Myself Ramavtar Sharma and i am very much frustrated from HDB finance service its more than 3 months after verification still not got any response and even not replying properly about my loan status and worse case is his agent Krishna([protected]) not responding. I miss mairaj shaikh, apply for personal in hdb finance, i had submitted the document on 18/11/2015 to executive name is Mr Akshay and his TL Mr Onkar Herlekar on that basis they had given me commitment of approved loan amount 4lacs, after lots of followsup they provide me 1.5 disbursement on 14/12/2015.. after they committed remaining amount of rs 2.5lacs will disburse on 19/12/2015 but till date they had not disburse any single rupees. I had sign blank agreement and gave 20 cheques of sbi bank account that is my salary account. but now they are not receving my calls, not even update any status. they had taken my lots of documents. i am newly joined govt employee if any misplaces will haven with doccument so who will be responsible ? what about my remaining loan amount when it will get disbured? kindly take action on urgent basis. i want my full loan amount otherwise i will not pay emi...

About the management team they are telling to work like Buffalo in our office if we take our casual leave which we have they are ready to do that till now they putting into a loss of pay even thou if we have 16 paid leave n we have to work 12 hrs work there will not leave us for the tea break also if from the head office people comes only that day they will leave us for the break and some hr manager n this office manager they are behaving with like sexual abusing if the people dont want to work there n give resignation they are not ready to accept it if we force. Them then only they will accept that too after 3 months after informing them n while we are in notice period the last month salary we will not get

I am Raj Kanta. I have taken LAP from HDB financial services, Ambala Cantt Branch. Now I want to close my loan amount . But the executives of this branch not received the money and extra charges have been lavied on my total amount. My LAP a/c no. is 547773. Plz guide your staff executives for this type of working . My name is Karan and I want to complaint against HDB financial services pvt ltd (Mumbai branch) regarding for my provident fund amount. I am already submitted my PF form on 4th September 2015 in HDB financial services Vikas puri branch New Delhi. On 19th Sep 2015 HDB financial services Mumbai branch replied that your PF form has been rejected due sign mismatch than again I submitted on 5th October 2015 than on 27th oct 2015 HDB Mumbai branch replied that one page of form 10c signature not available than again I submitted that page on 4th November 2015 & it's been more than 3-months these people are making me fool HDB financial services Mumbai branch people are even not forwarding my PF form to Bandra PF office in Mumbai on time they always submit form after 20th of every month after that provides excuses. So, I am amused why this company is delay to forward my PF form. I'm already conform to HDB Mumbai branch seniours but no body given information regarding for my PF form in how many days he will send my PF form in Bandra (Mumbai) PF office because from last more than 3-months HDB financial services Mumbai branch seniours no body can serious about for this matter. So it's a request to you please solve my problem.

It is submitted that I was sectioned a personal loan of Rs. 9 lack from Tilak Nagar Branch vide ( Account No- 831255). But, during time of Pre- Payment of above loan amount They charged @ rate of 4% interest to the whole principal. Which paid by me to Tilak nagar Branch vide check no 614504 Dated 28/10/2015. I am Central Government Employees and, As per RBI Guidelines we are not supposed to pay the interest during the time of pre- payment. This complain about the management team they have been very tuff with working with manager n team leaders they have to work like an animal over there if they didn't do the percentage they have to work 8 to 8 in month starting itself this is the ridiculous company I have ever seen in my life those people r getting badly from manager n team leader if the number's don't happen they are been afraid to complain about management in highet level bcz if they complain they will treated badly before how they we're treated if the people don't want to work ter n give resignation letter even though they will take 3months to approval if they approve also they will hold the salary for 3 months n they I'll release the salary already they will take 3 month to accept the resignation letter after that they I'll hold salary like this so they will need 6 months to relieve then if they complain about management in higer level n then they I'll spoil their life with a black mark that they have done something forgery's in office like that so please help them in proper audit staff's are being pressured with head weight to do work

[protected]/[protected] as Sr. Sales Officer on July 01, 2015 but I received my offer cum joining later on July 20, 2015. My joining kits were filed on August 12, 2015. Now I have worked there as 2 months. After that my Branch Sales Manager Mr. NAVNEET SHARMA and my Sales Manager Mr. SURENDER Sir and my Branch Manager Mr. Saurav Sir told me to resign from this Organization due to not satisfy my work. So I told him that I'll that but after receiving my two months salaries, than after the month ends my salary not credits in my a/c. than I contect to my SM Mr. SURENDER sir and told him about it. But he guided me to contect my Branch Sales Manager Mr. NAVNEET SHARMA. My BSM told me that my Full and Final salaries will be credits after 15 days later. When i again (October 16th ) contect to Mr. NAVNEET SHARMA and told about my salaries than he told me that my salaries report is pending at hr and my boss (cluster manager) Mr. Nitin Verma have on leave so please came after next months . Today (October 07, 2015) when i went there than my All of Management (SM/BM/BSM & CLUSTER MANAGER) told me that my employee codes not generate and my salaries will not be Credits in my salary a/c. dear sir/madam, i have recieved foreclosure letter dt 16-05-15. i want to bring to your knowledge that i and my brother had purchased property in rohini in both our names. we applied for loan from your organization.we were granted loan but on condition that our factory property will be used as security until we deposit our buyed property papers for one month. in no way our company was involved in either purchasing or any other way. now we are told our company is co-applicant as such pre-payment charges wont be erased as per rbi notification. i want to tell you for 40 lac loan i have paid around 18 lac in thirty months and only 7.5 lac principal is deducted.i.e. around 10.5 lac interest. i want to prepay my loan and you are still levying pre-payment charges. please have sympathatic view towards people's hard earned money. you are humbly requested to deduct these pre-payment charges as per RBI GUIDLINE on urgent basis. regards atul kohli & amit kohli [protected]

Dear Sir We have 2 issues with HDB Financial Services Limited, Tirupur, Tamilnadu Issue No.1: We have taken a loan from HDB Financial Services Limited, our Loan Agreement no is 389840 and repaying it properly till date. Now, we got better offer from other institution with better rate. Hence, we have decided to switchover and given a request to Tirupur HDB branch manager to give us Fore-closer letter for the said account. Instead of giving that, they keep calling us for top-up and dragging to give us the letter. I request you to peruse the matter and insist them to give us the letter and get it resolved ASAP. Issue No.2: Since, we have paid the EMI on full without deducting TDS, we requested for TDS payment confirmation on a Format suggested by our CA to Auditors (CA) of HDB Financial Services Limited to complete our IT accounts, After our formal request; HDB officials are not giving the said letter for last one month. If they not provide that our interest expenditure may disallowed by IT Dept.Which will land in huge loss for us. Since, we have requested for Fore-closure 10 days back, HDB officials are delaying both of our above requests and repeatedly saying that, they have 30 days time, before that nothing is possible. Dear Sir's, I have taken loan against Gold from an NBFC by feb14, due to unavoidable situations like job change I was not able to pay my ECS properly ( till july its only 3 dues cleared) i have received recall letter twice on which i have personally went to bank by september, and put an request mail stating that i will make part payment, I made 3 dues on sep14 and my ECS was cleared by dec 14, mean time by January 23rd people who referred me for loan received phone call for payment and auction, no clear dates were informed and no written communication was received from the bank, on 29th I called their collection executive to make payment, he on his enquiry from his office said jewel was already auctioned, Immediately I rushed to bank, operation manager said my old number was not available, whom I have already mailed on august for payment with my current mobile number and new office address, He denies that it was auctioned by HO and he has no control over it, he would have stopped auction if I inform about my Dec14 payment which was not known to him as he claims, Even their collection executive and sales person has my number for who he says they are thrid party, I have not received communication for which bank claims they have sent registered post/courier about auction, Pls guide me for further possibilities of legal initiation Balasubramaniam [protected]
