HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — nil response on the online fastag registration on 29 november 2019

I am a preferred customer of hdfc bank.
On 29 november around 1630h i had applied for generating fast tag as advertised on web page. My vehicle no.
Hp15a 6409
Driving license no. Ts[protected]

In my first application option for uploading rc document later was exercised.

To upload the same second time same details were filled and rc uploaded.

Although money has been deducted twice, there has been nil response.
Please advise with solution suggested!

Rs 500 have been deducted as i paid by my debit card, extract below:
