Dear Sir / Madam I have changed my home old switches completely into REO switches... Nearly about 80 switches.. all are getting damaged by breaking up one by one.. (before used local brand switches itself worked properly for 7 years.. it become dull in color so we changed it) within a few months these REO switches got breaking up.. And a real threat of current passes by broken switches.. sorry to say really messed up with it..and we have not seen such a worst switches yet.. we have replaced broken switches one by one complaining through toll free.. i cant often call and wait one by one through toll free and wait for 3 to 4 days... this spoils my time and job.. by this time two switches are shaking up and will broke in few days.. please understand and give me a one time solution... please change all in a time or refund... and please do reply...( i have service bill copys its more than 2mb so not being attached hear) Regards Manoj.     We had purchased Havell's tubelights full set from R.K.Traders, Jagatpuri in August 2014 but I am sorry to state that there is a problem with the tubelights when the button is clicked accidently twice they just don't light up until they are tapped . I wish to state that the products are not upto the mark.

      Hi there,

      I purchased havells exhaust fan model (N. D. Ex fan - 450 mm) from authorised dealer shop in raebareli (S. K traders) , but it was totally 4 month not pass in last of july there are a big incident with my fan, during running it become damage and the damaged part was cut and separate with 2 blades from angle.

      Date of purchasing: 09 april, 2015
      Grantee: 2 years
      Date of incident: 24 july, 2015

      And i want to make you clear firstly that fan was in running position there were not any single thing in cooler is stick or trap with fan, infact the running fan start a small sound noise and we have to switched off cooler. You may see attached picture and know better please. I have more images if you needed i will provide you.

      The company has given me warranty of (2 years) for motor and internal, i complaint to retailer and customer care, the refuse change and give me compensation for damaging charges.

      ### i am not understanding what to do, and why i reinvest? Why i bear? Fan damaging cost. ###.

      In case if running fan broken part was making injured me or my family member then company also withdraw his hands from same case?
      It may be a serious issue be to.

      Thank god, it was not very large, but i am bearing unnecessary trouble in summer.

      $$$ if you please repair or please provide me new fan. On same model or i will go through the court. $$$$

        I have been using Indo hi-speed fan for last 5 years with no complaints. As it started looking old and had some noise. I changed it to Havells hi speed- Swing platina. It stopped rotating in 2 months and then I called customer care. No action happened and then winter's came so I forgot. I have been calling Havells customer care for last 2 months now since May. Finally in June a mechanic arrived. Once he left we realized he has actually broken the throat of the fan while installing a part. We called back at the customer care and new mechanic came, and then a new one next time and another one after that to ask and check the same thing again and again. Finally this last person came with replacement part and told us that unfortunately the part does not belong to the model which is there and somehow fixed that part in the fan. The fan stopped working the next day. . We contacted the customer care and for last 10 days, the customer service keeps saying they will do something about it but after daily calls to the customer service, they keep telling me that they are escalating it. But nothing happened. I am fed up of this. and I really want that your forum should do something about it. My complaint no. is 150955 and the last I spoke to a customer care supervisor called Naresh.               i have purchase havells electrical products and use in my newly construction building (coral switch, wire, modular plate etc.) from your dealer M/s. Vaibhav Electricals, jawahar nagar, Raipur-492001 in oct. 2010 and onwards and that time they show me havells company give 10 years warranty in his product coral modular switch after that qwality of coral switches is not satispactory, so many switches loosed in duration uses

                Dear Sir/Mam, I have written this mail to tell you that i have purchased a MCB of 63AMP of Havells company on[protected] from JAI MATA DI store of jawahar park devli road khanpur. But the MCB which i have purchased of havells is now not working properly. Even a single year is not completed of this HAVELLS MCB. FOR THIS I HAVE COMPLAINT TO HAVELLS customer care service =[protected] ON[protected].I talked to MR DEEPAK on this number. he said that he call me in 24 hours. He also gave me a complaint number- EF244123.He said that he send a person for seeing the damage MCB. But i am really unhappy to tell you that there is no response till now. kindly take some action, if not please tell me that you are not interest in this matter. then unfortunatly i will have to buy a new MCB of another company. SO PLEASE, i want to say you that kindly take this fuse MCB and give me my money or a new MCB of havells company. I called multiple times to Havells Customer Support no one show up over the phone because of phone lines busy. Their is weird sound in my fans I bought on 16th Feb with 2 year warranty 4 pieces two of them are working fine however 2 has the problem in it. At night it gets weird sounds which does not allow my family to sleep well.                         I had Havells Crabtree switches. Almost all of changed by company once or twice. But still these switches are very-very poor quality. Legs in side the switches are braking time by time. Even Fan regulators are braking into 2 pieces. When company man came to change these he said that we are misusing the switches. MISSUSING..., such a ridicules excuse to protect poor quality product. I doubt whether quality control department exists in this company or not. Very very poor quality plastic used. Fans making too much noise. You have to raise the volume of TV if you want to listen clearly. Company is replacing the switches free of cost, but all replaced switches are same old poor quality and stars giving trouble after some months, Most of "two way" switches are got replaced twice or thrice.                         wall fan does not work

                        My wall fan does not work properly so kindly resolve this problem wall fan model is SWING ROYAL WALL FAN SWEEP- 400 mm SERIAL NO.-G11WF0217728
                        havells switch is of a very poor quality worst then any local switch in market.stops working after 3 months o[censored]se. this is repeating year by year..no improvements

                          Worst service it's been 7 days nobody has turnedup. Cooler purchased from Deoria. Eastern part o[censored]P. Local cooler is better than Havells. I would not recommend it for anyone. Havells believe on market skimming principal. Its product cost is much higher than other pear groups products. Very despicable experience with Havells.                             Dear Sir, Please Read Carefully i put my complaint on 7/5/15, call no EE072322, our blender jar not working correctly, your Engineer came on 9th and change the rotating plastic part below the jar, it is very much much different than original one, after 6-7 days we are going to make the banana shake in blender and suddenly the steel blade came out in jar, and jar has been jammed with the machine, the we direct call the gurujant, the technician came before who came before ( mobile number - [protected] ), after waiting of 2 days and so many calls, he not came, then i again give a complaint 17 or 18 on your website call no, EE172049, then the same engineer came again, and he used pliers and other instrument to separate the machine and blender, then he break the lock of both, and he said he will come next days to change the lower part, lock of machine and blade of the blender and on 18th the message came from your website your problem has been resolved, then he came on today (21/5/15), with a very old jar, and he told me to change the jar, but i refuse it, because it looks like very old, then he separate the lower and upper part of old blender jar and interchange with my new original lower part of blender with blade, my upper part of jar is remains same and he change lower part with blade old one. i have a full video recording of that person who change my original jar with old jar, if you want then i will give you . What i want 1. Please change my jar bottam and blade with original one. 2. Your technician name gurujant mobile number [protected] or havells dealer i don't know who is behind this type of duplicate work, that persons seriously going down or drop down the havells brand name or image by changing the original product with duplicate or old one, it can be really a big crucial disadvantage of havells in my city . people will not buy any havells product at any cost, if you don't reform your service and these type of technician . 3.                               I purchased a Havells "Dew Premium Underlight Fan" on 24th April and it stopped working within a week. After several complaints and mechanic visits the fan could not be repaired. I complained again through the website and got complaint no. EE031671 on 3rd May after which a mechanic came and opened the light and took some part for replacement. Now even after 10 days nothing has happened and a fan without light is hanging in my Drawing room for the last 10 days which is very embarrassing. I would request you to please have my fan replaced within 2 days failing which I will have no other option but to approach a consumer court to have the fan replaced and claim damages for harassment. havells replied as under : Havells - Future Smart Home 5/14, 11:47am Hello Mr. Avadhesh. We regret the inconvenience caused. The details have been shared with the concerned department. Soon they would get back to you to resolve the matter. Today Avadhesh Tyagi 12:56pm I want you to take back this fan and refund my amount as you do not have competent mechanics who can repair this fan. Yesteday a mechanic came at 9:30 PM and brought the wrong part so went back. Again he has come today and fitted the fan but as soon as the fan was switched on there was sparking and all the wiring has been damaged. Please have the wiring done as it has been damaged due to incompetance of your mechanic.

                                I had bought the fan in the month of April and after installation I had seen that the fan was vibrating rigorously, so I had contacted the customer care for servicing. They sent a person to attend the complaint. Call no -EE011617. After attending the person could not give any certain solution as such he doubted that it might be a blade issue and said that they would try for blade change within a week, but they took almost 10 days, and when another guy came with the blades, he told that the blade was of another fan and that it had to be changed again. So I would like to ask that after buying a new fan from market if a customer has to face such numerous harassment for a simple fan, then is it justified. Do we have ample amount of time to spare for such hit and trial method of rectification. Why can the company just replace the faulty fan with a new one.

                                    Ha ells fan ...as soon as I plugged in I had to make a complaint of not running the fan...the boy came and changed its motor...but ran away with the bill...2nd time in 2015 it started giving the same problem...the boy came and started begging Rs 1150...on my refusal he started shouting ...I beg him not to shout like this ...aand requested him to come next time when I would have duplicate bill...but he threatened me ... this is Havells company...

                                    i bought havells acura steam iron around 1 year back . it functioned well for about 10 months .lately i have been having numerous problems . i contacted customer care and they sent a worker to repair it . i have registered complaints 3-4 times but the producct is still not repaired properly . After the last time it was repaired, it has started giving out sparks and a loud noise . This is a serious concern and can be dangerous . since now it seems that the iron can't function properly even after numerous repairs, i would like to get a replacement for the same . thank you
