Hi, I purchased one gyser 10 lit storage on monday and called up customer care for installation request.The request NO was FB223174.This ticket was assigned to Tarama electronics Next day evening
(23rd Feb) I got call from a guy named Buddha([protected]). He told me he is resolving the ticket to save his SLA and confirmed that he would do the installation tomorrow(24th).Then I got one SMS that ticket has been closed. On 24th the same guy called me and informed that he won't be able to come. Then in evening again I raised another installation request by calling customer care.Req no was FB241714
and again it got allocated to tarama electronics. Now today(25th) morning I called up the same guy Budhha and he is still refusing to come and do the installation.I opted for havells only because it provides free installation but it seems I have to get it done at my own expense. After this pathetic service provided by havells I am never going to buy anything from you and would suggest my friends to do so. I would expect
stringent action to be taken against the tarama electronics.

    Faulty geyser

    The technician has to visit 6 times for repair works. Ultimately the coil got damaged in just 2 months. Customer care is not ready to replace it.

    Visit #1 heating indicator was not working that was fixed
    Visit #2 Cut off was less than minute
    Visit #3 Cut off was increased to 6 minutes
    Visit #4 Thermostat was changed
    Visit #5 Water leakage due to over heating
    Visit # Sparks were generating...

    I have registered twice complaints about my Hawells Geyser product which automatically stopped working after the span of 15-20days. Hawells technician came both the times and reported the same reason - a loose connection of INTERNAL WIRES. So after solving the same problem twice, why the hell that problem arises again for the third time. This is the quality of service that Hawells providw.

    Poor service.
    Non-Technical technicians.
    Late service.
    Hawells Product as well as service Not Recommended

      I have purchased around 30 tubes of Havells Maglev DLS from Koshees Electricals, ullor, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, from the third month onwards they started performing very poorly and stop functioning. I changed the tubes but was of no use.
      I have to change the set as a whole . About 10 nos; were given to the dealer for repair but did not get any respond . I came to know from another dealer that the whole batch was default.

      I request your humble attention to the above matter and kindly take necessary step in this issue .

      I request you to take a quick decision in this matter/make necessary arrangements for a refund.

              I was provided Havells meterial of electericity at my home in 2013 and was purchases from Pankaj electonics jalalabad west After this 10 switches becomes faulty in my home Th shopkeeper told me that ...when Havells team will visit at jalalabad He will come with team But about one year has passed The Switches has not been replaced by Pankaj Electericsals

                Awful is the word. I purchased havells over Crompton, Orient and all other companies on dealers recommendation. Spent extra pennies however was duped in a minute. Post installation the dealer was away with it. I called customer services to log a complaint on the 4 or the 5th day. Some one came to fix and I thought the services were efficient and great but to my surprise every thing is back to the same. Same issue with the Nicola model. Someone called me to check he status of the complaint and raised a complaint again assuring me everything would be sorted. It's about a week now but no one turned up. I would like to exercise this option before I raise it formally for cheating.

                    This is with reference to my purchase of 4 Havells Fans in the month of May 2015 for my flat. From day 1, one of the fans is making lot of noise. Whenever I raises a complaint (7 times in total) to Havells, they sends someone to attend who takes off the fan and in couple of minutes, fixes it again. But the problem is always there. Now when I am chasing Havells for replacement, as the fan is under Warranty, they are not responding to me. Kindy help. Regards Rohit Goyal

                        Dear Sir / Madam I have changed my home old switches completely into REO switches... Nearly about 80 switches.. all are getting damaged by breaking up one by one.. (before used local brand switches itself worked properly for 7 years.. it become dull in color so we changed it) within a few months these REO switches got breaking up.. And a real threat of current passes by broken switches.. sorry to say really messed up with it..and we have not seen such a worst switches yet.. we have replaced broken switches one by one complaining through toll free.. i cant often call and wait one by one through toll free and wait for 3 to 4 days... this spoils my time and job.. by this time two switches are shaking up and will broke in few days.. please understand and give me a one time solution... please change all in a time or refund... and please do reply...( i have service bill copys its more than 2mb so not being attached hear) Regards Manoj.                           We had purchased Havell's tubelights full set from R.K.Traders, Jagatpuri in August 2014 but I am sorry to state that there is a problem with the tubelights when the button is clicked accidently twice they just don't light up until they are tapped . I wish to state that the products are not upto the mark.

                            I purchased havells exhaust fan model (N. D. Ex fan - 450 mm) from authorised dealer shop in raebareli (S. K traders) , but it was totally 4 month not pass in last of july there are a big incident with my fan, during running it become damage and the damaged part was cut and separate with 2 blades from angle.

                            Date of purchasing: 09 april, 2015
                            Grantee: 2 years
                            Date of incident: 24 july, 2015

                            And i want to make you clear firstly that fan was in running position there were not any single thing in cooler is stick or trap with fan, infact the running fan start a small sound noise and we have to switched off cooler. You may see attached picture and know better please. I have more images if you needed i will provide you.

                            The company has given me warranty of (2 years) for motor and internal, i complaint to retailer and customer care, the refuse change and give me compensation for damaging charges.

                            ### i am not understanding what to do, and why i reinvest? Why i bear? Fan damaging cost. ###.

                            In case if running fan broken part was making injured me or my family member then company also withdraw his hands from same case?
                            It may be a serious issue be to.

                            Thank god, it was not very large, but i am bearing unnecessary trouble in summer.

                            $$$ if you please repair or please provide me new fan. On same model or i will go through the court. $$$$

                              I have been using Indo hi-speed fan for last 5 years with no complaints. As it started looking old and had some noise. I changed it to Havells hi speed- Swing platina. It stopped rotating in 2 months and then I called customer care. No action happened and then winter's came so I forgot. I have been calling Havells customer care for last 2 months now since May. Finally in June a mechanic arrived. Once he left we realized he has actually broken the throat of the fan while installing a part. We called back at the customer care and new mechanic came, and then a new one next time and another one after that to ask and check the same thing again and again. Finally this last person came with replacement part and told us that unfortunately the part does not belong to the model which is there and somehow fixed that part in the fan. The fan stopped working the next day. . We contacted the customer care and for last 10 days, the customer service keeps saying they will do something about it but after daily calls to the customer service, they keep telling me that they are escalating it. But nothing happened. I am fed up of this. and I really want that your forum should do something about it. My complaint no. is 150955 and the last I spoke to a customer care supervisor called Naresh.                                     i have purchase havells electrical products and use in my newly construction building (coral switch, wire, modular plate etc.) from your dealer M/s. Vaibhav Electricals, jawahar nagar, Raipur-492001 in oct. 2010 and onwards and that time they show me havells company give 10 years warranty in his product coral modular switch after that qwality of coral switches is not satispactory, so many switches loosed in duration uses

But the MCB which i have purchased of havells is now not working properly. Even a single year is not completed of this HAVELLS MCB. FOR THIS I HAVE COMPLAINT TO HAVELLS customer care service =[protected] ON[protected].I talked to MR DEEPAK on this number. he said that he call me in 24 hours. He also gave me a complaint number- EF244123.He said that he send a person for seeing the damage MCB. But i am really unhappy to tell you that there is no response till now. kindly take some action, if not please tell me that you are not interest in this matter. then unfortunatly i will have to buy a new MCB of another company.
