I called multiple times to Havells Customer Support no one show up over the phone because of phone lines busy. Their is weird sound in my fans I bought on 16th Feb with 2 year warranty 4 pieces two of them are working fine however 2 has the problem in it. At night it gets weird sounds which does not allow my family to sleep well.       I had Havells Crabtree switches. Almost all of changed by company once or twice. But still these switches are very-very poor quality. Legs in side the switches are braking time by time. Even Fan regulators are braking into 2 pieces. When company man came to change these he said that we are misusing the switches. MISSUSING..., such a ridicules excuse to protect poor quality product. I doubt whether quality control department exists in this company or not. Very very poor quality plastic used. Fans making too much noise. You have to raise the volume of TV if you want to listen clearly. Company is replacing the switches free of cost, but all replaced switches are same old poor quality and stars giving trouble after some months, Most of "two way" switches are got replaced twice or thrice.       wall fan does not work

      havells switch is of a very poor quality worst then any local switch in market.stops working after 3 months o[censored]se. this is repeating year by year..no improvements

        Worst service it's been 7 days nobody has turnedup. Cooler purchased from Deoria. Eastern part o[censored]P. Local cooler is better than Havells. I would not recommend it for anyone.           Dear Sir, Please Read Carefully i put my complaint on 7/5/15, call no EE072322, our blender jar not working correctly, your Engineer came on 9th and change the rotating plastic part below the jar, it is very much much different than original one, after 6-7 days we are going to make the banana shake in blender and suddenly the steel blade came out in jar, and jar has been jammed with the machine, the we direct call the gurujant, the technician came before who came before ( mobile number - [protected] ), after waiting of 2 days and so many calls, he not came, then i again give a complaint 17 or 18 on your website call no, EE172049, then the same engineer came again, and he used pliers and other instrument to separate the machine and blender, then he break the lock of both, and he said he will come next days to change the lower part, lock of machine and blade of the blender and on 18th the message came from your website your problem has been resolved, then he came on today (21/5/15), with a very old jar, and he told me to change the jar, but i refuse it, because it looks like very old, then he separate the lower and upper part of old blender jar and interchange with my new original lower part of blender with blade, my upper part of jar is remains same and he change lower part with blade old one. i have a full video recording of that person who change my original jar with old jar, if you want then i will give you . What i want 1. Please change my jar bottam and blade with original one. 2. Your technician name gurujant mobile number [protected] or havells dealer i don't know who is behind this type of duplicate work, that persons seriously going down or drop down the havells brand name or image by changing the original product with duplicate or old one, it can be really a big crucial disadvantage of havells in my city . people will not buy any havells product at any cost, if you don't reform your service and these type of technician . 3.             I purchased a Havells "Dew Premium Underlight Fan" on 24th April and it stopped working within a week. After several complaints and mechanic visits the fan could not be repaired. I complained again through the website and got complaint no. EE031671 on 3rd May after which a mechanic came and opened the light and took some part for replacement. Now even after 10 days nothing has happened and a fan without light is hanging in my Drawing room for the last 10 days which is very embarrassing. I would request you to please have my fan replaced within 2 days failing which I will have no other option but to approach a consumer court to have the fan replaced and claim damages for harassment. havells replied as under : Havells - Future Smart Home 5/14, 11:47am Hello Mr. Avadhesh. We regret the inconvenience caused. The details have been shared with the concerned department. Soon they would get back to you to resolve the matter. Today Avadhesh Tyagi 12:56pm I want you to take back this fan and refund my amount as you do not have competent mechanics who can repair this fan. Yesteday a mechanic came at 9:30 PM and brought the wrong part so went back. Again he has come today and fitted the fan but as soon as the fan was switched on there was sparking and all the wiring has been damaged. Please have the wiring done as it has been damaged due to incompetance of your mechanic.

              I had bought the fan in the month of April and after installation I had seen that the fan was vibrating rigorously, so I had contacted the customer care for servicing. They sent a person to attend the complaint. Call no -EE011617. After attending the person could not give any certain solution as such he doubted that it might be a blade issue and said that they would try for blade change within a week, but they took almost 10 days, and when another guy came with the blades, he told that the blade was of another fan and that it had to be changed again. So I would like to ask that after buying a new fan from market if a customer has to face such numerous harassment for a simple fan, then is it justified. Do we have ample amount of time to spare for such hit and trial method of rectification. Why can the company just replace the faulty fan with a new one.

                  Ha ells fan ...as soon as I plugged in I had to make a complaint of not running the fan...the boy came and changed its motor...but ran away with the bill...2nd time in 2015 it started giving the same problem...the boy came and started begging Rs 1150...on my refusal he started shouting ...I beg him not to shout like this ...aand requested him to come next time when I would have duplicate bill...but he threatened me ... this is Havells company...

                  i bought havells acura steam iron around 1 year back . it functioned well for about 10 months .lately i have been having numerous problems . i contacted customer care and they sent a worker to repair it . i have registered complaints 3-4 times but the producct is still not repaired properly . After the last time it was repaired, it has started giving out sparks and a loud noise . This is a serious concern and can be dangerous . since now it seems that the iron can't function properly even after numerous repairs, i would like to get a replacement for the same . thank you

                    I have purchased juicer mixer grinder on 26/6/2014. its grinder was working properly but for first time when we used juicer some problem occur then one of their technician came and solve problem after that for 3 to 4 time it works and then again some problem occur and we compliant for it then technician came he says their is some minor mistake i will sort it, he came after one week and replace some parts but at that time the rotateter stop rotating so he took away mixer then he came after 10 or 11 laters after our 2 or 3 times calling, he came and tell taht every thing is sort out, we check that button of inc. and dec. speed of mixer was not working and he again took away mixer and till know its about 13 or 12 days he has not replied anything and even 2 times i call in companybut they are also making us fool.So that problem was inbuilt only when we purchased mixer.So its my request to exchange that mixer and provide us the one which work and ya i am really frustrate of complaining again and again. Is it look nice such a big company providing this type of product and services ?Please sir its my genuine request to exchange that product, really speaking I have never excepted that by purchasing such a branded product i have to suffer.Its seems their is no difff. between china and this branded product. I wish i will get better result of my complaint very soon bcuz sir its about 1 and half month i am complaining. Thanking you, your customer

                      Havell's instant geyser Neo 3 litre bought on 8th January 2013. More than 6 complaints logged in the first year. Last complaint logged on 10th December 2014. The guy who visited said tank is leaking and they don't have the part. Since then more than 2 weeks have passed and the opened up geyser is still lying unattended. Calling them on the Customer care number is useless since they say they've put in a reminder and it will be fixed by evening. shameful attitude.

                      Faulty products

                      We bought Havells false ceiling lights for our office in jubilee hills. each light costs around rs.11,000 in march, 2013.
                      the lights are not working properly and the service response is very bad.

                        Dear sir, I have purchased juicer mixer grinder of Endura Havells on 27/6/2014 from ketan vasan bandar(bapunagar). We use juicer after 4 month of that grinder there some problem occur and then we complaint one of your technician came and solve the problem at that time it work but after one month we again used juicer at that time whatever the waste material of fruits collect over their it was not coming out of the collecter so we made compliant through that toll free no then one of your technician came he took some of part of mixer and came after one week then when we check that grinder stop rotating so it was useless then he took away mixer along with him and again after 10 or 12 days he came and that time he says that i got it ready from company so their is no need of checking i am leaving then also we forcefully stop him to lets us conform one time wether its working or not then we check that button of inc. and dec. speed of mixer was not working and he took away mixer for repairing and told us he will repair it and inform about it with in 3 or 4 days but still he has not reply anything and now i think he has make your grinder a useless machine. Is it look nice that such a big company providing such type of product and services.I have really not excepted such type of services or product from such a big company .and i am really very frustrate.So please its my genuine request to you to exchange this juicer mixer grinder and give us the one which work properly. I wish this time i will get some better result of my complaint because i am really tired of doing complaint again and again. Thanking you your customer

                          Regarding installation of water geyser

                          I had purchased Havells 25 litres Puro water geyser from snapdeal.com and i had placed the order after confiming four times regarding the installation of the same in Pathankot Punjab from Havells customer care. Everytime they had confirmed that the installation will be done within 24-48 hours after raising the request of installation through havells customer care. I got the delivery of the product from snapdeal on 17.12.2014 and i had raised...

                            I have purchased 5 fans of Havells but have become fed up with its quality and service as I have made several complaint regarding the irritating noise where in they come to attend the calls but there is no outcome as the noise again starts after few hours.Once they have taken back the whole fan for repair but still problem was not rectified.These types of experience will definitely destroy the brand image of the company as customer dealing is so pathetic.

                              I have raised complaint DG130167 3 days ago but it is not getting actioned (No vist/No call). I had purchased 5 fans (Models: Fusion) out of which 3 fans are making noise. I have called multiple times but no action is being take. I had raised another complaint last month DF240930 in which engineer said to get the fan sheet fixed and then call us if it still makes noise. However, the fans are still making noise.

                              I have got the sms stating that the complaint has been fixed however the reality is that is has stilll not been attended, I am very disappointed with Havells services.

                              I want to escalate this matter and get the fans fixed/replaced to get proper resolution.

                                  Hi, I have purchased Havells water heater on Dec 20th, 2013 from Spence retail store. It is almost past 4 weeks and its installation is still pending. Logged call multiple times through spencer, but nothing is progressing. I am just getting SMS from every step, call logged, assigned, but nothing after that.
