Transfer of pf amount to current employer

Hi,

I am swathi an ex-employee of HCL with employee id 51519045. I have requested for transfer of my PF amount to my current employer. The claim status says as settled with 0 amount. In the seperation portal also I see the status as disbursed. But my current employer didn't receive the amount yet. I have raised a grevience on the EPFO portal as well and they mentioned that only the PF service is transferred not the PF amount....

I got a call from HR that I got selected . After that provide me a mail for giving all the document after that he is saying offer letter is in hold .how can I get the offer letter and the job asap

    Hi,

    I have submitted for PF withdrawal on April 15th, its more than 25 days but till now i didn't receive the amount of any update from HCL, still it showing 'received and under processes'

          No Response for EPF & EPS Withdrawal Request

          At the outset, I would like to state that I cherish my nearly 12-year stint with HCL Tech.
          It is therefore unfortunate that I have to raise a complaint in the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum against the PF Department of HCL Tech.

          I have submitted all my documents in Idiscover hcl portal on march 13 2021 and I haven't get offer letter till now and I am try to Cal Hr but he is not picking Cal and not giving proper information.. Requesting u to get me my offer asap.

            I have submitted PF transfer request in HCL PF portal and raised a one PF one account.

            But money is not transferred yet. Doing email follow ups with PF Team from long back but no luck. No one responding...

            Issue not resolved In HCL Separation portal request status showing as "Request Submitted" But PF amount not transferred yet. Request submitted a year back !!!
            HCL Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            SLA for PF transfer/settlement is 20 working days from the date your online raised request is acknowledged by PF Team of HCLT. You may refer to auto generated SMS and mail messages in this regard.

            It is further clarified that HCLT PF team is mandated to initiate PF transfer in EPFO portal and transfer of PF accumulations is made thru EPFO gateway, thereby once you receive auto message and the status of your PF transfer is shown as "disbursed" in HCLT's separation portal, you have to approach PF office of your current establishment for further assistance as action for PF transfer stands closed from HCLT side

              My PF transfer request got approved but the transferred amount in not getting reflected in the current PF passbook. I have raised a grievance in EPFO portal but they asked me to share Annexure K and payment details. Please help me with the same.

              HCLT PF team is mandated to initiate PF transfer in EPFO portal and transfer of PF accumulations is made thru EPFO gateway, thereby once you receive auto message and the status of your PF transfer is shown as "disbursed" in HCLT's separation portal, you have to approach PF office of your current establishment for further assistance as action for PF transfer stands closed from HCLT side

              EPFO portal in itself generates Annexure K which only PF office can share

                My name is Tribid Maji and I am an EX Employee of HCL .My employee id is 51760794, I raised Online transfer of PF on 22nd March 2021, and it was settled on 10th April 2021 but in Claim Status it showed the approved amount is 0 Rs and the status was settled. Below is the Screenshot of Claim Status. I also raise a grievance to PF Dept but the reply was this is not our issue this is only HCL and you asked for Annexure K Sheet, Please provide my annexure sheet so that I can easily transfer the PF Money to current PF Dept.

                  The reason that am writing here is because am nowhere to go further, since am totally frustrated with HCL PF team ([protected]@hcl.com,
                  [protected]@hcl.com ).

                  I am facing issue login to my PF portal, every time when i login to PF portal where we can apply for pf withdrawal, i can see only the rejected error message. I have reported this along with snippet to above officials but no proper response.

                  I have been followup up more than a year now. Someone out there who read this, please help me to address this issue.

                        I have applied for the pf withdrawal on March the 5th. I have been trying to contact hcl just to get an update about the pf amount. I have been told that the amount is transferring and you will get it in 20 working days. Now it’s been more than 30 days still nothing happened. I am not getting any response from pf team.                         due to ongoing pandemic situation, it will take some more time to process. You may visit HCLT;s separation portal to download mandatory Annexure K and share the same with dealing PF office of your current employer in next 10 days
                        The pandemic is for me as well. I am in need that’s why I am asking for it. Please check if it can be transferred asap, please!

                          EPF Transfer Issue

                          I am trying to raise online PF Transfer from EPF portal but I am not getting HCL PF details while I am entering my Member ID and UAN number and pressing Get Details button.
                          It looks HCL created new UAN for me and they are not providing the UAN used in my record in HCL PF Trust.

                          Hi Team,

                          Before couple of weeks i selected for the HCL for one of the process and HR(Sangeeta Called me for the HR discussion) but sudden she stopped picking call and one day she told me i am sangeeta's relative and she infected with corona so she can't talk to me... but continually
                          i tried to contact her but she didn't pick call one day i called her with my wife's number then she pick called and told me your candidature got dropped now.

                          in this pandemic situation they are doing these kind of activities... .they are not feeling any kind of shame... why they contact to the employee who package is high then your budget if you are calling them arranging interview then you have to give them expected hike to them ...how we can drop the anyone candidature after the selection process...this cheating... HCL should take the hard action against these kind of HR and managers

                              I have recently received FNF(Full and Final settlement statement) from HCL where 7 days LWP is marked for last week, on last day i submitted timesheet through empower app as i was in office for exit formalities, and that timesheet didn't got reflected in system, now for that week LWP was marked, i did not get any mail for that neither my reporting manager updated that,
                              so in final salary 7 day payment is deducted,
                              Now I am seeking solution for this, my HR as well as Reporting managers are saying they acknowledge that i have worked but cant's do anything if timesheet is not there,
                              I believe in extreme scenarios manager can fill or raise tickets for these things.
                              i need help on this front as no one is against that i have worked, just no one knows what can be done to correct this.

                                If you have any query related to PF and Pension transfer then approach your current employer to understand online raising of request in EPFO portal
                                Further read instructions which you had received from EMS tool at the time of separation from HCLT to understand any further PF related query
