The worst service ever i had ;there was a girl (nazmin) from delhi i guess she was keep on calling me to take hdfc credit card.Though i wasn't interested at all. After getting so many calls i agreed to take it, 2 months ago(approximately).Now i have been calling customer care no. there no response at all once i was able to speak to ms gurmit kaur (not sure the same exactly) she said she will make sure i get my card with in one week but its been 15-16 days i haven't received anything. In fact I am receiving a msg saying that my mobile bill is paid by my credit card ...how is it possible how can be credit card used without receiving it.

I was given a contact no. by nazmin [protected] (her manager's) I spoke to him as well but nothing happened he seems not at all interested to assist their valuable customer.Even there is no answer after calling so many times.

    We were given a credit card from HDFC Bank based on the salary account, which we did not want initially. However we were told that the payment made towards the card will be deducted in the outstanding balance, we have made the payment on a monthly basis, but still the outstanding amount remains the same. now we have been told that the amount that we have paid all these days is for interest, and we keep getting threatening calls from the agency people and we have been harassed. my wife is pregnant and she has been disturbed mentally with continuous calls and threaten by the agency people. we are asking for a final settlement which we can afford to pay but we have been denied. I want somebody to please look into it. the calls that we get are from this numbers. [protected], [protected]. my contact number is [protected]

      I have booked tickets for 5th may through red bus. But my transaction has failed and my amount wasn't refunded. And this was the message from redbus.

      "dear customer, we have requested the bank to process refund of rs.693.00 to your bank account for your journey from vijayawada - hyderabad on 5/1/2017. Please use the[protected] to follow up the status of refund with bank"

        Hi my name is deepa and i am getting calls from [protected] this number some girl i dont know her name she is using very bad words and i dont know why she is calling me and for what reason if i ask her she is not replying and this is not the way to handle the customer please check the call recording of that girl and take the action and she is spoiling the bank name she dont have rits to abuse anyone that to for no reason

              To my relationship manager,

              I have spoke to one of your collection agent last two days before for the credit card #[protected]. I have informed him that i have applied for my personal loan and the money yet to receive it. Still i'm waiting for it. By the time i receive i'll settle all your outstanding amount.

              Until stop your Collection activities. I have explained to your representative about my current situation. And stop calling me!!! Even though i have seen him in my door step. Stop harassment.

              I have checked my credit reports, for the past 3 months it was not reported. Kindly start reporting to the credit bureaus. I have been late for few months, please wave late charges in my total outstanding amount. I will be more happy.

              I here by awaiting for the positive for my information as soon as possible.

                I am holding hdfc salary account from last 6 years.

                I have deposited 80, 000 amount 15th may 2017 in mohammedwadi branch pune,. I have deposited cash many times but they never deducted any amount. Now hdfc bank deducted 316.25 rupees without any information.
                When i have deposited amount bank employee not told any about cash deposit charges.

                I want to close my salary account from hdfc, please suggest

                  I'm Sriram Reddy Gonuguntla work in London as network engineer for an IT firm.

                  i'm not using my account in HDFC bank from past 1year and there was standing order for a Om ashram charity which was set in the year 2011 and it should be valid only for 2 years but even after 2 years without my knowledge the HDFC bank helped them to continue it and whenever the amount is not credited to OM Ashram HDFC is considering the transaction as failed and compensating 800/- for 1000/- standing order.Which i recently noticed and informed to HDFC that OM ASHRAM is still collecting the fund from my account which should not be the case, then the employee who dealt this on 17th April 2017 helped me in giving the closure account form and request me to close the DEMAT account before i request for actual account closure.I informed him that i'll be in city only for 2 days and will be flying back to London.He confirmed after closing the DEMAT account i can send the closure application with passport copy to them and they will accept.

                  I gave closure account application to my dad and asked him to submit in Bank in the following week.Which he did but the employee who is working in that bank behaved rudely with my father and started arguing that he is not supposed to give the account closure application on my behalf.Even they did not accept my passport copy.

                  Later after manager interference the employee accepted the closure application and sent mail to me for confirmation and i did confirm in mail.But now they are telling me that i've to go back to my town from London to provide them proof that its my account and have to refill the account closure form infront of Bank employee.All this conversation happened from the email i enrolled to my account but still they are not believing me and not closing my account.

                  I request you to please help to take proper action on these people and help to close my hdfc savings account.

                    I am having a classic account with HDFC. I can see that the HDFC bank has deducted Rs. 115 from my account under the name- Program management fee. What is this fee about? What is the program the bank is offering? The bank did not notify me earlier about any such fees. It is a fraud to deduct customer's money without taking their concerns. I want this amount refund in my account.

                    Today when I checked my account, just came to know a deduction of 102.05 amount on 19th may from my saving account towards ADHOC STMT CHGS INCL ST & CESS 090517. & once again deducted 12.95 amount on 22nd may from my saving account towards ADHOC STMT CHGS INCL ST & CESS 090517 I try to call customer care but thrice it's got disconnected as soon as I put my customer id & mobile no. So didn't get any clarification of the deduction from my account.

                      My hdfc credit card number [protected] received bill without any single transaction. The card was in a sealed envelope provided by bank till date.
                      Received 1150.00 rupees bill where the was not even activated.
                      Myself went to the bank to log a complaint. The banker said, it is because the activation of the card not done from my side. But, the banker never told this clause during applying for the credit card. The banker was all the time behind me to get a credit card.
                      Now, hdfc bank issuing wrong bill.
                      I would not pay this bill as the card is not used for a single transaction.
                      I hereby request to deactivate this card and settle the bill at the earliest.

                        Dear team,

                        Pl. Look in the issue.

                        I have done one transaction of rs: 3266/- on 17th may 2017 however that amount is not credited to the third party account. I called hdfc call center very next day to register a complaint however they refuse to raise the same and advice me to wait for 48 hrs post which complaint can be raised. Now on 20th again when received a call from the third party that amount still not credited to his account i again called cc, they again refuse to raise complaint and unable to provide resolution. Now they are asking me to wait for 5-7 days post which they will raise complaint.

                        Pl. Let me know the following asap :-

                        Why customer will wait for 7 days?
                        Why hdfc cc will not raise complaint for this issue?
                        Whether these procedure are mentioned on hdfc website?

                        Note : this concern is highlighted to their md mr. Aditya puri however their is no update. Kindly revert with the resolution asap else i will raise this to consumer court.

                          I paid the yearly premium of my policy to hdfc insurance staff perumal on march 20, 2017. When i asked for a receipt, he said there is no need as he will personally deposit the cheque in my account. After that, there has been no contact from him. This happened in hdfc insurance, dlf it park, porur, chennai. After that, i have made 5 complaints in total over the phone to hdfc customer care and amazingly, all 5 times i was just given a normal template, "we will get back to you in 48-72 hours". It has been more than 2 months and no agent has gotten back to me with a resolution. And the last agent who spoke with me said an interesting thing that hdfc will not take any complaint over the phone and the only way to complaint is to email.

                          An amazing fact to note: my last year's premium was made to the same office via cheque to a different agent and it took one and half months for your agent to deposit my cheque, that too after some 3-4 complaints.

                          Please note that i had paid my cheque well within the due time and i will not be responsible for any penalty for this delayed payment of my premium.

                          This is my 6 th attempt. If hdfc is not going to answer me, i will have to proceed this legally and i will also spread this incident in all the social media applicable.

                            I personal went to kumbakonam hdfc bank brank and ask to updated my mobile number for my ext account. They ask to pay 7999 to activate my account bec once it was sal acc then sav acc and now its domarnt acc...
                            My email ids are updated but they never share any details reg this but they charge hidden charges..
                            They tell some new system & explaination now only never ever previously and not communicated propely

                              For Mar2017 and Apr2017 i see deductions of amount of 172.5 and 517.50 respectively from my account and i see my balance amount is decreasing. If you want to deduct, kindly inform the customer first. Requesting you to refund for all this amount, else i will go to rbi and proceed further accordingly. How dare you deduct my hard earned money ?

                                  I want to complaint against hdfc bank mumbai My reference number is [protected], customer id[protected] kindly see following pic for my complaint from last 21 days i still complaining but I didn't get any positive response from your end after sending a proof also your not cosidering my request i am request to kindly send me my 5000, 8 vouchers other wise i will go to consumers court and ombudsman complaint desk by RBI.
                                  And i am also file case against hdfc bank for frauding with people and making them fool, with the following proofs.
                                  Following attachments are in sequences respectively
                                  1.it showing 5000 while reediming voucher
                                  2.i reedem 8 vouchers of 5000 INR each
                                  3. I recived 8 vouchers of 1000 INR each only
                                  4. I recived message of voucher delivery of 8 vouchers of 5000 INR each

                                  HDFC bank has charged me 5000 nwd charge. I tried withdrawing cash from ATM, Cash didn't came but it got deducted from my account. I can see that transaction in my bank statement with 'nwd charges in hdfc bank' description. when I call my agent he asked me to wait for 4-5 days, but issue is not yet resolved. Please help me in this.

                                        It’s more than two years since I left IT Company, I’m no longer associate with the company or your HDFC Salary Account. It is illegal to charge for not maintaining the minimum balance.Below are my account details.
