Hi,

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1399 from my credit card number ending with 489377xxxxxx1984 without my authorization on date:20/03/2018.

Got these messages:
20/03/2018 thanks for choosing oneassist plan!
Your hdfc bank credit card will be charged with plan fees of rs1399.
Send stop oa to [protected] in next 48 hours to opt out

I have sent a message as stop oa to [producted] number but still i didt receive any message.

I was charged even after opting out. I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same.

    The above complaint i raised when hdfc deducted amount from bank without informing me. Just to resolve this, i got message from one of their manager and he told me amount they will process and with 24hrs i will get back my amount and he resolved the about ticket. Neither i have got the amount nor the manager responding to my call.

    This is so so rediculous. Please take some immediate action

      Dear sir,
      I am sakinder kaur and i hold account number [protected] in your hdfc bank, branch dhuri. I had opened my account in your bank on 03/07/2012 which was closed in 2016 while i was living in kuwait. I moved to canada in march 2017. I regret to say that in my absence and without my knowledge and permission my bank details were provided to the third person on 06/09/2017 at 5 p. M, which is illegal and against the bank rules. As bank is supposed be liable to protect costumer's privacy. I complained against this unlawful act mobile number [protected] and they provided me with compliant number mohc[protected] and they had promised me to cooperate and look into the matter honestly.
      But unfortunately i have received no reply so far. I have been trying to contact them for the past few days and after keeping my call on waiting they declined it. I am highly disappointed with the action and irresponsible dealing.
      I request you to provide me with the information in written by whom and to whom the details of my account were provided.
      I hope you would cooperate with me.

        Respected Sir / Madam,
        We were first offered a car loan with 7.26% interest by the HDFC DSA, but the bank gave us the EMI schedule it was found to be 12.5%. so we asked the bank to cancel the loan, but the bank is dillydallying on the matter, and is asking us to pay an interest on the amount though we haven't availed any part of the loan, so please look into the matter and help us.         Though the mistake was on part of the bank in Giving us two different interest rates. The bank has asked us to pay an interest of Rs.26595/- to close the loan. Though we havent availed any part of the loan. So please look into the matter and help us.

          My name is ABHISHEK KUMAR GAUTAM, need a resolution regarding a complain I made with your CUSTOMER CARE, reminder no is Belc[protected], I used my Hdfc bank debit card in a pnb bank ATM machine, I use the card to widthraw an amount of 10000₹, but the transaction declined because suddenly the ATM got shut down and after 2-3 minutes it got started and then after that I was still hoping that my money can be widthraw now as wee, but after sometime nothing happened then I tried my card one again for a widthraw of 100₹ which was successfully done, but now the problem is that my 10000₹ amount has been debited from my account on 7th of March 2018, but today is 19th of March, now the CUSTOMER CARE is not responding anything sensible, ###, illetrate executive, doesn't know how to talk to a customer,
          I have a salary account with Hdfc bank where the account no.is [protected]
          Fix the issue or now I m going file a legal complain to CONSUMER COURT and take both PNB BANK AND HDFC BANK to RBI
          NOT EXPECTED THESE CHEAP THING FROM INDIA'S NO.2 BANK
          GIVE ME A PROPER RESPONSE OR I WILL JUST FILE A LEGAL COMPLAIN

            I had made several greivances in neet site but not yet resolved also i cant find any failure msg for the same only miney got debitted and pmcb bank debit card payment done showing in the pmcb bank passbook there also i lodged complaint they too saying its got recieved by the merchant if any error or failure msg i gav recieved if any then i need to send them to pmcb but as i dont hav any such error msg..               Hi team,

              I have purchased hdfc life sampoorn samriddhi insurance plan in the year 2013 with yearly investment of 30, 000₹. They agent assured me that i will get 20 to 30% on total investment post maturity (My total investment for 5 years will be 1, 50, 000₹).

              Recently i have login to the hdfc life's portal to check my investment details i noticed that the sum assured is only 1.09 lacs post maturity. I'm totally confused and not able to the understand the calclaution logic here. Instead of getting the profit i'm not even getting my invested money.

              Hi, This type of policy is linked one having NAV apart from this there are no of Fund management charges will be deducted from investment every year, any additions will be from 6th year onward only, further benefits will accrue only if all premiums paid w/o break for entire term of policy. If NAV of this scheme shows higher value then only investment shows higher value. Agent might have misguided to sell the policy . You may note that any past performance will not be valid for futures.

              There was no break through out the life span of this Policy. This is 5 year policy and will matured by April/May 2019. The only concern is if I'm investing 1, 50, 000 rupees how it is possible that I will only get 1, 09, 000 rupees in return?

                My los no: 55016588
                But today i got sms that
                "First EMI due on 07-Apr-2018 is Rs 13420 on HDFC Bank loan 55016588."
                In a normal case the first emi wil come only on next month only (may)
                But on my car loan the bank take emi as on advance
                So please take neceserry to change my first emi to may month

                    On march 8, 2018, transaction from net banking got failed but money was deducted from bank account . I have raised written transaction dispute on March 9, 2018. I have also logged complaint phone banking for that transaction[protected] . Phone banker told me that complaint has already raised for that transaction. U will get ur money back within 5 working days. Today I again called phone banker to know the status of my complaint they said no complaint has raised for your dispute . After 11 days, they are telling me we will raise complaint for ur transaction. This Bank is not serious about their service moreover their execuetive are just playing games with customer . Government should ban this bank as soon as possible. I believe that very soon we will see HDFC bank in news for internal scam. They are looting customers, This bank dont provide any solution for transaction dispute. They dont show any tesponsibilty towards customer.

                        This brings to your notice that last year May 2017 I have finance one car from Bhiwani bank, regular I am paying my kist in every month.
                        In March due to insufficient fund you cheque has been bounced by my account and I received a call from Neha Madam that pl submit your installment today in cash else penalty will become something, I have re-confirm her that if have deposited today by cash then no penalty will come at me, she ensure me ag ahead and I have done .
                        After that on 13th March they deduct kist from my account also, when I called to Neha he ensure me your amount will return back no problem, today I get return amount after deducting rs. 1500/
                        Today I connect with Neha [protected] he told i will let you know, pl wait ... but now her no is going switch and laid line no [protected].
                        Pl note that I have a recording on 9th March that you will pay kist in cash no penalty will occur with mam.
                        pl return my amount else I will put RTI on behalf of recording against dhara 182.

                        Today i have discussed with MR. Neha Madam he told that deduction is your Jan/Feb/March, when I heard that I shocked, nobody, inform to me your installment is going bounced last three months.

                        Kindly check proper I will submit my bank statement for last 4 months in which having sufficient fund else in March.
                        For your esteemed organization return my money without any harassment.
                        Kindly your goodself do the needful immly .

                        I am waiting for your reply after I will take any decision for the court .

                          The City Union Bank has sent an email for "Indemnity Approval" to HDFC Bank for my compliant to Mr.Shriram Krishnan.

                          I request you please they have sent an email on yesterday (03/08/2018) but still now from HDFC Bank did not replied to that email for "Indemnity Approval".

                          Already one week completed of my compliant. I know Due to the Non Bank we have some formalities and proceedures but the Email Response and priority bases your team can do the best to the customers.

                          Request you to please responed that email which City Union Bank sent to you (HDFC Bank) Mr.Shiriram Krishnan.

                            My saving account is kept on hold as i had made a settlement with the bank for credit card of 2, 80, 000/- of which i paid 2, 00, 000/- and 80, 000/- is pending which i was not able to pay due to loss in business i have informed bank i need some time and will pay the 80, 000/- on which bank said you have to pay now 1, 80, 000/- this is new settlement i have informed bank i was not able to pay 80, 000/- due to crisis how will i be able to pay 1, 80, 000/- they said they will get back to and try to settle the case. Currently my account is on hold and i need money urgently which is available in by account as dad eye surgery is there kindly help for the same by removing the freeze from my account

                              Company is charging 5000 for a card not issued to me or by my consent.
                              Also issued me a court notice to pay the amount despite of raising several complaints against them and forcing me to pay to amount.

                              My credit card was lost in aapril 2017 post which i payed all dues immidiately after closing the card with a request of no longer wanting it.
                              Post which without my consent they reissued card which is not recieved by me and charging me rs5000+ stating its dues on a card which is not even known to me.

                              I am not ok to pay the charges as not guilty, they issued court notice and are troubling me now despite of raising the concern to hdfc team.

                                I have submitted all the proofs & paid for hdfc bank's fastag (Application reference # hfr039111). No response \ confirmation received from hdfc till now. When called toll free numbers, '[protected];
                                Road side assistance : "[protected]", [protected] & [protected]... All numbers unrechable.

                                Sent email to no acknowledgement \ response till now.

                                Is their any other way to get in touch with hdfc bank's fastag?

                                  Cancellation of one assist membership
                                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 4546 without my concern on date:16/03/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                                    I was using HDFC Credit Card with a limit of Rs. 15, 000 and after using the credit limit, I wanted to make the payment and called customer care several times but they told that only net banking is the source for the payment. I asked several times to send a executive to collect the payment or tell any other, edium for the payment but no information was provide. Eventually, after months because of non-payment HDFC charged a heavy penalty per month and it turned out to heavy amount. In the meanwhile, HDFC collection department called several times and asked to pay small amount via Paytm. I paid the same and it was told to me that the penalty amount will be waived off soon and we have raised the request. But after that no one informed about the status and also the amount exceeded just double the credit limit. In between many different people from HDFC called with fake assurances like you pay the credit amount plus penalty amount and it will be credited to your credit limit in 24 hours but eventually on enquiring it turned out to be fake. For the same, I didn't completed any payment because I was receiving fake calls. One day I received a call from Mr. Amit with phone no. [protected] and he told that a settlement letter will be provided if I make payment of Rs 20, 000. For the same I Requested him to make the amount in emi and provide the letter. But eventually he and his colleague started calling me with different phone no. [protected], [protected], [protected] and started forcefully extorting the money. For the last 2-3 months from the same number, few goons from HDFC bank started abusing me in my personal number and threatened me to make the payment. Eventually, they followed in my social network account and abused my colleagues and family members. Few of them abused my family member and threatened that they will come home and recover the money by beating the members. Finally, it continued for 15-20 days until I paid Rs, 10000. HDFC is harassing me and my family continuously for the payment without providing logical resolution and also apologizing the mistake of customer care. I am fed up with the bank and now I think have to lodge a police complaints against the threat given by the bank goons. The people who are calling they give reference of HDFC Janakpuri, Vikaspuri, Delhi Branch

                                      HDFC bank are deducting deposit charges arbitrarily even each month.
                                      Each month they are deducting rs 944/-.(ref no.[protected].
                                      I am really shocked to see this, they have deducted huge amount.
                                      Need to resolve this problem...
                                      I highly recommend not to go with HDFC bank, they are not bankers, they are robbers.
