2 Ceiling fans of 'HAVELLS VELOCITY 1200 MM', purchased on 8/5/12 from the dealer 'KHOKAN ELECTRIC & ELECTRONICS, GARIA STATION ROAD' out of which 1 fan is not functioning. Accordingly a complaint was lodged to your toll free no., under registration no.'BE191205' . I am sorry to say that no one has attended the complaint from your side after my repetitive requests.
you are requested two advice us further course of action from our side.

    Hello Sir,

    I have bough 2 havells fans in February, 2012. Both are Fusion 2 and 1200mm fans. Both fans started making noise right after one month o[censored]sage.
    I have complained twice (BE260364 & BE010087 ). Once only once, One technical person came to my house and checked the fans and said that THIS MODEL FANS HAVE PROBLEM and he knew how to fix it. He did something and right after he left, the fans started making noise again. I called him several and even lodged another complaint but no one came to that. Havells claims to be number 1 brand in electrical equipments. But this kind of poor service from Havells is really frustrating. I heard several complaints regarding havells poor service and I am wrong to buy them.

    Never buy these Havells fans these are worthless. Even my neighbour bought couple of fans which had the same problem. Havells fans saves really fully power as we will not switch them on because of noise they make.

      respected sir,
      this is himanshu, we had taken a juicer mixer grinder from a havells distributer in dewas(near indore). the product was not good and having manufacturing defect in it. when we had taken the mixer again to the shop then he behave very rudely to us and not taking the responsibilty for the mixer saying he is not responsile for the product.
      sir this is the humble request please do take an action against it. and we don't know what to do now.

        I have bought 5 fans of Havells. All 5 were making sound. Through my contacts I got 2 replaced with the dealer but they are making more sound than the original ones. They are only 3 months old now and from day one each one is making different sounds. When the Havells engineer visits, he first tries to put the blame on the wrong fitting done by the electrician, voltage etc.

        This is the third time I have lodged a complaint with Havells and after paying around 7500+ for 5 fans, we have to live with all types of sounds they make.

        TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HAVELLS.

        WE RECOMMEND THAT NOBODY SHOULD BUY HAVELLS FANS AND UNDERGO TRAUMA FOR NO FAULT OF THEIRS AND THAT TOO AFTER SHELLING OUT MANY THOUSANDS OF RUPEES. PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM HAVELLS...

          I have purchased two fan havells fusion-2 ,1200 mm on dated[protected] from Jagmag electric company ,106 / 395 P.Road Kanpur [ Authorised Dealer]. The fans are working properly but giving noise which create disturbance.So plese send your technecian to repair it as soon as possible.

          The fan is under warranty.

          We acquire a business in marketing of Electric goods, And thus have been the distributors of havell's fans and CFL(compact florescent lamp) since last 4 YEARS.

          The company gave a guarantee period of 1 year in CFL's, in which the average replacement which came was approx 20 to 22%.

          Than all of a sudden havell's India Ltd.
          made an aggressive decision, of removing the entire guarantee without any prior notice to any of the distributors.

          And when asked for the replacement of the sold goods, we were told that they will accept only 7% of replacements, where else the total replacement of CFL's is 22%.

          SO SIR, I REQUEST YOU TO GIVE ME FURTHER SUGGESTIONS, AND TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT.

          I am ratailer of Electrical good in Asoda(Jalgaon city). Your Company give garranty of one year of CFL and make replacement. I gave replacement near about ten CFL to customer but Due to the changing Dealership/Distributor in jalgaon city they don't make replacement of CFL to me and I had make replacement to customer. Current dealler say I am not sold these CFL there fore i dont change it. Here I had loss near about Rs. 1000/-

          So Sir, I heartly make request you to give me further suggestions, and tell me what shold I do next.

            dear sir, i buy havells all purpose fan in 2008 but he is working very poor,
            1 fan blade is broken 2 times & 2nd fan motor is not working proper.
            i have change both o[censored]s on my cost from ur service provider mr. rakesh verma in indore. but very short time the both prob. again revised. i continuous touch with mr. rakesh verma ( mob. no.[protected] for the same prob. to short out but every time he is asking me 1 week to repalce mot. prob. but he can't change.
            plz. short out my prob. as soon as possb.

            since you have a wife and son at Mumbai and you are also cheating a girl from mumbai you have to make several calls to both of them and hence your high bill. Not only this much your sins have also gone up. For them God is preparing an itemised bill to recover from you.

              I purchase Havells energy saving ceiling fan es50 about 20 days ago. There was a noise in the fan with rotation. I complaint the retailer in the locality and he asked me to complain to a toll free no. [protected]. I made a complaint on[protected] at 6:20 p.m. and got a complaint no. AF240919. The company said that they will solve the problem within 48 hours. I got a call from a local dealer on[protected] around 01:30 p.m. and he send a mechanic at 02:30 p.m. I explained the problem to mechanic after that he opened all the parts of the fan rudely and said there is a slight loosing in the bearing. I was shocked to see the treatment of the mechanic to the fan how he just all the aligned parts of a fan (energy saving). The cabinet of fan was not re-closed properly. When he re-install the fan i saw a bubbling in the rotation and slight decrease in the speed. I told the same thing to the representative of the company and he just tilted the blades of the fan ignoring the change in speed. I again asked him about the change in speed and he replied "kuch nahi hai hum to hai phir aa jayenge." means i'm here for any future problems. He asked for the warranty card and take it from me saying that you collect it from the retailer as i have to send a xerox copy of this card to the company. Also he ask me to write a fault in technical term some thing like bearing shaft loosing and get it signed by me. Meantime due to power cut the fan was running on luminious sine wave inverter. The motion of fan was not free and there was a noise also. The mechanic said it is due to the power supplied by the inverter. Now on[protected] i.e. in the summer season at 11:30 P.M. the fan again making a noise like diesel engine in the room where my kid with her grandparents are sleeping. My child start crying at night and there is not any substitute for the fan. My question is Am I able to give a good sleep to my child and my parents. Now where is that mechanic who said he will be here, at this time? I tried the same toll free number at 11:35 and the machine said to call between 09:30A.M. and 05:30P.M. Now I do not want this fan opened by a mechanic but I want a fresh piece.

                I bought 3 63A 4 pole 300mA RCCB at Rs.2200/-. from Best power system & Control, Palakkad on 23/12/2010. It had 1 year warranty.
                after 3 months one of them got damaged, and we had to open that RCCB, as our motor was not working and the line voltage was ok. When we opened the RCCB it was burnt inside.
                We gave it to the distributor for replacement, at first he told that as it was opened warranty would not be given, when we said the voltage is ok and there is no problem to other two RCCB, he took the damaged RCCB from us and told us that he would sent it back to you. Later after 2 weeks when we went to him he gave it back to me and told me that company said warranty is not possible. i think he had just kept that RCCB with him for 2 weeks, had had neither asked the company or tried for replacement. Is this is what you call warranty?
                only after opening RCCB we knew it was burnt inside, later we replaced it with a new one and the motor started working. From the distributor's response i came to know that if a light is nor working and a switch is on warranty period we have to send the switch to company or distributor with out checking if voltage is there is some loose contact in switch etc.
                I would like to have your response in this matter and enquiry on your behalf againist the distributor.

                The RCCB which was damaged was of GUTS Electromech Limited. The distributor did not write name of company in the bill, as i told you i bought 3 RCCB of which the one damaged was of Guts and others were Havells at the time of buying he told us that all of them have 1 yr warranty, so we were confused that it was of Havells make. Sorry, when we went again to distibutor to replace the damaged one he gave us a Havells make . The name of the damaged RCCB is not legible, when we took the RCCB to your service they told it is not Havells make and think its of GUTS make. Sorry that i made a complaint against you. Actually we were made confused by the distributor.
                Sorry Also i had a good response from your service team.

                    I purchased 6nos of Havell's Polstar E-lite 28W Set from M/S Vaishanavi Electricals, Aditya Apt,Chandak Circle, Nashik-2 on 0th Oct2010. On 9th Oct.10 I got it installed from experienced electrician. One fan could not start, so I called Mr. Subhash Rathod ( Cell # [protected]) of Shreyas Electricals ( Authorised Service Center for Havells fan) on advise of M/S Vaishnavi Electricals. After lot of follow up he came on 11th oct.evening & collected the fan to check & rectify the problem. He told me that he will installed the rectified or fresh piece after 2/3 days. But as on date i.e 16th Oct. he is trying to avoid and after rigorous follow up,yesterday told me to collect the fan from his works.

                    Is this a service? Is this a crime I made by purchasing Havell's fan?
                    After this, I will not commit a mistake to buy any of the Havell's product.

As per thier advice Rs. 30,000/- D.D. was taken and sent through Professional courier to the above address. Neither any meterial nor any trining personnel have attended to our vizag address even after the lapse of 20 days.                                   I purchased two Havells fans(FU801N-2-1200 mm) a month back and both fans' motors are having some issues. After booking a complaint, technician put a sticker on both fans and asked us to hand over the fans to the shop ( GOEL Electricals, Kanhiya Nagar, Trinagar, Delhi -10035) from where I purchased. But when I asked shopkeeper to change or repair, he didn't commit any date and expect me to keep on following up with him at regular intervals.

                                  Could you please suggest the best approach to avail the services..??

                                  Now, I am not going to purchase another couple of fans just to beat the heat until I get two defected fans back (obviously repaired).

                                  I am Ramamoorthy, residing at Tiruvanmiyur, Chennai bought one Havells ACCL 30/12 A EB to DGC converter on 31/10/2013 from Standard Electricals, Adyar, Chennai paying Rs.1484/-. On installation I found that the same is not working. While I contacted the shop phone no[protected] they informed that the company will replace the same and shop is responsible for the faults. All our efforts to contact the company were in vein. The numbers printed behind the bill is false and I wonder why a company of Havells standing keeps their eyes shut on a product complain especially on an electrical equipment.

                                  It is very disappointing as a customer of havells that our complaint is not resolved even after one year from complaining to havells. Please refer our call no.. DC100670 dated 10th March 2014, Call no. DJ160397 dated 16th october 2014 and Call no. DL010430 on 1st december 2014. Every time your executive comes try to pretend of doing something to the fan and then says that he will visit next day with new blades of fan and disappears for months. At the same time we always receive a sms saying your call is closed.
                                  This type of fraud was not expected by Havells team when I purchased all fans for my new home of Havells brand and since then I facing a problem. I have stopped recommending Havells to my friends and relatives. Also after this experience when I had to purchase a instant Electric water heater I did not go for havells instead I purchased Bajaj water heater which is serving me the best since months.
                                  I will never recommend Havells to anybody from now.
                                  If you don't replace the two fans which are making noise & resolve my complaint; I will escalate this matter to consumer court with all the evidences I have against you.

                                  I have purchased Adonia 15 litre geyser in the Nov 2017. But, from the date of purchase, it never worked for 10 days. I have complaint so many times on the customer care but problem not resolved. For the last 6 to seven times the same problem of short circuit and smoke is coming. But the service engg can't able to find the cause, each time they are changing the connector and the next day problem again comes.                                     I've Purchased one Havells fan just a months back,which is installed in my village house at medinipur(east).I've spend 1350/-for it,whereas there are soo many company producing there products in a very less price range.So what is the use of purchase a havells fan by spending more money ??????
                                    At the moment the Fan is completely in a death mode,and it is so tuff for me to bring the Fan again by travelling 180 K.M. Up & down to get it to the service centre.
                                    So would like to request to the company to assist me how the isue will short out.
