my self sumit bhatia i was purchased 6 tubelights in november 2010 with authorised dealer o havells out
of 6 ,2 tubes are not working with in 5 mths i am trying havells customer care minimum 20 times bus always there is one recorder says PLEASE BEING ON LINE OUR CUSTOMER CARE ARE BUSY .Ihave spent near about 100 rs for taking to ur customer care but still i am not able to speak VERY VERY POOR SERVICE if some one having responsiblity...

I purchased 6nos of Havell's Polstar E-lite 28W Set from M/S Vaishanavi Electricals, Aditya Apt,Chandak Circle, Nashik-2 on 0th Oct2010. On 9th Oct.10 I got it installed from experienced electrician. One fan could not start, so I called Mr. Subhash Rathod ( Cell # [protected]) of Shreyas Electricals ( Authorised Service Center for Havells fan) on advise of M/S Vaishnavi Electricals. After lot of follow up he came on 11th oct.evening & collected the fan to check & rectify the problem. He told me that he will installed the rectified or fresh piece after 2/3 days. But as on date i.e 16th Oct. he is trying to avoid and after rigorous follow up,yesterday told me to collect the fan from his works.

Is this a service? Is this a crime I made by purchasing Havell's fan?
After this, I will not commit a mistake to buy any of the Havell's product.

this is marimuthu from madurai three months before i take dd 10000 to havells lamp and send via proffesional courire but still now not responding me . all phone lines are not working . ref, meenakshi from havells lamp she say who are you, but i have all phone number address and relince number address and his account details and transport, and bill book printing , i want my money only otherwise all the details for to all and collect complaint peopls and go to correct address in delhi

I Sugumar Raju Paid for Rs.10000 to Havells lamp, Saini Complex, Office No.-7, Near Old Water Tank, Bijswashan, New Delhi-110061 for Making CFL at Home Business work on 7th June 2010. But still now they dont send me any raw material for work and they dont attand my call and they dont answer for me

I purchased one Havells Exhaust on 01/06/10 and from that day after installlation the fan is not working. I lodged complaint with the company through the
toll free no [protected] and comp no is 10062261 dtd 05/06/10.The company is cheating us telling that.it will be done tyoday. Till today at 6-45pm no body attended.I therefore request you to take action against such cheat company.

I've Purchased one Havells fan just a months back,which is installed in my village house at medinipur(east).I've spend 1350/-for it,whereas there are soo many company producing there products in a very less price range.So what is the use of purchase a havells fan by spending more money ??????
At the moment the Fan is completely in a death mode,and it is so tuff for me to bring the Fan again by travelling 180 K.M. Up & down to get it to the service centre.
So would like to request to the company to assist me how the isue will short out.
Plz revert back soon.

i have purchased a havells ceiling 7 days ago fan from a dealer in barrackpore from gramo radio house.but the dealer is not helping me to get the service.i am very disappointed because the numbers given in the gurrantee card are not valid number of havells pvt limited.this is so disgusting.whenever i call the dealer he always say that the service will be in 48 hours.in this hot summer days is this possible for anyone to live without the fan for 48 hours.please help me out.

I purchased four nos. of Havells ceiling fans about four month ago from M/s AMMA agency, kurmanapalem, visakhapatnam and installed with remote control provided by the builder in two rooms and other two with normal switch facility. All of a sudden one of the fans stopped working from 16.04.2010 which is conected to remote control. I got checked the remote contol by connecting this fan point to light, which was working alright.

My Fan is not working

I purchased five fans of havells from Yaspal Electrical , Indirapuram, Ghaziabad in mid of Dec 2009(winters). We start operating the fans in feb end, but in one of the fans th enoise in bearing is coming . We have approached dealer, who intern refused to do anything and replaced the bad product we have purchsed from him. We have made complaint to company call centre and a person froms ervice station has inspected the product. He has wriiten that the product can not be repaired at site and need to take to workshop. Company is not ready to replace the prpduct which could not be used even for a full month.

How can Havells be such a irresponsible company , we have trsuted them and select their product on brand image ???

Still I request company to do some favour to me and get it replaced falling which I have to initiate legal proceedings against delaer and company.

I HAVE PURCHASED HAVELLS FAN FROM BALLABGARH ON 1/04/2009 WITH 2 YRS WARRANTY, MODEL NO. SPRINT PD-F (450MM) .
AT PRESENT IT IS NOT WORKING, I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE BUT IT WAS INVAIN , NUMBER GIVEN IN BROCHURE IS WRONG.

This is to inform that I bought an exhaust fan (turbo force, 300 mm, single phase) on 07.03.2010 from Havells Galaxy, Sector-63, Noida.



The fan was delivered to me in packed condition with motor & blades separately. On enquiry for assembly & testing, it was assured by the sales man (mr sharma) that it is already tested at the factory & the quality is assured due to its brand.



On the contrary, when the fan was installed at my home (in the kitchen), I found that blades are not able rotate though full voltage/current is available and it rotates only when it is given a push. Further, after push start the fan makes very loud noise and also different kind of humming loud sounds while rotating.



I am 100% dissatisfied with this product and expect HAVELL’S to either replace this fan immediately or refund my money. A complaint no.10032220 has already been lodged separately on 08.03.2010 at customer care of HAVELLS.

I have purchased around 20 fans for my residence and office of HAVELS, now we are facing problem and we wouldlike to know your service center to get servioce faulty ceiling fan. Please provide us your authorised service center at Vadodara, Gujarat.

Three Havells Fan Model 8-CF080038, 8-CF0800322 were purchase in year 2008 from M/s AAR CEE Traders, Jalandhar. On our complaint Mr. Lalit Jayoti, Service Engineer visited for attending the complint on Dated[protected] and declare that Fans are defected and required to be replaced. When we contacted M/s AAR CEE Traders, Jalandhar, Then he replied that now she is no bussiness relation with M/s Hevells, so approched another place.
So, Pl replaced the Fan at earliest or make communication for assurence.
I am very much annoyed with M/s AAR CEE Traders, Jalandhar & its service.
