I have been following up with the HCL PF helpdesk team for the last 5 years of my PF transfer concern. initially they had shared the Annexure-K with me but the amount has not been transferred to EPF account. Still I am unable to see the service history and amount in the current organization EPF account.

I am an ex HCL employee, Year of leaving 2012. I could not withdraw PF amount because no one from hcl_pf.[protected]@hcl.com is assisting on the process. Please help me to withdraw without further delay....

I joined in HCL on 24th December 2018 and my last working day is 17th September 2021.

They have looted my two months of Salary (around 60k) in the name of recovery policies even after I served 3 months of notice period.

Do you think is this kind of policies are acceptable?

A company should give proper compensation if not, at least they should give actual F&F settlement.

This is Saikumar, I got offer letter from HCL technologies on 21st sep and they mentioned the same date as my joining date, But it's been week they are not giving any update and not responding to my mails and calls too....

I got selected in HCl in DECEMBER they sent conformation mail in April and they asked us to upload files on August its been 8 months and am still waiting.No response from the hr they haven't rolled my offer letter yet and not responding for my mails...

HCL Pf portal says amount disbursed, and I Had downloaded annexure K. There is no details regarding the transaction number, UTR number in Annexure-K.

Please provide me updated annexure k with UTR /transaction details.

I urgently need those funds due to financial requirements .I Have been following for long time over email, kindly request you to help me out .

My name is Kruthika, EX-employee of HCL. My sap id is 51598401. I transferred my PF amount from the HCL PF account (PF num: GN/GGN/005572/[protected], Pension num: GN/GGN/005572/326743) to my current PF account PY/KRP/146100/[protected]. The claim was successful but the transferred amount is shown as Rs.0/- in the EPFO portal. I wrote to EPF grievance they asked me to check with HCL PF trust administrators so I mailed a month ago, I dint get...

I have received mail from HCL technologies on 21st august 2021, saying that “we are pleased to offer you the position of a roll designation will be data analyst. And they asked me to pay deposit fee for security purpose....

I was working with HCL Comnet from Jan 2007 to Oct 2011 and after that they transferred me to HCL technologies payroll, my PF amount was transferred from HCL Comnet to hcl technologies account but my HCL Comnet details were not shared with EPFO and that why till date it's not updated on EPFO portal. I am continiosally follow with HCL PF team for my issue but till date didn't get any positive response, see below complete mail trial.

On 29th July 2021 My PF transfer process on the portal was showing in submitted state and it says 20 working days to be settled and showing up under your EPF passbook.
So 20 workings + 10 days weekend off = 1 month approx.

Its 10th of Sept now and still i haven't received the PF transfer amount reflecting in my EPF passbook.

As I've transfered my previous company PF amount to HCL PF account through online transfered, the status also shows settled. But current PF statement shows only HCL contribution.

I relieved from HCL on August 11th 2021. I've raised SSD for this regarding while I was in HCL, they also requested me to submit Annexure K. But at the time I didn't have Annexure K, then I've raised EPF grievance and got the Annexture K.

I am very disappointed as the behaviour of HR is very rude, my concern is that after clearing all the rounds even live interview session completed conducted by HR itself her name is Remya V.

But after that she is not picking my calls and not responding to my Emails..

One more HR from HCL called me and told like you cleared all round but project budget is not more so you are on hold stage.br...

Hi, recently my profile got shortlisted in HCL. I successfully passed the first round of technical interview. I was invited for the managerial round at 11:00 am.
1.It is so disappointing as i waited around half n hr for the panel to join, but no one showed up.
2.The HRs are not picking up the call now, it is been 10 times i tried to reach her. No response. Very unprofessional and unpunctual.
