Dear Sir/Madam,
My Card Number 4854XXXXXXXX3909, i am using the card from Feb 2011. I Called to HDFC Net banking on 10/12/15 by afternoon for enquiring the 3 months payment holiday offer(which i used to get every year).
Teller told that offer is available for Dec, Jan & Feb and due to flood it has not communicate to me. After getting the approved i swiped for 2, 00, 000/- But when i received the statement on mail and i have been shocked to notice that it has to be paid by this month itself, Regarding this i called by sunday(03/01/16) by 11 pm, teller told that now the server is Down now he cant check.
Day before yesterday once again i called to phone banking, they are telling that offer is not available at present & teller has wrongly conveyed the message to me with rough tone,
Now my present situation is not being good to pay the full due now, since i will get the money by 15 th march only(which i swiped)
So kindly consider this letter and Revised the the payment date to March month because as per your customer care person confirmation only i used the card.

Updated by gokul 10/12/2015 spoken with phone banking person Name Saravana Ref.No. [protected] and 04/01/16 spoken with Phone banking person Anu and Customer Care Manager Sharm shawari Ref.No. [protected] both details collected today from phone banking.
