I am veena, having credit card ending number is 8602 and without doing any transaction i have blocked my credit card through online, but i have received one more duplication card bill after 2 months that card ending number is 1669.
This bill is generated in my name with company address having due of rs 4888.

Please clarify the below mentioned my issues

1. Please let me know why this mis use of my credit card without my knowledge with your reputed bank, i need this clarification immediately, i will be returning this original credit card (Credit card ending number is 8602) to your bank without using.
2. Attached bill lifetime free card charges -1899 rs.
3. The above details are not communicated to me by credit card issuer
4. My salary 5000rs deducted on 7th jan 2020
The back is charging unwanted fees from credit card which is not used and debiting from my savings account

However, physical plastic was not despatched, in the absence of your request for the same. Here, we wish to clarify that the statement carried the new credit card account number.

    I applied for HDFC Fastag on 8th of January.
    On 15th of Jan I received a sms saying "the Fastag is issued Successfully", which I have not received until now. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number ([protected]) is also not reachable.
    I am bale to login with the Customer ID[protected] and the Wallet ID - [protected]. But I have not received the physical Fastag.
    Please make the Customer Support number([protected]) accessible; where would the customer register a complaint if the Customer support number itself is not accessible?

      I have been debited 177/- twice on jan 2nd and jan 15th stating as 3rd party txn inc gst. I made a deposit on 02nd jan for which once amount deduction is fine i guess. Not aware of all these.
      Why is this deduction happening without our knowledge. Help me in this.
      Could you help me reverting back my money which is debited again.

      HDFC Bank offers the customer, convenience of anywhere banking in any of our branches along with the extensive ATM network.However to deter indiscriminate deposits and to offer the service in a controlled manner, third party cash transactions are permitted at a nominal charge. Levy of this service charge, as with all other service charges levied by the Bank, is at the sole discretion of the Bank.

      Third Party cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), at any branch through teller counters, would be accepted in Savings accounts up-to a limit of Rs. 25, 000 per transaction per day. This service would be offered at a nominal charge of Rs.150 per transaction, plus applicable taxes irrespective of the amount deposited/withdrawn.

        Hello team

        I would like to bring to your notice that i had requested for a prepaid gift card on 23rd of december and i am yet to receive it. To my surprise there is zero communication on the whereabouts of the card and there is no well defined way to track the status of the card.
        Till now i have received just a mail saying card is loaded with the sum, when i tried o conatct the customer care they requested for the entire card number which is not there with me as i am yet to receive the card.

        Please do the needful as this is very frustrating and absolute unprofessional behavior.

            I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc.                 I'm gajanan shinde from ahmednagar
                I own a car n showroom people's says the fastag is compulsory for car and they sold hdfc fastag to me
                But it's not working when i go to the toll plaza staff says fastag is not working it's blacklisted
                And when i ask them that how to remove it from blacklist they says only hdfc bank can remove it
                I tried calling hdfc customer care number for whole day but it's not answered by anyone
                Please help me to solve my problem

                  I do not received my fasttag. However login i'd and consumer no generated 1 month back on 18 december 2019. I received message from hdfc that it will be delivered within 8 days.                     I have fastag having Wallet ID is : [protected].

                    It is being auto debit with Rs. 230 on 14-Jan-2020 in the name of adjustment entry. It is an unauthorized transaction. I have not permitted to deduct the same. We understand that there is error is system or somebody is doing malfunctioning.

                    My balance was Rs. 410/- but now it is showing Rs. 180 only. Hence Rs. 230/- is being deducted wrongly.

                    We are trying on toll free no but it is always busy.

                    Please clarify and confirm the reason.

                      My account 501*6534 went into - balance of 2k when i check why the account is on hold it was showing hdfc bank — mirevenue hold through gefu. Firstly i don't understand why this had happened and i really demand an explanation and make corrections immediately that is really appreciated if done.

                            Today, 015 jan2020, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account. When i checked the deduction the detail is showing there as "3rd party cash txn inc gst". I am not aware about this deduction? Why the account has been deducted on such an amount without informing to the customer? It is really unsafe to keep funds in account. I need my refund back

                              On 14th jan-2020 i have received text message from hdfc bank fastag, they charged me rs 200 for adjustment entry even when i was at home, can hdfc explain what is this adjustment entry and why have they charged me.

                              Looks there is some big time fraud going on in the name if fastag and they are looting people just like that. I am never going to recharge my hdfc fastag again unless they explain me what they have charged me for.

                                I am been charged rs. 177 stating inter-brn cash chg incl gst.

                                Not getting proper answer on this from branch. I have a salaried account and transaction and other services are free for me.

                                I did a deposit of 49500 for which i have been charged, which i should not be charged.

                                If it is in rule, please let me know, i will be pleased to change my salary account to other bank, they are begging me to open my account in their bank as i have excellent cibil score.

                                    Dear sir/mam, i made a transaction using payzapp (A/c no.- in[protected] using card withdrawal on 18th nov'18 on jabong website, placed an order (Order id[protected]-7669501). Due to some reasons i returned the product. They intiated the refundable amount of rs.1538 on 6th dec'18 with the bank reference number is[protected] but that amount isn't credited yet to my account. I made lots of calls to merchant and bank. The merchant said - "the transaction is successful talk to your bank side" they don't even tell about the bank in which they transfer the amount. Whenever talk to the bank they said - "there is no refrence id". They didn't resolve my problems till today. I don't know where is my credit and where i complaint. I am totally fed up with talking them. My registered mobile number on jabong is - [protected] and the email id is - [protected]@gmail.com

                                      I have 2 accounts on same customer id. At the time of loan without intimation hdfc agent add my salary account to my loan account.
                                      I said him to add my saving account to my loan account. I use my salary account very rarely.
                                      This month emi bounced and 649 inr deducted from my account. Bank didn't refund my 649 inr.

                                        Resolution: change of wrong email id in my account

                                        Having hdfc as my salary account, opened like 8 months before through my working organisation. My email id registered in my account is wrong so that im not receiving any transaction alerts and statement mails. Have given complaint thrice earlier.
                                        Meanwhile, my mobile/net banking password also prompts some error. When i try to change the password, it sends an otp to mobile number & email where im having no access with since mail id registered is not mine.

                                        Jan 15th 2020 is my hdfc credit card due payment date where i literally struck up now without any access to pay the bill. Gave a complaint to customer care through ivr twice but still no support. Hope the respected team would help me on this.
