I am an ex employee of HCL (Pune location).
This is in regards with the contribution that I've made towards provident fund.
This amount I am unable to view it on the EPFO portal (it's showing as blank).
Could you please guide me on whom should I contact about this in HCL, I am struggling to find the right POC. Or if you can shortly help me out with any of the process for it be seen.

This is surprising to note that during your employment period with HCLT you were not aware that PF is maintained in house in HCLT thru a Trust and PF statement for Trust is available in ESS and not EPFO portal.

    We are minority religion. Christianity. The complaint is on behalf of my sister. After my sister joined this corrupt company HCL having previously she worked in Cognizant Technology for 1 and a half years as a Program Analyst with very good remarks when she resigned. In this company, the employees and superiors, as it's a BPO were totally uneducated and had no good manners she was continuously facing discrimination by her male colleagues and also female colleagues. They started humiliating her by derogatory remarks, comments on her body, her faith on christianity was questioned and she was repeatedly abused by calling her 'Hypocrite', some of the male employees tried to outrage her modesty sexually, also as per my sister somebody has hacked her computer and were spying on us. My sister got so upset and faced severe depression and lack of sleep for months, they are sending a notice aftera year shamelessly and having no remorse and empathy and no humanity, as she quit the job without serving a notice period, she has to pay an amount. Since we didn't respond today they have sent another notice, this time by an uneducated, unethical lawyer to fraud us. Seriously, some companies don't have dignity neither fears God for their actions. We will go to court by hiring a top lawyer to file a case against the company and sue them for abuse, also against the employees who were involved in harassing her. In her previous company, she was respected and the colleagues were all cultured. 1 and a half years. She was sent good wishes too. Within 2 months, in this corrupted company with no moral code, they shattered my sister 's soul and now they want money for breaking her soul. This is no joke. As we are Christians, they think we are Jesus Christ who will forgive them how much ever they wrong us, do injustices and generously accept being sued for no fault on our side. If they want money, before outraging my sister's modesty, humiliating her every way, they should have respected her. Such uneducated low lives, material obsessed.

    To all women, never join this company. Only immoral women and men will support this company. Beggar company who lure innocents to exploit and backstab.

        Hello Team

        I was scheduled for an interview 25 Jun 2021 by nisha.[protected]@adso.com with HCL technologies and [protected]@hcl.com and [protected]@hcl.com has taken my interview. After taking interview of 20 minutes they said you are shortlisted and they are going to release offer letter.

        After one or two days nisha.[protected]@adso.com requested for all my academic and professional document to release the offer letter. She also demanded for cancelled check and CIBIL document to sign and send back to her.

        After sharing all these documents I realised that they are doing fraud with me to mis use my documents. nisha.[protected]@adso.com also involved another lady as Sangeeta (saying herself as HCL HR) to demand for these documents. nisha.[protected]@adso.com also invlolved [protected]@hcl.com as a interviewer in this .

        I am 100% sure all these are fake person and wanted to misuse my documents . REQUEST YOU TEAM TO VERIFY THE BELOW EMAIL IDS AND MOBILE NOs. Also do not allow anyone to misuse my documents.
        Also They are arranging one more interview on an app called as HCL TalView. I have never hear about this app and it is very suspected.

                    Same here. I have been requesting PF statement for the current year. Since couple of PF were deducted including VPF I wanted to know if the amount were included in the PF balance for employee and employer contribution. My next move will be to write to the PM Mr.Modi and Fin Secretary and to major newspaper Letters to the editor. Separated employees should not be treated like this

                            I have initiated PF Transfer request thru HCL PF online portal. Till now process went and now status is Disbursed on Online Portal for my request.
                            But When I downloaded Annexure K from portal, It doesn't have UTR number or Cheque number motioned.
                            I am getting this PF transfer processed Manually with my current employer and they are asking UTR Number for transfer.

                                The relieving letter and experience letter has not been released in my separation portal as it's been crossed 50 days since i left the organization.

                                I have got all the clearance from respective stakeholders .

                                I have sent mail to fnf settlement team who handles this for couple of times but no response from them.

                                Kindly help me to get my relieving letter and experience at the earliest.

                                  I have been employed with HCL on 17/04/2017 and got released on 30/04/2021

                                  The relieving letter and experience letter not been generated in my separation portal as it's been 2 months since i left HCL.

                                  I have got all the clearance from respective stakeholders .

                                  its been 60 days i have joined new firm i have not submiitv reliving letter and exeperience letter, im in the verge of loosing my job .


                                  Kindly help me to get my relieving letter and experience at the earliest.

                                        I’ve not joined HCL and I confirmed the same soo many times in calls and through emails. But today when I checked the PF portal there is a PF account created for me with name of HCL technologies, which is unacceptable and currently I’m unable to initiate a transfer request due to this.
                                        Kindly solve this issue ASAP which may lead to many problems in my PF account Present and Future also facing issues with my PF account in Current organization
