[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — 3rd party transaction

I've been charged 177 inr four times (Total 708 inr) due to some 3rd party transaction cash. This is the first time i've noticed anything like this and seems to be completely fraudulent since this is not something that i've approved of. Also, 708 inr is no small amount. Hence, would request the bank officials to look into this and get the refund credited asap.

Dear Customer,

HDFC Bank offers the customer, convenience of anywhere banking in any of our branches along with the extensive ATM network. However to deter indiscriminate deposits and to offer the service in a controlled manner, third party cash transactions are permitted at a nominal charge. Levy of this service charge, as with all other service charges levied by the Bank, is at the sole discretion of the Bank.

Third-Party cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), at any branch through teller counters, would be accepted in Savings accounts up-to a limit of Rs. 25, 000 per transaction per day. This service would be offered at a nominal charge of Rs.150 per transaction, plus applicable taxes irrespective of the amount deposited/withdrawn.

I have booked HDFC Fastag, yet to get it delivered at the mentioned address...It's more than 7 days.
UPDATE: FASTag application HFR01259316 was successful.
You will receive a PDF on registered Email ID and FASTag in 7 working days.

Pathetic service from HDFC team.
At shedung toll plaza NH48 in last month 4 time cash payment and fast tag online payment debited.

My car No. MH12 RT 9913

Auto debited amount msg received after long time. Also unknown transaction of RS. 18 debited while I m in office.
Please cancel my one assist insurance.My mobile number is [protected].
Please refer my customer ID[protected] and Wallet ID [protected].
I have not received the Fastag till after expiry of 13 days.
It is requested to dispatch the same at the earliest.

I had applied for fastag on 4 December 2019 and on 6 dec I received email that tag has been successfully issued and i didn’t receive that sticker. Wallted id. [protected]
