Hi, this is pertaining to my c-c -[protected], i found that every month bank charges me an additional amount (Int & charges). Every month statement int get cumulate on statement, being a regular customer made the payment also, didn't do default with bank. Later on asking for intrest. Now from my side i cannt not pay any further charge on this card, so better have to stop relation with bank.

We wish to inform you that, payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Specific to your card account, we are not in receipt of complete payments towards the outstanding as per the statement due date and in view of the same, bank charges as applicable were levied to your credit card account. Hence, we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges. You may refer to the below link for details of the same.

      Hello.
      Hdfc bank has charged rs177 on 24-jan - 2020. This is applicable only if you make more than 4 cash transactions.
      I have made only two cash transactions this month but i'm still being charged rs177.
      Please check my jan month's statement attached here

      Moreover they don't even send us a message while charging this amount. This is such a cheap move.

          I have opened new nre account in hdfc bank.
          From past two days unable to transfer money from hdfc to other account using imps as well all the upi apps.
          My money has been blocked not able to do anything,
          Tried calling customer care many times, all they are telling is everything from their side is fine.
          Even wrote multiple mails
          Not statisfied with the customer support at all.

          This is the worst service of any bank i have used.
          Imagine having this issue when there is an emergency.
          Customer service is not giving real solution

          I am getting the following message when doing imps :

              I applied for replacement of hdfc fastag on 16/12/2019 for which i have paid rs 100 fees via imps with user ref no:[protected] & rrn ref no:[protected] on 16/12/2019 @10:04 a:m since my original hdfc fastag is torn off due to wear & tear. Transaction for above payment is showing against mine fastag ref no: hfr536894.
              Despite my 60-70 calls to call centre they are giving clear picture by taking techincal issue in computer, more rush, etc. U can check my calls at the callcenter
              Sir i request u to do the needful to send my relpaced hdfc fastag.

                To hdfc bank credit card manager,
                Pune zone.

                I have got a call from hdfc bank for credit card about a month ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got sms with my ref number. Then got 2 3 verification calls one my mobile and office numbers. I have received as letter from bank to which i have to acknowledge with my name/contact number/address details. I did that.

                Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i called up customer care to enquire about the status. They simply said my application is declined, when i asked for the reason, the answer was don't know or cannot tell you.
                This is pathetic and stupid answer, being eligible with authenticate documents they are not giving any reason for my application decline.

                I am highly disappointed with hdfc bank service and customer care support.

                    My self vinay kumar m b, i am using hdfc bank from 2016 as salaried employee.

                    Loan ref no 44949013

                    Year 2016 took 1 lac personal loan and in 2017 took top up loan with ref 4896997 in 2017

                    And closed on aug-2019.

                    Now i have requirement for loan and applied but unfartunatly got rejected because of ric team updated document fraud telephone bill.

                    I didn't understanding, how it arise without my knowledge, i took twise loan and cleared both the loan.

                    Also i have good cibil rating and well maintained credit card bills.

                    I am really disappointed with this one.

                    Please check and resolve the issue and process my personal loan application.

                      I applied for fastag for my car no. Tn07ce4254 in velachery, chennai, hdfc branch on[protected] by paying rs.500/-.

                      Though 57 days have passed, i am yet to receive the fastag or any intimation.

                      My attempts to contact hdfc fastag customer care no. [protected] has failed as no one attends the calls and we can listen only the recorded music.

                      When applied i was told fastag will be sent in 15 days time, but now it is 57 days...!

                        I bought a new vehicle on 7nth jan 2020, and the fastag which i received was already mapped with the mobile number of my sales person. Since then i have been calling repeatedly at your customer care to get my mobile number updated. Every time my details are received and i receive this assurance that it will be updated within 2-3 days. But this has been a total of 17 days now and still there is not update.

                        What sort of service is this? I'm writing this out of sheer frustration. If you guys cannot update my mobile number then please disable this fastag so that i can go ahead a buy a new one from a more professional service provider.

                          I have paid my credit card bill on 23-jan2020 but it is not yet reflected in to my credit card. I paid it through hdfc netbanking app only. It is very urgent for me. But it would help the customer if ot does take more than 24 hrs for payment. Even if i contact or to verify where my transaction got stuck up it is not possible either through netbanking app or calling toll free as well. Please help me with this....

                          I have my account in hdfc bank since 2015 and i used hdfc credit card since 2017 and i have also taken so many product of hdfc bank and i pay my credit card bill on time.
                          But there if check my credit card transaction you will be amaze to see that there is around rs 10000 charges in last 1 year.
                          I request you to please waiveoff these charges.

                            I received a call from hdfc bank delhi marketing team, saying i have a top up eligibility for having paid existing loan for 14 months. As i moved out of india in the last 7 months, mentioned the same. They said still loan could be provided as nri category and took the documents required. Later, i was informed as my permanent address is hyderbad, loan need to be logged in hyderabad branch. Again i had to submit all the required documentation. Except my property documents, they have asked for all the documents and i provided the same. After all this process for more than 2 weeks, i was informed that loan process got rejected and reason is i do not have an nri account. If this is only reason, why so much of documentation is asked for. This is just playing with the customers emotions that too with no valid reason.

                              I have made a payment transaction via payzapp to pay IITB examination fees, amount has been debited from my account, but the transaction from the merchant side got failed. It has been almost 2 months.

                                Hi, i have a hdfc fastag account for which i forgot the login details. I have customer id and wallet id but from the website looks like i cannot do anything. Tried reaching the customer care number but it rings for a while and then says busy. There is no option to email/any other number for raising this issue and their website sucks to the core.in one of the links it says quick top-up but no response after submitting details. Please help me out on this asap.

                                  There is a small correction in my car registration number. I have called call centre 5 times till from last 35 days.

                                  They have told to mail them i have mailed thrice, first mail at 24th dec.2019.

                                  They told to wait 7 working days. Again today they told me the same. Please make correction of car registration number as mh15dm0649 instead of mf15dm0649.

                                    I ordered a new fastag from hdfc online portal. It got delivered to my home. I pasted it and when i tried to pass the toll it showed blacklisted tag.
                                    I had to pay up double fee to pass that toll and then again for the subsequent tolls i had to get in the cash line.
                                    My balance when i received the fastag was rs300 and then i recharged to for 100 to make it rs400.
                                    I tried calling the helpline number for more than 100 times and after 150th call somebody picked up only to tell me that he is having portal issue and won't be able to help me.
                                    I called the hdfc bank customer care as i'm a customer but to my surprise they said that they don't have any info on this and i need to call fastag support.
                                    I repeated the same 100 time calling procedure and after an hour a lady picked up and told me that my fastag was blacklisted but she was not sure why. She told me that she is putting a request to remove it from blacklist and it may take 24-48 hours. I have been calling constantly to check on this but hdfc's fastag support system is immensely poor. I am not even able to put a call today.
                                    I request the hdfc bank to provide a clarity on this and provide a solution asap.

                                      Hi,

                                      The money from my hdfc bank gets debited several time and yet there is no refund from the bank.
                                      1.23 jan 2020-3rd party cash txn inc gst 130120-mir[protected] mir[protected] amount rs 177
                                      2.23 jan 2020 3rd party cash txn inc gst 130120-mir[protected] mir[protected] amount rs 1700

                                      Despite of sending several emails and giving visit to branch office i haven't received the money yet. All the above transactions are not done by me

                                      The said charges is against the third party cash transaction done in your account.

                                      HDFC Bank offers the customer, convenience of anywhere banking in any of our branches along with the extensive ATM network.However to deter indiscriminate deposits and to offer the service in a controlled manner, third party cash transactions are permitted at a nominal charge. Levy of this service charge, as with all other service charges levied by the Bank, is at the sole discretion of the Bank.

                                      Third Party cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), at any branch through teller counters, would be accepted in Savings accounts up-to a limit of Rs. 25, 000 per transaction per day. This service would be offered at a nominal charge of Rs.150 per transaction, plus applicable taxes irrespective of the amount deposited/withdrawn.
