[Resolved] HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — application reference number: hfr006679 | |
I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr006679. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update. There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them. The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status. Was this information helpful? | |
Nov 18, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved After 2 to 3 days the complaint was directed to concern team. The team took their own time to resolve the issue. Over all it was resolved with more turn around time. Thanks. | |

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (incliding security and top up). The reference number of the application is HFR890918. since then there is no update.
The customer care number given is busy or not being attended.There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys.
How can I get the update, If application not processed, Can I get back refund of inr 500.

I have applied fasttag on line on last Saturday my ref no.HFR01108081. but no update till now.if i call to the customer care no. It's always busy. It looks for name sake, number has been given. Could you please advise the status of my application. When can i receive it? I have a plan of going out this week. So your immediate assistance would help me lot

I had applied for for fastag through HDFC bank appln. ref number(HFR359140) on 11, Nov, 2019.
My fastag wallet is created and got customer ID and wallet ID. But the fastag is not delivered to me till today.
There was no communication from HDFC bank when they will dispatch fastag as well. There fastag customer care nubmber is never reacheable. It is always busy. They didn't provide any email contact for fastag support as well.
If I call the hdfc home branch, they say they don't deal with fastag. So I am forced to raise this compaint here. Expecting a faster resolution.

I applied for the fastag through the hdfc website as i am an account holder with hdfc bank.
I made the payment by credit card amounting to rs 500/- for 1 fastag for 1vehicle..
After my credit card got debited for the above amount, the following message was displayed on the webpage -
Session timeout or error on the page. Please try again after sometime.
Have tried calling on the toll free number but there is no resolution
Request the hdfc bank team to reverse both the transactions and credit rs 500/- (500/- x 1) back to me.

I haven't received any email on my registered email id, nor any SMS confirmation.
Really bad service. and the Cust care number mentioned is not getting connected and is always busy.
Please update the status asap

[protected]. but due to unavailability of delivery service in our area they returned the courier at your address.Hence request you to deliver the same through India post or any other way, so that I will get the same, I contacted three times to customer care, they only take request for complaint and in return told that i will call you on registered no. for verification but doesn't call any time.
