again, they say that its not the fault of the product and are denying for any further action. My complain is that the cost of these fans are very premium and looking at the specification of anti-rust type, i had purchased the products (7 quantity). I am not at all satisfied with the quality of this product and i cannot keep on changing the fan blades every 6 months.

      I need my total refund of the amount paid. Approx. Rs. 24, 500.

      I will be getting the refund of 21, 000 INR against 24, 500 INR (balance not getting for some VAT issue). I will get this refund once I return the Fans to the local dealer from where I had bought the fans. I will be returning the fans in 1st week of October, 2016.

      Our team has offered to replace the fan blade but the same has been declined at your end. As per service policy, repairs or change of spare parts is possible in this case. In case of a requirement for refund we request you to get in touch with the dealer/distributor from where the fans were purchased.

      The overall experience with Havells has been really good in resolving my issue. I would express my thanks to Mr. Umesh Thakkar, Havells Gujarat Head. He had understood my issue very well and has helped me in solving my issue.

      Finally, I will be getting back Rs. 21, 000 (approx.) against Rs. 24, 500 paid for 7 nos. of Fan. The balance amount I will not be getting due to some VAT issue.

      @Havells: I would request your technical team to discontinue with ORION and YORKER if it is constantly giving problem to customers. There is no point in selling such premium fans which starts problem within few months of operation.

      Overall team was very helpful.

        I had purchased a havells induction cooktop model et-x. By chance its glass top had been broken, i complained on customer care on 02/05/2016, my call no. Was fe022604. I was assured but no action had been taken. Again i complained on 29 or 30th june, my call no. Was ff 293916, again i was assured, but still today no action was taken. I was diverted to dhanbad, who was demanding rs.1500 for that. I could not understand, was it genuine or not.
        No any feedback was taken from your side that complain was shorted or not. What i have to do?

            I have purchased a Havells ceiling fan on 06.08.2016.
            Suddenly after one day it was not moving. I do not know what
            has happened. There is no fault of electricity in my house but it fault it only fan

              Dear sir,
              I purchased havells koolaire cooler 60 from shree electronics rani talab jind haryana on 20 april 2016. Its motor stopped working within 3 months. I registered complained at customer care center on 23 july 2016. They assured us fg230260 (Call no) & [protected] is (Customer id). But company technician told us that you bought 30 months old model & our company gives only 12 months warranty. Secondly he told your koolaire motor no doesn't not matched with bill serial no & he went away without repairing it. Then i complaint again at customer care on 27 july 2016. They assured us to solve our problem with in 48 hours. Then a technician from bhavya service center jind came for a temporary visit & assured us to visit again and solve our problem. But they have not visited nor attend my call. Kindly look into the matter & solve our problem as soon as possible.

                Hello,


                We have installed Havells Modular switched for a entire house but every now and then these switches stop working and requires a replacement, within last one year we have replaced almost most of the switches and still new are also causing the issue . I didn't expected this type of quality issue from a brand like Havells .

                Request to expedite this issue for a early resolution.

                    I am Aditya Goyal from agra I had buy two ceilling Fans of Havells (Nicola, Festiva)
                    I am having a alignment problem in both of them my date of purchase is (20/7/2016) and my Complain number is FG223514 which was launch on (22/7/2016) n till now I haven't got any solution from your service department .
                    I wish you take a strict action against it and if possible get my product fix or get my money back .
                    I haven't see such a bad service in any other brand .

                        We had procured havells make murano swicthes from a local dealer in bhilai, chhattisgarh for our new house, the same was inaugrated in the month of april but the switches get started damaged, we had subsequently lodge a complaint with the havells service centre but almost as one an half months hav passed an no action has been taken place. Now we feel going with havells is our big mistake.

                          I had purchased a geyser make havells (10 litre monza ec) from m/s universal electricals, s-5, vikas bazar, malviya chowk, opp. anjuman school, jabalpur @ rs.6, 250/- on 20.11.15. i regret to inform that after a short span of three months, during the course of heating the water, smoke was found to be generated inside the geyser, and subsequently i contacted havells customer care ([protected]). after registration of my complaint, a local engineer attended the geyser informed that the packing inside was burnt out, thus he removed the entire packing inside then.
                          Recently, say; 1st week of this month (july'16), while switch on the geyser, sparking was observed at the point of outlet pipe and subsequently, havells customer care was contacted (ref: call no. fg070246 dt.07.07.16) and my complaint was allotted to some electrical enterprises. then the engineer attended the geyser informed that some component inside was burnt out and needs replacement, which assured to be replaced within five days. however, the problem did not resolve till 18.07.16 and i compelled to contact again to havells customer care on 19.07.16 (ref :call no. fg 192883) and the complaint allotted to some akriti enterprises. consequent upon this, an engineer namely mr. subhash ([protected]) attended the geyser today (20.07.16) and informed that some component inside the geyser has burnt out and needs replacement. however, he assured to replace the same by 21.07.16 but the condition is preferably just as wait and see.
                          I regret to inform that in a span of eight months after purchase of the above geyser, it was repaired three times and being a customer, i have lost the faith on it as the geyser does not serve the purpose as and when required.
                          I request to kindly replace the above geyser (which was recorded during my last call to havells customer care referred above) or refund the money at the earliest.

                            I had raised a complaint#ff144607 with havells customer care on 14th june 2016 for the issues with my momenta attamaker. No technician has visited our place since then. I have placed four reminder calls to customer service since then.

                            The technician called once to book an appointment for the visit. Post that i have called him at least 50 times but he is not picking up the phone. Nor is the customer care helping with the resolution of complaint.

                                  I have purchased a ceiling fan 3 days before. It is working very slow. There is issue in voltage or electricity at my place. I have registered a complaint in the company. They sent an engineer at my place and now engineer is saying it will be charged 550 rs for blades as blades are not working properly. I have purchased and got the warranty of 1 year. Then why i will pay 550 rs extra and it just 3 days back i have purchased it. Very very bad service havells company is providing. I am not satisfied at all. Also don't want to advice to anyone to purchase havells product.

                                    I purchased an havells wall fan swing wall / 300mm 02ej66602567 from a local dealer on 17/04/2015. The installation was done by a local electrician provided by the dealer.

                                    From day 1 there was an issue with the fan with an humming sound produced when in the oscillation mode. I raised this with the local dealer who arranged for a local electrician to look at it. The electrician asked me to get this addressed through the company as there was an issue with the fan.

                                    The problems started for me then when the dealer raised a complaint number fd291462 a. Round 25th april. The issue was looked into by a technician mr nilesh. He did some fixes which did not work, ultimately came to a conclusion that the motor had to be replaced. He got a motor on 29th april which did not match the fan and had to take that back.

                                    I was going on a vacation the next week and hence suggested to the technician that this could be done only i after i was back. Upon my return, the dealer again raised a new ticket fe212020 on 21st may and again this was assigned to the same technician...

                                    This is the most baffling sequence of events (Dates may not be exact)

                                    1) nilesh had come to my building and left the motor with our security at some point in may. Nobody was aware of this. I do not know how this person can be so irresponsible leaving a spare part with someone else. I had not given him this authority, he was lucky that our security was sensible enough to retain it.

                                    2) the motor that he replaced was a high speed motor and not matching the fan due to which it was running at high speed even at the lowest point creating huge noise. The fan also now does not seem to be steady when in the oscillating mode.

                                    3) nilesh attended the same on 28th may again and agreed that the motor replaced was not fitting the fan and needed to be replaced. He replaced the fan with a new motor on 31st may, unfortunately with a similar motor and my problems continue.

                                    4) since then i have been calling your customer service almost every day speaking to your senior executives. All i got an answer was that this complaint number was forwarded to branch office
                                    And that this will be resolved the next day. Till today i have only had assurances like a call back has been arranged and will be resolved today but there has been no action.


                                    I am completely frustrated with the inability of your technician to solve a simple issue and more over the way the complaint has been handled by your customer service executives. If there was an intention to resolve they could have just spoken to the service center to understand the issue and resolve this. Unfortunately such maturity does not exist with your executives.

                                    I am tempted to throw away the fan and purchase a new one from some other manufacturer, but the realization of being cheated by a reputed brand has left me seeking for justice.

                                    Request to please look into this and resolve the issue for me at the earliest.

                                    Hoping that my requests would be taken into consideration and that there would be a sincere attempt to resolve

                                      Two ceiling fans of havells co. (model infusion ) were purchased from m/s kaushal electricals, sector-12 a, panchkula on 14/02/2016 with two years guarantee. These fans were got fitted in april 2016. Since very start they are making noise. We have got registered complaint through dealer on 11/05/2016 and technician visited who informed that fans are making noise as their blades are not properly aligned and technician said that blades will be changed by co. Within a week. Complaint was not resolved within a week. Again we registered complaint on 19/05/2016 ( comp no. Fe 191999 ) on toll free no and technician visited on 19/05/2016 and informed the same that complaint will be referred to co and blades will be changed within a week. Till date complaint has not been resolved and fans are continuously making noise it is very difficult to sleep in a noise of fans.

                                        Dear hawels team

                                        My self parminder Singh from distt mohali punjab. I have already input the complaint in your customer care no in 17 may 2016 my complaint no is FE171943. I am not sufficient by your engineer service Mr jaspal singh is the person who have checked the pump on same date 17 may2016.
                                        I purchased your monoblock pump on 24may 2015. The pump have a two year guarantee for date of purchase (24may2015).
                                        Now we have suffered a lot of noise problem in this pump for the starting of the may month. But your engineer was not able to sort out the noise problem he said my water pipe line is chocked but we already check my water pipe line is also clean. I observed that there is the barring problem in the pump.
                                        Today morning again I input the complaint in your customer care no, but till the time not recieved any message or call by your side.
                                        I have already attached the job card, guarantee card and penal no of monoblock pump in below please check.
                                        Kindly sort the problem as priority.
