I am trying to contact the fastag customer care but the call is always busy. While application, i paid rs.1000 for 2 vehicles and submitted documents for both the vehicles.
1. After my application, i was told that i will receive fastag application pdf in my email which i never did.
2. Today, i got an sms with my customer id and wallet id but when i registered and logged in, it says that i only have 1 car registered under the specified user id, and as mentioned above, i have paid for 2 vehicles.

I got a message from HDFC that 169/- spent via your credit card xx1445 without pin/otp. When I chack my statement it does not show anything like that. How is this possible. Is HDFC messaging service not secure?
