This bank has sanctioned loan of 3.3lout of which they disbursed 3.17l.. I had paid 50k out of it and tenure was 5 years.. They are deducting 3-4 times ecs per month and putting all bounce charges on my name..800*4 per month... These rascals have marked lien on my salary account to tune of 4.14 lakh and depriving me of my sustenance... This bank is the biggest scam in banking industry... I am not sure how i will survive this and don't know if i will be able to clear the loan and they are mounting charges like anything as per their wish..

    Dear sir

    I was open salary account at 26 dec 2019 in hdfc bank a/c no - [protected] at saharsa branch bihar.

    I didnt recieve welcome kit. My dec salary is also credited in this account still i not get welcome kit. I was contact so many times at branch. Bank staff told me that wait for some times and now 14 days cross away.

    As my salary is credited in hdfc bank and i not get welcome kit i am unable to withdraw my money for my personal use hence and its result that i became to be financially weak.

    Hence request you to plz provide me welcome kit as soon as possible. Give me the permanent solution.

      Hi.. I am kaliprasad.

      I had blocked debitcard and netbanking and upi transctions due to misuse of my saving account, as the problem sorted out i raised request at bank to unblock netbanking and upi and for new debitcard. I got new debitcard and it is working and netbanking it is unblocked and able to transact. But am not able to send money via upi transaction such as phone pe, paytm, payzaap etc. Since my upi is not unblocked am not able to make transactions. I had raised complaints thru phonebanking but every time they say raised the issue or mailed the issue wait for 3 working days
      So kindly request you to sort out my problem as soon as possible

        I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 rupees on 13 dec 2019. The reference number of the application is hfr01063955 and it is still not delivered in almost one month. Today i got a message that "hdfc fastag for the vehicle number has been replaced". But till now i didn't get the fastag in my hand.

        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. I have been loyal member of hdfc and it is very bad sad experience with hdfc.

        Plz help and save me from pathetic service.

          Purchased a new Samsung M30s mobile from Amazon.in (8-Oct-2019) in which i was about to receive 10% cashback in 90 days.

          amazon + hdfc bank are giving 10% cashback offer in HDFC bank Credit/Debit Cards, payment done via HDFC bank Debit Card.

          almost 90 days are completed and no cashback is received till now.

          not getting any updates/resolutions from HDFC bank customer support.

            I have gone to hdfc sonarpur branch to issue my new cheque book, they took all the details (Address, phone number) and asked me to wait for 11 days. It's been a month still i didn't receive the cheque book. Even the address also not updated correctly. My parents went 4 times to follow up but everytime they behaved rudely and still i didn't receive the cheque book. I'm really disappointed being a customer of hdfc bank as the employees behaved so badly.

                Fastag payment of rs.500 for three times has been debit from the hdfc bank but the application has been failed.
                The fastag issurance ref no. Are-hfr01296860, hfr01296742 and hfr1296742.

                The helpline no. Provided by hdfc i. E. [protected] is also not working.

                I would like to know the status of the above issue and what further action or procedure can be done.

                  I hold a general poa of my friends. I handed over two passbooks of their account to hdfc employee candolim goa branch in july 2018. Both the passbooks have been lost in the bank. The bank has given me new passbooks with a few entries. I have been asking them for a financial statement since inception of the accounts so as to prove that i did not withdraw any money from the accounts. (In this power of attorney i have the power to open, close and manage accounts so i do not want them to think i have used their money).
                  The hdfc bank refuses to give it to me. I have wasted so much time trying to get them to do the needful besides having gone through so much stress.

                    Today date - 10/01/2020
                    I have applied for fastag almost a month back (9/12/2019). Which they sent to i don't know which address in gwalior. Then i called custmare care (Maybe 30 or 31 dec 2019) and by god's grace and my patience. Finally got connected to 1 executive who assured me i will get it delivered in 3 to 4 working days.
                    I have been continuously calling [protected] but phone is always busy.
                    Such a pathetic service i didnt expect from hdfc.

                      I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal on 10.12.2019 and paid required amount, but till date no communication is received from hdfc about delivery. When i inquired with local hdfc bank branch, they give me the link about getting status. When i checked with this link, it observed that, the fastag issued from your end but returned to your mumbai office again without informing/ calling me and the message from blue dart port is "returned to origin at shippers request.
                      Request you to look into the matter and revert on urgent basis as it is almost one month over.

                        A message from bluedart

                        (Your hdfc fastag shipment is undelivered for address related issues. Please contact hdfc fastag for redelivery, else it will be returned to hdfc fastag within 6 days) was came on date 4-1-2020.

                        So blue dart said me to give docket number to collect fastag. I have no docket number.

                        during this exercise i found that by mistake wrong entry was done during filling in online form. So fastag not reached at my proper address (A - 438, saurabh park society, b/h - samta flats, p. O. - subhanpur, vadodara, gujarat. Pin - 390023.

                        i reached at hdfc bank, ellorapark branch, vadodara for same issue, he said me that he has no power to solve it.

                            I have not received my Fastag yet. Its been almost a month, since I have applied for Fasttag through HDFC online banking portal.

                            Below are my HDFC Fastag reference details:

                            There is no intimation regarding my application processing. I have.applied more than 7.days before. I.request to immediately confirm.my application status.                               The bank has charged me rs 100 for depository charges on demat account which isn't using by me for years. I have enquired the same about their office at sl plaza, palarivattom kochi on[protected]. But have not got any solution. Also, they said some around 2300rs charges are still their in demat account and it will deduct from my bank account once their is credit. Please take the needful action or let me know what needs to be done from my side.

                                  Cancellation of One Assist Membership
                                  I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899- from my credit card number ending with 9912 without my concern on date:07/01/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899

I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number[protected] is also not reachable. HDFC personnel banker also showing helpless in this matter.

                                    My customer id for fastag is :[protected].
                                    I have paid for hdfc fastag. But till date have not received any update on the same. The toll free number is also not reachable. Hdfc branch is not able to help
                                    What can be done my application number is HFR01030627 .please help me resolve as i am not able to apply alternatively.
                                    6th December I got confirmation from Bank that FASTTAG is issued but till date same is not received neither any dispatch communication.

                                    Call centre number is 24 hours in busy mode

                                      As due time has already passes surprisingly no tracking mechanism has developed by HDFC Bank. whenever you try to contact customer care phone number always busy.

                                      Pathetic... is the word, which can best describe service rendered by hdfc.
                                      Fastag customer id[protected] was processed 5th dec...no fast tag issued so far...no valid customer care contact available nor tracking in website..

                                        I have applied hdfc fastag through online on dt[protected] and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount & 300 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr865763. There is no update.

                                        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. No tracking link found

                                        I have been with hdfc for 8 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                                        The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status. ([protected])
