I have taken gold loan from HDB Kurukshetra branch my loan account no 640708 .I am continuing paid my interest .As on 04/10/2014 my loan tenure is over .before that i called to Mr deepak (branch manager) i want to continue that loan six more months. So they collected 6 PDC from me and said i can continue my loan .So i think no other formaility is required .But suddenly on 04/11/2014 i got a call from HDB kurukshetra branch .they said my loan tenure was over on 04/10/2014 so i have to pay double interest on loan amount .Between 04/10/2014 to 04/11/2014 No One contacted me to return loan amount .From Last 4 days i daily visit to your branch and try to meet Mr.deepak (Branch Manager) .you have collected 6 PDc from me then why this penality is imposed on me He is saying he will wave off this penality as there is no fault of your as i had already given PDC to continue my loan and if there is any other formalities your staff should contact me bt no one did. Bt as of now no one is trying to solve this matter and giving harassment to me to clear my loan with that penality

Hi, iam taken a loan against property loan from hdb financial services at 22 months before Now i want to repay my loan but company charges the Penaltiy Agnaist Prepayment. According to reserve bank of india there are no charges on prepayment. Pls solve my issue.

As i processed pesonal loan from HDB finance limited.
The terms they promised me before taking the personal loan is totally different as actaully i recieved.

So HDB Finance organization playing with the customers by giving false information.

Can you please take necessary action on HBD org, So that no other customer will suffer

i applied for business loan from hdb financial services for sum of rs 15 lacks...on 22nd of march 2013,after giving them each and every document as said by the officials of hdb and after so much of verifications...on 30th march i.e-today one executive from hdb comes at my door named kunal cell no.[protected] with empty,blank agreement and tells us to sign on the blank loan agreement no 78843...as asked by me why you taking the sign on blank loan agreement...the answer was ITS THE BANKING PROCEDURE you can ask our credit manager .AND DECIDING THEIR OWN RATE OF INTEREST,TENURE AND LOAN AMOUNT ! they should tell us the rate of interest,loan tenure...just taking signator on the BLANK LOAN AGREEMENT ! FRAUD PEOPLE..HARRISING US FROM THE LAST 10 DAYS !

Dear Sir/Madam,
I was in discussions with HDB Financial Services (referred HDB hereafter) to get a personal loan of Rs 6 Lacs. I was brought in touch with HDB people by a third party company Moneymax Financial Services, referred MFS hereafter (Ms.- Geeta and Mr. Nikhil were the employee of MFS co-ordinating with HDB on my behalf). During my negotiations, as a part of Terms and Conditions (T&C), I was told that there would be zero penalty on part-payment or pre-closure of loan. I was also told that I could start part-payment right after first EMI date. The part payment has to be a minimum of 3 times the EMI amount. The pre-closure of loan could not have happened before 6 months.
HDB people (Mr. Varun Tyagi - [protected] and Mr. Manish - [protected]) came to my home to get the loan documents signed and discussed th above mentioned T&C there as well in company of my father. I got the loan approved and disbursed on 30th Aug, 2012. My loan account number is 286398.
I got the loan agreement document, which carried the standard terms and conditions like 4% part-payemnt penalty, 4% pre-closure charges, etc., via post on 7th Sept, 2012. When I talked to Varun about this issue, I was told that the negotiated terms and conditions would be provided to me by the bank separately, not printed on the standard loan agreement document. However I have not received my negotiated Terms & Conditions letter till date from HDB till date. During this time, I have been trying to get my negotiated T&C from HDB, without any success. On 19th Spet, 2012, I received an e-mail from HDB where they confirmed that there is zero part-payment or pre-closure penalty on my loan. However, I was not been told about the time limit of part payment. On my telephonic conversation, I was told that I could not part-pay before 6 month. When I told them that I was promised a 1-month limit only for part payment, the HDB people did not respond. Its a case of mis-guidance by the HDB and cheating the customers. Please help.

We had submitted mortgage loan application file of Mr. Shahi Menon about 20 days back to your sales person Mr. satya - his phone numbers - [protected] & [protected]. The application was declined by the credit department. We asked Mr. satya to return back the file and he promised to return back the file within a day or two. since last 12 days i am trying to contact him and he gives fales promisses or not lifting the phone.

i want the company to take disciplinary action against him and return back the file.

Dear sir,

I had applied for Personal loan in HDB financial services ltd. I received loan amount on 5th June 2012. But till date I did not received my loan agreement.

My first EMI Date as per loan welcome letter is 4th july 2012. HDB Financial submitted my security cheque on 4th july and it got bounced on the same day due to insufficient funds. My salary credited in 4th July 2012 evening.

My queries.

1. Why delay to give loan agreement?
2. Why bank not waited for one day to clearance of cheque?
3. If I have to wait for loan agreement why bank cant wait for one day to clear cheque?
4. I want bounced my cheque return back.

Please kindly resolve.

Dear Team,

I ( Jaswant Singh ) having the loan from HDB FINANCAIL SERVICE LTD Jaipur of Rs 60 lac now i want to close the this loan but company is not ready to close this loan and now they are charging of Foreclosure of 6.5% on my principal but they offered 2 % forclocser while i was taking loan.

I requested to them to reduce the Foreclosure % 6.5 % to 2 % it is so high. i want to know that it is reliable as per the norms that they can charge the foreclosure as per company mood.

Am Mr. Maanohar Aaddagatla, as working in HDB Financial Services from 17th June, 2011. in our offer letter our service is mentioned as contract. if any time we want discontinue the service from HDB either side have to give 30 days in advance in notice in writing. I am Resign from job as norms am giving in writing 30 days notice period company not accepting the resign letter. Please do the needful.

This akila frm t.nagar am worked in the concern as i mentioned above 3 yr before, and i applied for PF twice to bandra PF Branch, some of the reason cheques returned to your office without any reason, please accept this as a complaint and kindly do the need ful. I had applied for a personal loan in HDB bank ,Two guys are came from HDb bank and they told me that they will give me loan whitin 2-3 days and took 7 blank cheques,Rs 500 and some documents zerox ... .after that they didnt response me ,when i called they told me sir just give me 2mores days .. .same thing happened again and again.

I had been sanctioned a Mortgage Loan against Property [my two flats at 204/205, Vasant Prakash, Opp: Amarnath Tower, 7 Bunglows, Andheri West, Mumbai 400061] for Rs.45 lakhs on 31st March,2009. However, the loan was not disbursed at all by HDB inspite of several requests from my side and inspite of a Registered Mortgage being signed on/around 3rd June,2009 for the same where I had to spend about Rs.75,000/- from my pocket. Without disbursing the loan, HDB Financial Services Ltd sent an ECS installment of about Rs.115,000/- which my bank (ABN AMRO) rejected for want of a mandate.
Inspite of the Mortgage Loan not being disbursed, HDB Financial Services Ltd have for no reason and illegally registered my name with CIBIL as per details given below which are totally incorrect as no disbursal took place and so no question of any overdue as well. I came to know about this CIBIL record by HDB only today through a friend and so thought of complaining. My complaints are:
1. HDB FSL need to reimburse me the cost of Registered Mortgage as inspite of signing it they did not disburse the loan and so the cost should be borne by them (incl. legal fee which they made me pay to their lawyer in cash) totalling Rs.75,000/- (i.e. registration, stamping, legal fees)
2. HDB FSL need to clear my name in CIBIL records as details given below
3. HDB FSL need to bring my credibility back as an amount of Rs.45 lakhs shown against my name since mid 2009 has added to the problems I have had with CIBIL records due to defaults on my part with other institutions but of smaller amounts. Now I realise why banks have been giving me starry look when I go to them for any help.
I understand that Mr. Haren Parekh, the Financial Controller of HDB FSL is the Vice President of CIBIL.
