They asked to pay initial fee 8400 after payment they kept on hold again they asked 8400 to pay its refundable, I said to cancel and refund my amount but they did'nt refund yet. And he is not picking my call.

      Yesterday I got mail for interview they said to pay initial amount for interview process, after paying amount they kept me on hold again he said to pay amount, I said to cancel my interview process and asked to refund the amount, still I didn't get amount.
      HCL Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I also got the same mail and I wanted to refund my amount.

        So I worked for HCL Technologies for 1 year and 9 months. In that time I worked every day including over time but went 3 months without getting a paycheck. Then when I finally got a paycheck it took another 6 weeks to get paid the correct amount. Another time I worked the required "flex day" off during the week and worked Saturday for 2 weekends and didn't get paid not once or twice but at least 3 times. During the pandemic we started working from home and were told we'd get reimbursed for our internet $35.00 (u.s.) In each case I had to fight to get paid and finally settled for an amount and way to get paid but I never got paid for the internet reimbursement for 12 months worth. Then on 6/16/21 I was told that I was fired. They said when can we get our equipment back and I said as soon as you tell me you have my check at the office for the full amount of money owed to me (88 hours worked from 6/1/21 to 6/16/21 and 48 hours vested vacation time and the $420.00 Internet reimbursement) I'll bring everything and pick up my paycheck. They still haven't answered so I can bring the equipment back and they blocked me from any further communication.

          You have settled my F&F amount without paying my last year FY20-21 Annual performance Bonus payout .As per HCL Policy i suppose to receive my Annual performance bonus amount. I got my rating as "Distinguished Performance" and I am in the HCL payroll on 60 th day of the Financial year .

          Requesting please settle my Performance Bonus amount else, i need to file a legal action as my bonus amount .

          Even HR and EHS Managers confirmed that it will be settled down along with F&F .Please note it is not a small amount to skip it out.

                              PF Portal shows that PF has been disbursed and also provide the UAN number as well however when I logged into UAN site I couldn't see my Passbook and also I couldn't transfer this PF account to my current UAN because you guys forgot to send annexure k.
                              Can you please help and advise?

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I have raised a request to transfer my PF. As my current employer has his own trust sk it is a direct transfer of PF from HCL trust to my present employer Trust. On his portal it is showing disbursed but I submitted the Annexure K to my present employer which i have downloaded from HCL portal then they are unable to track the transaction. Then I asked HCL for transaction detail like Neft number and transaction date. They are not giving me proper reply.

                                      But PF ammount is not credited in my account!
