Complaint marked as Resolved I will be getting the refund of 21, 000 INR against 24, 500 INR (balance not getting for some VAT issue). I will get this refund once I return the Fans to the local dealer from where I had bought the fans. I will be returning the fans in 1st week of October, 2016.

Our team has offered to replace the fan blade but the same has been declined at your end. As per service policy, repairs or change of spare parts is possible in this case. In case of a requirement for refund we request you to get in touch with the dealer/distributor from where the fans were purchased.
