I purchased two full metal body Havells fan in August 2015. Soon after installation we experienced noise coming from one of the fans. Since then, we have been calling customer care and registering complains but problem is not solved yet, even aggravated. Mr. Krish Enterprises, is always assigned for the repair. We always request for product replacment, but just change the motor, which did not help ever. Listing down all Registered complains regarding this product-

Poor fans, poor service. Regretting the decision to buy Havells Product.

    I have purchased one havells fan model- florence 12000 mm from its dealer b s electricals 22b rabindra sarani, shop no: g-275a kolkata 700073.
    On installing the fan it did not work. So i made a complain on the company customer care no [protected] on 5/4/16. The company send his technician the other day. He informed that the fan have a defective coil which was replaced the day. Now again on installing the fan it started rotating but with some unpleasant noise/sound. I again made a complain. This time the fault was with the defective bearing.

      My otg 24rss is not working from the first day as i got the product. I have purchased the otg from elektrokraft (Multi brand showroom) jamshedpur, contact no.[protected]/2222451 on 28th march, 2016, company vat tin : [protected]..The product was not checked by me when i purchased it, i am a outsider of the city so they are not providing any services too. I didn't got any guidance book or warranty paper from the box. The showroom are not talking properly, there salesman are using slang as they know we are not from the city. Sir i am into restro industry, its pretty much hard for me to continue my business. Hope please help.
      I shall be expecting a reply for this by tomorrow or i'm going to the consumer court and will make it sure that you people should face severe consequences.

                Dear Havells team,

                A month before i was purchased 5 nos. of tube light in which of them 2 nos. tube light creates problem, i was already complaint regarding this and an engineer came from havells team and he said that i contact to you and replace it, It still in warranty period,

                After one complaint no further response getting from your side, after that many more complaint was done from my side but still no any response.

                so, what is that..? is someone solved my problem...?

                this is my last complaint to you, either that i have no chance to believe on havells product services.

                  Hi, I purchased one gyser 10 lit storage on monday and called up customer care for installation request.The request NO was FB223174.This ticket was assigned to Tarama electronics Next day evening
                  (23rd Feb) I got call from a guy named Buddha([protected]). He told me he is resolving the ticket to save his SLA and confirmed that he would do the installation tomorrow(24th).Then I got one SMS that ticket has been closed. On 24th the same guy called me and informed that he won't be able to come. Then in evening again I raised another installation request by calling customer care.Req no was FB241714
                  and again it got allocated to tarama electronics. Now today(25th) morning I called up the same guy Budhha and he is still refusing to come and do the installation.I opted for havells only because it provides free installation but it seems I have to get it done at my own expense. After this pathetic service provided by havells I am never going to buy anything from you and would suggest my friends to do so. I would expect
                  stringent action to be taken against the tarama electronics.

                    Faulty geyser

                    The technician has to visit 6 times for repair works. Ultimately the coil got damaged in just 2 months. Customer care is not ready to replace it.

                    Visit #1 heating indicator was not working that was fixed
                    Visit #2 Cut off was less than minute
                    Visit #3 Cut off was increased to 6 minutes
                    Visit #4 Thermostat was changed
                    Visit #5 Water leakage due to over heating
                    Visit # Sparks were generating...

                    I have registered twice complaints about my Hawells Geyser product which automatically stopped working after the span of 15-20days. Hawells technician came both the times and reported the same reason - a loose connection of INTERNAL WIRES. So after solving the same problem twice, why the hell that problem arises again for the third time. This is the quality of service that Hawells providw.

                    Poor service.
                    Non-Technical technicians.
                    Late service.
                    Hawells Product as well as service Not Recommended

                      I have purchased around 30 tubes of Havells Maglev DLS from Koshees Electricals, ullor, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, from the third month onwards they started performing very poorly and stop functioning. I changed the tubes but was of no use.
                      I have to change the set as a whole . About 10 nos; were given to the dealer for repair but did not get any respond . I came to know from another dealer that the whole batch was default.

                      I request your humble attention to the above matter and kindly take necessary step in this issue .

                      I request you to take a quick decision in this matter/make necessary arrangements for a refund.

                                Awful is the word. I purchased havells over Crompton, Orient and all other companies on dealers recommendation. Spent extra pennies however was duped in a minute. Post installation the dealer was away with it. I called customer services to log a complaint on the 4 or the 5th day. Some one came to fix and I thought the services were efficient and great but to my surprise every thing is back to the same. Same issue with the Nicola model. Someone called me to check he status of the complaint and raised a complaint again assuring me everything would be sorted. It's about a week now but no one turned up. I would like to exercise this option before I raise it formally for cheating.

                                    This is with reference to my purchase of 4 Havells Fans in the month of May 2015 for my flat. From day 1, one of the fans is making lot of noise. Whenever I raises a complaint (7 times in total) to Havells, they sends someone to attend who takes off the fan and in couple of minutes, fixes it again. But the problem is always there. Now when I am chasing Havells for replacement, as the fan is under Warranty, they are not responding to me. Kindy help. Regards Rohit Goyal
