I want to settle down my card but i am unable to reach them they charged alot of intrest on that i want to settle actual amount. Please help me to settle down this.

      This is in reference to the transaction made from my account without intimating me by hdfc bank. Summary : DEPOSITORY CHARGES NOV[protected] Reference :[protected] Date :14 Dec 2015 Amount : 858.75/- An amount of Rs 858.75 has been debited on 31 Dec 2014 from my salary Account, mentioning about 'DEPOSITORY CHARGES NOV[protected] on demat account. I have never used this account. Please help and give me an update on has been debited on [protected]@gmail.com

      Dear Customer,
      The charges levied to your account on December 14, 2015 pertains to Annual Folio Maintenance charges (FMC) for your Demat account. Service Tax & Education Cess is levied separately. The FMC is levied after giving adequate advance intimation in the billing statement. Effective September 01, 2010 there is a revision in the ‘standard’ tariff with respect to the Annual Folio Maintenance Charges (FMC) from Rs. 500/- p.a. to Rs. 750/- p.a. We have introduced a differential transaction based FMC pricing model. Basis this model, the FMC payable by you would be based on the various slabs applicable to the transactions made in your Demat account. This flexibility will give you an opportunity to reduce the FMC in the subsequent year, basis the level of transactions carried out in the current billing cycle (1 year prior to levy of FMC). Note: All transactions (Market, Off- Market, Demat and Remat) made over the current billing cycle would be considered for computing the subsequent year’s FMC. Presently Mutual Fund & Pledge related transactions made over the current billing cycle (1 year prior to levy of FMC) would not be considered for computing the subsequent year’s FMC applicable for your Demat account The slabs, applicable as per transaction based FMC pricing model, for your Demat account are given below: Level 1- upto 10 transaction Rs. 750 p.a. Level 2: Between 11 to 25 transaction Rs. 500 p.a. Level 3: Greater than 25 transaction Rs. 300 p.a. Also we would like to inform you that you have done nil transactions in the last 12 months of the billing cycle (1 year prior to levy of FMC). Hence you have been levied a FMC of Rs. 750 + service tax as per the above mentioned slabs. We trust that you would have opened your Demat account with a long term objective of making regular investments in various securities. Basis the differential FMC pricing module you stand to benefit from a reduced FMC for the transactions done in your Demat account.

      The same issues is happened to me. But the above explanation does not satisfied me as while giving demat account from bank they told its absolutely free and you will not be charged for this. I told them I don't have any use they told keep this and now they deducted the amount with prior permission which feels me that bank has cheated with me. Also I havn't got any message on my mobile registered with bank regarding that transaction which shows bank wants to take my money silently if I haven't verify my statement online.

      I want to close my account now.They are cheating there customers and is the worst bank to trust upon now.

        Hi I have ordered white dial watch and the order ID is[protected] ordered on 11/29/15 in the name Raahmi R and paid shipping charge of Rs.299 but still the status is Processing and complete. I mailed you guys but I dint get any reply. I even called to the mentioned number in the provogue website, but no response. I request you to kindly reply to the mail and let me know when the product will be delivered otherwise I am going to claim a complaint against your company and bank.

So Dear HDFC Bank, I am approving the above details myself as i am looking to go for an closure of loan account. Summary: As i already stated that I only paid 29 installments out of 42 installments to HDFC Bank and still there is 13 installments is left for paying out to HDFC Bank till October 2016 and all paid installments are irregular and there are much checq bounce & late payment charges are applied. But all the installment are clear till now.. Reason for not paying out my installments, I am not a victim of recession, as when i was taken a loan from HDFC Bank dealers are miscommunicated me & cheated with some amount & updated the high interest rate, and initially no communication of the loan details or EMI or have not received any loan document & the loan amount also not credited to my account and the same is been given by hand this leads to the delay In payments t of my further installments due to the complaint raised with the HDFC bank. I have received so may threatening calls from the deals when raised complaint with the HDFC back for the cheated amount(25000) & high interest rates, which i have call recording for the same. This is enough and i just want to say that good bye to the loan account as the HDFC Bank harrasing me day by day now a days so i have decide to settle the whole amount at one time. So I requested to you Dear HDFC Bank Please show your mercy on me and please help me to closure of my loan account as soon as possible as one time settlement. I will be very grateful to you...             Policy No. 10444825‏ In spite of several communications with clear instructions to discharge the above Policy by the due date (9 Dec 2015), hdfclife have not credited the money to the designated account as on today. The original policy together with the relevant forms duly filled in were delivered at the local branch and a copy was sent to hdfclife through email. The instructions were very clear asking hdfclife to close the policy on the date of maturity and credit the proceeds to my designated account. It is quite disgusting to note that subject is still hanging with hdfclife even after the expiry date and there has been no response to my email communications. The money was invested with hdfclife with certain intentions and I need money urgently due to the commitments. It is unethical on the part of hdfclife to hold on to the funds beyond the maturity date. I have already notified hdfclife if they do not credit the money by 12 Dec, I will lodge a complaint with the Consumer authorities, hence this complaint. Much appreciate your intervention.

              Hi, I m HDFC bank customer in Chandigarh. My A/C: [protected] (current account) phone no. [protected] since more than 3 years but till date I haven't receive my debit card or Internet banking. Whenever we ask for the same, they told us to come in another 2-3 days. The service of the bank is very poor, it is very difficult to do business with the bank. Please sort out the issue immediately.

It was first sent through Blue Dart courier on September 12, 2015.The same is returned undelivered to the Bank with the reason Consignee Shifted and the same is destroyed ON November 30, 2015 . Kindly visit your nearest branch for address updation and re-issuance of card. Please carry your valid photo identification proof and address along with you.

                  I am Akilesh from Chennai. I am an account holder in your esteemed bank. I have been provided with Platinum Credit Card. Its number is *******6747. On December 8th 2015 I have received a call from HDFC Bank Executive from [protected]. I dont remember the name of the person.

                  Initially he told me the following your credit card has lot of offers you can make use of it. The credit card will be life time free. He said that you have to take Health Insurance from HDFC ERGO else you will be having black mark on you and your CIBIL rate will be affected. The Premium amount is Rs.27854.00 for two years. He forced me to take up the policy saying it is your new credit card so you should take the policy, It is just a security kind of deposit, If you don't claim your entire amount will be refunded.

                  The sales executive has given me his office number [protected]. The Policy Number is [protected] and I have raised a cancellation request for this already on December 10th 2015 Request No is 13053061. They said that it will take 15 days to complete the cancellation process. I have received a confirmation call from HDFC ERGO. I have stated my reasons for cancellation and they also approved my request. But soon later I got a call from Credit Card executive saying that I cannot cancel my policy that is the rule I am managing your credit card. Only if I approve your request they will be able to cancel. He is arguing and saying that I have audio proof of you accepting the policy I will forward that recording to higher authorities you cannot cancel the policy. He is not ready to accept my cancellation request again he is forcing me to take up the policy.

                  I have contacted Ergo Toll Free [protected] and stated the above facts they just give me a different cancellation request numbers on December 10th 2015, December 12th 2015 and December 14th 2015 but it seems they just place a callback request. Soon after I raise a cancellation request the same guy calls me insists and argues with me to take the policy.

                  I do not want any insurance policy from HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited and I do not want you to take any amount from my Credit Card. I would like to cancel the policy and refund my total amount to my credit card. Please take care of this issue and take necessary action against these Executives.

                  I do not want to take this insurance please cancel this and refund my entire amount back to my credit card. I really feel helpless. Even I am ready to compromise my Creditcard. If possible cancel my credit card also.

                        Pls dont use Hdfc credit card its untrusted credit card department they are not maintain there pin No. anyone can use your credit card without your knowledge. I am using HDFC credit card past three year with out any Due amount. But On 2nd oct2015 Rs.6502.68 unknown transaction done by M/s.DROPBOX*4GR2TQW3QG9L without my knowledge. so-many times i call phone bank every time they are giving new way to withdraw my money. And so-many mail also send but still i got only auto replay. finely i got one mail from Mr.Pramod Nair -Manager - Correspondence (Chairman & MD Cell) that he mention you will get temporary credit on Nov month statement but that also not get.                           Please note that i applied for HDFC Credit Card and got Reference No : [protected]W2. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification.

                          Today got checked in HDFC Link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows.

                          We told to HDB Financial who called us for Credit Card and we never gone to HDFC for the same. SANA, Executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively.

                          I called Customer CARE and they are not giving any reason for Rejection. As per RBI GUIDELINE CIRCULAR NO - RBI/[protected]/100 BOD.FSD.BC.23/24.01.011/2008-09 DATED[protected]. HDFC Bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in RBI and bank ombudsman.

                          We want Reason for Rejection as it will hit my CIBIL. My CIBIL was all clear.. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in Consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against HDFC. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past.

                          Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court.

                              I too had trust on HDFC Bank but lost fully due to below issue in chronical order My regular card was getting expired and phone banking girl asked New platinum card is being issued as i am a preferred customer later they deducted Money for that card, when i asked they said that card is chargeble On 12th of November 2015 i went a ATM opp Ayyappa temple Bhosari ATM Computer of the ATM took blue dump crashed and not received the money called up from the same spot and talked to Phone banking Girl at 9.00 am She told money will be reversed and card to be collected from branch, preffered location to collect the card was told Pimpri Branch on Kamala cross from 16th Nove till 30 November went to bank and asked for the card they said not received, since they got fed up they said you will receive the SMS, THEN COME TO COLLECT I went to branch on 4th December and explained everything to manager, he told i can give new card on your request as replacement but i have to pay for it Then i said i don't want to pay anything and i want the card (For which i paid) and it is because of ATM got stucjked in the machine, he agreed and asked write and give the same I had given Then i wrote to a mail to bank form online portal First person replayed saying please elaborate then i explained and the latest mail received from them is there is no card in my name yesterday i called up to phone banking, after long time got connected to a phone banker explained everything as above she agreed and told she will connect to card replacement department they will take details and send my card when the gentlemen who was on the phone said i have to make payment for the new card when i asked why and explained him above matter his answer is " we don't have any records of 12th November 2015 then he told he will transfer the call to other person and hanged off I never expected the following 1 without knowledge of the customer selling there products (Platinum card) 2. when i complained on my card lost in the ATM and same was accepted by the phoe banker and reversed the money within hour but bank has no records related with card 3. saying i am preferred customer and not attending the matter of not having debit card for which oi paid (where as i doesn't pay to any other banks for card) If any HDFC TEAM IS LOOKING INTO IT PLEASE DO ADRESS THIS Jagadish Aiholli [protected]

I have not received any money from the HDFC Bank ATM. But my account is showingn that Rs.8, 000/- has been debited for the transaction & AND HDFC BANK NOT SUPPORT TO ME . so I request you to please take this letter seriously and do my need .

                                  My parents Nalini Dutta (account # XXXXXXXXXX5032) and Anand Dutta (Bank account # XXXXXXXXXX6512), are both senior citizen and, have been constantly troubled by HDFC’s staffs’ behavior. There has been a major non-compliance with the bank’s policy corresponding to sensitive information provided by the account holder. Issue related to Nalini Dutta’s account: • My mother’s saving account # XXXXXXXXXX5032, had a balance of Re 57, 430.48 as on 25/8/2015. • On 16th Feb 2015, my mother had a fixed deposit worth Re. 300, 000/- at an interest rate of 9.25% p.a. (Deposit # [protected], [protected], [protected]) and she had NEVER activated the Sweep in feature on any of her fixed deposits. • However, on 25/08/2015 HDFC bank applied the Sweep-in feature on all these FDs (without any customer authorization or any intimation considering the amount) towards a cheque payment of Re 300, 000/-. Impact of the unauthorized Sweep-in transaction by the bank • Fixed deposit amount reduced to Re 57, 430/- as all the funds were paid towards the check payment of Re 300, 000 without my mother’s authorization leading to a significant loss of interest on the account. • While the Interest paid on Re 242, 570/- was initially 9.25%, due to Sweep in interest was reduced to 7.51% (as told by HDFC bank’s representative and shown in the statement). The problem we are facing is that even though this Interest (@ 7.51% for Sweep in) reflects in the statement, it has neither been added to Savings accounts nor to the left over Fixed deposit balance of Re 57, 430/-. • There have been unauthorized transactions on my account, non-compliance with bank and client agreement and thus, failure of meeting the service standards. Further, the staff has been rude and misbehaving and not making effort to resolve the same. Issue related to Anand Dutta’s account: • My father has saving account # XXXXXXXXXX6512 and his fixed deposit # [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] for a total amount Re 310, 020 matured in the month of August 2015. • While my father had submitted the Form 15 H wherein the TDS was not supposed to be deducted by the bank, but the same was deducted (Rs. 1280). • This is not the 1st instance when TDS has been deducted even after submitting Form 15 H, at the time of Fixed Deposit creation. This happened even last year wherein a tax of Re 1042 was deducted. • My concern in this context is the repeated occurrence of the TDS deduction every year and then your staff denies the fact that Form was submitted. The bank is supposed to constantly update the client information. I had been trying to contact the bank Branch head and the MD to resolve the aforesaid issues but, till now they haven’t taken the matter seriously. Below has been a summary of my efforts in this matter so far. • Escalation to Branch Manager on 9/22 and 9/29 - I emailed (from my registered email ID) to Branch Manager- Kapil Monga on 22/9/2015, after my parents were called several times to East of Kailash Office after the issue and there were instances of misbehavior. Branch Manager never responded to my email. In conversation with my parents, he did admit that my parents did not opt for Sweep-in and there was an error at Bank’s end which they cannot fix now. He confirmed that he had checked the initial FD form and the sweep in was never opted. • Escalation to Grievance Redressal Team on 10/23 - As per the process mentioned on HDFC website, I escalated the issue to Grievance Redressal Team. They denied all three issues without proper investigation. • Escalation to Principle Nodal Officer - I received no response to my email. • Escalation to MD Office - Post investigation, MD office acknowledged issue# 2 (Related to TDS) and admitted their mistake. MD office still doesn’t admit their mistake related to issue#1 (Unauthorized Sweep in) but urges me to meet the Branch Manager for calculation of interest loss. o In my meeting, Kapil Monga admitted that Ankita (a bank staff) had made the changes in the form without our consent. I have a recorded conversation of the same. o He further fail to offer any resolution stating that now that the changes have been made by the bank staff in the form which were earlier signed, nothing can be done o I further wrote back to MD office raising questions on the overall approach of the bank but they did not respond any of those emails. o I further requested to meet a senior representative, but so far no one has reached out except for the Branch Manager, who is now continuously pressurizing us, by using tactics like scheduling meetings on Bank Holidays with his senior and not turning up, to close the matter. o Post this incident, we have requested the Bank to present us with the initial FD Forms for all current FD’s and those where the sweep in had occurred and Form 15 H. Bank has taken no action on the same.

Still next month on wards I am getting statement with penalties and adding every month and now its near to 3000 rupees. Because of misleading banking system I became a victim and it shows me as a defaulter. Please advice me a solution. Thanks RAmesh

                                        My salary account with customer id 39857533 which has been automatically converted into a savings account has not been operated since a long time. I wanted to close the account as I don't need it anymore.so I visited the base branch at gopalpur rajarhat and filled up the closure form and submitted to the bank manager.but the account is still not closed.I have received an SMS that some charges are imposed due to non maintenance of minimum average balance.
